  Finding the perfect ring for the perfect girl was the most difficult task I had to do. I searched at several jewelry stores and obtained prices. None of those places made me feel comfortable. It wasn’t until I took the advice of a friend and went to Hannoush at Buckland. Sammy provided me with all of the information and gave me the best price. I walked out with a Verragio for my lady. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better ring shopping experience.

  Hundreds of jewelry stores, but I chose this one. I was on the search for an engagement ring & initially dealt with 2 employees when I visited (the 2 younger men that work there). They went above and beyond to help me pick something, that can mean so much. They weren't pushy with purchasing things and were HIGHLY knowledgeable with the jeweler industry. In fact, I felt like I sat through a class with them. I've purchased much more from them & they will continue to have our business. They're like friends in the family now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  We flew in from California to buy the same Verragio ring that we had been looking at in Los Angeles. The experience was night and day. Hannoush made the process seamless, they customized the ring and took out any stress from the buying process. I'm so happy we went with them!

  We purchased from the store in Manchester, CT. We first went to one of the "more popular" stores for engagement rings that is located in Waterford, CT and felt so pressured and all they cared about was the sale. We went to other little “mom & pop” places and still wasn’t too impressed with the service we received. We checked out each of the other stores in the mall in Manchester and ending up going back to Hannoush because of the great feeling we got when first going and meeting with Michael. We bought both engagement rings and both wedding bands there.

  Everyone at Hannoush is great, the jewelry is beautiful and the service is exactly what you hope for. Sammy is easy to work with and honest.

  Jordan was absolutely amazing! She is now the manager at the Meriden location. She helped us pick out my husbands wedding band, and looked at my ring, and weeks later, helped my husband pick out a beautiful wedding band for me! She has a great memory and was always helpful and friendly! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for jewelry of any kind!

  Excellent Service to help with a big decision

  Pedro, Sammy, and the entire staff at Hannoush Jewelers are wonderful. We went engagement ring shopping with a budget and setting in mind. Pedro showed us several different options with different stones, sizes, and metal type all within our budget. After telling our families that we were looking at engagement rings, we were gifted a family heirloom that had a beautiful diamond that was used in the ring. My husband went back to Pedro and they designed the engagement together and it was still in the budget that we set.
  My engagement ring is beautiful and so special. I can proudly say it is a custom design that no one else has. It is beyond priceless with the use of a family stone and the amount of care and attention to detail that was provided by Hannoush is immeasurable.
  Thank you Hannoush for helping my husband get the engagement ring he dreamed up.
