  Harby Jewelers was more than helpful while I was looking for an engagement ring for my wife. I made the trip from Orlando to Jacksonville to Harby Jewelers to pick out the ring. Not only did they have great choices to pick from, but their advice and guidance during the process was amazing and I'll be forever grateful. My wife loves her ring!

  We could not have been more pleased with our engagement ring from Harby Jewelers. Hugh worked with us over the phone and email to find out exactly what we were looking for, answering all of our questions, and going over and above to provide exceptional service to us. We get compliments on this ring everywhere we go! Three girls in my family have all gotten their engagement rings from Harby Jewelers now!

  Did a phenomenal job helping my fiance. He picked out a ring only to go back knowing I liked something completely different and they worked with him every step of the way. He's the third generation to purchase from Harby. They were able to resize it for me in 3.5 days!

  Hugh Harby is a phenomenal man who took the time to walk my fiance through the ring selection process and was able to use his knowledge and patience to help him find the perfect ring! As we live out of town, he went out of his way to send sample wedding bands for both me and fiance. Very prompt, gorgeous jewelry, and excellent service. This is an incredible family business with an excellent product.

  What a wonderful experience the father and son team at Harby's Jeweler's provide. From the engagement ring, to the wedding bands to the bride/grooms presents this company is top notch. They value each customer and give them their 100% attention. The other big jewelrs in Jacksonville could learn a lot from them.
