We got so many compliments on the wedding catering. Many guests have never left a wedding so full. Ben is responsive when you call him. He was able to provide linens as well for an affordable price. The food was delicious and we would reccommend them to other couples for weddings. -

No Regrets
If you are thinking about Hao Wah Catering for your wedding, look no further! Ben was very professional and did an amazing job at our wedding. All our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food. We had sushi, seafood bird nest, roast duck, fried rich, Hao Wah steak, sea bass, crab meat and fish maw soup as well as soft shell crab. He was also able to work with us and provide hors d’oeuvres for our cocktail hour. We are so thankful to Ben and everything he did to make our wedding perfect!!
He does provide services for liquor/drinks but our venue did not allow it. I would highly take advantage of this if you can!! -

Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly endorse Hao Wah for wedding catering! We're not kidding when we say that numerous guests approached us throughout the evening telling us it was the best meal they’d ever had at a wedding.
Hao Wah's approach of serving family-style dishes, meant for sharing among the entire table, was a massive hit. Portions were generous, and the taste? Simply amazing! What's more, the food gets served hot and fresh, a result of their on-location cooking.
The service team was professional and on point. As for Ben, the owner, he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making the whole process a breeze.
In addition to providing linens and tableware, Hao Wah offers the option of supplying bartenders. We opted to use their bartending service, providing our own alcohol, which helped us significantly trim costs from our overall budget.
In every aspect, Hao Wah exceeded our expectations. If you're in search of a wedding catering company that delivers exceptional food and service, Hao Wah is the one. Trust us, you won't be disappointed! -

Hao Wah made our wedding a hit with the guests!
We booked Hao Wah for our wedding at the Orlando Science Center on 8/6/2022. Every guest we spoke to said it was one of the best (if not THE best!) wedding dinners they’ve ever had! Our menu included hor d’vores during cocktail hour (chicken skewers, coconut shrimp, bacon wrapped scallop, and veggie spring rolls), which was great since our timeline was tight, but we didn’t have to worry that people were getting hungry before dinner. Dinner included eight courses served family style: crab meat and fish maw soup, honey walnut shrimp, steamed sea bass, lobster with ginger and scallions, steak, roasted duck and buns, seafood birds nest (crunchy noodles), and fried rice. A few veggies were served to complement each dish. We didn’t hear any complaints from those with dietary restrictions. We would recommend reaching out to Ben at least 4-6 months early to ensure he has availability for your date, and it’s usually easiest to reach him by phone. If possible, we would also recommend working with other vendors who have worked with Hao Wah/Ben before to help with logistics and expectations. Ben also provided us with all of our table linens and helped us choose the perfect shade of blue. Overall, we would definitely recommend Hao Wah’s catering services! -

I highly recommend them for wedding catering. Not only was their food amazing but their servers were great and everyone loved the linen they picked for our tables. All my guests raved about our food, some even saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The caterer has pre-planned menus but you are able to customize and add to the menus if you need to. They are highly accommodating to requests and took care of everything during the day of my wedding without any problems. The best thing of all is you do not have to worry about wasting food because they give all the guests leftovers boxes. -

Hao Wah was everything we dreamed of for catering and more. Ben is so nice and accommodating to guests of all types. We had a Vietnamese-American wedding and he provided a mix of dishes everyone would love -- even my picky dad! We had 7 rounds of food plus hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and everything was a hit. Good food was important to us and our guests raved about the catering. We had 2 vegan guests and Ben provided several rounds of food special for them.
I am absolutely a worrier, but Ben made usfeel much more at ease. He and his team are true professionals and took care of everything -- we needed last-minute vases and he had some; he provided everything we needed for the bar including bartenders; the team packed up all the leftover food in to-go boxes for the guests to bring home (which made me feel so much better that none of the food got wasted!) 10/10 recommend, you won't regret it. -

They are so professional and handle EVERYTHING. They know what they’re doing when it comes to great service and were on top of everything the whole night. I was shocked at how attentive they were and worked with my other vendors very well. They accommodated my smaller wedding and still have amazing service. -

I just hired Hao Wah for my wedding and it's the third wedding in which I've enjoyed their food. Each time does not disappoint. Ben worked with us on changing up the menu based on our previous attendances and we made a few awesome substitutions. I highly recommend substituting pork spareribs in for something else.
The best part about them is the family style wedding. If guests end up not showing last minute, the rest of the guests at the table have more food to eat. At the end of the dinner, guests are given boxes so leftovers aren't wasted. -

Hao Wah was hands down one of the highlights of our wedding night! Our guests could not stop raving about the food—every dish was a hit and people are still talking about it. We were beyond happy with both the quality and flavor of everything they served. While it could sometimes be a little challenging to get in touch due to how popular they are, it honestly did not matter in the end because the service and food were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and it was 100% worth every penny. Definitely get their Platinum package—it is so worth it! Do not overlook Hao Wah—if you love Asian food, this is the caterer you want at your wedding! And when you do get ahold of Ben, he’s super nice and great to talk to -

If you are looking for a Chinese caterer in FL for your next event, Hao Wah is one of the best. Everyone on the team is very experienced and nice. They will work with you to make sure everything goes perfectly. The food was very good and fresh and portions were large, we had a lot of leftovers! They also provide linens, chair covers, silverware, and cake cutters if needed.
Make sure to book early! They are busy pretty much year round. -
