  We had Nan perform our ceremony and we couldn't have been happier with her. She took the time in advance of the ceremony to get to know US and she tailored the ceremony to who we are. She definitely made the day a memorable one for Janine and I as well as our guests.

  I cannot begin to say enough about this amazing woman who has been nothing but helpful all along the way. Even giving us direction and ideas on wedding ideas since we had really no idea what we wanted to do. Of course she was on board and very accommodating of whatever we ended up deciding to do. Very lovely over all.

  Throughout the process of planning our wedding, we met a few different officiants. We started working with one in particular, who was also a wedding planner - so that helped us out immensely. In the middle of our planning, we had to put a halt on everything due to life situations that arose, and we let our current planner/officiant know that we would have to stop planning for the moment and we would let her know when we're ready to pick another date. She gave us the worst attitude and it's almost as if she took it personally, because she completely ignored us from that point on.
  
  
  
  We were on the hunt for another officiant, someone that we had a connection with because the first choice didn't work out so well...
  
  
  
  At that point, Reverend Nan came into our lives.
  
  
  
  We arranged a meeting in downtown Palm Springs to meet and get to know each other, as well as to let her know our ideas for what type of ceremony we were having and what our personal style is as a couple. She completely understood us and the points we were trying to convey to her, and her suggestions for the scripts were perfect for us! We knew before our meeting was even over that she was the one that we wanted to perform our ceremony. We had that special connection with her and we really felt like she understood what we are all about. She encouraged communication as well, which we liked, so we were in constant contact with her. She not only coordinated the ceremony itself, but she gave me advice on how to handle my name change, ideas about what to add/subtract from the ceremony, etc.! She also offered to help us with anything else we needed as far as coordination on the big day. She is truly amazing. I wish we could say we'll use her in the future, but that's NOT our goal :)..so instead, we will happily recommend her to EVERYONE we know!

  Rev. Nan Brendan made my wedding day memorable. Working with her up to the wedding day was easy and she was very accommodating of me and my needs. She was available to me at all times and helped to create a ceremony that guests were talking about after. I'm so happy with the way everything turned out!

  Nan was very professional, punctual and did great with handling all the commotion that was going on before the ceremony. When it came to the vows, she gave some great suggestions after talking to us over the phone. We just changed or added a few words here and there. They were perfect and she gave us the ceremony we wanted!!

  Nanette was a wonderful wonderful person to work with. She took charge and handled here business when needed and stepped back and allowed others opinions when needed. The rehearsal was great the ceremony was awesome and the price was totally worth it! Everything was perfect!

  Nan was absolutely fantastic. We hired her to be our wedding officiant as well as our day of coordinator. We met with her in person almost 10 months in advance since that's when we were in town and she was so lovely and friendly, and listened really well to what we were looking for. I had a very particular vision and was doing things a little non-traditionally and she was totally up for it. She took great notes and remembered things really well when we connected closer to the day on more details. I prepared a list of day of tasks I asked her to be responsible for and she asked all the right questions. When it came to the day of, everything went off without a hitch. Nan was a HUGE help, taking initiative to arrange and organize things, even refilling the popcorn bowls we had on the snack bar and even helping to rearrange some alter flowers that I wasn't happy with! She was a force of nature, didn't have to be asked, just went sought out where she could help and went for it. She was very go with the flow when we had to change a few things up for my ceremony start time etc, and gave me a ton of confidence that she had things under control. There was one thing we asked her to take out of the ceremony notes a week or two before hand and it looks like she forgot because she still said it in the ceremony, but it wasn't really that big a deal. In the grand scheme of things, it was a little pricey because my wedding was really small and casual, but for the piece of mind and how she went above and beyond, it was totally worth it! Would 100% recommend Nan!

  My husband and I found Nan on WeddingWire several months ago. We met with her around the holidays to discuss what we were looking for (secular, heartfelt, short). She is a very warm and positive person. She is incredibly accommodating and came with great ideas about how to approach the ceremony and what to include. We couldn't be happier with how everything went. So many people came up to us afterward to say how wonderful she was. She really captured what we wanted. She was also able to adapt quickly when the microphone didn't work! She's a tad more expensive than others you'll find in the area but given that this is such a special day, her services are worth the splurge.

  I found "She said Yes" wedding services about 2 months prior to my wedding, which was not my preference.
  
  I was an out of state Bride desperately trying to find a connection with a officiant / Pastor in the Palm Desert area. I was recommended to Nannette Brendon and I found her to be 'God SENT'.
  
  From our initial conversation, she asked me questions in order to rally tailor the ceremony to the vision my fiance and I had. And it was a DRAFT at that point, but she added suggesstions and it was really helpful.
  
  Over the course of the next month or so, she sent us example wedding 'scripts' which were great and convenient. I did a hybrid of two ceremonies to create our perfect day.
  
  The wedding was great. She was onsight to meet and great with family and friends and offered support the entire week leading up to the big day.
  
  Re: the service the only thing I would have changed is Nan read from a script for the entire ceremony which we didn't discuss so its not a bad thing i just think it would be even better going forward if she could have freelanced a little more to make if flow more natural.
  
  Other than that, service was top notch and glad i found her at such short notice.
