My husband and I got married on 4/6/24 at Harper Hill Ranch and we could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day, or celebratory weekend. Aside from its beauty, one of the biggest reasons we chose HHR was because we had the option to stay on the ranch all weekend long. This allowed for us to celebrate with our loved ones for more than just the wedding day.
Another one of the biggest - and probably most important reasons we chose Harper Hill Ranch is because Steve, Amy, and the Harper Hill staff are hands down some of the most sincere people we have ever met. From our first meeting when we toured the venue, to our engagement shoot, to the numerous visits back to show our family, to our walk through, and finally - our wedding day…we were always welcomed with a smile, and put at ease knowing we made the right decision in choosing HHR for our day. You can without a doubt tell both Steve and Amy have put their hearts and souls into the ranch and hold themselves to such a high standard when it comes to ensuring the most perfect wedding day experience for each couple who gets married there. We are honored to be part of the Harper Hill family. We’d relive our wedding weekend and planning process over and over again and not change a thing!

Harper Hill Ranch will forever hold such a special place in our hearts, and we were beyond ecstatic that our family and friends were able to see and experience the HHR magic! Amy and her team are so passionate and hard working. Everyone says it was their best day ever, but IT’S TRUE!! The care, attention to detail, and genuine love that has gone into HHR is evident and you and your guests will feel that on your wedding day and throughout every step leading up. -

My daughter knew this was the venue for her at our first visit. The property is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter and son in law’s wedding weekend at Harper Hill Ranch was absolutely perfect. -

Everything we could ever ask for!!!
All brides should look at Harper Hill Ranch for their weddings!! They made sure that everything was perfect. Communicating with Amy and Marine and the whole team was always easy and every question was answered quickly. The staff made sure everything was in order so we had no worries. And where else can get pictures with the resident longhorns??? The vendor list was top notch and and we highly recommend Spice of Life Catering, Little Lemon Shots Photo Booth, Texas Pro DJ (DJ ANTHONY), 2 Tarts Bakery, Just Smile Photography, Southern Tease Hair and Makeup, Southern Standard Elevated Bar Services. Sue Bee Vintage, and NV Events. -

From the minute we found Harper Hill - we knew this would be where we would get married. The biggest sell is that you have the option to stay on site after the wedding. This was an absolute must for us. The history behind the ranch/home, the stunning barn that is rustic but also modern, the cows and llamas, its all just the icing on the cake. The staff are some of the absolute BEST people you will meet. They went above and beyond for us not only on wedding day, but through the entire planning process. The owner, Steve, was our officiant and he was so funny and we got so many compliments on our ceremony. On our day, it was storming like crazy so we ended up having to have it all indoors. It ended up being more beautiful than I could have imagine! When I mean they will go a million miles for you; I truly mean it. After our photos in the field (remember it was storming) My shoes were caked in mud. Steve (the owner and our officiant) literally got on his hands and knees to scrub the mud from my shoes before my husband and I's first dance. Amy, his wife and also owner, answered any and all questions without hesitation no matter how many times we asked the same ones. I just can't speak highly enough of our experience here. Thank you Amy and Steve for all you did for us -

Harper Hill venue is the epitome of Rustic Elegance. It made my wedding day a dream. The venue is its own show stopper, but the staff is incredible. I worked with Amy and Marine, specifically. They were so helpful in the planning process and had exceptional professionalism and skill the day of my wedding. I felt so much support from a “day of” coordinator. Trust me. Book this venue if you want beautiful photos and an incredibly creative experience for your special day. But the cherry on top is the support from an exceptional staff. HARPER HILL, the Huttons loved everything about our special day! -

I cannot recommend Harper Hill Ranch enough. From the first day we met Amy, Steve, and Marine they were so welcoming and made us feel like family. They were helpful and accommodating every step of the way. We hopped on a golf cart and they drove us around the property for the best sunset pictures, Steve was the best wedding officiant, and Amy and Marine pulled off the largest wedding they’ve ever had EFFORTLESSLY. Our day was a dream come true. It was the best day ever! -

We found Harper Hill Ranch in Spring of 2021 and instantly knew it was where we wanted to have our best day ever so we booked the same day for a fall 2023 wedding. Let me start by saying Amy and Steve and the staff are such kind people and you can tell that they really care about your special day as much as you do which speaks volumes when you are putting in so much effort to ensure it’s everything you dreamed of. We loved that so much is included in the packages and that took so much stress from us with less to think about planning. We had our day after a year and 9 months of planning and let me just say it was the most magical day because of everyone at Harper Hill Ranch. -

Everything and more!
My husband and I got married at Harper Hill Ranch June 2023 and it was everything and more. HHR was the first and only place we toured, we were sold immediately! Amy and Steve were absolutely amazing through the entire process!!! I have nothing but great things to say about the HHR family and the venue. We stayed Thursday-Sunday, our wedding party and family was able to stay the whole weekend. We enjoyed the pool, patio, basketball court, and beautiful home. Our wedding party, family, and guests also had nothing but great things to say about their time spent on the Ranch. If we needed help with anything, the staff was ready to assist in anyway they could! As a bride getting married in the heat of the summer, I was concerned with the comfortability of our wedding party and guests. Steve made sure to remind everyone that our day was about us!!! He also had a glass of ice water on deck for us, as we were waiting to go take pictures he literally fanned me for 10 minutes straight. In which I was VERY grateful for. If you are searching for a venue, look no more. I promise you won’t regret saying yes to HHR!!! We are so thankful for it all. -

My husband and I found Harper Hill Ranch 2 years ago in our search for a wedding venue. After touring, we knew immediately this was where we would get married. We didn’t even need to look anywhere else. We finally tied the knot a few weeks ago and everything about our weekend was perfect. We booked the on-site house for our family and friends and had the best time! On the day of our wedding, we were so grateful for the Harper Hill staff and how they made sure our day was stress free, memorable and overall just a wonderful experience!! We love Harper Hill!! -

Amazing rustic/chic venue at a great price!
We got married at Harper Hill Ranch in April of 2021. We had a truly amazing experience. We purchased the Diamond Package which allowed us to stay on site the day before and the night of the wedding. The main house was FANTASTIC, spacious, and had so many amenities (plus a hidden room!). The Groom's suite had a pool table, shuffle board table, and plenty of room for the guys to get ready. We were able to have our rehearsal dinner on site the night before and were able to set up early so we didn't feel rushed on our wedding day.
Everything went pretty seamlessly and when we did have issues they were quickly resolved by the staff and Amy.
Our guests were able to enjoy beautiful views, cute animals, games, and an overall comfortable experience.
We couldn't have asked for a better venue, accommodations, or a price for our event. My only complaint was there weren't any bluebonnets in the field as we had hoped, lol but that has nothing to do with this incredible venue. -

My experience with Harper Hill was nothing but the best, besides that the venue was beautiful... the owners were amazing and super helpful all the way up the end of the wedding. Amy, who was an absolute sweetheart.. always reached back to me when I had questions. Steve was unbelievable the day of the wedding, helpful and always made sure me and my husband were taken care of, with drinks especially. To say the very least they made the process easy and helped me enjoy my wedding with no worries.
Besides the owners, everything was beautiful. I was looking for a rustic feel but also with an elegant look and this was just perfect! I couldn't put into words the amazing work that all the vendors did to make it even more glamorous!! -

Venue of our dreams
We found this little gem of a venue last year and immediately knew it was the place for us to have our wedding. We stayed in the ranch house on-site all weekend which was amazing and the ceremony and reception barn were more beautiful that I could've imagined on our wedding day. Plus they have lots of animals like llamas, donkeys, and longhorns that are just the cutest and guests love to hangout with them during cocktail hour! The best part about this venue is the team that is working so hard to make your wedding dreams come true, including the owners, venue manager, and other staff. We love Harper Hill Ranch and it will always have a piece of our hearts! -

The Perfect Backdrop to your Wedding Day!
It was an absolute privilege to be able to stay at the Harper Hill Ranch for our rehearsal dinner and Wedding Day. Our wedding party was small enough to stay at the house, and everyone spoke so highly of the accommodations and convenience of being able to stay nearby the venue. The staff is extremely supportive, attentive, and helpful. Amy was fantastic throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, the staff was there to ensure things went smoothly, including taking us and our photographers on the golf cart to get to the field for sunset pics. The venue comes with the backdrop of such a beautiful barn and ranch. Our photos were incredible thanks to the scenery which their property has to offer as a backdrop. You will not regret booking with them! -

Our perfect venue
We absolutely loved this venue! First off, Amy is so quick to respond to emails which is a must for a venue coordinator. We opted for the wedding weekend package and did our rehearsal dinner on site and grilled burgers while we swam in the pool. We had room for the entire bridal party in the house for the entire weekend, which is well worth it if you consider everyone needing Ubers and hotels for two nights otherwise. There is so much room for the bridal party to get ready and hang out. We had tons of time to set up and didn’t feel rushed. We even got a private ride to a photo site for sunset photos and got drinks delivered to our table by Dr. Stanfield since we were so busy. I literally have no complaints and would highly recommend if you are dreaming of an elegant barn wedding. -

So unique and beautiful
This place is amazing! It was the first venue we looked at and loved it but of coarse as a first time bride I though I needed to see others but I was so wrong, nothing compared to Harper Hill Ranch. Our wedding was perfect and Amy and her team were so great. We rented the place for the weekend which made it so easy for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner plus we were able to have our bridal party and friends stay at the house with us. So much fun, highly recommend!! -

If I were a bride in planning mode, (which I just was a few months ago) I would make Harper Hill Ranch TOP of my list of venues to tour. You’re going to fall in love instantly, I guarantee it.
The venue: GORGEOUS.
Amy (the owner) and her team: Amazing, caring, accommodating, the best communication ever. The property: breathtaking at sunset.
The home on property you and your family/bridal party can stay the weekend at: perfect.
I could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding or experience with this venue. I will recommend HHR for years and years to come! -

I cannot give enough praise for Harper Hill Ranch. My husband and I were pleased with every aspect of this venue. It is not easy to find a place where you can have everything you want and need for your big day, but Harper Hill has it all. It has a house that can fit your entire bridal party or family so you can spend extra time with those you love, an abundance of picturesque locations great for photos or relaxation, and a beautiful wedding barn that can be as rustic or as elegant as you would like. The animals on the property are just a bonus and will sure wow your guest. The bridal suite and groomsman suite made it so simple to have fun while getting ready. It really let me focus on the memories instead of stressing of where to be and how to get there. The package we chose allowed for a Day of Wedding Coordinator who was beyond a blessing and extremely helpful, before, during, and after the wedding. We also had our rehearsal dinner by the pool where there were plenty of tables and chairs to provide every guest with a great experience. Amy and Steve, the owners, are amazing people who go above and beyond for their guests. Any question I had they were eager to answer and help out with. I recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a great experience. It is definitely worth scheduling a tour and checking it out. I promise you will fall in love!! -

My wedding at Harper Hill Ranch was absolutely everything I could have asked for and more! We rented the Ranch House for us and our wedding party to all stay at the night before the wedding and that was one of the best decisions I made in planning. It was so nice to be able to be on-site and set up the reception space the day before, then grill and hang out by the pool as a rehearsal dinner, and then to be able to wake up and not have to travel anywhere the morning of the wedding.
The owner, Amy, and her assistant (also named Amy!) were there for us during set-up the day before as well as all day for the duration of the wedding/reception. Amy was extremely accommodating and really seemed to care about making sure that we were able to have a perfect wedding.
After looking at many other venues, I can say with confidence that Harper Hill Ranch was 100% the absolute best value for the money. There was no nickel & diming at all and no absurd fees. To me, this was a huge differentiator that separated HHR from other venues we toured. I know that it is a business, but I really feel that Amy’s heart is in it for facilitating beautiful weddings, not for the transactions.
HHR is truly a stunning venue and it was the perfect size for our wedding. And I mean…llamas, mini donkeys, & longhorns…what more needs to be said?!? :) My guests loved them! I can’t recommend HHR enough!! Everything about the whole experience with this venue was absolutely perfect!! -

Absolutely LOVE the Venue and their staff!!!
We got married at Harper Hill in March 2020. The venue was absolutely beautiful. We love the stained glass windows in the barn and their friendly longhorns and donkeys!
Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff is extremely amazing as well. We had a lot of changing parts at the last minute because of rain and COVID-19. Amy and her staff were extremely helpful and made sure everything worked perfectly in the end. They are all so amazing and I would recommend this venue to everyone for any type of event!!! -

Despite the rain and a worldwide pandemic, our wedding experience at Harper Hill was far beyond our expectations. Amy and Steve have poured their heart and souls into making the Ranch a beautiful and inviting venue and every single detail is perfection. All of the consultations leading up to our wedding were fun and built excitement. And then on the day of, Amy and Steve went even FURTHER and made for an amazing experience. Both sides of our family were blown away and the kiddos loved the animals and outdoor fun (after the rain). If we could do it all again, we would change nothing and I highly recommend future brides grab their husband to be and head out to the Ranch. You will love it. This was absolutely the most perfect place to have our wedding! The property is beautiful and having the house for family guests was perfect. Harper Hill is EXTRAORDINARY. We had viewed several venues prior to visiting Harper Hill, but as soon as we toured it, there was no other option! This place is absolutely beautiful. It is in hill country, and you drive up a hill to see a gorgeous space complete with a great view, animals(!), and a magical ceremony spot with a dreamy barn and stained glass window prettier than you've ever seen. As if that isn't more than enough, there is a gorgeous house on the property that can be added to your package to use. It sleeps 20ish people, and it was so much fun to have our bridal party all staying in the same place and not needing to leave all weekend. The owner of the venue, Amy, is the sweetest person and will go above and beyond! She provided me a list of trusted vendors, and she has a lot of cute extras (decorations, tablecloths, etc.) around the property that she let me use for the wedding. This place has everything you could ever want and need. You will absolutely not regret choosing Harper Hill for your wedding! It was the wedding of my dreams and I know it will be yours too!! -
