  Great Pictures - Couldn't Be Happier!

  We are so happy we chose Amy to be our wedding photographer. Amy did a great job communicating with us throughout the planning process. She set clear expectations and helped make sure that our schedule (including when to take photos) would work well. We also appreciated not feeling “nickel-and-dimed” - the contract included the engagement session and a second photographer, free photo downloads for friends and family, and didn’t require us to specify the number of hours of coverage.
  
  It was also very important to us to have a wedding photographer who wasn’t just accepting of a gay couple, but was a proud LGBTQ ally. Amy was very thoughtful to avoid using hetero-normative terms. While that may seem like a small thing, hearing terms like “bridal party” (even when done so innocently) as one of two grooms getting married can get tiresome.
  
  Most importantly, we are THRILLED with our photos. We wanted a wedding photographer who would capture the day as we remembered it. We didn’t want photos that looked over-processed or too bright/dark. Amy and her second photographer captured all of the small details, formal/family portraits, and spontaneous moments from our day, and she delivered photos to us that were well-composed and edited. Our wedding day went by in a flash, but every time we look back through our pictures, we smile as we’re reminded of all of the amazing, special moments from that day. As an added bonus, our photos were ready way faster than promised, just a couple of weeks after our wedding!
  
  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Happy Gnome Photography to anyone, and we can’t think of anything that Amy could have done better.

  Hands down amazing

  Can’t say enough how amazing Amy was. Started with our first conversation through the whole wedding. Very organized and cares about not only pictures but that little hiccups if she can help fix she was there! Pictures were beyond stunning

  Great Experience

  Amy with Happy Gnome Photography was the absolute best. From our very first meeting, I knew she'd be such fun to work with - from engagement photos to the wedding day. Not only is she an amazing photographer; she also is a blessing leading up to and the day of the wedding. She takes on so many roles when needed and is so helpful, organized, and the best at bustling. :) Forgot something on your wedding day? She's there for you. Her photos are a perfect reflection of us as a couple and truly made our day amazing.

  Our wedding pictures were BEYOND AMAZING!! Happy Gnome captured all the classic pictures, our favorite memories from our "big day" and even all the moments we didn't realize happened until looking at pictures!

  I'm not sure I could accurately write how absolutely grateful we were for Amy on our wedding day. She went above and beyond on so many levels and wore so many hats that day. At times, she was a fill-in mother of the bride, a hair stylist, a wedding coordinator, a fantastic photographer and above all, an amazing person. She even offered to go get food for the bridal party while they were all busy getting hair or make-up done. Not a lot of people get compliments on their photographer the night of the wedding, without ever seeing the pictures, but we did. And we got A LOT of them. We had multiple guests tell us that they saw how much Amy was going above and beyond and how awesome her and Liz were as a team. We hadn't even got our pictures back but we knew we made the right choice in hiring Happy Gnome. The pictures only cemented that belief. THEY ARE GORGEOUS. Every meaningful moment, every detail, she got them all. Amy's personality and dedication stood out the second we met her for our initial meeting, it was clear how much she loves her art and her clients. From the bottom of our hearts, we adore Amy and Liz for all they did for us. We only hope to continue to use Happy Gnome Photography in the future and would recommend her in a heartbeat! Thank you again so much.

  My husband and I worked with Amy over the last year or so. Our package included a complimentary engagement session and full coverage on our wedding day in September, 2016. Working with Amy was amazing! Not only is the work she produces excellent, but she was a calming presence on our wedding day. Amy and her second shooter, Dominka, took gorgeous, natural photos that turned out amazing! We feel so happy to have had the chance to work with her. Thank you, Amy!

  We booked Happy Gnome for our wedding and I'm so excited! We did our engagement/family photos this past weekend and working with Amy was easy and fun. She posted a few teasers so far and I really liked them. Feedback has been wonderful from friends and family. My fiance and were nervous about having photos taken but we were able to relax and enjoy the experience. I know she will do a great job with our wedding next year. I might even be brave enough to book some boudoir pics! If you are looking for a great photographer in the southeastern WI area please check her out!
