I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Alison and makeup by Marissa, and they were absolutely amazing! They worked seamlessly with my photographers' timeline and the venue schedule, creating a plan that fit everything perfectly. They arrived at our location and set up quickly and efficiently, ready to tackle anything that came their way. Even when we were a bit overwhelmed by family, they stayed calm, collected, and professional, giving me that much-needed moment of relaxation and pampering as the bride.
I requested that all my bridesmaids have the same hairstyle, and Alison executed it perfectly for each one. Marissa also did an incredible job with a natural makeup look for everyone, which was exactly what we wanted.
The best part? They were so efficient, we ended up ahead of schedule! Do yourself a favor and book them—you won't regret it! -

Bridal hair by Alison Painter
I couldn't be happier with the incredible job Alison did on my wedding day! From the moment she came in, she made me feel so special and comfortable. I was not sure exactly how I wanted my hair to look, so I gave her multiple inspiration pictures that were all different with similarities. I told her my hair is fine and doesn't like to stay curled, so she kept that in mind while creating the style. The result was stunning and stayed perfect all day. Alison spent extra time showing my mom how to insert and take out the veil without disrupting the hairstyle. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone looking for a sweet, talented and professional hairstylist! -

When I got married last year, I only wanted MaRissa to do my hair and makeup on my big day! I and my maid of honor looked absolutely gorgeous! So when my sister got engaged, we knew there was only one person who we wanted to be there on her big day as well! MaRissa is amazing and her work is truly magical!! -

Amazing Talent and Made Us So Gorgeous!!!
I first met Marissa at a Bridal Expo shortly after I got engaged. Once I found out her salon was in the same part of St. Louis where I lived with my fiancé, I immediately asked if she could accept new clients. I had my hair cut and colored several times and I knew I had to have her and her team do my bridal hair and makeup along with my girls! They traveled to my hotel and made all of us look absolutely stunning for our big day! I still go to Marissa at Elegance Salon for my hair and now that we have a little boy, she cuts his hair too! Love Marissa and her staff at Elegance Salon!!! -

Melissa and Alison were amazing. They made us all feel beautiful and we looked good too! Alison allowed me to pivot from my trial and Melissa made my makeup even prettier than when we did the trial! I whole heartedly recommend Elegance Salon to anyone looking in STL. -
