  We got my engagement ring here and they did awesome on the price and continue to keep my ring clean and in top shape anytime I ask them to. They also make sure to get your ring back quickly when they do have to send it off.

  they were fabulous. we were able to get gorgeous rings because they took into account what we liked and found a way to make it something we could afford. my husband wanted a simple band with three very little diamonds in it, so that wasn't a problem, he picked mine out for me, and Vern was so helpful that my husband was able to get me a descent sized ring without noticeable flaws with a lifetime warrantee. the sales staff still recognizes us when we walk by the store and are fixing a problem caused by a different jeweler with the wrap so they can make it just right and we won't have to settle like zales outlet was pushing us to do

  We bought my wedding band from Hannoush. My engagement ring was my husband's grandmothers, so I wanted to find a coordinating band. The people were very helpful with style and really listened to what I wanted. I also needed to have it soldered (to my engagement ring) and sized in a very short amount of time and they were able to accomodate that.

For the wedding bands, when we were looking around we had one picked out that was much higher priced than our budget - when we told the salesman that it was a lot more than we could afford to spend, he asked us what our budget was and then sold us the ring for that number (not quite 2/3 of the price). In addition, they offer a lifetime warranty but in order to maintain the warranty, we needed to bring the rings in for a "checkup" every couple months. Unfortunately we moved to Washington state about a year after the wedding, and since Hannoush has no branches in Washington, we had no choice but to void our guarantee. :-(

  My husband and I designed my engagement ring together. We went diamond shopping forever--he's pretty picky and wanted to get an awesome diamond. Finally we decided on a diamond and started the process with hannoush to design the ring etc. The designing process took 3 weeks longer then they said it would, but in general everything was great, until about 2 weeks after he put the ring on my finger. The ring has a total of 19 diamonds, 18 little ones with one big one in the middle. The setting hold the big diamond in had not been done right, so one day I look down at it an the setting has fallen off along with the diamond. Hannoush refused to do anything about it or accept any responsibility. Luckily we had insurance on the ring and took it to another jewerly store and had it redone. Our insurance company after several month recouped the money from Hannoush because it was obvious the mistake was theirs.
