BEST florist!

Hafner florist made choosing our perfect flower arrangements so easy. From our first appointment with Kelli where we discussed my vision they really took what I had imagined and brought it to life. Since floral was my main decoration I really wanted statement pieces that were timeless and classy. I've received a million compliments on our floral for the wedding. They were perfect the day of setting everything up and coming after the wedding to take everything down for us. I could not recommend them enough!!

Absolutely stunning!!

Called all the florists in town the week before my wedding!! They answered my phone call with grace and responded eager to help! We set up a meeting and the knowledge on flowers Keith showed amazed me!! Flowers turned out fantastic!! Hafners was the florist my dad bought flowers at when I was born so my mom loved how amazing they did and it meant so much to her!

Amazing florist!!

Kelli did an incredible job! She completely understood my vision and gave her input using her expansive knowledge. She was extremely professional. We also used them for some rentals, which they kindly delivered and picked up as well so absolutely no stress! Very reasonably priced. My guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful our flowers were and keep asking who we used! Would 100% recommend!!!

Delivered on the vision!

Ann was amazing to work with! We were able to describe our vision and share imagery...she totally got it. With her vast knowledge of plant types and their qualities she was able to help us select the right species to last the day. Hafner delivers refined designs and the best quality product. So glad we chose them for our special day!

Gorgeous Flowers that Made Our Wedding

Choosing Hafner Florist was an easy decision. They make the most beautiful flower arrangements! They met with us and looked at all the Pinterest options I chose. We didn't know as much about flowers, and they helped add their expertise to our vision. I recommend them for any flower occasion! They were sweet, and we had the perfect experience working with them!

Fantastic!

Ann and Hafner did a wonderful job with our wedding flowers. The center pieces were beautiful and the bridal bouquets/corsages were stunning.

We met with Ann a few months before the wedding and she walked us through the process. She did a fantastic job of taking the un-floristy descriptions of our mental pictures and turning them into reality. The whole process was hassle free and she worked to stay within our budget.

We would absolutely recommend them.

Keith was amazing!

Keith Brooks at Hafners was AMAZING!!! He understood my vision and went all out! He even was able to use a lot of my own containers...which was important to us. We had a perfect classic winter wedding on 01.12.19. The flowers and headtable/backdrop were all amazing! I recommend both Keith and Hafners 100%. I did not have to lift a finger on my wedding day and more importantly I didn’t have to worry because I knew it would look amazing! Thank you Bridget and Alex Jurkiewicz 01.12.19

We worked with Ann Strickland for our July wedding and she created the most beautiful, timeless and elegant centerpieces and bouquets! From beginning to end Ann Strickland with Hafner Florist listened to every detail, vision, concern and question I had. Ann is not only patient (and boy, did my wedding vision take patience and attention to detail) but she is talented beyond measure. She is truly a dream to work with and she makes dreams come true. I was not only a bride who had a specific style and vision for my wedding but I also lived out of state (about 10 hours away to be exact). With this added layer I needed someone with the expertise and experience to be able to reassure me they would deliver what I expressed I wanted. Ann reassured me throughout the entire process (which was a year and half of consistent contact and updating of my vision). I could not have chosen a better individual and florist for my wedding day vision. The amount of energy and detail Ann put into our wedding surpassed any expectation (and I had a lot of them). She truly is incredible in every way. She made our perfect day come to life and I will not only remember the "picture perfect" beauty of our wedding day but I will always remember the kindness, patience and dedication Ann Strickland provided us throughout the entire planning process. Thank you Ann and Hafner florist for making our wedding day one of the most magical days of our lives!

Ann at Hafner Florist is AMAZING and does such a wonderful job creating one of a kind pieces. I am a wedding planner, and she was my first call when planning my own wedding. My bouquet and centerpieces were exactly what I wanted and she brought my vision to life. I couldn’t be happier! I have been referring brides to Hafner’s for almost 10 years because they deliver quality product and great customer service. They truly are the best and you will not be disappointed! We met with Hafner about 3-4 months ahead of our wedding to get everything in order. They were very nice to work with and were helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted for our flowers and greenery. They communicated with us right up to before the ceremony and made the whole process smooth and easy.

Amazing! I worked with Ann for my wedding. When I went into the initial consultation with them I had a vision of what I wanted in my head and a few pictures but I hadn't done my proper research. Ann was amazing! She worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted. On the day of the wedding my vision was far exceeded! The flowers were amazing!! They did an arch at the front that was truly stunning! I would highly recommend this company! Not only were all of the flowers amazing but the delivery was smooth and easy. They showed up and set everything up, I didn't have to worry about anything. Perfect place!

my flowers for my wedding day were absolutely beautiful!! From the centerpieces for the tables to my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets. We also used their backdrop behind our sweetheart table and the sign, chargers, and linens for our reception. Pictures can only depict how beautiful everything was!!

My mom and I really loved working with Kelli. She completely understood our vision and we really appreciated her decisiveness and honesty when it came to recommendations. The centerpieces and bouquets were absolutely stunning. The more I look at pictures, the more I love them. It was so nice to know the set up and delivery were in good hands, we never once worried about logistics and completely trusted her set up. We had a wonderful experience and are grateful for the multiple in-person appointments to review what we were looking for, as well as her creativity when it came to staying within budget. I will continue to recommend Hafner to all of my friends in Toledo because I think everyone deserves to have the same experience we did.

My flowers were perfect. They did a beautiful job with the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and chair decorations for the wedding ceremony. No complaints. Some of the flowers were even alive 1 week later and not in water!!

Look no further!!! Beth hafner was the best and super amazing with creating my dream bouquet flower decor at my reception and church service! I showed her some pictures from Pinterest and she made them look better than Pinterest! She was so meticulous and made it look super classy! She thought of stuff that we had not in terms of styles to add to the bartender areas at the reception and the tables with the tall vases! No issues whatsoever ever during the whole process! She also did the flowers for my wedding shower

We worked with Keith Brooks at Hafner for my daughter's wedding. Keith has done flowers at our church for years, so my expectations were VERY high -- and he EXCEEDED every one! The bouquets were exquisite -- exactly what my daughter envisioned. And the mood that he created at the reception at TCC was more beautiful than we could have imagined. In our initial meeting with Keith, he showed us different flowers and made suggestions based on pictures that we had. It was a huge comfort to us to know that it was as important to HIM as it was to US to create a magical day.

We are so happy we decided to work with Hafner Florist (specifically Ann Strickland)! Our flowers were amazing and everyone keeps saying we should submit the photos of them to different wedding blogs! In the beginning I was not sold on having a bouquet (I hate spending money on myself!) but Ann told me the difference it would make. I am so glad i took her advise, my bouquet made a huge difference and looking at the pictures, I cannot imagine not having it! Had a great experience with Hafner's for our wedding. They met with us twice, and I'm sure would have met more if we needed it. The bouquets and flowers were of excellent quality--the table centerpieces were so fresh, they lasted 2 weeks in our house and were nice to come home to after the honeymoon! They did exactly as I pictured the flowers to be and made for a lovely outdoor wedding! (They will do a mock up of how it will look the week beforehand.) I would absolutely use them again for any florist needs.

We worked with Keith at the Sylvania store for our August 27th wedding. We could not be happier with the fantastic customer service and professionalism we experienced with Keith and Hafner Florist. We felt completely comfortable leaving the creativity of our centerpieces and arrangements in the hands of Keith- he had wonderful ideas and was open to suggestions as well. We booked with Kelly at Hafner Florist in Sylvania for our big day. From start to finish she was a pleasure to work with! Not only was she respectful of our budget and time but she was so helpful and forthcoming with suggestions on how to achieve the look and feel we wanted for our floral arrangements and personal flowers. We trusted Kelly with a lot of freedom and creativity, knowing that we wanted white flowers and round bouquets, but we left the rest up to her! With our budget in mind, she took the flowers that were in season and used her talents to create the most beautiful bouquets I had ever seen! So fragrant and elegantly crafted, I felt like royalty carrying around my flowers - I didn't want to put them down! She made the bridesmaids bouquets look so full and romantic, charging me nearly half of what the other florists in the area had quoted me!! I would certainly recommend Kelly and Hafner Florist in Sylvania; they were so easy to work with and with a bride like myself who didn't have an incredibly specific list of flowers that I needed to have in the bouquet - she can do amazing things with a little freedom to play with what is in season!! Let the florist handle the flowers, and you stress about one of the other thousand things you have to plan! Hire Hafner and trust that they can and will do a wonderful job for you too !

I had met with 3 other florist in the Toledo area and my gosh Hafner Florist was the best. I scheduled a meeting to meet with Keith, pitched him my dream board, ideas of centerpieces and he kept the ball rolling. He seriously understood what I wanted on a specific budget. If you have a budget in mind let him know he will work his magic. All of my flowers at my wedding were amazing and he does an amazing job displaying. My wedding flowers were the talk for weeks. He did an amazing job and understood every single detail of what I wanted. I will make sure I use him for all my future events and continue to recommend Keith to all of my friends who have save the dates and are searching for an amazing florist. We worked with Kelli from the Sylvania location. I live in Texas though and we had our wedding in Toledo, so we had little opportunity to meet face-to-face. However, the moment I met Kelli, she put me at ease. From all of the details having to do with our wedding, deciding on flowers was my biggest anxiety because I just didn't have much vision for it. Kelli had all of the answers though and sensed my style that I didn't even know I had from our limited time we spent together. Another variable we asked her to work with was integrating flowers my mom had made from various materials. I didn't see a final product until I walked into the bridal suite at our ceremony location on "game day". Although I had many happy tears that day, Hafner Florist was responsible for kicking off my weepy trend when I saw all of our bouquets prepped for us. Their work was absolutely stunning.

Everyone who answered the phone at the shop was extremely pleasant, and I had a blast and felt lucky having the opportunity to work with Kelli. She was a true and genuine joy for me throughout this process.

I highly recommend Keith Brooks from Hafner Florist. He was incredibly helpful and flexible even when I made a last minute change from a corsage to a bouquet for one of my bridesmaids. I've always been impressed with everything I've seen from Hafner Florist. Cody, the bride scheduled our appointment with Kelly. Kelly was AMAZING to work with. We spent hours with her before the wedding during our 2 meetings.

She assured us that she was going to do a great job for us. Not that we needed to be reassured! I knew we were in good hands. Hafner's far exceeded our expectations! The bouquets, the centerpieces, the candelabras; everything was STUNNING!!

As added bonus, the roses from the wedding lasted over 2 weeks!

Hafner Florist was without question, an operation to tell your friends and family about. The quality, professionalism and responsiveness was outstanding. Keith Brooks and his team from Hafner did a fantastic job decorating the outdoor Mandap (gazebo like structure used in Indian weddings) for my daughter's wedding. Our guests from across the country said they'd never seen a Mandap so beautiful. Keith helped me envision how he could transform a simple, solid wooden structure, 8 ft x 10 ft platform with 4 posts. I kept insisting it had to look natural, and have a lot of color. He exceeded my expectations with his creation of the bouquets that trailed all through the wooden structure with a base of grapevine, the matching aisle décor and a welcoming pair of moss elephants at the entrance creating a magical ambiance in our backyard. Thank you, Keith!

My wedding was small, and I did not have a lot of flowers. There were not particular flowers that I needed to have in my bouquet. I told Kellie I wanted a bouquet with orange, blue and white flowers. Although I did ask for Bells of Ireland as they are supposed to be good luck and I wanted to represent my Irish heritage. She had the freedom to do whatever she wanted and my bouquet turned out beautiful! I received compliments on it all day long!

Hafner is THE BEST. I worked with Keith and I couldn't possibly be more pleased with how everything turned out. My wedding day was a fairytale and looked waaay more expensive than it actually was. Keith was amazing to work with beforehand and took care of everything the day of. It is very obvious that he is not only very good at what he does but he also enjoys it!

Kelli did an AMAZING job!!!! My flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS!! I knew she was going to do a great job but Kelli blew my expectations out of the water!!! The bouquets were better than perfect!! Kelly from Hafner in Sylvania helped me plan for all of my floral needs for my wedding day. She was so patient as I changed my mind and wanted to try things out. She even did a mock-up of centerpieces so I could get an idea of what they would look like. She was very understanding of my budget as well and helped me find a way to get what I wanted while staying within my budget. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! Keith Brooks worked with us and was amazing. He came up with many ideas to compliment the plans we had. We got so many compliments on our flowers and everything was gorgeous! Our centerpieces were much more beautiful than we expected. We wanted planted flowers to be our centerpieces doubling as favors, and they ended up being a solid centerpiece on their own because of Hafner's creative planning.

Beth Hafner and Staff you are awesome. Chuch and wedding flowers were all gorgeous. Brides bouquet exquisite. Our reception flowers were fantastic. It is a lot of fun walking into a reception that you have planned, knowing what you wanted, but seeing it for the first time and being stunned at the beauty a florist can provide. I worked with Beth at Hafner Florist. We could not have been more pleased with the service and quality of the flowers. Beth was willing to listen to our ideas and help us every step of the way. My favorite part was that Beth did a practice run of our centerpieces so we could tweak them. I so appreciated that, because seeing the actual and making adjustments was key to our final product. On the day of the wedding, Hafner Florist surpassed my highest hopes and expectations. Every detail was exquisite. It was a true blessing to work with such an open and caring person.

I absolutely loved working with Beth. She was so energetic and excited to come up with centerpieces for my reception. My bouquet was just absolutely stunning and everything I imagined. We got the best deal for our flowers here. They gave what we wanted and worked to keep everything simple. Everyone who played a different part in the wedding had a different design but they still all tied together and everything turned out beautifully. They didn't follow a hideous flower book THANK GOODNESS and instead we got very creative, unique, and beautiful flowers!

Beth Hafner was great to work with for my wedding flowers! We didn't need as many arrangements as a typical wedding would, just bouquets for myself, the bridesmaids, small nosegays for the moms and boutonnieres for the fathers. My husband decided he didn't want a bout so the groomsmen had pocket squares. Our wedding was at the Toledo Museum of Art so we really didn't need any additional flowers for decor. Beth never blinked an eye about taking on a smaller wedding order, in fact she approached it as she would any other wedding order and made sure we got exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. The only issue I ran into was that I couldn't communicate with her through email, but each time I contacted (phone or in person) her she was on top of things. She even accommodated a very last minute (7 days to go) change to my bouquet, really the only thing I was indecisive about. She was happy to work with my mother who would communicate on my behalf. Beth was recommended by several people (brides and regular floral customers) and I am very glad I took their recommendations, Hafner really lived up to their reputation. I interviewed several florists but Beth was the only one with an open door policy. All of the others I spoke with required I make a special appointment during regular business hours which didn't work for me because those are my work hours. I understood but really appreciated Beth's way of handling walk-ins. I also appreciated her "working for you" attitude rather than the "you should appreciate me doing your wedding flowers" attitude I ran into at another local florist. I would gladly recommend Hafner Florist to any bride for a no headache, great finished product florist. I will continue to use Hafner Florist for all of my floral needs.

Great service, good value,and very fast. I didn't plan to have flowers for my wedding ... until just a few days before the date. Despite the short notice, they were able to create 7 elegant bouquets by the next day. Kelly was great at matching the flower elements to my dress and style and was a professional. I'm glad I ended up having some flowers because they did really add to the photo's of my wedding.

Hafner's did an amazing job on the flowers! Kathy and Beth worked with us to come up with the most beautiful arrangements in our own provided Delft pieces. The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids' bouquets were just gorgeous with blue hydrangeas and pink roses. Our church sanctuary looked regal and the club dining room with the china pieces and candlelabra was spectacular. I would highly recommend them. My only tiny comment I would make was email response. They didn't get back very quickly when we had a quick question. But everything else was perfection!

I was planning my wedding from out of town and I only had so many days that I could come home to prepare for our wedding. I found Hafner Florist and talked with them and told them my situation. She told me no problem email me what you want and we will make room for you every time you come in town to talk about the flowers. I was relieved. As a bride communication is everything!!! We bought tall vases that we wanted a huge basketball size ball of flowers on top of and she worked with exactly what we wanted. She went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true!

We utilized reviews heavily during our wedding planning process and I want to provide my feedback to help other brides. Hafner does an outstanding job and their flowers are beautiful. I have received many compliments on the arrangements and how long they've lasted since the wedding. I am extremely pleased with how gorgeous our flowers were! I worked with Kelli at the Sylvania location and she is very talented! We had a few changes leading up to the wedding and she was very flexible and accommodating. Kelli is willing to work with you to make sure that you are happy. A positive is that Kelli does an example centerpiece for you prior to the wedding to make sure that you will be happy. When I interviewed another florist, she was not willing to do that. My only comment is that I tried to do as much wedding planning through email as possible and Hafner doesn't communicate well that way. However, Kelli was always very responsive to meetings and phone calls. Awesome work!!

Beth and I had quite the adventure in obtaining the peonies for my wedding. Of course this year was the opposite of last and the local peonies I had planned on having Beth use in our center pieces, bouquets, etc weren’t going to bloom on time so Beth sprang into action with plan B and got her wholesaler to order peonies from the other side of the country. Beth was also kind enough to deliver the flowers to two separate locations on the day of our wedding which was the Sunday of a holiday weekend. So even though we had a scare or two everything turned out lovely and within budget.

Wow! What an amazing job done by Hafner. The flowers were exactly what our daughter envisioned for her special day. The centerpieces, the bouquets and the cake flowers were gorgeous! So many of our guests and the other vendors commented on how beautiful they looked.

I called Hafner Florist and left a message. The next day I received a call from them to set up an appointment. I was very pleased with how open with communication they were. I had problems with many other florists in the area that would not respond back to my e-mails or phone calls. At our initial meeting we met with Keith and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He had so many helpful suggestions and ideas, but was also very mindful of our budget. I haven't seen the flowers yet, but everything in the process working with them so far has been great and stress free. Can't wait to see the flowers the day of!

We met with the staff at Hafner a few times before the wedding day to discuss my vision for the flowers. I wanted very vibrant colors that matched a peacock color scheme without the actual peacock feathers. Hafner did a great job of making the bridesmaid bouquets, my hairpiece, and the flowers for decorating the cake. They were beautiful. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the fact that they used some light pink-purple-ish muted-colored roses in each bouquet (which did not align with my vibrant color-scheme). They were still beautiful, but I did not like that muted color at all and was surprised to see that it had ended up there. Other than that, we were very happy with out interactions with Hafner and how the flowers turned out!

We got married this past Saturday September 10th at the Toledo Zoo. When I first met Keith I LOVED him, I felt like he got me and he assured me that he could do everything I showed him. I asked for 3 small arrangements on each table that were dark pink, my wedding colors were Teal and Fuchsia. I asked for the bridesmaids bouquets to be small dark pink gerbera daisy arrangements. We also paid for lots of outdoor decor in the garden. I felt like I was very specific stating that I did NOT want light pink, and I did NOT want white, and NO NO NO to lots of foliage. I gave him lots of pictures and asked him to make it look like the pictures. On the day of our wedding it was hectic, it rained all day so we had to push inside to the theater at the zoo. My bridesmaids were on the balcony getting ready. I was so excited to see what I emagined come to life, but when the flowers arrived they were so so so not what I asked for. They were large and mostly green with light pink and white barely any dark pink flowers. I tried to brush it off and not let it ruin my day but I was so disappointed, I didn't want to look at it. When the bouquets arrived I freaked, they looked NOTHING like the photos I sent and I flew into a rage. The bridesmaid bouquets were larger than the brides because of all the foliage and green that I asked to NOT have. The woman who was bringing them up quickly went down to speak with Keith and she tried to fix them but they turned out not even close to what I asked for. I can say that thinking back I wish that Keith was easier to get a hold of. I sent him emails that he never responded to and I made phone calls and he wasn't there. I wish that he had made me an example so that it wouldn't have made me cry on my wedding day. We paid more than $5000 for something that I hated and looking back I can't get that out of my brain, just thinking about it now even makes me upset. Looking back I wish I had him do a trial. BRIDES GET A TRIAL FIRST!!!
