Harper Hill venue is the epitome of Rustic Elegance. It made my wedding day a dream. The venue is its own show stopper, but the staff is incredible. I worked with Amy and Marine, specifically. They were so helpful in the planning process and had exceptional professionalism and skill the day of my wedding. I felt so much support from a “day of” coordinator. Trust me. Book this venue if you want beautiful photos and an incredibly creative experience for your special day. But the cherry on top is the support from an exceptional staff. HARPER HILL, the Huttons loved everything about our special day!

I cannot recommend Harper Hill Ranch enough. From the first day we met Amy, Steve, and Marine they were so welcoming and made us feel like family. They were helpful and accommodating every step of the way. We hopped on a golf cart and they drove us around the property for the best sunset pictures, Steve was the best wedding officiant, and Amy and Marine pulled off the largest wedding they’ve ever had EFFORTLESSLY. Our day was a dream come true. It was the best day ever!

We found Harper Hill Ranch in Spring of 2021 and instantly knew it was where we wanted to have our best day ever so we booked the same day for a fall 2023 wedding. Let me start by saying Amy and Steve and the staff are such kind people and you can tell that they really care about your special day as much as you do which speaks volumes when you are putting in so much effort to ensure it’s everything you dreamed of. We loved that so much is included in the packages and that took so much stress from us with less to think about planning. We had our day after a year and 9 months of planning and let me just say it was the most magical day because of everyone at Harper Hill Ranch.

I love having our wedding at Harper hill. It was such a great time hanging out at the pool before the wedding, plenty of room for everyone and the best people to work with! They help make the planning so easy!!

My husband and I got married at Harper Hill Ranch June 2023 and it was everything and more. HHR was the first and only place we toured, we were sold immediately! Amy and Steve were absolutely amazing through the entire process!!! I have nothing but great things to say about the HHR family and the venue. We stayed Thursday-Sunday, our wedding party and family was able to stay the whole weekend. We enjoyed the pool, patio, basketball court, and beautiful home. Our wedding party, family, and guests also had nothing but great things to say about their time spent on the Ranch. If we needed help with anything, the staff was ready to assist in anyway they could! As a bride getting married in the heat of the summer, I was concerned with the comfortability of our wedding party and guests. Steve made sure to remind everyone that our day was about us!!! He also had a glass of ice water on deck for us, as we were waiting to go take pictures he literally fanned me for 10 minutes straight. In which I was VERY grateful for. If you are searching for a venue, look no more. I promise you won’t regret saying yes to HHR!!! We are so thankful for it all.

My husband and I found Harper Hill Ranch 2 years ago in our search for a wedding venue. After touring, we knew immediately this was where we would get married. We didn’t even need to look anywhere else. We finally tied the knot a few weeks ago and everything about our weekend was perfect. We booked the on-site house for our family and friends and had the best time! On the day of our wedding, we were so grateful for the Harper Hill staff and how they made sure our day was stress free, memorable and overall just a wonderful experience!! We love Harper Hill!!

We found this gorgeous venue last year 2022 and i immediately knew it was the place for us to have our wedding. I grew up in the area my whole life and never knew of this beautiful place. The ranch house is amazing and full of history. The reception barn stain glass doors were more beautiful that I could've imagined. The country fur babies were just the cutest; llamas, donkeys, and longhorns. Our guests loved hanging out with them during cocktail hour! The best part about this venue is the team that is working so hard to make your wedding dreams come true. Mrs. Amy and her husband steve were absolutely amazing to work with along with their staff, everyone was so very helpful. This venue is absolutely beautiful and rich with history, you cannot compare Harper Hill Ranch to anywhere else. We extremely recommend having your event here! We love Harper Hill Ranch and it will always have a piece of our hearts! Harper Hill really made our dream wedding! We absolutely loved this venue! 10/10 The perfect venue!

Harper Hill Ranch is the perfect venue to have your wedding. The venue staff did everything we asked and more. We could not have asked for a better place to get married at!

We had the absolute best experience with Harper Hill Ranch. The venue is so beautiful with so many unique features that we loved. They were so intentional in helping us make our wedding day everything we could have dreamed of. The owners and entire staff went out of their way the whole weekend to make sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend choosing Harper Hill for your big day!

My experience with Harper Hill was nothing but the best, besides that the venue was beautiful... the owners were amazing and super helpful all the way up the end of the wedding. Amy, who was an absolute sweetheart.. always reached back to me when I had questions. Steve was unbelievable the day of the wedding, helpful and always made sure me and my husband were taken care of, with drinks especially. To say the very least they made the process easy and helped me enjoy my wedding with no worries.
Besides the owners, everything was beautiful. I was looking for a rustic feel but also with an elegant look and this was just perfect! I couldn't put into words the amazing work that all the vendors did to make it even more glamorous!!

Everything on wedding weekend was PERFECT! I had stressed and had nightmares about things going wrong or forgetting things or not having enough space for my guests all for naught! HHR was so easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to my emails and questions. A month before the wedding they meet with you to discuss wedding weekend details and they are so professional and organized!! On the weekend, they were available every step of the way but not over bearing. Not one thing went wrong on wedding day thanks to their amazing team. My bridal party and guests even said this was the first wedding they went to where absolutely nothing went wrong, not even anything small. Their team catered to the guests and my husband and I the whole night, even wiping longhorn drool from our hands! I had been nervous that the barn would feel tight with 180 people, but it was perfect. They were not crowded at their tables and there was PLENTY of dancing room even without taking out the head table. I love seeing all of my guests post pictures about the fun they were having with the animals and taking photo opportunities around the beautiful grounds. It was a magical day at the most magical venue! I wish I could redo it 100 times over again!

Harper Hill was EVERYTHING we could’ve ever wanted in a wedding venue. Beautiful on-site housing, venue, and world class staff made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect! Don’t pass up this place!

We found this little gem of a venue last year and immediately knew it was the place for us to have our wedding. We stayed in the ranch house on-site all weekend which was amazing and the ceremony and reception barn were more beautiful that I could've imagined on our wedding day. Plus they have lots of animals like llamas, donkeys, and longhorns that are just the cutest and guests love to hangout with them during cocktail hour! The best part about this venue is the team that is working so hard to make your wedding dreams come true, including the owners, venue manager, and other staff. We love Harper Hill Ranch and it will always have a piece of our hearts!

I can't say enough positive things about Harper Hill, the owners and staff! We live out of state and booked HHR over a year out from our date and to this day I am so glad we did. Not only were we able to contact Venue manager Sue with any questions we had but also we had early on communication with Owners Steve and Amy and were able to reach out any time to all for questions about the venue and our big day
We booked the package that included a full weekend stay at the house on the venue property and also added on an extra night so we could check in on Thursday and check out on Sunday. The house on the property not only was beautiful (and every girls farm house of their dreams) but was also spacious enough to house us, our bridal party of 14, parents plus some friends. We were able to host the rehearsal dinner at the house and use the amazing outdoor kitchen and have everyone enjoy a pool party afterwards in the large in ground pool and hot tub. The house comes with plenty of amenities and is perfect for those with large families and or bridal parties like we had.
The barn on the property is gorgeous, from the chandeliers to the stained glass doors. It truly was the perfect location to have our wedding. I loved that the HHR staff was there for us from early afternoon on the day of the wedding to late that night to help with clean up. Maria and Cody were such big helps that day and helped relieve any stresses about set up and tear down that you may have. I also really appreciated that Amy and Steve were there as well helping make sure the day ran smoothly. Steve made sure that my husband and I always had a drink and checked in on us to see if we needed anything during our reception, he also drove us and our photographer down to the fields to take sunset photos with the longhorns. He was very attentive. Amy checked in with vendors and made sure every one was enjoying themselves. I loved that she mingled with guests and made everyone feel at home. She also was able to capture the sweetest video of my husband surprising me with a puppy as a wedding gift.
The package we got also included a day of coordinator and I am so glad she was there! We were able to have one on one meetings with Jill early on in the planning stages in which I was able to tell her what I wanted the wedding day to look like and what my main priorities were for the day. She not only contacted all of our vendors 30 days prior to the wedding but she also was there to help us get through rehearsal quickly and efficiently and also made sure that everyone stayed on task and on time during the day of. She even signed our guest book with the sweetest message!

I can honestly say we had zeros stresses the day of the wedding because each and every one of the people mentioned above worked their tails off to make sure of it. I don't think I could of asked for a more perfect day. Our wedding was exactly how I had envisioned it would be and I know that would not of been possible without HHR. It is more than just a wedding venue it truly is where wedding dreams come true. If you are in search of somewhere to have one of the most special day's of you life look no further, Harper Hill Ranch is it!!

Thank you thank you thank you to everyone at HHR for making our day as amazing as it was! It is a day that we will never forget! (and who knows we may be back in a few years for a vow renewal...there is already talk of it because we loved it there so much lol)

If you're looking for an absolutely beautiful Texas Hill Country Venue this is the place! My husband and I were recommended to go see this venue when a couple of our new friends found out that we were engaged (they also got married here). We instantly fell in love with wedding venue due to the Texas Hill Country scenery, the weekend house that can be used as part of the wedding package, all of the beautiful animals, and let’s not forget the wedding barn with stained glass windows that are to die for. My husband and I decided to do the package where we were able to be on the property the whole weekend which made this easier on us. We threw a crawfish boil for our rehearsal dinner right there at the wedding venue which worked out perfectly. We were also able to have our groomsmen and bridesmaids on site for the whole weekend due to their beautiful house that they have on site. This allowed everyone to be together the day of and during some of the most exciting parts of the day like getting ready, bridal photos, and relaxing with friends before that big bridal moment. One of the things that Nathan and I keep hearing, even weeks after our wedding, is how BEAUTIFUL this wedding venue is and how kind the owners/venders are that help piece everything together. Amy, Her Husband, and the rest of their crew are simply AMAZING. They are always willing to answer questions and lend a hand where ever it is needed to make sure that your special day goes as planned. We will recommend this location to any new bride or married couple that we meet. You simply cannot get any better than HHR.

It was an absolute privilege to be able to stay at the Harper Hill Ranch for our rehearsal dinner and Wedding Day. Our wedding party was small enough to stay at the house, and everyone spoke so highly of the accommodations and convenience of being able to stay nearby the venue. The staff is extremely supportive, attentive, and helpful. Amy was fantastic throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, the staff was there to ensure things went smoothly, including taking us and our photographers on the golf cart to get to the field for sunset pics. The venue comes with the backdrop of such a beautiful barn and ranch. Our photos were incredible thanks to the scenery which their property has to offer as a backdrop. You will not regret booking with them!

Best venue ever! They property is stunning and the staff is super helpful. They made the day effort less and I’m so happy at how the day turned out! Seriously the best!

Harper Hill Ranch is a venue that can become a lifetime full of memories and was perfect for our Wedding Day. Amy and her staff made our wedding day flawless. The outside wedding was perfectly set up based on every little detail that we were looking for. The reception in the barn was spot on with the rustic surroundings and customized exactly the way we wanted it to be.
With Covid 19 being a concern, all safety precautions were addressed and implemented not only during the ceremony but thru out the reception.
If you plan to stay at the ranch then you're in for a treat. Each room within the ranch has its own story to tell. With all the modern updates in the kitchen to the large family room, comfy master bedroom with large on-suite it has all the comforts of home. And it sleeps over 20 people!
If you're looking for that perfect wedding package and memories that will last forever, I would highly recommended Harper Hill Ranch.

We absolutely loved this venue! First off, Amy is so quick to respond to emails which is a must for a venue coordinator. We opted for the wedding weekend package and did our rehearsal dinner on site and grilled burgers while we swam in the pool. We had room for the entire bridal party in the house for the entire weekend, which is well worth it if you consider everyone needing Ubers and hotels for two nights otherwise. There is so much room for the bridal party to get ready and hang out. We had tons of time to set up and didn’t feel rushed. We even got a private ride to a photo site for sunset photos and got drinks delivered to our table by Dr. Stanfield since we were so busy. I literally have no complaints and would highly recommend if you are dreaming of an elegant barn wedding.

I cannot give enough wonderful praise for such an awesome venue! The owners, Steve and Amy, and the staff of Harper Hill Ranch, were warm, professional, helpful and accommodating! Our daughter (the bride) was awestruck the first time we visited the ranch with the burros, llamas and longhorns! Her wedding day went so beautifully that she and her husband claimed it to be best day ever!!! We were able to stay at the ranch overnight which allowed us to continue celebrating as well as relax and enjoy ourselves with our family and friends. I highly recommend Harper Hill Ranch!!!!

This place is amazing! It was the first venue we looked at and loved it but of coarse as a first time bride I though I needed to see others but I was so wrong, nothing compared to Harper Hill Ranch. Our wedding was perfect and Amy and her team were so great. We rented the place for the weekend which made it so easy for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner plus we were able to have our bridal party and friends stay at the house with us. So much fun, highly recommend!!

We got married at Harper Hill Ranch in April of 2021. We had a truly amazing experience. We purchased the Diamond Package which allowed us to stay on site the day before and the night of the wedding. The main house was FANTASTIC, spacious, and had so many amenities (plus a hidden room!). The Groom's suite had a pool table, shuffle board table, and plenty of room for the guys to get ready. We were able to have our rehearsal dinner on site the night before and were able to set up early so we didn't feel rushed on our wedding day.

Everything went pretty seamlessly and when we did have issues they were quickly resolved by the staff and Amy.

Our guests were able to enjoy beautiful views, cute animals, games, and an overall comfortable experience.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue, accommodations, or a price for our event. My only complaint was there weren't any bluebonnets in the field as we had hoped, lol but that has nothing to do with this incredible venue.

The moment my now daughter in law and son walked on the this fabulous property we knew this was THE place. The stain glass is a gorgeous and wonderful statement complimenting the rest of the venue. Both Amy’s are amazing. They helped from the very beginning to the very end and everything in between. Thank you so much for all your help in their dream wedding. We all loved it!
