    Where do I begin ? Michelle was a GodSend !! And I truly mean that will all of my heart. I came to her at the very last minute because the first baker had to cancel & when I tell you she came through .. she REALLY did ! The cake was truly perfect. The detail had everyone at my sons party in awe, especially the birthday boy !! It even tasted better than it looked and it looked amazing !! I'm here to tell you she is worth every single penny !

    Absolutely wonderful experience from the first contact through the final bite! Not only was the communication and professionalism top notch, but the cake was unbelievable. Our daughter kept saying all she wanted for her birthday was a tough to find themed cake and Happy Caker Bake Shop made it happen. We were all blown away by the presentation, detail and artistic talent it took to make the cake combined with the fabulous taste. Without a doubt we know who we will turn to for our future cake needs!

    Happy Caker Bake Shop was amazing. She was very responsive and was able to make an abosolutley beautiful cake in a short notice. I highly recommend her!! Great to work with!

    Michelle at Happy Caker is an amazing person to work with. She is very creative and thoughtful and takes even the craziest ideas and puts them together to create a stunning cake. The flavors are also amazing! From birthday cakes too cute to eat, to gorgeous wedding cakes that look like they came right out of a fairy tale, I highly recommend her to anyone.

    Michelle was phenomenal to work with. Start to finish she was so professional. We felt she had a real interest in fulfilling our wishes and ideas. We were not just another customer to her, we were almost friends, in that she genuinely cared about giving us the best she had to offer. She took our ideas and created something spectacular. It was better than we could have dreamed of and got rave reviews from our guests. Everyone commented on how delicious the cakes tasted (we got more than one flavor). The cake was so moist and flavorful that there wasn't even a crumb left by the end of our wedding party.

    Michelle and I conspired on the down-low to create a surprise grooms cake. I wanted a Minion and it had to be a specific character named Bob. Granted Minions are very well known and might seem easy to create a cake representing one, however, she turned my idea into so much more. She made him three dimensional and with so much character. Every detail was spot on. Even his goggles and the bananas looked real. She makes her own fondant and it is delicious!

    I highly recommend using Michelle/Happy Caker Bake Shop for ANY cake you might want. Wedding, birthday, retirement, you name it. I know we will be going to her for all our future cakes.

    This is the first cake I have ordered with "excessive decoration" (usually just purchase cupcakes), which the cake had turned out perfect (Minecraft themed). Although I wasn't used to the fondant, the actual cake was moist & delicious!
