Pastor Aaron and Patria!!! 100/100 recommend!

Patria was my coordinator for my civil wedding ceremony! It was amazing! Patria is so detail oriented and organized. I felt so cared for and special. I remember so clearly no eating breakfast day of my civil wedding ceremony, Patria saw how hungry I was and got me some ibuprofen and food! It was a hard day because my grandma passed away during wedding planning and the civil wedding ceremony was supposed to be for her so she could attend as we also had a symbolic destination wedding.
Patria and pastor Aaron helped coordinated a mini rehearsal and they’re a team you want to support you on your special day!! You will not regret booking Patria and Pastor Aaron!!!

Words do not give any justice..

How can I express this best. Aarón and Patria are so very well prepared, professional, and genuine. They are the officiates I hear couples talking about. Weather it’s from the an experience they have had or are looking for. After first meeting Aaron and Patria not only did we know we wanted them to perform our ceremony, we knew we would would become great friends.

Unforgettable & Beautiful Ceremony!

Pastor Aaron and his wife Patria were an absolute pleasure to work with to make our wedding ceremony perfect for the two of us! They both worked with us to create a beautiful ceremony that was tailor made to us, including part of our journey together, as well as creating a non-denominational ceremony based on our needs. They guided us through every aspect of the ceremony, asking us lots of questions and giving us suggestions that really helped put our minds at ease. As part of our ceremony, we decided to include a sand ceremony, which was a lovely addition based on their suggestions. They provided the colored sand as well as the vase to pour it in, and they even capped the vase after with wax so that we could keep it as a special memento! They also provided us with the order of events book that was used in the ceremony, which is something we hold dear to us to this day. We cannot thank Pastor Aaron and Patria enough for making our day so unbelievably special and a day we will never forget. They are both extremely kind, patient, and caring. We highly recommend using Happy Thoughts for anyone looking for a wedding officiant. :)

Incredible experience!!! Lucky to have Happy Thoughts Weddings apart of our big day.

Pastor Aaron & his wife Patricia took excellent care of me and my husband. If you are looking for a Pastor with a great personality, attention to detail and years of experience, Aaron is the Pastor for you. Pastor Aaron worked with us to plan our dream ceremony, he took our hand and guided us through the process, while allowing us to put our own spin on things. He was very open to any suggestions we had. His prices were very affordable and he was willing to work with us. My husband and I highly recommend him and would not have changed a single detail of his services on our wedding day. Wonderful!

Aaron and his wife were great to work with! I was in a bind last minute before I found them and they were so nice to work with. They met with us quickly so we could meet them. He did a great job! I can't imagine a better ceremony. He was funny and also incorporated a bit of religion into our ceremony. I would say an absolute perfect fit. Willing to work with you on what kind of ceremony you would like. You can definitely tell that both Aaron and his wife love what they do!!

Pastor Aaron and his wife Patria are a great team! They truly care about you and are very flexible, friendly, and understanding. Pastor Aaron did better than I could have imagined at the ceremony! He did a great job sharing our story, incorporating humor and of course making it God centric.

Pastor Aaron was such an amazing officiant for our wedding! We had great communication throughout the process, he was always on time, he called or met with us every time something was planned! He was so down to earth and easy to talk to! The ceremony may have been the shortest portion of our wedding, but it was my favorite and I think it went perfectly!!

Pastor Aaron was exactly who we needed for our ceremony. He delivered impeccable professionalism and catered to our personalities perfectly with personalized service and vows. He did not charge extra for our rehearsal and his price for service was within our budget and WAY less expensive than others we looked into. He even filed our marriage certificate paperwork for no extra charge. Pastor Aaron comes very highly recommended for your special day.

Aaron was fantastic for my wife and I. We had him do pre-marital counseling as well as being our officiant, and his flexibility with our work/travel schedules is what made it work and kept our stress levels down. Aaron is happy to hear any suggestions and adapt to whatever services you need for your special day. Loved his advice, and enjoyed meeting and getting to know him and his wife.

Happy Thoughts Wedding made our day absolutely perfect. My husband and I didn't know exactly what we wanted besides something sweet and intimate for our vows. We don't know of anyone personally who would be able to officiant our wedding so we found Happy Thoughts on weddingwire. Pastor Aaron and his wife Patria went above and beyond to make our day even more special than we imagined and they were quick to meet up and help along the way. We would give them more than 5 stars if possible!

We are so happy that we chose Pastor Aaron to officiate our wedding!! I didn't realize how stressful and overwhelming it can be to plan a wedding. We got around to choosing our Pastor at the last minute. Lucky for us, we found Pastor Aaron on Wedding Wire. After seeing his pictures and reading his reviews, we knew we had found the right officiant. We emailed Aaron and set up a meeting right away. The wedding was only two months away so we are getting nervous. He was able to keep us calm and ensured us that he would handle everything. We met several times over the next few weeks. During this time he learned a lot about us. He was able to use the information that he gathered to make our wedding ceremony special! He exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with Pastor Aaron. My husband and I are so happy we chose Pastor Aaron to officiate our wedding. Our ceremony was exactly what we were looking for, it celebrated our relationship and was respectful of our Eastern and Western cultures. Pastor Aaron really allowed us to customize our ceremony and wanted to meet with us twice to have the ceremony be perfect. He and his wife work as a team and are very responsive to emails. They are also both extremely nice people. We chose to have a sand ceremony within our wedding and Pastor Aaron and his wife gave us the sealed sand and container as a gift. I would definitely recommend Pastor Aaron.

Pastor Aaron and his wife are,"Great"... My husband and I were recently married and are ceremony was perfect. First we did are meet an greet a month before are wedding. Pastor Aaron and his wife gave us many options to choose from and mad are whole experience very relaxing and worry free. Their prices are very reasonable and if you do to have a photographer his wife will take pictures for you which worked out great for us. Even though this was my second marriage I still wanted this one to be perfect and it was everything I wanted and more. I am so thankful for the Pastor and his wife for making my day perfect and I will definitely recommend to anyone who is getting married.

Pastor Aaron officiated my 4/9/2016 wedding. He and his wife Patria were wonderful to work with. Both very attentive to our needs and ideas. We were originally planning a catholic ceremony but started to get really frustrated with the process so last minute, we did a 180 and decided we needed to go a different direction. Pastor Aaron was very responsive in replying- we actually met up a day or two later in a coffee shop to discuss our needs and what we were looking for (which we didn't really know what that was at the time). After meeting, it was a very easy decision to make, we really liked how genuine and helpful he and his wife were. They put us at ease and gave us some direction and some ideas for our ceremony. It was lovely. All in all, they was such a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't change a thing about our ceremony. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Pastor Aaron was the perfect officiant for our wedding and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He met with us twice before the wedding to ensure we were all on the same page and that he understood all of his wishes. He kept email correspondence the entire length of the process and met all of our needs. He showed up for the rehearsal (at no extra charge) to walk through the ceremony and calm our nerves. The day of the wedding, he showed up early to talk with each of us before the actual ceremony. The ceremony went flawlessly and the sand ceremony was perfect. He even capped the sand and gave it to us as our wedding present. He does a fantastic job and works with you through the entire process!

They were fabulous to work with. They had a lot of good ideas and unique traditions for the ceremony. The premarital counseling that they provided is really beneficial and provides a great start to your marriage. I would definitely recommend them, you can't have anyone better than them for your officiant and friend. Again, very nice folks that are very open minded and flexible so don't hesitate to call.

Aaron and his wife are an absolute blessing to have around when it comes to wedding chaos! They both made things seem a little easier when it came to the planning by helping in any way possible. They both attended the rehearsal and Patricia actually participated as a stand in for someone who could not make it! Aaron is very flexible when it comes to any and all detail of the ceremony! I could not have imagined having anyone else help celebrate and join us together as man and wife!! They were willing to meet with us on several different occasions to get minor details down and we usually ended up sitting and chatting for an hour or so about anything and everything! I would highly recommend him and even suggest that you get to know them early on as they are very good and kind people!! Thanks so much for marrying my husband and I! Aaron and his wife Patria were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made themselves available for multiple meetings and responded promptly to emails, to help ensure that our wedding was totally representative of us, and their calm, friendly demeanor instilled total confidence along the way. Aaron was so responsive to any changes to content we requested to ensure that all of the ceremony material fully fit us as a couple. It is so apparent that he truly enjoys and genuinely cares about this vocation. Aaron served as our officiant at our wedding in North Carolina last month. He made himself available to meet several times in the months prior to the wedding to get to know us and guide us in planning our ceremony. He was always very approachable and organized, in person and over email. On the day of, we had a small snafu with the marriage certificate, but Aaron and his wife were very calm, flexible, and reassuring throughout, enabling us to relax and enjoy the ceremony he prepared and the rest of the day. We really appreciated working with them and would recommend Aaron's services to others that are looking for an officiant.

We were very happy with the officiant services Aaron provided. We experienced a few complications on our special day but he adjusted to the chaos and delivered a beautiful and memorable ceremony. He was very respectful of our wishes for a simple civil ceremony and made sure that we were on the same page as to how the ceremony would go. He met with us in advance and kept in contact with us through email and phone calls as needed. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for an officiant for their special day.

We found pastor Aaron by complete luck! Once we made the initial call we knew he was the one for us and completely stopped looking. We had a great mini session in which we got to know each other and we only became more confident in our decision. Pastor Aaron goes above and beyond and will exceed all expectations! We had such a memorable ceremony and have received so many compliments for Aaron! We love Aaron and his wife and will always have a special place in our hearts for them.

Aaron Woodrum is simply amazing!! We flew down to Puerto Rico to meet with our vendors prior to the wedding and were so delighted to meet Aaron. He stayed in touch with us often which was so important when you are planning a wedding from so far away. We had a few requests that he had absolutely no problem accommodating which made the planning process such a positive experience.

Mr. Woodrum was such a wonderful officiant to work with! I kept coming back to his services after "shopping around" because his professionalism and kind spirit really made me feel at ease. Planning our destination wedding was no easy task when you don't speak the language or know your way around but Aaron was there every step of the way. He kept in constant contact with me, provided me with lots of great information and tailored our ceremony exactly how we imagined it! He even made the trip across the island to perform our ceremony & showed up with a smile on his face that put me (the bride) instantly at ease as this was my first time even meeting him! All of my guests raved about him and had wonderful things to say about him as well. He kept us from being nervous, made everyone laugh, dressed exactly how I suggested for our casual theme, and just overall did an AMAZING job. I truly could not imagine anyone being better for the task! He even added in a bonus to the sand ceremony he offered us by allowing my son to step in and hold the vessel for my new husband & I to pour the sand into. Adding this special touch really meant alot to our little family of 3, being able to include my son made the day that much more special! FIVE STARS!! I highly recommend you save yourself the time and choose to work with him NOW! :) Thanks again Aaron, for making our day extra special!!

Aaron was GREAT - we met with him beforehand for a short get-to-know-you session, and then he came up with a beautiful ceremony that EVERYONE loved, it was very meaningful but not overly long or drawn out. He also provided all the things we needed for our sand ceremony and then sealed it up with wax - and he provided the official wedding paperwork that we wanted, even though we were already officially married. Very personable and professional, willing to cater to our needs, I highly recommend him.

The officiant, Aaron, was extremely possitive and helpful. He was personable and easy to talk to. He really listened to what we wanted to do and helped us in areas that we were unsure of. Both my husband and I liked Aaron very much and would definitely recommend him to anyone who plans on getting married in Puerto Rico.

Happy thoughts: from connecting with Aaron over e-mail to a Skype meeting to finally meeting us in person and taking us through the feel of the ceremony and what we wanted included in the ceremony itself. Aaron made the registration process easy, talked us through our nerves, and along with his wife Patria provided us with a beautiful ceremony in both English and Spanish that made our family and friends feel included and important as part of our special day and our married life ahead. Aaron encouraged me with a poem when I was stressed a week before the wedding, and he and Patria gave me words of encouragement following the ceremony. They became part of our circle of family and friends. Thank you Aaron for providing us with a ceremony that touched us and our guests and that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Where do I even begin?? Minister Aaron was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. I did not arrive in Puerto Rico until the wee hours of Friday morning and my wedding was the following day. He took care of everything:picked us up and took us to meet with the lawyer and to the office of demographics. He also came to the rehearsal and ran through the wedding program and made sure everyone knew what they were to do the day of the wedding. He was extremely patient and helpful. He was very flexible, respectful, and even embraced of our family's Nigerian culture.

Aaron was such a pleasure to work with. Aaron's easy going personality is reflective of the Puerto Rico destination.
Aaron met our requets of a sand ceromony and providing us with a wedding certificate as he performed a symbolic ceremony for us. Aaron takes the time to meet with the couple prior to the ceremony so that he can trully get to know you as a couple before your big day. He takes the time to understand what type of ceremony you expect (even inquires about what attire you will want him to wear).
Aaron and his wife (and their children) made our rainy day wedding a memorable moment that we will always have many laughs about (Aaron, you know what we mean).

As a minister, we truly appreciated your humor during the ceremony. It helped to keep the mood light and to keep me from crying, so that was a plus. We enjoyed your willingness to customize the ceremony to our needs and wants. We especially appreciate your willingness to help us to honor God in our ceremony as much as we wanted.

The customization really made the difference and made our day even more special.

Aaron was fantastic as an offiiant! We live in New York, and he made planning from afar easy. We stayed in contact via email, and he was very responsive to emails. He gave us ideas for the ceremony as we weren't sure of everything we should include. He let us tailor the ceremony to our likings. We were able to meet the day before the wedding and talk in order to get to know each other. It was really nice for him to have some perspective on my husband and I's story. It made it more personal. He is very flexible and easy going. He will do ANYTHING to help you get the ceremony that you want. I would highly recommend him as an officiant!

Aaron officiated our wedding and was instrumental in making sure my wife and I were not only prepared, but that we also had a fantastic time. His thoroughness, respectful manner, and humanity made the occasion something that we will always cherish in our memories and hearts. Aaron not only officiated our wedding but also helped with the details and secured a fantastic photographer for us.

After the experience, my wife and I consider Aaron a friend more so than an "officiant". And we hope that he will bless our recommitments in the years to come.

Arron was our wedding officiant for our October wedding in Condado. He helped us out on short notice and even met with us the day before the wedding to get to know us, which was great because he then incorporated some personal bits about us in the ceremony. Also, he provided a conch shell which was blown at the end of our vows and for our kiss. This was the perfect touch for our beach themed wedding. Arron also performed a unique "sand ceremony" for us which also perfectly tied into our theme! My husband and I highly recommend Arron's services. It was a beautiful ceremony!!

Aaron was officiant at our wedding. We loved him from the first call. My wedding coordinator found him, he called us the next day, we discussed all the details. He was very easy going and had nice sense of humor. Thiswais exactly what we were looking for. On the wedding day him and his wife arrived on time. We asked him to dress in suit and match the tie with wedding colors. Everything was done and ready. Ceremony went very well, my guests loved him too. Thank you, Aaron!!!

We came to San Juan in late June/early July to be married, and we chose to use Happy Thoughts to be our wedding officiant. Aaron was always so quick to respond to me and every silly question I had planning a wedding from the States.
Aaron even agreed to pick us up from the airport to bring us to do our paperwork!
Aaron was attentive, friendly and professional and did everything he could to make our big day truly a memorable expereince.
I would hands down reccomend him to anyone considering getting married in the San Juan area!

Do not recommend

As a bride, he called me the wrong name, DURING THE CEREMONY!!! Offered to buy sand for our ceremony and then showed up with the complete wrong colors. This was over 2 years ago and I’m always being asked for “a 5 star review”. Sorry but I cannot recommend at all.
