We hired Angela 30-60 days prior to our event and are so thankful we did. Her experience and knowledge behind piecing together a complex event such as a wedding ensured nothing was missed and we could keep our heads on straight. There is zero chance we could have pulled off our wedding without her help. Angela helped us curate a timeline for our day that felt comfortable and relaxed but was engaging and entertaining for our guests. She was pushy about zero things but organized with tact and accuracy that we felt comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Angela for wedding coordination services. -

Perfection!!
Angela and her team made my day absolutely perfect!! We originally were planning on having a 150 person wedding but due to covid we had to transform the wedding into an intimate 11 person event. Angela handled all these changes and went out of her way to make our day amazing and stress free for me. I had a very specific vision for the wedding and Angela and her team made my vision come to life and it was even better then I imagined. From the food to the flowers and decor everything was absolutely stunning! I will be using Hall Occasions for all my events in the future and will be recommending to everyone I know.-

Angela is amazing!!
I don't even know where to begin! Angela was such a blessing. My husband and I did not know where to start when it came to planning our wedding. We could not have done it without her. Angela made everything seem effortless. I was such a stress ball during the wedding process but as soon as I would talk with Angela I felt confident that everything would be okay. Her confidence and expertise in the wedding industry made the entire wedding process such a breeze. We are so happy that we picked Angela and her team for our special day. Everything was perfect from the flowers, decor, food, timeline, etc. Angela made our wedding vision come true! We are still getting compliments! Thank you Angela, couldn't have done it without you! -

Wedding Bliss
We simply couldn’t have pulled it off without Angela and her team. My daughters wedding took place at beautiful and private estate property owned by a family friend. The logistics of location and the million details required to put all the moving pieces together were absolutely overwhelming to me as mother of the bride, but Angela brought it together flawlessly from start to finish. Her positive energy and efficiency allowed my daughter and I to enjoy the process, and with Angela’s expertise, my daughter had the wedding of her dreams and a day our family will never forget. Angela’s assistance is a gift you owe yourself when planning a wedding or event. -

Angela is very professional and organized, and it gave me peace of mind knowing I had her as a resource in the weeks leading up to my wedding. My husband and I got married at a beautiful, but very disorganized, venue and we couldn't have pulled it off without Angela. Even as we ran into some hiccups in the final 48 hours leading up to the big day, she was a HUGE help in solving the problems and everything worked out splendidly. I am very appreciative of the service we received from Hall Occasions and would definitely recommend Angela and her team to anyone looking for a great wedding coordinator! -

I met with Angela a year before my wedding for an initial consult, and we immediately clicked. She discussed her different packages with me, and I opted to go with her full planning service, which was worth every penny. She went above and beyond with planning and designing my wedding, as well as helping me find vendors that were within my budget. Angela is an organized and professional, yet laid back and go with the flow planner, which was perfect for me as I needed someone to make sure everything was going to plan without having to worry about any bump or hiccup along the way. If you are contemplating hiring a planner, my advice is to definitely do so, and having someone like Angela to plan for you is worth your while if you are looking for a seamless and flawless event!-

We can’t say enough great things about Angela! Planning a wedding is a lot more work than we ever imagined and we could not have done it without her. She is incredibly professional, understanding and has nerves of steel!
We worked late a lot leading up to the big day and Angela was beyond accommodating of our busy schedules. She was not only our wedding planner but also worked with Pam, an amazing florist and did our flowers which turned out more beautiful than we ever dreamed. On top of that, she always made sure to work within our budget which we really appreciated. We highly recommend Angela and her services!

Angela Hall did a wonderful job handling our wedding. We had so many things that had to change last minute due to weather, personal issues with guests, table issues, chair issues and many other weird things that happened. Angela took evereything with stride and made sure everyone had somewhere to sit and have an absolutely memorable time. -

When I first met Angela, I explained that I was not only an event planner myself but I also used to be a wedding coordinator... basically a "worst-nightmare" client! :) She assured me that she would be excited to work with me, I had nothing to worry about AND I could actually relax on the big day. After hearing about her husband Brandon's catering company "Thyme Well Spent", we decided to book with him as well. It was so much simpler to have everything run through Angela. I didn't have to worry about contacting multiple vendors and booking separate site visits - a one stop shop! Throughout the planning process, Angela was attentive, reassuring and organized. I knew I was in great hands and that I could let go of everything on the big day. Believe me, that is NOT easy for an event planner!
The day of, everything ran right on schedule which was important to me because we planned around sunset and the timing had to be perfect. Angela and Brandon's staff were super helpful and on-point. I want to thank Pam in particular, who help make some tweaks to the florals to perfect my vision and was there all evening with a smile. The food was delicious - the highlight was a surprise dessert that Brandon created last minute after I told him I loved mint chocolate chip - a mint chocolate truffle to die for!
I would highly recommend both Hall Occasions and Thyme Well Spent. These two are a dynamic duo that will make your dream wedding come true! -

My daughter was married September 1st at the Casino San Clemente. We hired Angela 3 weeks before the wedding! Yes! We had hired a different coordinator months before and knew it was not the best choice for us. Angela literally saved us! We were so thankful that she was able to take us on with such short notice. Within days she had accomplished more and had the entire wedding under control. We were so relieved and could finally relax. She is a professional in every sense of the word. She is calm, efficient, supportive, hard-working, and smart! I highly recommend her for your special day or any event. She is truly the best!

We had our wedding in my hometown of San Clemente, California. Alex's family travelled from Germany, and we came from our current home in New York. Angela was responsible for taking over the logistics and coordination of a 170-person soiree by the beach at a great venue called The Casino. It didn't take long for us to feel that Angela understood our vision for a Southern Californian-inspired party with a Mexican menu, good cocktails, a live band playing jazz standards (Tim Gill and his All Stars -- HIGHLY recommended). She assumed responsibility while we planned from our home in a different time zone. She works with a talented florist who put together a gorgeous layout and she suggested table settings with rose gold, gold, and copper touches that hit exactly the feeling and aesthetic we were looking for. The entire evening was glamorous, yet low-key, exactly what we wanted to host our out-of-town guests. We felt like we were celebrating in exactly the way we had envisioned. Angela is a beautiful person and her professionalism is top-notch. She even ran at the last minute to pick up sandwiches for the bridal suite when the bride forgot to order them ahead of time. We can see how much she loves her career and by her enthusiasm and attentiveness even on our wedding day, where she was there keeping everyone in check. We recommend Angela with high praise! -

Angela and her team at Hall Occasions were so amazing to work with from the minute we started the process. I came to Angela in late August 2016 and wanted her help to plan a wedding in October 2016, less than two months away. With less than two months of planning time, Angela quickly got to work with securing vendors and taking care of all the details. She made the wedding process so easy because she took my wedding ideas and made them come to life. Hall Occasions, did a spectacular job in all areas, the team blew me away with how officiant and professional they were. The food was so delicious and colorful, so many of our guests commented on how amazing and well prepared it was. The concept of a backyard wedding was brought into full affect and our backyard was turned into the most beautiful and romantic setting I have ever seen. Angela took care of every detail and made the process easy for me as a bride. I would highly recommend Angela and Hall Occasions for any event. -

Angela created an absolute dream world for my boho themed baby shower!! I was really looking for a very non-traditional vibe, much more sophisticated and chic than most traditional baby showers. I had a lot of specific requests - no baby games, and an upscale feeling that was relaxed, bohemian, and artsy. She listened intently to what I was going for and really made sure that each detail was absolutely perfect. All the guests commented that it was, by far, the most absolutely gorgeous baby shower they had ever attended. Thank you for making the day perfect! -

I contacted Hall Occasions for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. Angela and her team were amazing to work with - well, not exactly WITH, since I didn't do any of the work :) The theme was boho-chic, outdoor movie night. The decor, the food, and the extra special touches were perfect in every way. Of course, I have to mention the cleanup - it was so quick and thorough, as if the party didn't happen at all and was just a dream. I highly recommend Hall Occasions. I'm already looking forward to contacting Angela for my next party. -

I was always able to get ahold of her to ask questions or run something by her. She was on top of the task at hand even when she got super sick and should have been resting. My 40th Birthday was everything I had hoped it would be a MORE! The catering company she uses, Thyme Well Spent, was fabulous! The DJ, and the bartender she suggested also were great recommendations! I had the wedding of my dreams and could absolutely not have done it without Angela! My husband and I hired Angela about 9 months before our wedding. Before we did, we interviewed several other planners and then we met with her. We knew immediately that Angela was the best choice. She is professional, dedicated, creative, and hard working. From the very beginning, she jumped in and took the time to get to know me and my visions for the wedding. She guided me every step of the way- helping me find the right vendors, offering recommendations, sending me ideas, and answering any questions I had along the way. She is also very sweet and working with her was a pleasure. I always felt confident that she would make sure everything turned out beautifully- and it did. Angela was AMAZING on the wedding day. She made sure everything ran smoothly, she helped keep me on schedule, coordinated all the vendors, set up the venue, and pulled everything together. I was able to completely enjoy my wedding without worrying about a single thing and without being "in charge" of anything that day. My husband and I even both had time to eat (which apparently is rare!) because of her. My whole family loved her and agreed that it was absolutely a great decision to hire her. Angela Hall was the wedding planner for my son's wedding. Even though I was the grooms mother I wanted to be involved in the wedding plans. I found Angela punctual, very professional and highly organized. She came up with several ideas that eventually produced a 'dream wedding for my Son and Daughter in law. Everything went flawlessly and if there was a problem we certainly were never aware of it. Angela proved to be calm and cool under the obvious pressure that naturally accompanies an event of this nature. I highly recommend Angela for a stress free and beautiful wedding that leaves nothing for you and your guests to do but enjoy the day. -

Angela was a dream to have the month of our wedding. We met her through a friend who got married a few months before, in Palm Springs. My friend told me that Angela was the best decision she made for her wedding day and I'd have to agree. By the time our wedding weekend came I no longer was worried about checking in with vendors or coordinating the millions of small things that come up unexpectedly. I used Angela Hall at Hall Occasions for my daughters wedding on August 15, 2015. Angela did an excellent job for us with all her help with coordinating vendors the month before and helping tremendously in finding the right vendors for the wedding. She was always gracious to help out with whatever questions or concerns that arrived during the planning process. We had a large guest list of 205 people, and Angela and her assistance's were well coordinated, professional, and very organized. The day of the wedding turned out spectacular! I would highly recommend using Hall Occasions. Angela turned out to be the perfect wedding planner for our wedding.

I met Angela through one of my vendors in which I called her for a reference and we connected immediately. She has been extremely professional and was helpful from the start. We are very pleased we hired her and her fabulous team for our wedding day to coordinate the day of, but she played a great part leading up to our day as well. Her timeline was efficient and appeared to keep us and our wedding party on track the entire day. I, as the bride felt relaxed while getting ready with my bridesmaids and throughout. I was early getting ready and after my ceremony to touchup. Her and her team set ALL of my wedding items up and it looked perfect. I did not have to worry about any details.. The team executed and my guests were beyond impressed. I already referred her to my girlfriend getting married in October and she is thrilled with what she saw at my wedding. I called Angela and her team the secret service once they all put on there headsets. Their communication was impeccable. My wedding ran smooth and was beautiful. I'm SO happy I hired Angela. -

I had my first meeting with Angela about 2 months before my wedding. After walking away from that meeting all I can say is RELIEF! She was very calm, reassuring, and had a list of resources and ideas for all those last minute things that were weighing on my shoulders. In those 2 months, Angela responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had and she was in contact with me regularly to make sure we were always on the same page.
The day of my wedding, Angela and the Hall Occasions team went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. Her team was very professional and friendly and I had no doubts or worries about how the day was going to go. They went above and beyond from picking up last minute décor from the hotel and taking it to the venue, beautifully repurposing all the outside décor inside when it started to rain, keeping us on schedule, to just making sure that my husband and I had that quiet time for ourselves. With all that was going on, I can honestly say that I was STRESS FREE on my wedding day and I know that it was due to Hall Occasions.

I'm embarrassed it has taken me so long to write this review, as Hall Occasions was one of the best vendors at our beautiful outdoor wedding. I was referred to Hall Occasions by my venue when we had to make a last minute change in our planning services. Angela rearranged her schedule to meet with us last minute and was completely flexible and professional from the first meeting. Because Angela had not been part of the planning process and it was one month before our completely customized wedding (yikes!) there was a lot of catching up to do! Angela and her team performed above and beyond our expectations both in preparations leading up to the event as well as day of. They were organized, professional, friendly, and most importantly in my eyes willing to do anything to make the day everything we dreamed it would be. If you are looking for planning services in the OC area you can't go wrong with this great team of professionals! -

As we look back on our wedding day, we could not be more thankful for Angela and her amazing team. From the first meeting, I could sense Angela’s professionalism and skill, but also her genuine kindness and excitement for Matt and I. She wanted to know the details of the wedding, but she also prioritized getting to know us as a couple. Throughout the process we knew we could trust Angela with the details as she was incredibly thorough with coordinating all of our vendors, planning our timeline and incorporating our unique wedding details. She was quick to respond to emails and texts as the wedding day got closer and was so helpful when finalizing details. On the wedding day, Angela and her team were INCREDIBLE. Angela took the time to congratulate us and was so sweet throughout the entire day! She or her team would check in to make sure everything was going well with us girls getting ready while continuing to coordinate vendors and ensuring everything else was running smoothly. I am so thankful for Angela and her team; I only wish I would have booked the complete wedding coordination package from the beginning. I would highly recommend Angela and her team for any event! -

Angela made my baby shower everything I could have ever imagined and beyond. She helped execute my vision and create a unique theme. I was born in Georgia and it is likely that my partner and I conceived our baby in Georgia. So Angela came up with the idea of "Georgia Peach". It was a perfect spin off of my birth state and since I am having a boy, I did not want anything too girly. Angela showed up two hours prior to my shower with floral arrangements, gift table prompts, and dishware to set up. She made it the most beautiful baby shower I could have dreamed of. -

Angela was more than our "day of coordinator," from the day we hired her she has went above and beyond to make my sisters day run smoothly. I.can't express enough how thankful we are that we had her! Without Angela there from day 1, my sisters wedding would not have been so successful. She not only coordinated the day, but ALL of the vendors to come together to create 1 flawless time line. All of her hard work leading up to the day of, showed, and as a result, we had an amazing night to always remember. She could have left that night and wiped her hands clean, as another wedding in the books.... but even then she continued to show her genuine care and love for what she does by making sure the bride had all her flowers and bouquets. Angela helped plan my wedding 11-16-13 in Koolina Oahu Hawaii. It was crazy doing a destination wedding because you can't see anything. For that reason, I don't know what I would have done without her. She had relationships with everyone so I didn't have to rely on yelp for the vendors. I was referred to her from the guy that did my invitations which was Brooke and Michael Coxen with Paper and Home. They were also amazing! It was great also because we flew her out and paid for her hotel and in return she gave us a discount which was great because every dime helps. I would definitely recommend Angela. Last note, her husband Brandon did our bar and he created a special cocktail for our wedding reception! Awesome all around! -

We hired Angela to be our 'day-of' coordinator for our "small-ish" Malibu wedding at our family estate. The details had mostly been set but when we met with her about one month pre-wedding, Angela helped us to tie up all the loose ends and provided us with excellent vendors to get this accomplished. All of the vendors she recommended were extremely professional and executed just as we had envisioned. Angela called all of our vendors (those booked both by us in addition to those provided by her) the week of the wedding to compile a timeline for the day and confirm all the details with each vendor. On the day of our wedding Angela was a huge support, she helped us relax and really enjoy our day. Knowing she was there really allowed us to let go and enjoy our event along with our guests. We knew that if anything came up she would take care of it! The wedding and reception both ran extremely smoothly and I attribute this to all of Angela's "behind the scenes" moves! Angela is very professional, sharp and quick on her toes. She will help you with everything from coordinating every last detail prior to your big event to jumping in on the day-of with her wedding emergency kit that include everything from a needle and thread, band-aids, to tea-light candles. The wedding couple should enjoy their day and Angela will make this happen for you. You are in experienced hands! -

I had my wedding last September 13 in Temecula. I picked Hall Occasions to be our wedding coordinator because of such a great referral from Jill (co-owner of Retro Ranch).
Without Angela our wedding wouldn't have turned out great. During the wedding planning she helped me get on the right track, made sure i had all the vendors contacted and finalized before the wedding, gotten the wedding details done with (flowers, caterers, dj, wedding party etc), you name it Angela will help you get through it. She has been so kind and so patient with me during the whole process and i cannot be thankful enough.
During the wedding day, she made sure that everything is on time. If she and her staff wasn't there that day it would be chaos. She made sure that i was stress free that day and that i wouldn't be bothered so i can just focus on the wedding itself.
She has been so professional and responsive with everything, i couldn't ask for more.
Getting her was the best decision we made on our wedding!
Thank you so much angela and staff. We still can't stop talking how much you made our wedding smooth and beautiful! Without you stopping us and telling us to eat we would've starved in our own wedding.
So if you're looking for a wedding coordinator, she's the best! I feel like my words can't describe how much she helped me so much during and before my wedding.

I could not have been more pleased with the help that we received from Angela and her team at Hall Occasions. We were having trouble finding a venue and with Angela's help we were guided to a spectacular venue in Temecula called The Retro Ranch.
We interviewed several vendors but after meeting Angela and the Hall Occasions team, we couldn't help but get even more excited about our wedding day when we saw how excited SHE was about planning it.
Angela was such a relief- she kept her cool when I was getting my wedding day jitters and always picked up the phone when I needed to talk about something! She will absolutely be my referred wedding planner for all my girlfriends and guy friends! -

Angela Hall of Hall Occasions did an AMAZING job coordinating my daughter’s wedding 3-1/2 weeks ago at Rancho Las Lomas in Orange County, CA. It was a huge venue, spread out on multi levels, and no easy task! Throughout the course of the evening Angela & her assistants staged and re-purposed multiple items used at Wedding, Cocktail Hour, Dinner Reception, and After Hours. Everything looked beautiful and flowed throughout the entire evening. She never missed a beat! By not having to worry about any of the details and timelines, it afforded us the luxury to just enjoy the wedding and all our guests. Angela was easy to work with and most accommodating in helping locate all the personal touches the Bride wanted on her special day. She was more than ready to meet up for trial mock ups on tables and at the venue for trial runs with the florist. This was extremely important to us since the Bride lived outside the Country. She was definitely a team player and worked very hard to help the Bride achieve her perfect wedding. Couldn't be happier with her efforts on the wedding day as she was extremely organized in seeing everything through. -

All of her recommendations for cake, food, decorative ideas, rentals---were ON POINT! Everything that I wanted--she made it happen--from my idea of wanting donuts instead of cake, to my photobooth, and popcorn machine! Her suggestion for catering through A Thyme Well Spent, was awesome and totally worked with my budget and my desired menu! I received multiple compliments on how delicious the food was!
Because she had a wedding the day of the party, she sent over one of her top teammates, Pam--and boy was she AMAZING! Although the team got there a bit later than scheduled, things still went as planned as she worked SUPER hard to stay on schedule--and immediately styled the party SUPER cute! Pam kept everything running smooth and reassured me constantly that things will be okay. She was also going around helping the guest with food/drinks/cleanup, and took charge without having to come to me every second asking what to do. Even with the unplanned rain, Pam and Lindsay took care of putting things away so that they wouldn't get ruined, and corralled the guest indoors to help keep the party moving along.
ALL the party rentals were perfect---from the linens to the donut wall to the lemonade stand! Not to mention---after the guests left, the crew cleaned up as if there wasn't a party---this totally helped us relax and let us hang out with the guests who stayed a bit longer. I would HIGHLY recommend Hall Occassions, and can't wait until my next party so that I can have them help again! -

My fiancé and I needed a stylist to help coordinate our three outfits for our engagement photoshoot. Our photoshoot theme was far different from the norm, so we needed a professional to make sure the clothes/hair/makeup was on point. Angela was very prompt at answering phone calls and emails. She came to our home in Dana Point,
and went through our entire closets to pick the perfect looks. She is very friendly but also good at getting down to business. I'd trust her with any wedding arrangements that you need!!! -

Angela was very down-to-earth and a wonderful month-out wedding coordinator! We met with her several times before the wedding, and I appreciated her flexibility as I was planning my wedding long-distance and was always flying back and forth between Norcal and Socal. Angela was superb and excellent making our wedding day flow smoothly, although she could have been a bit more organized in the previous months planning. She may have been overcommitted with so many events and weddings, which is a common challenge I'm sure in the industry. Regardless of whoever your coodinator is, I would stress over-communicating with them, because you may think you've told them something, but have to remember they have hundreds of details for several weddings as well. However, on the whole, we really enjoyed working with Angela. On the day of our wedding, she had everything taken care of for us, and was so sweet, professional and great! -
