    The absolute BEST

    Hannah and her crew are the absolute best! I was able to be so calm the day of my wedding knowing everything was taken care of. Throughout the whole wedding planning process Hannah was there to help me with all of my questions and guide me through. She literally helped me make my Pinterest board wedding dreams reality and i can not thank them enough. Her entire team is the absolute sweetest, day of they helped set up decorations and get everyone organized and where they needed to be. I can honestly say everything went so smooth thanks to them . Highly recommend !

    HBE is awesome!

    Hannah and her team were truly amazing! She did not forget a single detail in the planning process and made sure absolutely everything was taken care of. Every little detail of our wedding was exactly the way we wanted it to be thanks to her! I would recommend her to anyone getting married. I knew she would have everything taken care of, she completely took the stress off of our shoulders. I am so glad we hired her!

    Stellar Experience/Invaluable Service

    Hannah Dann was nothing short of amazing!! We hired Hannah Belle Events for my daughter’s wedding this month. Specifically, we needed a Day-Of Coordinator but we were thrilled to have Hannah’s help 90 days leading up to the wedding. She was detail-oriented and super helpful with sound advice. She was always on time for Zoom calls, walk-throughs, rehearsal, and set-up. She helped secure a last minute rental which no one else was able to do. The rehearsal was organized and instructions for all were clearly communicated with joyful smiles and levity (bravo!!!!). On the wedding day, Hannah and her fellow planner, Cara, were a delight. They worked diligently to make sure everything went smoothly. They were attentive to the wedding party especially to the needs of the bride, groom and parents. I cannot say enough great things…we joked that Hannah is a Ninja! She always seemed to show up when you needed her AND even when you didn’t know you needed her (need a drink?/yes!, spill on the dance floor/towel in hand and down she goes cleaning to avert disastrous slips!, bustle breaks/safety pins in hand, etc!!!)…too many examples to list. Hannah created a wonderful timeline and kept us on track. She coordinated with ALL of our vendors prior to and on the day of…job well done. It was incredible to find every personal belonging packed up neatly and ready to go after the reception (she packed my SUV!). I simply cannot imagine having done the timeline, the 90 day preparation, rehearsal, and wedding day without her service. Her wisdom, experience, exceptional personality, and commitment to excellence were invaluable. If we said it once, we must’ve said it 100 times….she was worth every penny. There is tremendous value in her service. Hannah’s education, talent , and background experience are noteworthy without question but I loved her warmth, understanding, and best all-around persona! And Cara was a five-star lead as well! I would recommend Hannah Belle Events with the highest level of confidence! In fact, my sister hopes to hire them for her daughter’s wedding in May after firsthand witnessing their diligence. CHEERS Hannah!!

    Excellent!!!!!!

    Hannah and her team were absolutely amazing! I was very nervous planning a wedding by myself, but couldn't have been happier with the support she provided. My day went seamless, at least as far as I could tell because she had EVERYTHING under control. We are talking about a wedding venue that had no physical building and no running water, but she knew exactly how to tackle this type of DIY wedding and made sure everything was running as it should. Once I started working with Hannah, my nerves about planning the wedding went away completely. I felt super confident in her work after our first meeting together. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is planning to get married!!! Thanks Hannah!!!!

    A must have for your perfect day!

    Working with Hannah and her team was an amazing experience from start to finish. She has the knowledge and expertise to plan your dream day.

    From our initial meeting she came prepared with ALL of the tools and recommendations to plan to the perfect day. I requested 3 vendor recommendations for catering, photography, rentals etc… and she provided the very best in our area.

    When our day called for rain, she went above and beyond to ensure all of the appropriate changes were made. We were able to get married “twice” in one day to ensure we had the garden photos I dreamed of.

    I can’t say enough great things! You NEED Hannah and her team for your special day!

    Add Hannah to Your Vendor List!

    We hired Hannah for partial planning and she was an absolute lifesaver for us - especially the weekend of. There were so many logistics to keep track of and Hannah handled all of them flawlessly, putting us at ease immediately so that we could enjoy our weekend. She is professional, responsive, highly organized - all qualities you want in a planner. We experienced a torrential downpour during our day and Hannah handled it with such ease and made me feel better about the situation. Most importantly, she was warm, engaging, and just a joy to be around. Countless friends and family commented on how nice and wonderful she was and we could not agree more. Thank you, Hannah!

    Hannah was awesome!!!!

    Hannah and her team were amazing!! We worked with Hannah for our wedding in July and she did not dissapoint. She answered every email, text, and phone call so quickly. She was also very helpful with calling all of our vendors and making sure everything was good to go. I literally did not have to think about a single thing on the day of the wedding. Hannah was on top of everything. She is also very sweet and great to work with. The whole bridal party, and my parents loved her! I highly recommend her. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else helping our day run smoothly!

    We worked with Hannah for our wedding in Chestertown on 6/9/18. Before we even signed a contract, she shared her preferred vendors in the area, of which we ended up using almost all of them. She helped us develop our vision of a garden party theme and rented us furniture and decor. She is extremely organized and easy to work with, which made our big day stress free. Would definitely recommend her as both a planner and a day of coordinator.

    Best day ever!

    Hannah was always helpful with answering any questions we had leading up to the wedding. She made us feel even more at ease by walking through the venue with us and going over every detail.

    We had to switch many of our set up/decoration plans at short notice due to weather, but she did a great job giving us directions on how to set up for a plan B! Anything we weren't able to finish the night before, she stepped in the day of and made it all look amazing.

    My bridesmaids made many comments on the day of the wedding that I seemed so calm for being the bride, and she was definitely a key part in helping me stay that way!

    Hannah helped to make sure that we stayed on a time line and that we always had everything we needed (including something to drink!). Our parents especially appreciated her help so that they could focus on just being present during our wedding.

    We are so sad its all over because we truly enjoyed seeing our dream wedding come together along with Hannah's help. We cannot recommend Hannah enough!

    We worked with Hannah for our 9/29/18 wedding and she was amazing. From the moment she got there on the big day, I knew it was going to be perfect. She did an amazing job setting up all of our decorations and signs, as well as making sure that our reception tables looked exactly as I imagined them. Hannah and her assistant Alex helped to make sure that we stayed on track (even getting us ahead of schedule) and was a HUGE help for our photographer and videographer making sure everyone was were they needed to be when they needed to be there. Any time even the smallest issue would arise, Hannah was there with an incredibly calming presence to make sure it got addressed. With Hannah and Alex there, I can honestly say that I was not one moment of stress in my day!

    If you're looking for a day-of coordinator that will make sure your day is absolutely perfect, and keep you totally sane at the same time, I cannot recommend Hannah enough!

    Hannah did an amazing job putting together my husband's surprise birthday party. She goes above and beyond to make sure the event goes off without a hitch. She is personable and professional and all our guests just loved her. Our table setting was amazing and just beautiful. I would recommend Hannah to everyone! I wish I had another party to plan just so I could work with her again! A true gem!

    Hannah was the day of coordinator for my daughter's wedding. She was great to work with. Hannah make some good suggestions. She worked with us on the last minute details with the tent rental company, the caterers, the photo booth company just to name some areas she helped us out. The day of the wedding she was awesome with working to make sure the linens were on the tables, the flowers were place and coordination with all of the vendors. I'm thrilled she was part of my daughter's big day.

    Hannah and her team did an amazing job! We started working with Hannah about 4 months before our wedding. Due to some challenges in our personal lives, we needed a lot of help tying up loose ends, especially with rentals and event decor. She was a huge help getting us to the finish line. At the wedding, we had Angela and Holly from Hannah's team on-site. They were a dream! We had a lot of decor/styling items to be set up and they did an amazing job with everything. It was also a huge relief for my sister/MOH to have them on-site to lean on, knowing they could take care of any small issues that arose (which they always do!). I can't say enough good things about Hannah and her team and whole-heartily recommend them.

    As Mother of the Bride from out of state, Hannah took our vision and implemented every detail to perfection.
    She oversaw each part of the day with professional, over the top care!

    Hannah was absolutely fantastic! I was so stress-free the day of my wedding. Hannah took care of everything. The wedding was in my parents backyard and it rained the night before so she had to put up all the decoration by herself. She did such a great job! She even came up with some really awesome ideas that I never thought about. She kept everything moving smoothly and on time. I was very thoroughly impressed with how she took care of everything herself and how closely and well she worked with the other vendors. I seriously did not have to worry about a thing at all for my wedding. She worked tirelessly the entire day and made it the most perfect day a girl could ask for. I was probably the most stress-free bride ever because of her! I could not have done it without her.

    Hannah was extremely proactive. I planned a formal wedding for 150 people with a sit-down dinner in 6 months. The venue was a mansion on the eastern shore, so it was very a la carte. We rented the 500 acre property for the weekend and had to organize separate vendors for tables and chairs, tents, golf carts, brunch catering, rehearsal dinner catering, formal wedding catering, photographers, flowers, hair and makeup and dj -- on our own. Hannah knew when each vendor was arriving and where they would be. We hired her as a "day-of" coordinator, however she contacted every vendor prior to the wedding date and on the wedding day worked directly with the catering coordinator to trouble-shoot every issue that arose. As the bride I never knew anything... which is exactly how I wanted it. On that day, you just want things taken care of. No one came up to me or my mom and asked us questions while we were trying to enjoy the day... It was lovely.

    Hands down best purchase I have ever made. Hannah's services are priceless. As the bride I was looking for someone to take the stress off of me and my mother on the day of my wedding. I was very hands on during the planning process of my wedding, down to the centerpieces and flowers, but didn't want all of the work to fall on me and my bridal party the day of. I kept everything organized then on our wedding day I passed the responsibility over to Hannah so that I could enjoy the day with my friends and family. This also took a huge weight off of my mothers shoulders, she was able to spend the day relaxing with me rather than running around doing last minute tasks. The day before my wedding I delivered everything Hannah would need to the wedding location, emailed her my final requests and guest list, and went to sleep 100% relaxed and worry free. The next day I didn't lift a finger. My venue looked beautiful, everything happened smoothly and on time, and Hannah made sure that all of our vendors worked together so that everything went off without a hitch! I spent my wedding day stress free solely because of this amazing woman! She is truly an angel and will treat your wedding day like it was her own.
