Ashley Jo was everything we needed on my besties wedding day!! My daughter and I were in the wedding and are from out of town. We booked her a week and a half out (not ideal 🙃) I was incredibly grateful for her prompt and accurate responses, from beginning to end. We made a deposit ($100) through venmo and the remainder plus tip after services render. My daughter is seven and as the flower girl look was very age appropriate but still glam. Her hair style was half up half down, simple but angelic. I had an updo and extra glam makeup with dramatic lashes. Loved my hair, even after hours of dancing, I slept in a bonnet and flew home the next day still looking amazing. The brides hair and lashes were exactly what she wanted!! Besides her skills, she was on time, her estimated time was accurate, and she blended right in with an easy going and calm energy. Highly recommend if you need ANYTHING!! I had the pleasure of having my hair and makeup done by Ashley twice two weeks apart, first for my wedding and then for one of my bridesmaid’s weddings! I felt beautiful and got so many compliments on my hair and makeup both times, not to mention both lasted perfectly throughout the night. Ashley has been in the business long enough that she’s affordable and EXTREMELY efficient which means so much on those busy mornings! 100% recommend Ashley Jo for any hair and makeup needs you have. During my makeup trial with her, I felt that she took the time to get to know me, my hair/skin goals, and my vision for the day. Communication with her is easy, seamless, and above all, transparent. On my wedding day, she was super easy to get in touch with and just did the best job on me and my girls. Across all different kinds of skin and hair types and different styling needs, she absolutely nailed all of our hair and makeup. We all received so many compliments and it stayed on ALL NIGHT. Seriously - through crying, sweat, food, drink, and Florida humidity - all of our hair and makeup looked amazing even well into the after party. And last but certainly not least, she is a total sweetheart. She felt like one of the girls from the moment I met her. I would strongly suggest working with Ashley!! -

Amazing!!!
I cannot say enough amazing things about my hair and makeup artist. From the moment we started, she was professional, attentive, and truly brought my vision to life. She made me feel so comfortable and confident, and the end result was beyond anything I could have imagined. My hair and makeup held perfectly all day and night, and I received so many compliments. Her talent is undeniable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I felt like the best version of myself, and that’s something I’ll never forget. Highly, highly recommend! -

I couldn't be happier with the services provided by Ashley Brownfield for my wedding on December 20, 2025! She came to my home and took care of lashes, makeup, and hair for both me and my daughter - she truly made us feel like queens. Not only was her pricing incredibly reasonable for the level of service, but Ashley's personality and expertise made our special day even more memorable. She did a FABULOUS job with everything - we were blown away by her talent and attention to detail! You won’t regret picking her!
I had the best experience I could ever ask for with Ashley Jo. To start, due to my mistake I was 30 min late for our trial run. She managed to bang out my hair and makeup super quick and it looked amazing. Come to the day of the wedding she had 7 people total to do hair and make up. She showed up at 10am and had us all done by 2:30. Everyone looked stunning, she did touch ups before she left. So professional, so friendly. She’s a girls girl. She got along with everyone so well and explained everything she was doing. She showed my MOH how to get my veil in and out of my hair and was so patient with us. I cannot recommend her enough. She is the most reasonably priced I have found anywhere in my area. Ashley Jo is simply amazing and her work shows. Great experience
Ashley has been in the business for a long time and knows what she’s doing. She came to my rental unit and did my makeup and hair as the bride, another makeup and three others hair on a Monday wedding. She was fun, professional, felt like a friend. She brought EVERYTHING that was needed and did an amazing quick job. Everyone looked amazing, and felt even better.

Hair styles that last!!!
Ashely did an amazing job, from my trial, to my best friends wedding and then my own wedding she went above and beyond each time! She was very communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. She took my inspiration photos and fully brought them to life. The amount of compliments I received about how perfect my hair looked, even the day after my wedding were immense. From updos, down styles, to flower girls she nailed it all. Ashley did an incredible job! I initially hired her for 4 bridesmaids, and 2 weeks before the wedding, I asked her if she could add me (the bride) and my mother and she was super accommodating. We started around 9:30am and she had done all 6 of us by 2pm (for both hair and makeup). She is a pro and her products are awesome because all our hairdos lasted all day. Our Wedding
Ashley is amazing! I reached out to her in November to get information for my wedding in March and went in for a trial run. I showed her a few pictures on Pinterest, explained what I was going for and within 15 minutes she had recreated exactly what I wanted. She let me know she would be able to get my hair done, as well as the bridesmaids’, my mother’s and mother-in-law’s. There was no reason to look anywhere else! In the weeks leading up to wedding I reached out to Ashley a few times with questions around hairstyles for the girls and the schedule for day of and she was always very helpful and reassuring. When my sister arrived the week before the wedding we went to see Ashley and she worked with us on getting extensions put in for the big day!
The day of the wedding, everything went perfectly! Ashley did hair for me, six bridesmaids, my mother, mother-in-law and three flower girls. As quickly as she works, she does not compromise on quality at all! I felt like an absolute princess and was so happy to have the flower girls running up to me to show off their pretty hair. Ashley recreated the styles everyone wanted to a t. On top of doing an amazing job, she is a joy to have around. She was so sweet and had fun with us as we all got ready. I’m so happy Ashley was part of our special day and would recommend her to anyone!Hair by Ashley Jo's reply:

Ashley did an amazing job on our hair and make-up. We did a practice session and she got the look I wanted exactly. The day of the wedding, she came to our home and did 4 people’s make-up and hair in record time. We looked natural but flawless and received lots of compliments. I’m in the beauty industry and have met many a stylist that cannot even compare to her expertise, timing, and creativity. I seriously do not know one other single stylist that can do a ten person wedding, hair and makeup, by themselves in 4-5hours and have everyone look absolutely stunning. Make sure you know what you're getting into! My price changed from when I booked the services at a $300 minimum to a $600 minimum on my wedding day. My bridesmaid's (there were only 2) had to fix their hair after Ashley left because they wanted her to start on my hair. My hair was perfect and our makeup was good but I was not happy to pay $100 more that day than what I was expecting. She said it was a misunderstanding when I requested the $100 be refunded. It was not a misunderstanding, it was a price change. I NEVER would have booked hair & makeup for 3 people with a $600 minimum!!Hair by Ashley Jo's reply:
I’m so sorry you weren’t happy with your prices. This is the first time in my 18 years I’ve had anyone unhappy with their services or my prices as I am quite reasonable compared to other stylists. As you see this is my first review that is at a 4.2 and not 5.0 because I try to treat all my brides like a Queen on their big day and make their hair and makeup dreams come true. The only reason for the $100 is because there was a travel fee because I traveled a total of 3 hours to get to your wedding venue, which was discussed prior to your wedding. The actual service prices were the same as on my menu. It’s very unfortunate that the girls adjusted their hair after I left because I would have gladly done it for them as we were ahead of schedule and had plenty of time to do so and I always strive to make all my customers feel happy and beautiful and before I leave I always make sure everyone is satisfied, which they said they were. You were all very lovely ladies and I wish you a lifetime of marriage bliss! -
