Absolutely A+!!!

We couldn’t be more pleased with how perfect our wedding day was! Jill saw to every detail and really helped us be able to relax and enjoy the day. Everything looked beautiful, the staff was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious.

Amazing! Use this venue for ease of mind and a great time!

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue, coordinators, and experience for our wedding. Jill, Karen, and everyone made the planning process and day of as smooth as possible. Not to mention, their personalities are amazing and we had fun the whole time. The venue is gorgeous and all of our photos from the day turned out beautiful. Being a March wedding it is hard to find a venue that is as gorgeous in the off season, but Harmony Hall is!
A few standouts for this venue are the farmhouse for getting ready. We also used it for our rehearsal dinner. That space is so cute and functional. The dinner/dance hall is also amazing and spacious. It has a very cool bar and lounge corner also which our guests loved. And lastly, the outdoor areas provide for many backdrops for photos. You have lots of options.

It was perfect.

This was amazing! Everything was perfect and everyone went above and beyond! The quests had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for everyone to dance and enjoy themselves.

Fabulous venue!

My daughter's reception was last weekend and she had a very unique vision of what she wanted and Karen, Jill, and Neil executed it 100%. They were so easy to work with and the day went seamlessly. The food was amazing and I just can't say enough about this beautiful venue. At the end of the night, the Harmony Hall team had us all packed up and ready to go, so well-organized. I would recommend Harmony Hall Estate to anyone planning a reception!!!

Great Experience!

Both the planning process and actual honeymoon were great! Karen will find you the best experience for best value. She takes care of all the planning including the flight. This is especially helpful when you are already busy planning a wedding. Karen is very responsive and gets back to you quickly if not immediately. Also she is very knowledgeable and insightful.
We stayed at Confresi Palm resort in the Dominican Republic. Everything was beautiful, and the staff there could not be any nicer. Since, Karen is a real estate agent there, you will get so many added perks such as access to VIP beaches and restaurants. Lastly, if you do end of staying there, the excursion to Paradise Island is a must! The Yacht ride, snorkeling, and blue waters was my husband and I's favorite part.

Amazing honeymoon

We had the best time on our honeymoon traveling through Harmony Travel. We felt so welcomed at the resort, and everything was taken care of for us. My husband and I had a blast meeting new people, spending time in the cabanas on the beach, trying new restaurants every night, going to shows, and going on excursions, which you can book at the resort. Everything was beautiful, we had such a great time!

Amazing. They have it all.

Venue? Beautiful inside and out.
Ceremony? So much variety with 7 (seven!) beautiful spots.
Food? They got it. And it’s delicious.

Harmony Hall Estate — despite Covid — was super flexible, generous, and helpful as we planned our wedding. They want to be up-front with you, to the point, and they take very good care of their clients and guests. They schedule meetings months in advance to ensure your wedding day is what you want. Incredibly nice staff, too!

Excellent, Friendly Service

We had our wedding in July, and through the ever changing regulations regarding weddings with COVID we had great communication and flexibility with Karen, Jill, and team. Our wedding went so smoothly and we had so so many compliments on our venue space and staff. We would absolutely recommend Harmony Hall to any couple considering getting married in central PA!

Amazing experience

We had an amazing experience at Harmony Hall Estate! The venue is beautiful and the staff are amazing! We had planned to get married May 16th, but COVID had a different plan. Jill, Neil and Karen were amazing during the whole process, helping us find a day that worked with us and our bridal party! The day was everything we could have asked for and more!! For couples who love pictures, there are so many beautiful spots for pictures at this venue!! If you are looking for a place with friendly staff, good deals, lots of space, beautiful picture areas, yummy food and so much more, this is the venue for you. We are so glad and blessed we found harmony hall estate 3 years ago!! Thanks for an amazing wedding!!

Absolutely Perfect!!

Jill, Karen, and Neil were all so amazing and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. They had a timely response to the covid outbreak and were flexible in postponing our wedding. They really came together and made our special day just absolutely perfect!!

Beautiful Venue!

My husband and I got married this past weekend and had our reception at Harmony Hall Estate. All I can say is WOW! We fell in love with the venue the moment we went to visit. We worked closely with Jill and she was absolutely fantastic and captured our vision completely. We were originally supposed to get married in June and had to postpone our wedding. It was a stressful time with all of the unknowns and constant changing of regulations but both Jill and Karen stayed in communication with me. I would always feel so much better after speaking with them on the phone :) Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and reception went exactly as I hoped and wanted. They set everything up for us so we didn't have to worry about that at all. We utilized the outside for cocktail hour and our guests really liked the indoor/outdoor element. It was such a stress-free process and I am so grateful for that. I would absolutely recommend Harmony Hall Estates!! Thank you Jill and Karen for everything :)

My Son's wedding

Let me start by saying you could not find a nicer or more professional group of people. Karen and Jill were by far the best two professional planners/owners I have ever met. After 30 years in the business I was very skeptical. Then Covid hit and Karen as well as Jill continued to re-assure us that as long as they were permitted to host a wedding we would be hosting ours. We never had the chance to do almost any of the normal things like cake/food tastings, tours, etc. I again was working on blind faith that the food and desserts would be up to standard and they far exceeded my expectations. Neil and Elyse two of the preferred vendors could not have been nicer or more accommodating, the staff was attentive and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone this venue, the preferred vendor suggestions and the Jill/Karen. You will not go wrong with this spot.

Beautiful Venue, Great Price, Amazing Team!

I don’t think we could have asked for a better team than the Harmony Hall crew to help with our big day. From the moment we booked, Jill made the planning and coordination so easy and was essential in helping us identify some other vendors and planning for everything. The day of, Jill and Neil were floating around all day ensuring that everything was taken care of and keeping me 100% stress-free. That alone was the biggest relief! Plus - everyone raves about how amazing the food and service were!

All of that aside, the moment we toured the venue and viewed the packages, we knew there was no doubt at all that this was the place for us. It has touches of both rustic farmhouse and modern ballroom, along with so many beautiful spots around the grounds for photo ops. The salon area was the perfect area for everyone to get ready throughout the day, and being able to stay in one location for everything was a dream. I would highly recommend for any bride!

Harmony Hall is a beautiful venue.

This is a beautiful venue with several great options for the wedding ceremony. Karen and Jill are wonderful and easy to work with. The farmhouse provided a relaxing and comfortable area to get ready with a perfect room set up for hair and makeup. I love the way they serve the meals - everyone at the table receives their plated meal at the same time. It was very elegant. The grounds are beautiful and the reception hall is very classy. Thanks Jill for helping to make my daughter’s wedding everything she hoped for!!

Couldn't say enough positive things!

My husband and I recently got married at Harmony Hall on September 21, 2019. We had the most beautiful ceremony and reception; I could not say enough positive things about our special day. We had a pretty big wedding of about 160 guests and SO many people approached me during and after the reception stating how beautiful everything was. One of my family members, who has been to many weddings, even stated it was the most beautiful wedding she's ever attended. I owe this ALL to Harmony Hall! I am not the girl who has had her wedding planned on her pinterest her entire life, so Harmony Hall REALLY should take all the credit for this one. They helped me plan every step of the way, did the majority of the decorations for me, set EVERYTHING up and took it all down, too, and answered any and all questions I had throughout the entire process! Harmony Hall also has a payment plan option so my husband and I aren't in any debt what-so-ever. I would recommend Harmony Hall over and over again - they are AMAZING!

Stress Free Planning

My husband and I had A BLAST on our honeymoon to Confresi Palm Beach and Spa in Puerto Plata,DR!

It was so great not having to worry about anything planning wise as Harmony Travel did it all for us! The stress taken off of us worrying about finding a hotel, transportation, ect. was ideal letting us focus on our wedding.

We loved adding on the excursions once we arrived and we highly suggest doing so! The resort has so much activities though you can just stay there the entire week too! The beaches were beautiful, the food was great, and the service was excellent!

Karen sent us a little "packet" with helpful hints about the resort, what to pack, and what was all included which was so helpful.

Harmony Hall was the perfect choice for our wedding party! We got married a few days earlier in a small ceremony and really just needed a place to throw a party for all our friends and family! Harmony Hall was perfect for that and fit perfectly into our busy schedules! I didn't have to worry about anything! Jill handled everything for us! I loved not having to worry and stress! The food was absolutely delicious and the grounds are gorgeous! We got complemented on the area all evening! Thank you so much to the team at Harmony Hall for making our wedding so enjoyable and memorable!

I have never experienced a more professional and caring team! My wedding was yesterday, September 1st, but we honestly couldn’t wait to write a review for the staff and team at Harmony Hall Estate! Everything from the food to the preparation was flawless! Jill helped us plan our dream wedding for two years, and it was the most amazing night of our lives. Jill was always able to reach back to us after any concern, it honestly felt like we had her 24/7! The morning of I was as nervous as I could be, but Jill and the staff made sure to come and check on me multiple times to let me know how beautiful everything was and that we were doing great. It’s crazy how that bit of encouragement worked wonders on me! Thank you so much to the entire team for helping us at Harmony Hall Estate! Because of you all, our wedding day will be remembered beautifully through all of our friends and family!!

The first time we drove onto Harmony Hall's grounds, we loved the venue. The grounds are lovely, and provide a beautiful backdrop for pictures and a ceremony. Karen and the staff were wonderful - they were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Karen stressed that they are flexible, and they certainly made it their mission to make the day all about us. We worked with Lexi to plan a lot of our wedding - she met with us several times through the year and reminded us what decisions we needed to be making. Unfortunately, she did move to a different position about two months before our wedding, but the transition to Jill went very smoothly. I give Jill a lot of credit - my wedding was right after her vacation, and she continued to answer my emails while she was gone! Our wedding day was beautiful, and the best part was that I never had to worry about a thing. We got to relax, get ready with our family and friends, and take pictures knowing that the Harmony Hall staff was handling anything and everything. We got many comments on how good the food was and how beautifully it was plated, as well as how smooth the service was. We had a wonderful day, and would not hesitate to recommend this venue.

My husband and I chose Harmony Hall for our July 28th wedding. I am so glad we did!! I can't say enough good things about this venue. I'll start with the staff. Karen, Lexi, and Jill were fantastic. I never once felt like I was being pushed into choosing something I didn't want or was over budget. They present you with a timeline from your first meeting until the week of the wedding with various deadlines to have things done. As someone who really hates event planning this was really helpful. We actually had a flood at our house the week of our wedding and had to rush our wedding decorations over to the venue urgently and Jill met us there right away! She was very flexible and accommodating. The food was delicious, no really it was. I can honestly say this is the first wedding I've been to where I can say the food was really good! The venue gorgeous. We chose to get married in the pine grove on the back of the property and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. The reception hall is also beautifully decorated and doesn't require a whole lot of extras. All in all, I can say they were amazing. You should give them a serious look. You won't be sorry!!

From the moment we signed up for our first trip with Karen, she was AWESOME!! She was totally committed to make sure that this was truly a dream come true vacation. She started with taking care of all the Air Transportations, Ground Transportation, Hotel/Villa service, Venue Reservations, Excursions and everything in between to make this a most memorable trip, It was the best experience I have ever received and there is not one thing that went wrong. Her attention to the details of what I was looking for in a vacation was spot on! I am excited at the opportunities she offers for future vacations and have already booked my next trip. I consider her my personal travel planner for the best time ever!

Our wedding was 5/5/2018. Over the year up to wedding, Lexi worked with us to help plan and coordinate everything for our day. Occasionally we would work with Jill and Karen as well. They were all incredibly helpful at offering us ideas and advice along the way when we weren’t sure what we were doing, as well as being very responsive when we needed to contact them with questions as we were planning the wedding. With their guidance, our ceremony and reception were amazing!! We had our ceremony at the pond and it was beautiful! I received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the property was. There are multiple options for ceremony locations on their property, which we also used as a beautiful backdrop for many of our photos. Throughout the wedding and reception, Lexi checked in on us to make sure we knew when everything should happen and that everything stayed on track. The food was delicious and they offer many options that you can choose from. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful day!

Selecting the vendors for our wedding day was no easy task! I have worked with some of the best wedding vendors in Central PA and a few that are not so good. So when it came time for John and I to plan our own wedding we had a long list of vendors to consider. For obvious reasons we selected my venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. Can you imagine the stress my staff felt planning their boss’s wedding day? As the owner I had no doubt my entire staff would rise to the occasion! Every single one of my staff was amazing! Jill and Lexi set up the room perfectly and helped with the planning process as if I was a regular client. Not detail was left to chance. Exec. Chef Ashley and her assistants Andrew and Denise prepared our custom menus exactly as we requested- we started off the evening with a hearty cocktail hour, we offered customized station menu that reflected both of our personalities. John had a southern BBQ style menu with pulled port, country fried steak, saw mill gravy and much more. My menu consisted of grilled veggies, three chicken selections and several starch options. We also had a pasta action station. We ended the evening with several of our favorite end of evening snack options. My bartenders and service staff were attentive and friendly as always and made sure the bridal party and my family and friends had everything we needed. We have been told over and over again by our family and friends that our wedding day was absolutely the best wedding they have ever been too. You really cannot choose a better venue than Harmony Hall. We fell in love with the property almost immediately, then were even more convinced after meeting the staff. This is a location that will make sure you have the exact wedding you want. There are many spots for outdoor services to choose from (we chose by the rose bushes!), a wonderful indoor reception area that can be designed to look however you want, and caring staff that help you envision your dream wedding. They are incredibly organized, and will set everything up for you AND tear it all down! Karen's catering will provide the meal for a reasonable cost, and every course is delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and I had guests tell me that our wedding had the best hors deurves they've ever had at a wedding. But the best part of Harmony Hall has to Jill and Lexi. They are your personal wedding planners who are so kind, creative, and dedicated to making your day perfect. Our day was everything we dreamed of, and we owe a huge part of that success to Harmony Hall. We even booked our honeymoon through Karen and had a wonderful time. Trust me... you want to get married here!

We had our wedding at Harmony Hall Estate and everything, including every step of the planning process, was absolutely perfect. I cant say enough wonderful things about Jill, Lexi, Sherry, and Karen. If you are looking for a venue for a ceremony and/or reception, Harmony Hall Estate is beautiful, the staff is professional yet fun, the food is delicious, and you can really enjoy your wedding day knowing that every little detail will be pleasantly handled. I am very thankful we decided to use Harmony Hall for both our ceremony and reception. They were very accommodating to all of our ideas but also had a great eye for what would work well and be nice for the guests. They were very organized, relaxed, and efficient. The food tasted great and was displayed very nicely for the guests. I am most pleased with how much they did for us without one sign of stress on our wedding day. Everything was done without me even noticing! The grounds and the reception hall are kept in amazing shape and everything was very beautiful. Getting ready in the farmhouse was a great experience. It felt risky to let go of some control and let them do what they do best, but they certainly did not disappoint in the least bit and I feel very comfortable encouraging others to do the same.

Tim and I were married on November 19th and we had our wedding reception at Harmony Hall. It was perfect! Jill kept me on track and worked with me every step of the way. She made me feel comfortable with the process and I felt supported in my decisions. The stone house was amazing for my bridal party to get ready the day of. If anyone remembers the weather on that day knows it went from 65 and sunny to gusty winds then rain and eventually sleet. Pretty nuts I know. But harmony hall helped make sure everyone was in the ballroom safely from the shuttle and even met the bridal party as soon as the bus pulled up with umbrellas. They were simply amazing. Sheri was a godsend that night because if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have been able to eat and the meal was delicious!!! Sheri was so sweet and took care of us all including our parents the entire time. Lexi was awesome in checking on me and at the end of the night getting everything together. She checked and double checked to make sure we didn't miss anything and made sure we were good. We highly recommend this venue and have shared with our friends too. Thank you for truly an amazing night!

Karen, Jill, and Lexi were a great team to work with at HH. They were so friendly and responsive. Any odd questions I had, they were there to answer. My husband and I got married at Harmony Hall on May 28, 2016! From our very first tour of the venue up to the day of our wedding the staff at Harmony Hall went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful; there are so many places to hold your ceremony and have pictures taken (which was super important to me). From the very beginning, we knew we didn’t want to have a formal sit down dinner, and Karen helped us craft the perfect menu for our guests (a pizza bar, pasta bar and slider bar, which our guests loved). Along the way, Jill was always super responsive to any questions we had, and definitely made the process of planning a wedding less stressful. On the day of, Jill and Lexi made sure everything went off without a hitch and on time, allowing us to enjoy the day, and not worry. The people here couldn't have been more accommodating. Our daughter's wedding had to be postponed for a year due to a surprise pregnancy. Karen and Jill worked with us to find us a date that worked and it turned out to be almost the same date as the original one. Jill was fantastic to work with as our planner and Karen was there as well. They made us feel like we were the only people they were working with and took care of questions and concerns immediately and professionally. The chef Ashley worked with our guests who had food issues, contacting them personally to make sure their meals would be as delicious as our main menu choices. Elise did a fabulous job with the flowers, especially the bouquets and a memorial vase. Every guest raved about what a wonderful wedding and reception it was. We couldn't have been happier and would recommend HH to anyone and everyone who is looking for a perfect venue.

We love Harmony Hall! We were married there on 9-3-16 and it was the best day ever :) Karen, Jill & Lexi were all so helpful and so responsive when I had any questions or silly ideas about anything. The venue itself is gorgeous. We were married outside around the pond and had our reception in the ball room. The convenience of using Harmony Hall is just incredible. We dropped all of our wedding decorations off the Wednesday before the wedding, and it was all set up for us by our wedding day and after the last dance, the staff at Harmony Hall had everything packed up and was helping to load my dads car in a matter of 10 minutes. Sherry, a server at Harmony Hall was amazing. She tended to us in the Farm House prior to our ceremony and then again during our cock tail hour. She was so great and so attentive. During the reception, she came to find my husband and I when our food was ready and ensured we got a break and sat down to eat. She also made sure everyone always had a full glass that wanted one :) Sherry was just fantastic. Jill was amazing with her fast responses and her ease of just knowing what to do.
I would like to mention that during the year process (from time of booking until our wedding day) Karen and Jill had a word document that they maintained and sent to my husband and I after each meeting with all of the notes and arrangements that were discussed.
During our rehearsal, we had a lot of questions in regards to timing of couples walking out etc, and during the rehearsal and during our actual ceremony, Jill and Lexi were there and made sure everyone walked out at the exact right time. We did not have a videographer so I am forever grateful to Lexi for capturing the moment we were announced as Mr. and Mrs. and sending it to me :) I can't say enough good things about Harmony Hall. I highly recommend them for your wedding or any event. My work Christmas party was there a few years in a row and they do wonderful catering for events as well as weddings.

Harmony Hall was great. They were there to help planning process. The room was set-up perfect. Jill and Karen were so personable and easy to talk too, and work with. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. The staff was amazing and provided wonderful service. Many of our guest commented on how great the staff was. We as the bride and groom had personal service which was so nice. The food also tasted great and also got many compliments of how wonderful the food was. The bridal suite is so perfect to get ready. My hair and make-up crew said that there was a lot of room and space was best place they ever did on-site make-up and hair. My husband and I just got married last Saturday and had our reception at Harmony Hall. We could not have asked for a better venue! We wanted something that would have the feeling of both an indoor and outdoor wedding and that is definitely what we got! Karen, Jill, and Lexi were so helpful in putting together a beautiful wedding for us! The guests complimented how beautiful the venue was, how awesome the food was, and how much fun our wedding was! Jill was amazingly helpful to work with...whenever we needed her, she was there to talk and answer our questions! She made us feel calm and relaxed, and took all of the stress out of wedding planning! She gave us helpful suggestions, and has a vast knowledge of what will work and will look good! Great venue with many options for ceremony. It snowed on our wedding day which caused a change in where we selected for the ceremony. It is ideal place to have a wedding and reception. The staff could not have been any better. They walked through the whole process and also listened to our ideas. Completion of the farm house in time for the wedding was icing on the cake. It is Beautiful !

They take all the difficulty out of wedding planning and provide so much guidance and tools to help you plan your perfect day! All the staff at Harmony Hall EXCEEDED my expectations! I'm a very hard grader and don't give out many "5s", but the wedding venue, food, and service that we experienced at my daughter's wedding was EXCEPTIONAL. This is such a beautiful venue to hold any event. The newly renovated farm house is now available and would definitely be my pick for a smaller party. We did our entire wedding (ceremony and reception) on their grounds. It went perfect. Their policy for our times stated you are allowed to arrive after 3PM to get ready but with the amount of girls I had we needed to start getting ready by 130PM and they had no issue allowing us to arrive early. We had champagne waiting for us chilled on ice and with glasses the second we arrived to have while getting ready. The farm house was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and set up for our makeup and hair personnel to get ready right away. Due to being the first ones to use the farm house since renovations there was not mirrors set up yet but it was no biggie bringing my own. We had tons of space to spread all our items out. Jill made sure we stayed as close to schedule as possible and any issues I had during the night she was on it within minutes and it was resolved. Our ceremony went smooth and the rain started right afterwards. Our food was served in an orderly and timely manner. The bartender kept up with everyone in a timely manner as well. I never had a moment where there was not a drink in my hand and if someone saw me without one for a minute harmony hall personnel was asking if I needed one right away. All our decorations were set up exactly how I pictured them in my head and I didn't even have to explain it in detail to Jill she just knew, it made it that much easier. My husband decided to smash cake in my face after I told him don't you dare so I got him back good and got cake everywhere... floors, wall, ceiling... and no one got angry our upset from Harmony Hall and just cleaned it up and we kept things moving. At the end of the night it only took them maybe a half hour to pack all my things up for me and help me get them out and back into my vehicle. Our night was perfect and we'll probably use them again to do 5, 10,15 year anniversaries just for a small family and friend reception.

We had a beautiful wedding at Harmony Hall and enjoyed the entire experience. Everyone who worked at our wedding was professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Jill is amazing to work with through the entire process. She made sure we had everything we wanted, from the schedule of events to the tiny details. This is a beautiful venue with tons of possibilities and options to make every wedding special.

Karen and Jill at Harmony Hall were amazing! Throughout the entire planning process they were there to answer questions and make suggestions. They were so willing to work with us and the vision we had for our wedding. On the day of, there was not one thing I had to think of- they had it all covered! The hall was gorgeous and surpassed the vision I had in my head. So many of our guests came up to us, called, texted, and e-mailed to tell us how wonderful the reception was. Our food was wonderful, the service great, and generally we just had a wonderful time. In a heartbeat, we would recommend Harmony Hall to our friends and family. Thank you so much for making our special day that much more special.

This was an absolutely gorgeous venue with beautiful views of the river front in downtown Harrisburg. I highly recommend the Civic Club to any bride wishing for an elegant venue that does not require a whole lot of customization. It has a character all it's own.

Our event went beautifully. The service was excellent , the food was delicious, and every thing ran smoothly. Karen and her team were professional, pleasant, and taking care of all the details. We were able to relax and enjoy the whole evening.

We just had our wedding at Karen's Harmony Hall and we could not have had a better day. Karen and Jill pay great attention to all the details which was very helpful in planning our wedding. They are very experienced and make event planning seem effortless. They guided us through the entire process with no problems. And the food is AWESOME! Harmony Hall was the PERFECT venue for our wedding. From our first visit we knew we had to have our wedding there! The setting is beautiful and intimate, exactly what we were looking for. Karen and Jill are so experienced at planning events that they make sure every detail is accounted for! The staff was very attentive to all of our needs, making the service feel so personal. I felt like our wedding was the only one they were planning! All of our guests RAVED about the food! The night could not have gone more perfectly, when it was over we immediately said we wanted to do it again! We owe the success of our big day to the staff at Harmony Hall!

Harmony Hall was absolutely wonderful. We used them as our reception site for our wedding in June. Both Jill and Karen were great to work with. They were very friendly, definitely organized and full of different ideas. I could tell that they were experienced and knew what they were doing. Harmony Hall was a very beautiful setting that was awesome for taking pictures at. The food was delicious, our reception ran extremely smoothly and everyone said how much fun they had. We got many compliments on how nice the reception site was. I would definitely choose Harmony Hall if you are looking for a beautiful place that surely will make your special day run smoothly.

Karen's Catering are the best catering company in Middletown.Their chefs prepared a great menu and where really easy to work with when it came to decision making.I love how they worked within our budget.Everyone was very pleased with the service they provided at our recpetion.The food was very filling and they set up great stations.

Jill and Lexie were amazing the day of my wedding. I booked the venue 18 months before the wedding and Jill kept in touch with me through the entire time. She was very willing to meet me with whenever it fit in my schedule. They set up everything and made sure that my bridesmaids and i were happy. Their staff were amazing at dinner!! They made sure my husband and i were happy and were willing to do whatever was needed. I definitely recommend this venue and team! They helped make my day more special than i ever thought!!

We would like to thank both of you for all your efforts to achieve the wedding that Joe and I hoped to have for Becky. Both families had numerous emails, calls and notes about the high caliber of your work and venue.

Harmony Hall looked beautiful and, Jill, we know you put many hours into the physical set-up. It exceeded our expectations; all was set up according to what we envisioned.

Karen, the food and waitstaff was wonderful. I really liked the method that was used to serve the table all at once. We found your organization easy to work with and accommodating to what we wanted. The staff responded quickly to requests that were made. Joe and I were impressed how efficient the clean-up was.

All one needed to do was look at the smiles that Becky and Chad had the entire reception to make our effort worthwhile.

Stunning location

When we were trying to determine where to get married, I saw pics of Harmony Hall and I had to go check it out! When we entered the venue location, I knew we had to get married there. Everyone is fantastic and accommodating. We decided to use the venue, Karen's Catering, instead of trying to bring a different vendor in. The food was AMAZING! everyone raved about it and told me how great it was. Wish we (me and husband) would've been able to make our way for seconds - hahaha- but you know how that goes! I would use them again for any event I had. It's definitely worth the money. The farmhouse is fantastic and was great for getting ready the day of. Jill (day of coordinator , planner) stayed in contact contact with me and put up with all my crazy emails, questions and requests. This place is definitely worth the money! I was not stressed planning or getting anything ready, didn't have to worry about set up or tear down. It was a wonderful experience overall. Thank you Harmony Hall

Our wedding couldn’t have been better

My husband and I are so happy we went with Harmony Hall Estate for our wedding venue. The beautiful property is, of course what captivated us first, but everyone was so accommodating, helpful, and professional. It was a breeze during the planning process, even though we were from out of town. I never thought for a second that anything could go wrong with the event in Jill’s hands. She’s a complete professional in the wedding business, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Our wedding day was seamless, and if there were any issues, I didn’t know about it! Our guests would not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, and they absolutely loved the food.

Lovely and simple.

The staff was very helpful when I was struggling with my melt down of my MIA bridsmaid right before my ceremony. They have great prices and flexibility to customize your day to suit your needs. And the food by Karen's Catering was amazing.

I could not be happier with our wedding day! Jill and Lexi did a great job helping us to imagine and plan a vision for our big day! Harmony Hall was absolutely great for our wedding - extremely flexible and helpful in the whole entire process! We booked over a year in advance for our wedding, so it was easy to follow their timeline that they had in place for when we should do everything to prepare for the day of! All I had to do the morning of the wedding was just show up and get ready, no setting up or stressing at all! The whole team was incredible!

I received some response from guests that the beef was not cooked to what we had ordered. However, our guests arrived earlier than expected and staff at Harmony Hall was very flexible and got appetizers passed before originally planned. All the food was delicious, the only thing was the undercooked beef that was served to a few guests. Harmony Hall also had appetizers and drinks in the beautiful Farmhouse for the wedding party while we were getting pictures prior to the reception.

All of the planning pre-wedding was great with this vendor. The staff was very helpful and good to work with. They responded to emails quickly to answer questions. I brought all my reception decor and favors earlier in the week and when I went back on Friday to do some final preps, the staff had everything out on the tables I had asked it to be and decorated beautifully. One of our tables was missing favors, but that was an easy fix at the reception. The staff took some extra little decorations that I had brought along and had no specific uses for and used them in cute and unique ways.

The grounds were prepared nicely even though it was raining. And Harmony Hall had umbrellas available for the wedding party to walk from the Farmhouse to the banquet hall.

Karen's Catering was wonderful. We had rain off and on during the day (of an outside ceremony), and they kept us informed of the weather conditions right up until guests started arriving. Everything went off just as planned. Jill was extremely helpful both in the planning stages and the day of our wedding. It was very hot and she made sure that my husband and I had drinks and whatever else we needed. The food for the cocktail hour and reception were delicious. Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a more special day. I would recommend Karen's to anyone.
