If I could give Nikki more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I was looking for a romantic, tousled, effortless updo that leaned more elegant than boho and Nikki nailed it. My hair was absolute perfection and I received so many compliments that I told her I wish I had business cards to hand out to everyone who asked me who the stylist was.
Nikki was professional and extremely personable. I had my trial a few months beforehand and throughout the consult I felt completely at ease as she took the time to understand my vision and make adjustments that we both agreed would work better to achieve the look I was going for. I've heard horror stories from other brides about their hair looking completely different on the day-of compared to their trial. That was not the case with Nikki. She took photos and a video so on the day of my wedding, she was prepared to deliver the same result (if not better!) as during my trial. She beat me to the venue on the day of my wedding and took her time to make sure I was completely satisfied. My updo held perfectly throughout the entire ceremony, reception and up to the moment I took the bobby pins out to shower. There isn't a single thing I would have changed.
Again, 5+ stars to Nikki for her professionalism, personality and her ability to achieve the romantic, tousled updo of my dreams for my wedding. -

Nikki is the best!
Nikki & her girls made us all look and feel absolutely beautiful the day of my wedding!! Nikki was kind enough to come to my house for my hair and make up trial prior to the wedding and even did a hair trial for my mom as well. She absolutely delivered the day of the wedding. I felt so beautiful and confident and it was all thanks to her. She kept me calm and collected the day of the wedding in the midst of all the chaos. Couldn’t recommend her enough!! -

Nikki has perfected bridal soft glam!
I felt very confident in my decision to book Nikki to do mine and my bridesmaids' makeup as she came highly recommended to me by my wedding planner - but wow she just blew me away! She took my inspo pics and made them look even better! My photographer and videographer were freaking out about how much my eyes popped on camera because of how beautifully my eye makeup was done. My girls were also so happy with their makeup that they were all asking me for her information for their future weddings. Beyond being talented, Nikki is also just the sweetest person and made me feel so comfortable! Her assistant for the day, Kara, was also super sweet and did a fantastic job as well! Book Nikki quick because she is a hot commodity! -

Nikki is an absolute saint, book her immediately! As soon as we met, I felt like we were lifelong friends. We hired her for make-up but she also saved the day helping me with hair. Nikki is incredibly talented, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. Nikki and I gabbed our way through the trial and at the end she handed me the mirror and I was floored by how stunning I looked. When later I decided to change my makeup look, she was beyond accommodating and (despite my inability to articulate anything make-up-related), she gave me the exact look I was hoping for! She provided great advice on skincare and prep before the wedding and she made every single woman in the bridal party look like a naturally-enhanced, beautiful version of themselves. Everyone looked stunning without the "that's a lot of makeup" look. When the hairstylist had to leave before it was time for me to get dressed, Nikki selflessly helped me put on my veil. And then when the veil wouldn't go in the hair (because of the abundance of bobby pins and hair flowers), she quickly (and calmly) pivoted to placing the veil over the flowers. In the end, it looked even better than I could have hoped. Nikki did such an exceptional job and she was a huge part of our day! -

Nikki was such a joy to work with! Starting at my trial, she made sure that I got what I wanted. She recreated it perfectly on my wedding day and it lasted all night long. Not only did she do an incredible job, but she was also such a calm presence as we were all getting ready that morning. I was definitely getting very anxious and I was thankful that I had Nikki by my side that morning to help me relax when my mind was going a million miles a minute. I knew that I could trust her to make me look beautiful, and would definitely book her again! -

Nikki is so talented!! I sent her a few photos of hairstyles that I liked, sent her about 1000 emails, and she worked her magic! I have never worn extensions but wanted to for my wedding day. Nikki was able to recommend the PERFECT ones, they blended seamlessly with my hair! It was exactly what I was hoping for! Nikki took her time during my trial to ensure that she knew exactly what I wanted, and to make sure I was happy with the outcome! On my wedding day, she was there early and ready to go when I walked in. Nikki created beautiful styles for myself, my mother, mother in law and sister in law making everyone look their absolute best! I have very thin, straight-barely holds a curl-hair and my hair held up ALL NIGHT! Also, like most 2020 brides, I had a plan and then a re-plan-thanks to Covid! Nikki was understanding and worked with me making everything so easy!! Nikki is the best! -

Nikki was amazing!! My hair was absolutely gorgeous, I couldn’t even imagine something so pretty. She also did my bridesmaids makeup and they looked flawless. Not only is she talented, she has the sweetest personality. So kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I felt like she was a friend. I’m SO grateful I found her. The best!!
Nikki did my hair and makeup for both my engagement pictures and my wedding day. She was so great to work with and my hair and makeup turned out better than I could have ever imagined! On the wedding day, Nikki and Sarah did all of my bridal party's hair and makeup and everyone looked so beautiful! Nikki is so talented and I am so glad she was a part of our wedding day! -

Flawless natural makeup!
Nikki is literally amazing!!! She was professional and kept our tight schedule on the wedding day and made me look and feel beautiful!! Nikki and Kristen were absolutely amazing! When I first found Nikki on Instagram I fell in love with her work, and I am so glad I did. During my hair trial I loved how calm her attitude was, she was very relaxing to be around, which I knew would be perfect on my wedding day. I have incredibly thick/long hair and she was able to work with my style inspiration to create the perfect hair style.
I was right about her positive attitude. I was a little nervous on my wedding day, but sitting in the chair with her for 1.5 hours while she handled my insane amount of hair was just what I needed to calm me down. Not only did Nikki create the perfect hair style, IT STAYED ALL NIGHT which never happens with my hair.

As a bride you stalk your vendors on Instagram endlessly – everyone knows that – but there was something I was looking for in all of my vendors and that is personality. It was always important to mesh with our friends for whoever we hired because at the end of the day you want to enjoy being around the people you choose to on your wedding day. After all, you spend the entire morning and afternoon with your hair and makeup person so to get that wrong would be a bummer, but to get that right is INVALUABLE. Nikki and her team were everything I could have asked for a more and it started with how Nikki set the tone.
When I asked Nikki how she knew Kristen Buckwalter and Lori Linton I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they had been friends for years outside of doing weddings together. Although they work independently, they always call upon one another and I thought that was awesome.
In the weeks leading up to my trial, Nikki and I texted back and forth and not only did I not feel like a nuisance, I felt like she had a vested interest in my big day and that meant something to me. One of the thoughts we had was whether or not I would need extensions to achieve the look I wanted (Kim K marrying Kanye). For the trial I didn’t have them but it was evident for Nikki and I that they were necessary. In terms of makeup, I had only ever had my makeup done once before so I knew I did not want a LOT, but enough to look decent in pictures.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she and I had texted about what extensions I should buy and she knew exactly what I needed. I literally texted her as I was in Sallys and she responded with the greenlight to buy the extensions the minutes following. I had also expressed that I wanted a little less on my face to make sure that I still looked semi-like I do normally so my husband wouldn’t be as shocked (I never wear makeup on my skin). Nikki was more than understanding of that and she also was able to communicate respectively to me in a way that I knew she knew way more about wedding makeup being the professional than I ever could.
The day of the wedding I brought my extensions, Nikki clipped them in and was prepared to cut them if needed. Throughout the time I was working with her that day, it all felt so light. I truly enjoyed spending time with her because it felt like I was spending time with a friend. She made me feel at ease, in good hands, comfortable, she made me laugh, I made her laugh, we had such a good time and I trusted her. I was able to share things with her as if I had known her more than a few months.
Let me tell you when I finally saw myself – more when I showed myself to my bridesmaids, I will never forget the response I got. I still receive the compliments from people but nothing is more important than when I look back and feel like I still look like myself (way better version) but that my husband loved every part of what Nikki did. She killed it. And now I LOVE MY EXTENSIONS.
Nikki is a fantastic person. We laughed and I shared my emotions from the day with her and she genuinely cared. I had no idea I would walk away from the day with my hair and makeup stylist leaving such a mark on the day and I am lucky enough to say that I gained a friend in her. She and I still text and keep in touch to this day and I look back on that whole time in the hotel rooms and smile. We had a blast and it was everything I could have asked for. Love her!

Deanna Sent on 10/08/2018Nikki is incredible! Her and her team got me, 3 bridesmaids and 2 moms ready on time and looking gorgeous. Nikki captured exactly how I wanted to look on my wedding day. I feel so lucky to have found her! Her and her team were the first ones at our venue bright and early and she even touched me up after sweating in the sun during my first look and portraits. I can't recommend her enough!

Ann Sent on 11/20/2016Nikki as amazing! She quickly got back to me with quotes, for my trial and with any questions I had about my wedding day. I had 4 bridesmaids, me and my mom getting hair and makeup done so she was able to bring, Lori to help her so that we were all ready in time. They were both friendly and great with my bridesmaids and mom. They made us all feel so gorgeous . I received compliments all day about my hair and makeup. Nikki came to us at the Marriott's bridal parlor. She was right on time and ready to go. She was able to stay around a little after she and Lori finished our hair and makeup to help me put my veil on and instructed my bridesmaids on how to take it off after the ceremony. Nikki and Lori made everything so easy for us. I couldn't be more pleased with her and how beautifully me and my girls felt. I couldn't recommend Nikki any more. -

I didn't want to deal with the stress of transportation- especially with 8 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and a flower girl! Nikki was so personable and easy to work with. She was very easy to get in touch which I thoroughly appreciated. She was great through the whole makeup and hair trial and wedding process. Not only did she do my hair and makeup, several bridesmaids, mothers, and flower girl, but she did it while pregnant and a cast on her foot! This woman is dedicated to her job, and it really shows how much she loves what she does! I was thoroughly impressed with my hair and makeup on my wedding day, and I couldn't be any happier with how everything turned out. She made the whole process a lot of fun and stress free! Thanks so much!!
