I cannot say enough good things about how awesome Nikki and Halton are! Finding a great photo team was the most important vendor decision to us, and we are so thankful to have found H&N. Within 3 days of our wedding, they sent us sneak peeks of our day, and we were in awe. All the photos are absolutely gorgeous, and it's incredible how they were able to capture everything so beautifully. They are also both so genuinely kind and generous people. We sometimes feel a bit awkward in front of the camera, but they made everything so easy. And on top of it all, the process leading up to our wedding day was incredibly organized, with checklists, information, guidance, and such quick communication. Can't brag about them enough - would recommend them to everyone! -

Would rebook a million times
Our engagement and wedding photos turned out more beautiful than I could have ever hoped. Nikki and Halton are so easy to “work” with. Although, with how relaxed and comfortable the photo sessions were, I don’t know if work is the right word. They are so kind and down to Earth, but they are also incredibly talented photographers. I can’t wait to book them again. -

The best ever!
H&N photos not only were the best photographers we could have ever dreamed of, but also quickly became sweet friends from the very first time we met! They were the easiest and most joyful to work with, never flinching to make every request become a reality! They traveled to MS for us, with minimal cost and made our entire wedding the very best experience! We could not recommend them enough! If I’ve learned anything from my own story of 27 Dresses, a photographers personality is equally as important as their skill, and this husband and wife duo is UNMATCHED! We love you Halton and Nikki, thank you for everything!

There are too many things to compliment H & N Photography on. Nikki and Halton are the dream team! Nikki is an all-star communicator. She and I met via Zoom to discuss the overall vision and timeline and he responded to emails and texts quickly and professionally. Nikki did my bridals and then Halton and Nikki both shot our wedding. Our photos are gorgeous and we couldn't be more happy with H & N Photography. -

Amazing!!!
I absolutely loved working with Nikki and Halton!! They responded immediately every time and we’re very accommodating. They have a way of making you feel very at ease in front of the camera and are very fun. They shot both my engagement photos and my wedding and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel like they have a professional and a friend simultaneously. I will 100% be using them again in the future. -

Nikki is one of the kindest people we have ever met! From day one, Nikki has been extremely helpful throughout our wedding journey and answered every question we ever had. From our engagement session, my bridal portraits, and our wedding day, she made us feel really comfortable in front of the camera and made sure we had fun through it all. Most importantly, she captured our love through pictures and we will forever be grateful for her and her services. -

Absolutely Incredible!
I cannot say enough good about H&N Photography!! I’ve entrusted them with every important photo shoot I’ve had, and they have never failed to blow me away with their incredible work! Not only did they take my branding session/headshot photos, they took my engagement photos and my wedding! Every shoot was amazing, but y’all...our wedding photos completely took my breath away. H&N Photography captured the beauty, elegance, and joy of the day in every single picture!! We’ve had our gallery for over a month now, and I still find myself going and looking through every single photo at least twice a week! Your wedding photos need to last a lifetime, so sometimes it’s hard to choose a photographer and trust them with something that important. Well, with H&N Photography, it’s not a hard decision at all!! These are pictures that I’ll never get tired of staring at and I will forever be blown away by the talent of this incredible artist!! Nikki and Halton made every part of our wedding day special! They captured every single thing I wanted, and even the things I forgot I wanted, they remembered (thank God they made me list that before the wedding!)!!
My husband and I are not super comfortable in front of a camera, but from the time they did our engagement photos, we knew we had made the best choice! They made us feel so comfortable, and the results show in our beautiful photos. One thing I loved was that our package included engagement and wedding photos! We didn't have to worry about any surprise fees!
Photography was the most important thing on my list, and knowing I will have these wonderful wedding photos to look back on for a lifetime means so much to me. They are truly so, so perfect! -

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nikki and Halton! Our wedding was at the Pearl at Sabine Creek in October and the wedding photos turned out beautifully! They were everything we hoped for and more.
Nikki and Halton were both very professional, very detailed, and captured the day perfectly. I was so impressed with their work...everything from the day-of experience to the editing and final photo quality. They didn't miss a moment and went above and beyond to help us in any way possible. We'll treasure these photos for a lifetime and I'm so thankful we had them on our wedding team. If you're currently searching for a photographer, I highly recommend them! -

My experience with H&N Photography was wonderful!! My selection in a photographer was important to me because I wanted to like their photography style and feel very comfortable with them. Nikki had exactly that!! During our initial meeting, she came prepared with a sample timeline, taking into consideration things I had emailed her about or specifics we talked about during the meeting. She certainly made me feel like she listened to me and did not just give me a “basic wedding package” that other photographers seemed to deliver. Her photography package options and pricing is hard to beat. She is friendly, passionate about her work, creative, and detail-oriented. Our wedding plans changed due to the pandemic, but Nikki was still able to capture all the memorable details of our mini-ceremony in the backyard! Since we changed locations, she met with us prior to make sure she would have the best locations and lighting for shooting bride/groom photos. As soon as she arrived, she went to work capturing the details of the set up. She makes sure to capture every detail! She has great artistic style and allows you to shine behind the camera! We are so happy we chose H&N Photography and I haven’t been able to stop looking at our wedding photos. -

Nikki and Halton were absolutely perfect for our wedding. They were timely, friendly, helpful, and very aware of detail! I loved working with them. They did nothing but enhance the wedding and make it complete! The quality of the photos is lovely and everyone loved the way they looked. I was so pleased with the variety of photos and how they also captured great pictures of all my guests! I felt like every moment was captured. They were so accommodating and open to shooting ideas we had. I'd recommend them to anybody for a wedding or engagement photos! -

Nikki and Halton are amazing! We found them after looking through hundreds of albums for a photographer for our wedding. Her professionalism and down-to-earth attitude immediately captured us and we knew she would be the perfect person to work with. She made every aspect of the process simple for us, from setting meeting times to going over the contract, we were comfortable with absolutely everything and knew we were in good hands. On the day of, Nikki and her husband Halton were even more incredible: making sure we were always comfortable and capturing the most incredible photos, some we didn't even know they got! We received so many photos, some that we weren't even aware of, that made reliving our wedding day that much more special. We love showing off our photos, and can't wait to hopefully work with Nikki again for more. -

I recommend H&N photography to everyone! They are seriously so amazing!! Nikki and Halton are truly gifted. They helped my husband plan his proposal, and capture it in the most beautiful way back in December. We then got married on 4/18 and they captured our small intimate wedding so lovely! On top of their phenomenal work, they are just great people. They go above and beyond and surpass every expectation. They make every experience so fun. H&N will forever be our favorite photographers! -

Amazing experience!
Nikki was absolutely the perfect compliment to our team. From the moment we met, I knew she was who needed to shoot our wedding. We were not disappointed. Our entire wedding party down to us (bride and groom) are very goofy and laid back. She was able to catch that and show it in the pictures. She embraced it and made our day what it was. And OMG the pictures she produced... it has been so hard to pick a few favorites on what to print and display. At this point, our entire house will be covered in wedding pictures! -

It’s been over a month since our wedding but every day since we’ve been thankful for such a wonderful job that Nikki and Halton did. Not only were their photos of top quality, making us feel like models but they were FUN people to work with! Sometimes it’s hard to feel comfortable posing in front of a camera but during our engagement session and on the wedding day, Nikki’s presence and direction made it so easy. She has a way of making you feel relaxed because we knew she had everything under control. I thought weddings were supposed to be stressful? Out of all the vendors we hired for the day (including a wedding coordinator) Nikki and Halton were the ones to keep us grounded so that we could truly enjoy all the little moments of the day. I could not recommend Nikki and Halton more highly. They were professional but still felt like one of our longtime friends by the end of it. I don’t think it’s possible to find a better photography/videography couple who delivers the quality that they do, for the reasonable price they offer, AND in such a timely manner. Triple threat!
We will be recommending them to all of our family and friends who need photographers. We are so thankful we found Nikki and Halton to capture the beauty and love of our wedding.

Beautiful images
As someone who works in journalism, I was very particular about my wedding photographer. I've seen photographers who take lovely portraits but who were not great at capturing candid moments. Nikki and Halton did an amazing job capturing both the standard posed photos and the candid shots. One of my favorites was the moment they captured of my husband crying as I walked down the aisle. And both Nikki and Halton were so nice. This was one of the best investments I made in my wedding. You should seriously hire them! -

Nikki and Halton were amazing to work with. We decided to use them for our special day after seeing them work first hand at a friend's wedding. The pictures/videography was the most important thing for us as we planned for our big day and we are SO glad we chose them! They exceeded our expectations by far and truly helped to capture the most special time of our lives. If you are looking for someone to do that for your big day then I would say that you've found them! We couldn't have been happier. -

Amanda Sent on 07/12/2018I highly recommend H & N photography for any wedding, professional event, family portrait or any photo session in general that you might need!! Let me enumerate their awesomeness. First off, they have been extremely timely, professional and accommodating with ALL of our destination wedding needs! Prior to the wedding, they were comprehensively communicative, touching on every aspect of our big event step by step. We never had to wait days for them to get back to us, and we always felt that we were in good care. The timeline they created for us was perfectly executed. They even asked what moments that we wanted photographed throughout the day, and they captured pictures ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. Not to mention, our pictures even came back a week earlier than what they had told us! I was thrilled when I realized that they didn't miss capturing a single moment and even got several incredible shots that I did not anticipate them getting. I keep reviewing our wedding album, as it has about 700+ pictures in it, and find my self smiling and crying every time because they captured everything so perfectly. Finally, every single one of our family members and friends LOVED them, as Halton and Nikki were extremely accommodating. Several of our loved ones asked for pictures for themselves with their significant other or kids, and they were happy to do so while still capturing us! Bottom line, the H & N Photography dynamic duo were seamless/fluid, never missed a beat, were "behind the scenes" when appropriate (during the event), were kind, friendly, cooperative and on POINT. I am beyond pleased not only with their processes/best practices, but also with their fabulous work when the pictures came back. If you cannot tell yet, I was BLOWN AWAY by their talent! Highly recommend!!

Not only were they beyond sweet, but they were professional and accommodating. While waiting on the final edited photos to arrive, Nikki gave sweet sneak peaks which made the wait worth it! We received a bountiful amount of gorgeously edited photos. This couple was a wonderful choice for our wedding and we highly recommend this sweet couple!

Almost 600 wedding photos later and I cannot choose a favorite from the awesome work they created. I would (and have) recommend any newly engaged couple to check out H&N before the suggested companies by your venue. Halton was huge help to the guys and Nikki was amazing with the girls!! They had a last min move and made sure they flew back and were available for my bridals and the wedding!! They are so easy to work with!! I would recommend them to anyone getting married!!
