She made my wedding ceremony dreams come true!

I've always loved the elegance and beauty of music played on the harp and was so excited to find a harpist who was not only talented, but was SO easy to work with. She learned new songs that I wanted for my ceremony and played them BEAUTIFULLY. She was very kind, punctual, and professional. If you envision a harp on your wedding day, I can't recommend her enough!

This review is long overdue. I got married on 9/16/17 and Vonette was just
excellent <3 I am so happy we decided to move forward with her. She was
very thorough, very organized/ detail oriented, and so accommodating to all
of my crazy ideas, even the last minute bridezilla ones! My husband and I
are big Game of Thrones fans and I decided very late in my planning that I
wanted to walk down the aisle to the theme song ( I know, I know) so I ran
it by Vonette and though she wasn't familiar with it, she learned it in a
few days so she could be ready by our wedding day. AMAZING is an
understatement, we were all blown away by her talent. I still get
compliments from my friends and family to this day. She went above and
beyond on so many levels, I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone
getting married. Thank you Vonette!

Extremely professional and knowledgeable of all music for a beautiful wedding.

I was looking for somone who could play specific music as well as someone who would make sugggestions knowing the type of music we preferred for our wedding. Vonette has the experience and talent and we loved each and every piece she played. Vonette was so easy to work with from the beginning and positioned herself in the appropriate place so her beautiful music could be heard and enjoyed by all.

Incredible musicians! They set the tone for our whole wedding!

Vonette and Bud were amazing to have at the wedding! They were so communicative before the wedding, and flexible with the songs we wanted played during our ceremony and even played the fight song for my husband's favorite football team as he walked out. The harps so beautiful and so special, and really made our wedding feel elegant and gorgeous.

Amazing harpist

We cannot recommend Vonette enough. Her husband is an amazing guitarist as well. We asked her to play "At Last I See the Light" from Tangled and she did a beautiful job. She is willing to learn new pieces if you request them and has an extensive song list. You will be SO glad that you hired her. It made a beautiful addition to our ceremony.

Vonette was a sweetheart! She played the harp for our wedding ceremony and we couldn't be happier. What's great too is that there were a few songs that I had requested for the ceremony (some that weren't your typical wedding songs), and she took the time and put in the effort to learn so that she could play our wedding day! Her music definitely brought a certain magical element to the special day. So awesome!

Vonette was our harpist for our wedding at Hartley Botanica Oct 2017. We cannot say enough good things about her... and neither could our guests! Her music was amazing, and she helped make our night truly magical. She was sooo easy to work with and made the music selection process seamless. I would highly recommend her to anyone - I wish I could experience the night all over again! She is organized, great music selection, professional, responsive and timely. She helped guide me in areas I needed help with like music selection and number of songs etc, and worked with all the requests me and my husband had. I will never forget the feeling I had walking down the aisle to meet my husband with her music setting the tone. Highest recommendation!

As a musician I really wanted live music to play a part in our wedding ceremony, Vonette came highly recommended to us by our wedding venue.

When we first talked I explained what we would like to have for our ceremony, and she was able to help us build the perfect musical accompaniment to our day.
She was even able to accommodate a custom request for the Bridal entrance where she transposed a song that is very special to us to the harp, it was honestly more than we could ask for.
We provided Vonette with our entire ceremony, and she was able to interlace beautiful harp music throughout.

Vonettes playing set a wonderful, romantic, and intimate mood.

She is a true professional and master of her craft, I felt she truly wanted our ceremony to be us special as we did.

There's no doubt in my mind her playing will be a beautiful addition to your wedding day, and certainly one of the highlights for both you and your guests.

My wedding is a beautiful memory because of Vonette and Bud! Let me start off by saying that I am not a very sentimental person, so although it was my wedding, I wasn’t expecting to love my ceremony as much as I did! Thanks to Vonette and Bud, the best part of my wedding was my ceremony where I actually cried as my officiant’s words and their music harmonized perfectly as I married that man I loved. My only regret was not hiring a videographer to capture their beautiful music which they customized just for us. Thank you Vonette and Bud for making our big day that much more special!

Vonette was an absolute dream to work with and such a special addition to our wedding ceremony. She was so easy to work with, thorough, and even learned Eric Clapton's "Wonderful Tonight" for us at the very last minute when I asked her to just around a week (maybe even less, I can't remember) before the actual wedding. Vonette was the first vendor I hired for my wedding. I heard her play immediately after getting engaged and I would never have picked a date to get married that she wasn't available. I had to have her play. She was the most important of all my details. And I can't recommend her highly enough. I got so many compliments from all my guests at the wedding. She's very accessible, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and her fee is very reasonable. I felt this was one of those stamps on my wedding that made it stand out and I couldn't be happier. Vonette magnificently performed for our daughter’s wedding on 18 September 2015 at Westlake Village Inn. She was well organized and accessible during the planning phases. Specifically, Vonette initially provided a detailed questionnaire tailored for our event. We communicated numerous instances and she always immediately responded to our concerns. Vonette was familiar with the local wedding venues and recommended the best site locations for maximizing the harp acoustics output. Additionally, she adroitly performed selected songs for pre-ceremony, ceremony and reception celebrations. I highly recommend Vonette to perform for any occasion. The first time that I heard Vonette, play her harp, I knew that I wanted her to play at my daughter, Kelly Grover Gold's Wedding. Listening to Vonette , play her harp is "breathtaking!" Working with Vonette and Musical Networks was one of the easiest and most enjoyable parts of my wedding planning last year. Vonette was very organized from start to finish and made the process extremely interactive. During the initial consultation she asked a lot of questions to understand what type of selections I wanted (classical vs. modern, etc), and the overall ambience I wanted to create for the ceremony. She also provided many samples of her work and even offered to learn new pieces for my husband's family. I was very impressed by her harp music. She can play just about anything! I was impressed she could even play modern hits with her group such as "Feel So Close" by Calvin Harris. Apart from a highly accomplished and talented harpist, Vonette is extremely nice, professional and prompt. I would hire her again and highly recommend her to any bride-to-be.

Vonette played the Harp during my daughter's wedding ceremony and for the cocktail hour at The Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara. Our guests said the Harp music was so beautiful and a wonderful addition to the ceremony. We also added her husband on acoustic guitar to accompany her during cocktail hour which all enjoyed and it was very nice to have soft background music playing while the guests enjoyed their cocktails appetizers. Leading up to the big day she was so available in helping with song selections that included current, older tunes and also classical pieces. She was always available to answer any and all questions. Could not have asked for someone nicer and who went the extra mile to make sure all of my daughter's ceremony music was perfect!

The harp music was a lovely choice for our daughter's wedding. Vonette played before the ceremony, during, and at the cocktail hour before the reception. Vonette coordinated with our DJ, so we didn't have to worry about any of the music or sound. We received many comments on how the harp music added to the wedding.

We hired Vonette to do the music for our ceremony. The music and harp were an amazing/elegant addition to our outdoor ceremony. We did not need any additional music aside from what she provided. She is very accommodating and responsive. We didn't know exactly which songs we wanted, but she gave us multiple suggestions based on our likes and she also is able to learn songs if given enough time. If the ceremony is outside, she does need a flat surface to play on- we had to provide a platform since our ceremony was on grass. We continue to receive compliments on the music she played and would highly recommend her!

Originally, we were just going to go with Vonette and have a solo harpist at our wedding. We decided to go with the trio of harp, violin, and guitar, and it was beautiful. All the guests loved the music. Vonette, Bud and Sharon are incredible. Would highly recommend them for any thing in the future.

We hired Vonette to play the harp during our wedding ceremony in September 2012. We selected her based on her professional experience, and her ability to play a wide range of music beautifully. Before the wedding, she gave us guidance in selecting songs, which we found very helpful. We ended up selecting more traditional songs (Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring, Prelude in C, Canon in D, Here Comes the Sun), and she did a great job playing them as well as playing before the ceremony and leading up to the cocktail hour. She was very professional in that she arrived and set up early, dressed for the occasion (her dress color coordinated with our wedding colors), and was overall very easy to work with. We got more than what we were hoping for, and received a lot of compliments from friends and family on the uniqueness of the ceremony music. We would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to hire a harpist!

Vonette executed exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding day. She plays the harp beautifully and is extremely professional. I first heard Vonette play at a bridal show. I already knew I wanted to walk down the aisle to Canon in D, but was not looking for a live musician. I walked into the bridal show, heard it being played, and immediately got tears in my eyes it sounded so beautiful. I saw it as a sign and booked Vonette on the spot. We kept in close contact up until the wedding day and discussed music and what we wanted. She was punctual, played every song we requested at the right time, and her music is just beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone and I am SO happy I ran into her at that bridal show. It was perfect!

We loved having harp music at our wedding!
Vonette & Bud are a pleasure to work with. They even learned new songs just for us! Their music added a beautiful element to our ceremony. They worked with our DJ and the efficient and all other vendors that day. She suggested songs that fit our style and theme for our event.
I wish I could go back and be a guest at my own wedding so I could hear the harp & guitar play the whole time. What a beautiful day!

Vonette provided my wife and I with a string trio to play during our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. We requested a couple of songs to play during the ceremony, and Vonette played them for us to perfection. During cocktail hour, we let her choose what to play. We only heard great things from our guests about her playing.
She was very professional in preparing for our wedding, asking questions regarding event specifics. The day of the wedding, she didn't ask us for a thing and we were able to enjoy the music with 0 hassle. She was even able to change venues with her harp in just a few minutes.

Vonette played wonderful music throughout our ceremony, mixing our own selections with pieces she felt matched the mood. She worked with our pianist to coordinate music throughout the event. We had to change the time of our event due to conflict at the reception venue. When it turned out that she was already booked at that time, Vonette arranged for a colleague to fill in for her at the reception, set up transportation, and the substitute harpist was already at the venue, playing when guests and we arrived. We have met her at 2-3 other events since including Easter brunches and museum gatherings. We would recommend her anytime.

Vonette on the harp and her partner:husband on the guitar provided beautiful background music for the wedding prelude and during the ceremony. Working with Vonette was a very positive experience. She was very responsive in the email and phone exchanges and in helping us select the music choices. I highly recommend her services. Their music provided a lovely level of class to our daughter's wedding day.

Late, Late, Late

I was so disappointed in this harpist. She was an hour late to the wedding in which we had to wait till she set up to begin the wedding. She professionalisms was also disappointing as her stated the contact stated a different time....🤦🏽‍♀️. I do not recommend this harpist. I feel she owes me money back fir delaying my wedding.
