Best Wedding Photographer!
Harmony is absolutely amazing. We first came across her work when she did my sister’s & brother in law’s engagement shoot and got to know her better at their wedding. We were so impressed with her skill, creativity, and commitment to get the perfect shot. So of course we hired her for our own wedding! Harmony is sunshine in human form and makes everyone comfortable in front of the camera, even if you’re not used to being photographed. Her guidance and suggestions were a lifesaver and we got the most amazing photos we could ask for. We will 100% hire her for any future photography needs we have. Thank you Harmony for everything! -

We contacted Harmony for our 2021 wedding in Kodiak, Alaska. She was excellent in communicating with us ahead of time, meeting us over video calls as we all got to know each other while discussing the logistics and wishes for what we wanted in our wedding day pictures. She flew up a bit ahead of time to meet us in person and was incredibly helpful in the photography department and more, clearly knowledgable and professional but also a genuinely calm, fun and happy person to be around. We were thrilled to be able to show her some of rural Alaska as we hiked up ocean-side trails for our bridal shoot, up steep rocky roads for our first look and hanging around the bonfire with our friends and family through the reception. We were equally thrilled with the photos we received after. They were expressive, had a great range of goofy "realness" to artistic posing and as someone who isn't use to being on the business end of a camera she made us feel very relaxed, having a great time while we worked. Love the photos, loved meeting Harmony, and would HIGHLY recommend to other brides. -

Harmony is the absolute best
My husband and I started looking for photographers in 2019. We met with a couple contenders, but absolutely loved Harmony’s vibe. There was no hard sell, she truly wanted us to be happy with whomever we picked. We are so happy we picked her. She did both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. We also picked the package with a second shooter (for the wedding day), which I definitely recommend if it’s within your budget.
We went to Balboa for our engagement photo session. My (now husband) and I both had a blast. Harmony constantly made us both laugh, making for some absolutely amazing photos. She was able to capture the true essence of “us.” She had multiple spots for us to go, giving us a number of beautiful backgrounds for our photos. This woman is also not afraid to jump into a bush to get the best photos. 😂 My husband rides a motorcycle, and Harmony had him bring it to incorporate it into some of our photos!
On our wedding day she showed up on time and got right to work; taking detail photos of my accessories. She felt like one of the girls while taking photos of me and my bridesmaids.
We got ready at a separate location from were the ceremony/reception was. She left before us, to make sure the guys were hidden away before I showed up in my dress. She truly went above and beyond in making sure the day ran perfectly smooth.
Harmony captured our day perfectly. She got every single photo that we wanted; including an absolutely beautiful night photo. We got married at my best friends house, and she was able to pinpoint the most perfect spots for our photos to be taken. Just like with the engagement photos, we took photos in multiple spots. It was so fun having her be a part of our big day! The photos were absolutely gorgeous!!!
Our wedding was one of the ones that was effected by COVID-19. Our wedding was postponed an entire year, and approximately three months before the actual date, our venue completely changed. She was so supportive of us through the entire thing, and was happy to roll with all of my location changes. She was NEVER an added stress throughout the changes, which is not something I can say about all of our vendors. We are truly thankful to have found her and we HIGHLY recommend you choose her to capture your special day too. -

We hired Harmony Haft to photograph our wedding & she did a great job! She arrived early on the day of the wedding & communicated with us over text to coordinate photos (while groom/bride still weren't seeing each other yet). They were so professional in their handling of our family photos at the wedding & reception. Additionally, Harmony & Kristina (second shooter) were so kind and were willing to accommodate our desired shots both at the ceremony and reception. It was so wonderful to have them at our wedding! I would definitely book again if we need a photographer in the future! -

We loved harmony!
WE LOVED HARMONY! She worked for our friend’s wedding and right away we knew we wanted to hire her. She had the style we were looking for. We were comfortable working with her throughout the wedding. She’s so great at communicating, always checked in with us during the whole wedding planning process, and updated us about the status of our wedding photos after our wedding. Our pictures came out so beautiful! She suggested a lot of poses we were hesitant about and they came out better than we thought! So glad we got to work with her ❤️ -

Harmony was so cool and nice! She was flexible and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! My husband doesn’t like getting photos taken but he said he had a great time and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all! I love Harmony’s natural view and making the photos look better than real life but not overly filtered. I highly recommend her for all your photography needs! -

I met Harmony at my cousin's wedding, and we got along so well. It's important for personalities to mesh when you're planning a wedding, and Harmony is so easygoing and friendly. We asked her to photograph our wedding, and she came all the way up to Napa, even though she's based in San Diego. So professional, made us feel at ease on the day, and we had so much fun! The pictures came out amazing, too! Thank you so much for being part of our wonderful wedding experience! -

I flew in for an out of town wedding and was nervous bc I didn’t know Harmony and I wasn’t from San Diego. She was amazing! She went above and beyond taking shots I wouldn’t have have thought of. Super laid back, unobtrusive, our guests never knew she was there yet we have beautiful pics of all of their smiling faces. Harmony is a true professional and master of her craft. You won’t be disappointed!!!! -

Harmony is the BEST
Harmony is FANTASTIC! We got married on 2/15/219 at Grand Tradition Arbor Terrace in Fallbrook. At the time we booked Harmony, I don't believe she had worked the venue yet, but she did have two weddings booked at the venue prior to our big day. By the day of our wedding, she already knew the perfect spots to get pictures, now some are obvious like the fountain at the entrance & the bridge over the waterfall, but I love that she took us out to the long drive way and even got a photo in front of the wrought iron gate - places I would have never imagine going to take pictures and they ended up being beautiful! She did a great job capturing the feel of the day and the personalities of my husband & I AND our wedding party & guests :) We are a bit of an unconventional couple and we were a bit concerned we might be a bit....too much for some of our vendors. Harmony fit right in and laughed right along with us. Our pictures were ready for us right when we got back from our honeymoon so it was perfect timing for us :) We are OBSESSED with out picture and we HIGHLY recommend Harmony for documenting any special events!!! -

Harmony did a perfect job at capturing all the love and happiness of our entire wedding day! She has great communication and tons of experiences to share. Harmony is very easy going and was able to adapt to all our last minute changes. She was really great and helped us out so much by creating a draft of our day of timeline! Something we (bride and groom) were too overwhelmed with even starting. We had about 160 guests and she did it all solo! She has a quick turnaround and accessing the photos were seamless and easy enough. Shopping for a wedding photographer was a challenge because there are so many out there. We were so relieved to find Harmony because her phography style was real and she fit our budget. Less posing and more action! Harmony has our highest recommendation. You won’t regret it :) -

What we thought were just wedding photos turned out to be a huge blessing on our wedding day. In the midst of bad weather and all the unforeseeable things that go wrong on the Big Day, Harmony brought positivity, personality, joy, and a calm demeanor. As the bride and groom, we remain so thankful for Harmony's willingness to roll with the punches and to produce incredible photos for us, despite not-so-normal San Diego weather. We continue to get compliments on our photos, and we can't recommend Harmony enough! -

Super sweet and easy going
She was amazing days before the wedding she'd check in just in case I had questions or concerns. She was so sweet and patient. And got beautiful details in my rings, flowers etc.

Abigail Sent on 09/25/2018Harmony is WONDERFUL! Book her now! But seriously, having her photograph our wedding was the best decision we made. Not only is Harmony's photography amazing and artistic, but her personality makes everything more fun and she's up for anything! She even did our December engagement shoot in the freezing cold in Georgetown! We were all frozen but still having a blast. The hot chocolate afterwards really hit the spot. On our wedding day, Harmony was this peaceful presence that existed within the chaos! When everyone else was stressed or rushed, Harmony was close by and calm with a smile on her face. She put my mind at ease and really helped me just enjoy the moment, which she so beautifully captured in her photographs. I can't say enough about her and her photography. I'm so happy she came back to DC to shoot our wedding! It wouldn't have been the same without her :D

Beverly Sent on 08/04/2018Harmony was excellent to work with! She communicated to us whenever necessary and was very creative with suggestions and supportive of ideas for our wedding. She came out days prior to survey the venue to check the lighting and areas for photos. She also drafted an entire photo schedule for the day of our wedding, which made the entire process super easy for us! All of this lead to the amazing photos that she took. We had discussed many of the details of what kind of shots we wanted the most emphasis on and she more than delivered what we had envisioned. She went above and beyond and really wants to make your photos as amazing as possible! We highly recommend her to anyone in the need of a professional and creative photographer for their special event. Thank you so much Harmony, we were so lucky to have you! :D

Amy Sent on 07/30/2018The best advice I got while wedding planning was to book vendors based off of personality matches first, and quality of work second, therefore making your day of more enjoyable by being able to enjoy the company around you. We live in LA and are getting married in the San Diego area, so we did a FaceTime interview with Harmony before hiring her. and her calm and laid back demeanor was a perfect fit for us. We had our engagement photos shot about a month ago now and have all of our finished photos already. Which brings me to the best part, Harmony is both great to work with and our photos are INCREDIBLE! We are so happy! I now can be stress free about our wedding photos because I know the experience, and the end product will be above my expectations. -
Alyse Sent on 05/06/2018There isn't enough room on this page for me to praise Harmony! Harmony was a fantastic wedding photographer and we HIGHLY recommend her! From our initial point of contact throughout the day of (and after) the wedding, Harmony was super responsive, efficient, professional and genuinely kind and thoughtful. She is a true artist and incredibly skilled at what she does! We knew Harmony was the right photographer for us quickly after our initial meeting and didn’t interview anyone else. Most importantly, her work is AMAZING!
Leading up to the wedding Harmony was in constant contact with us and it was clear that she spent a significant amount of time preparing for our wedding. Specifically, she scoped out our venue and surrounding location MULTIPLE times and at different hours of the day to make sure lighting would be ok. It was supposed to rain on the day of our wedding (thankfully it did only in the morning) and Harmony was super flexible in the days beforehand, coming up with creative “rain plans” and different options. She was open to our suggestions on places to shoot as well. On the actual day of the wedding she arrived super early and instantly put us at ease. We felt like we were having our photos taken by a friend! She came up with really unique shoots/pose ideas and was just overall so much fun to work with.
As for the quality of her work, it is incredible. Harmony's attention to detail, light, location etc. is top notch and shows in her work. She is impeccable with editing and literally goes above and beyond to make sure all of your photos look great. And her turnaround time is superb at less than 3 weeks – I think that’s virtually unheard of. Hire her! You really can’t go wrong with Harmony. She is a natural and just an overall awesome person to have shoot your wedding photos. We truly feel so lucky to have been able to work with her! Thanks for everything Harmony! A &A -

Annika Sent on 02/24/2018Harmony was fantastic! It's clear that she takes a personal interest and investment in each job, and our pictures turned out fantastic as a result. I feel like neither my fiance nor myself are "good" at posing for pictures, but she was able to take the most beautiful pictures of both of us. She goes to great efforts to find the perfect location and to bring out natural poses so that the love is captured and nothing is forced. I definitely recommend her!

Aly Sent on 10/26/2017SO INCREDIBLE!! Stop looking and hire her right meow!! Harmony was great from the very beginning. I live out of state from where we were getting married so I had to book all vendors over the phone or email, which definitely had hickups... But not with Harmony. She was by far the easiest vendor to work with. Then the day before the wedding, Harmony spent hours of her time scouting sites on the island for the perfect shots... for free. Who does that?! Then the day of the wedding she arrived 20 minutes early, which was such a relief. The last thing any bride needs is to stress about late vendors. Throughout the day shooting us, she was so sweet and fun and made everyone so comfortable. Now lets talk price... super important while planning a wedding right. The level of incredible work that you get for such a reasonable price is insane. So many photographers are in the industry just for the money (hence why they charge thousands) But Harmony obviously does it for the love of photography and making people happy. The cherry on top of everything... we got our pictures back in 6 days!! I have had friends wait weeks to get their pictures. Professional, amazing quality work, and a truly affordable price... HIRE HER. It will be one of the best decisions you make through out your entire wedding process. Thank you so much for everything Harmony!!
