Guy and his team were fantastic. Very professional, punctual and we got some absolutely amazing shots. I hate having my photograph taken but they made the whole process stress free and put me at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We had so many shots, the only hard part of the whole process was picking our favourite pictures for the album!

I was coming to New York all the way from the Midwest and planning to propose to my then girlfriend. I wanted to capture the moment and Guy was beyond helpful in organizing this and making it happen. I had rarely been outside of the Midwest prior, so I wanted to work with a photographer that could lead the way. Guy had a great eye and was very personable and fun to work with. Not only did he make our trip much more enjoyable, but the photos turned out great! I would recommend him to anyone living in the area or taking a trip to NY.

We were referred to Guy Heart Studios from a friend, and liked Guy right from the start. Guy and his team knew what they were doing and did an amazing job guiding us through the entire evening. They are true professionals: arrived early, interacted well with the guests, and always had the cameras positioned perfectly to get the best shots without interfering. The album and video both turned out awesome, and truly captured the best moments of the night.

Guy was amazing!! The engagement shoot and the wedding pictures were all so beautiful! He was extremely creative and fun to work with! We got the pictures back so quickly too! We keep getting compliments on all of the photos. I would highly recommend him, I couldn't be happier with his work!

I found Guy Heart because he was a preferred vendor at my location, the NY Botanical Garden in the Bronx. I contacted many people, and Mr. Heart was not only one of the first to respond, but he was also one of the few that really wanted to sit down with us in person, to get to know us as a couple. When we met with Guy, he showed us many galleries and various styles, showing us all he could do. Because of his warmth and understanding of what we wanted, we went with him. He was also flexible in terms of pricing. On the day of the wedding, Guy as well as his assistant, took beautiful photos. The pictures were a mix of traditional poses, modern poses and fun-in-the-moment pictures with friends and family.
We got married in the Botanical Gardens in December, as part of our Christmas in the Woods theme. They really made the most of the beautiful scenery at the Botanical Gardens and they really understood our theme, and worked it into the photos-very scenic and woodsy. Guy was so pleasant to work with and was excellent about communication. Lastly, the photos and the final wedding album were of excellent quality. I would highly recommend Guy Heart Photography.

Photography was one of the least stressful parts of wedding planning for me and my husband, thanks to Guy! My husband wanted "not super cheesy" photos and it was clear from the moment I met with Guy that he would play off our personalities to take the kind of photos we wanted. When the wedding coordinator at our venue said she used Guy for her own wedding, that sealed the deal for me (no better endorsement than someone who sees wedding photographers on a daily basis)! Guy and his team are super talented, and so, with their direction and expertise and our overall vision, we ended up with amazing engagement and wedding photos. It rained on our garden wedding and even though none of the pictures I thought I would have were possible to take, I still have hundreds of pictures I absolutely love. It seemed like every time I turned around at the wedding, or had a special moment, there was someone on his team there ready to document it (in a mysterious not in your face way). He was very quick to reply to every email and we got our pictures so fast! He was so patient waiting for us to choose our favorite pictures for the album and as soon as we emailed out of the woodworks months later, he replied right away with as much enthusiasm as our first email. The video came out awesome too! :)

Guy Heart was such a pleasure to work with. My wedding preparations and planning came with some inevitable stress but everything having to do with the photography was so relaxed and easy. Guy Heart is sweet, cool, calm, and warm in nature - so easy to speak to and he listens carefully and understands exactly what your vision is. He has a natural, raw talent that comes alive when you get your pictures. His work speaks for itself but I think it was his demeanor that made the whole experience worth the money. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any bride who is looking for an easy-going, relaxed and highly talented artist to capture the special day. I would definitely consider him for other events as well. I'm not sure what packages he offers now, but our package came with a complimentary engagement shoot which was a fun morning out in the city where he casually followed my husband (then fiance) around - it was playful, sporadic, fun, and beautiful. He's so awesome!

There is not enough I could say about my experience with Guy Heart and his team. Guy was wonderful to work with from the day I met him, until the day I received my pictures. He was fast to respond to all my emails and questions, and never left me feeling stressed or worried. On the day of my wedding, he was on time, prepared and made me feel at ease. I'm not one who loves to smile ALL day and take a million pictures, but I never felt like it was too much or I was on stage the entire time. Now on to the most important thing...actually seeing the pictures. I was floored! They came out better than I could have ever expected. Our family and friends are raving about them, and everyone said how well they captured the feel of our wedding and they can't wait to start ordering pictures. I would recommend Guy and his team to anyone and everyone. Photography can be expensive if you're budgeting, but it is WELL worth the money because they will be with you forever. Thank you to Guy and his team for capturing the most special day in our lives to date. I hope there are opportunities in the future that we can work together again!

Guy and his team were absolutely amazing!! After interviewing a few photographers we knew the instant we met guy we had found the perfect one. He was so professional, easy to work with, and always available to answer questions. PLUS his work is beautiful and we had our pictures up a month or so after the honeymoon! We were very impressed when we saw them, there are a number of shots that look like a complete work of art.

On our wedding day, Guy and his team were right on time even though they had to travel over 2 hours out to Long Island for our day. At the church they were very respectful, and captured amazing shots of the ceremony. I didn't know my small church could look so good!

At the venue, his team worked well together to capture every moment. All through the night our guests kept mentioning how wonderful our photographers were.

We would highly recommend Guy Heart. We couldn't be happier with the quality of our wedding photos and our experience working with Guy.

Guy Heart and his entire team were professional and so talented and they did an amazing job capturing our big day. Looking back through our pictures, you really get a feel for the reception and it felt like I was reliving the night all over again. The entire process was easy and Guy was always available for questions and was very helpful. We did our engagement pictures in Central Park and our biggest problem was picking which picture we liked best for our save the date because there were so many great pictures to choose from. Our video was also great. We received a 1 hour highlight video as well as all of our raw footage. It is so well done and we've so enjoyed sharing it with our friends and family. When planning our wedding, the aspect universally most crucial to me, my fiancé and our families was ensuring we would have an abundance of beautiful, high-quality photographs to enjoy, cherish and share. We knew that the evening would go by so quickly! It is with great pleasure to share how very pleased we all were with the beautiful photographs Guy Heart and his team took at our wedding. When we first asked the director of the exclusive caterer for our venue (The New York Botanical Garden) to recommend a photographer from its preferred vendor list, she specifically recommended Guy Heart to us - not only for his talents but also for the amazing value for price. When seeing his sample work, we immediately noticed how naturally his photos physically flattered their subjects - no matter the size or shape of the person. I remember remarking to him how the photos also captured their character and substance - funny expressions, meaningful moments, etc. We knew we would be in great hands and could sit back, enjoy our wedding and let him and his team just shoot. In addition to our wedding photographs, Guy included an engagement shoot and met us at our choice of venue. We were thrilled by our engagement photos - we have several framed in our apartment and used a favorite shot on our save-the-date cards - and received many compliments from our invited guests. In addition to the high quality of his work and that of his team, Guy has a talent for making nervous brides and grooms (and parents) feel much more at ease while being photographed. We were so happy to have Guy as our photographer and videographer! Choosing a photographer was a difficult decision for us as we found several highly reviewed ones online. After meeting with Guy and seeing his work, we found his professionalism, experience, and confidence to be our deciding factors. We also liked that he offered video services. On our wedding day, Guy surpassed our expectations tremendously! Guy showed up with a team of four assistant photographers which we were not expecting. They were all so friendly, they collaborated well together, and directed us and our wedding party very easily. Guy and his team made our day extra special and our photos and video came out wonderful! I was nervous to hire a photographer for our wedding because it's THE most important decision - those pictures are with you forever! Some of the photographers I interviewed acted like they were too talented to hear what I envisioned but Guy was sweet, patient and open to hearing what I wanted. We tried him out with our engagement pictures first and it went perfectly. He directed us which way to look/move so we could look our best and he got all the pictures I envisioned and more. The same is true for our wedding - we have so many beautiful pictures that we had trouble choosing which ones should go into our album.

Guy delivered more than just good pictures. He was organized and calmly directed our family and wedding party during the posed pictures (so I didn't have to!). And, when I didn't want to take pictures outside due to the windy weather, he was flexible and creative in finding amazing spots in our wedding venue to take photos. He really does accommodate what the bride wants and does his best to keep you relaxed so you can enjoy the day.

There's not enough words to describe Guy Heart!! Firstly, when myself and my then fiancée went to meet with him, he put us totally at ease. It can be very nerve wrecking picking out a photographer who will capture the most amazing day of your life on camera!! He is one of a kind. On the day itself he was superb. His team were very professional and made us feel like celebrities! Even our guests are still commenting on the amount of "paparazzi" on the day.

The one thing everyone says they wish they did better was the pictures... I however do not!

Guy was amazing at making sure every angle of the wedding was covered. From the 4 photographers to the videographer who seemed to capture every moment of the wedding and cut it together in a fun way that we do not just want to watch the video twice and put it away. Because of all this we can look back fondly on all the amazing photos, Guy and his team took.

Guy was extremely accommodating with picking dates for setting up the engagement shoot, as well as informative when helping us plan out our photo and family schedule for the day of the wedding.

I would highly recommend Guy Heart as he is truly a professional and a great photographer.

I wanted to surprise my girlfriend in Central Park with my proposal, and after searching dozens of other photographers online, I decided Guy's style matched perfectly with what I wanted. If you want the best, you want Guy! We're from Toronto and flew in to New York, and that very day Guy was patiently waiting for us to capture our once-in-a-life-time moment! It was perfect. He made us feel comfortable and knew exactly where to take us for our pictures. We placed our trust in him and he didn't let us down. It's pretty amazing to see how he worked with us and then to see the final product, only then do you realize the artistry that's involved with taking these pictures. I'm sure it takes a lot of skill and expertise to know what works best, and that's something Guy has plenty of. I'd recommend him to anyone!

We were SO lucky that Guy Heart was available to shoot our wedding. We fell in love with his work, which we found online. When my wife and I met with him, we fell in love with him as well! Besides being the ultimate professional, he is warm and inviting. "Day of", he came with another photographer and 2 assistants, one of whom is is fabulous wife. Even with 4 people with cameras, they never got in anyone's way. They made my wife and I feel relaxed about being the center of attention. They genuinely enjoy their work, and had a good time, and that resonates in their photography. They completely captured us as a couple and as a family. The candid shots they took reflect the essence of our party mantra, which was "PARTY!" They were somehow able to send us our photos within a couple of weeks, an unheard of turnaround time! Once we met Guy Heart, we knew we wanted to work with him. He was warm, friendly and his work is simply amazing. We went to meet Guy at his office in Hell's Kitchen to watch videos and looked at photo albums. We knew right away that Guy was going to be our guy. Once we took our engagement photos, we knew we made the right choice. Every picture came out stunning and we looked like Hollywood stars. The details in the pictures are simply amazing.

Oh, and the wedding pictures are absolutely gorgeous! Guy really knows how to capture every special moment. I love Guy. Everyone I showed pictures to say how gorgeous they are.

Guy Heart is perhaps the best photographer in NYC!

He was recommended to us and after we met him for the first time, we knew immediately he was the right guy for us.

He has an amazing eye for photography and is extremely professional. We did our engagement pictures, wedding pictures and videography with him and he really managed to capture our most special moments. I would highly recommend him to any one who is looking for amazing wedding pictures.

I can't recommend Guy Heart Studios more!! My now husband and I met with many photographers here in the Hudson Valley for our wedding at Bear Mountain in September. They were all missing something, you either had to choose someone who did only candid shots or someone who only focused on staged shots. Once we met with Guy and his associate, Paolo, we knew we found what we were looking for because we wanted someone who is dynamic and will capture all aspects of the wedding. Paolo and Mark were the ones who shot our wedding and they put us at ease from the first moment we met them (they were early!) and once we started shooting, Paolo was reading my mind of the shots that were important to me. He was direct and professional. He and Mark were able to adjust on the fly since we were in a tornado warning and it would downpour for 20 minutes then be sunny for the next 20 minutes. They timed everything perfectly and got some amazing shots!! By the time we got home from our honeymoon, we got an e-mail from Guy telling us the photos were ready, it was an unexpected surprise to get them earlier than we expected! The price is very reasonable when you look at what you are getting for the price. I recommend them to any Hudson Valley bride looking for a great photographer that will make your day as special as it should be.

Guy and his assistant Ari were amazing. They were professional and fun. We received a variety of both traditional photographs and photojournalistic photographs (all of which were beautiful.) They were able to capture every aspect of our special day. Our photos were ready soon after we got home from our honeymoon. Choosing a photographer for a wedding is more than overwhelming. Add to that when you are a diverse,creative couple with distinctive taste for urban chic but working with a limited budget.

Like many brides to be I read all the websites and magazines. Someone suggested that when looking for a vendor you should interview no less than three and no more than five. So with a list of questions in hand my husband to e and I went on on a search for the best photo journalistic style wedding photographer that we could find within our budget. After reviewing about 20 photographers we narrowed our search down to our top three. We asked a good friend whose husband is a professional photographer to help us rate our picks. Guy Heart won overall.

To be honest Guy Heart was not my first pick but he was my husbands. But I have no regrets. Guy Heart was professional from the start from our engagement shoot in Central Park to our wedding day. He not only works with another photographer but they had an assistant as well. We literally had three photographers and three points of view of our wedding. They were with us from the time that we got ready (in two separate locations) through the ceremony and reception. The pictures are AMAZING!!! We couldn't have asked for better. Not only did they shoot every point of our wedding but they took portraits of all of our guests which make a great thank you present.

If you are looking for a wedding photographer with a hip, chic, elegant flair please consider Guy Heart. Our wedding a magical affair and we have the pictures to prove it.

It was a pleasure getting to know Guy Heart and working with him over this past year. After reading wonderful reviews, we decided to hire Guy to take an assortment of engagement photos in Grand Central Station. Guy made us feel comfortable throughout the shoot, wanting to capture the natural beauty of the setting as well as the love between my fiance and I. We loved the pictures so much that we used them later for the bridal shower, engagement party, and for our wedding! After the engagement photo shoot, we were confident that our wedding photos would be just as beautiful- and they were! The photos taken were far from ordinary- they had an artistic quality to them. The photos were a combination of posed traditional shots that I had desired as well as candid photos that really captured both the elegance and fun of the day! Plus, the turnaround time is unbelievable- we received the photos only a week and a half after our wedding while we were still on our honeymoon! All I can say is WOW when it comes to Guy Heart and his team! Guy was a pleasure to work with from the moment we spoke on the phone. We set up a meeting way in advance to book my date. I chose to work with Guy the day of my wedding, along with Ari, his assistant and his videographer. I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with Guy Heart Studio on my wedding day. Not only was he my FAVORITE vendor the day of my wedding, I hardly knew he was there throughout my entire ceremony and reception. He was not kidding when he said he was "discreet". I've been in many wedding parties where the photographers won't leave the bridal party, family, and couples alone. I could honestly say I had a wonderful time with Guy and his staff getting ready, taking pictures before the ceremony/reception, and throughout the night. If I could, I would do it all over again and not change a thing. My husband also loved Ari and his personality and creativity while he spent time with him getting ready at his house.

And don't even get me started on how fast the proofs were sent to me! Within a week of returning from my honeymoon, my proofs were emailed to me with a log-in to view them all online! I cannot even begin to tell you how beautiful each and every photograph is. Him and his team are so creative in capturing every memorable moment of my wedding day, and for that I am truly grateful. I can tell you, its going to be hard to decide on album photos, I can't even narrow down :)

I would 1,000% recommend Guy Heart Studio to anyone looking for a fun, pleasant to work with, professional and non-intrusive creative photographer and videographer!

Guy Heart and his team are amazing and the quality of the photographs are outstanding. Guy worked with my husband and I to understand what were were looking for and certainly delivered. He took the time to show us his previous work so we had a feel of his style and also allowed us to explain certain moments we wanted to focus on. Having such a talented team allowed us to receive multiple styles of pictures, from the posed shots to amazing candids. During the reception and after our posed pictures were completely, Guy and his team captured every moment while not being intrusive. They felt like friends celebrating with us.

Guy also offers an engagement shoot which was a great way to get to know him better so we felt completely comfortable on our wedding day. Guy is extremely professional, responsive, and wonderful to work with. Also, the turnaround time to receive the pictures is amazing. He provides all of the images on a disk and we now own all of the images. I truly could not imagine working with a better photographer!!

My wife and I can not say enough about how happy we are with our photos.

We did our homework up front and met with several photographers. Guy was very genuine and open to working out a solution that worked for us.

We met for engagement photos before the wedding which were amazing! We got to hang out and get to know each other more which we think is important. We wanted to know the people who were going to be a part of our special day and ensure we got along.

On the day of the wedding we felt like superstars on the red carpet. They did everything very professionally.

Our final photos were provided only 2 weeks after the wedding!! They are amazing to say the least and really capture the story from start to finish, really impressive work. We thank him and his team for everything.

We would recommend them to anyone looking for professional photos and who want to work with people that care about making sure everything is perfect for you.

Guy Heart photography was an excellent choice! Guy and his partner Paulo, were personable, creative and listened to exactly what my husband and I wanted. Our pictures are so incredibly beautiful! All the posed ones look like they come out of magazines - but his real strength is capturing the moments in between the posed pictures - those are amazing. Everyone goes crazy over our pictures - not just us - they're really wonderful. He was recommended by our venue - so it was nice also that everyone there knew him and liked him.

To brides and grooms - with ANY photographer - I recommend really thinking through in advance what shots you will want and coming up with a well organized list - as well as somebody in your wedding party to make sure to be an extra pair of eyes on that check list to make sure you get everything. Guy did a great job. We have not yet received the albums yet, but the quality of the proofs and video is excellent. Also the turnaround time was impressive. We had the proofs when we returned from our honeymoon. Guy is flexible by nature and was willing to accommodate all of our requests.

Guy and his team did the photography and video of our wedding as well at the album. He was a pleasure to work with - very professional and prompt with his responses. The photographs came out beautifully and the albums are truly lovely. We are so happy we chose Guy Heart to capture this special day.

Guy and his team were wonderful to work with both before and during our wedding and engagement shoots. They were flexible, genuine, and responsive to our wishes throughout. We really enjoyed having Guy at our wedding. If anything, he and his crew added to the celebration and didn't pause or slow the action. The photos and videos are great quality, especially a music-video like super montage of our wedding's greatest hits. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Pictures are fun lively and not the run of the mill stale ones you might typically get.

Guy is an amazing photographer!! we were so lucky to be able to have him cover our wedding! He is easy to work with, extremely talented and delivered beautiful pictures and video!

We used Guy Heart for our March 2013 wedding and were very satisfied with the caliber of service, professionalism of the staff and quality of the photos (we did photography only, no video). Guy and his staff were on time and very organized at the event. His team got a lot of great shots, but weren't intrusive about getting their photos. Our guests actually commented that they appreciated their approach - as did we, for that matter (no awkward photos of people eating!). Probably most useful for a bride-to-be to know is that our bridal party consisted of people of all shapes and sizes, and my husband and I are both really awkward in front of a camera. Guy and his team produced so many great photos, regardless of all of that. The pictures were really flattering and we had a ton of great shots from both the posed session before the wedding and the ceremony/reception.
I'll be frank - this was more expensive than a lot of other places we looked at. For us, the photography was not where we were willing to cut corners. If your budget is really small, this may not be the most practical option. That said, we absolutely got what we paid for and would recommend his team to anyone looking for great wedding photography.

We worked with Guy Heart to shoot our wedding last month and I couldn't have been happier. We got our pictures online about a month after the wedding (as promised) and we absolutely love them!! There are so many great shots of the entire day, including the super dance party that was our reception. Our guests have enjoyed looking through them as many of them are in at least a few pictures. Guy and his supporting photographer Paolo captured the elegance of the day, the reverence of the ceremony, and our overall happiness in a way that I envisioned, but could never articulate. I think we'll have a difficult time picking photos for the album since there are so many good ones! I should also mention that we had our engagement shoot with Guy in the summer and I was worried that it would show how hot we were in the pictures, but you couldn't even tell. I ended up using some of the engagement shoot pictures to create a photo book that we used as our guest book at the wedding. I really like that we have rights to the photos so we can have full access to them, too. Wonderful job, thank you, Guy for capturing our memories.

We want to say THANK YOU! to Guy Heart and his crew for their professionalism, friendliness, understanding, patience, promptness, and hard work at our wedding @Robert, in NYC.
It was a second wedding for both of us (bride and groom) and we had our children and families there. We cannot say enough to emphasis the beautiful and loving way Guy and his staff blended through photography our two families, our many experiences, emotions and special moments, of both sides, into one harmonious and happy celebration.
We appreciated the way Guy Heart and his camera men all blended naturally among our guests, capturing with their cameras the very best moments and people, while staying as much as possible "under the radar", yet very much in tune and on top of all the evening's events, making us all feel so great and at ease!
We now have beautiful, creative and high quality collection of photos of us, our children, families and friends, that we so much enjoy to look at over and over, and remember our special day.

Guy and his team were a pleasure to work with, and our photos/video are amazing! When we first met, we sat in Guy’s studio to view slide shows, albums and videos. Each had a different style and feel. We were comfortable from the beginning, and felt he was the right choice. Seeing all of the beautiful samples only reinforced that.

Our package included an engagement shoot, which I highly recommend. Not only did we get a terrific set of photos to share with our friends and family (and include on our save the date), but we also had a chance to work together before the wedding. When the day came, we were familiar, knew what to expect, and were more comfortable than we would have been - important when you are going to be on film for years to come!

On our day, a photographer came to each of our rooms to document our "getting ready" process. Then we met at the venue, and were surprised to see even more photographers than we agreed to. Everybody was nice, friendly and professional. They made the guests feel comfortable, which translated to natural, fun photos. And, of course, we love Guy himself. We were hesitant to include a videographer, but are glad we did. We didn't know he was there most of the time, but he picked up key moments we never would have had the chance to experience. And, he caught our vows, even though the venue's mic didn't work. To top it off, the editing was fantastic. It is such a perfect video; we watch it over and over again.

Everybody is impressed with the photos, we received them quickly, and rather than thousands to sort through, we got a hefty batch that must have been pre-selected by the team; there were no discards at all. Every photo looked great, and we can’t wait to see the album! The only regret we have is that we wish Guy himself would have been able to shoot Jocelyn and her party while they were getting ready.

We highly recommend Guy and his team, and we hope we have an opportunity to work with them again.

We used Guy Heart for our engagement shoot as well as our wedding photography. Guy was professional and had a keen eye for shots. We have received so many compliments on our photos and cannot wait to receive our photobooks! Additionally, we were so anxious to see the pictures on top of having friends and family asking about the pictures, so it was important to get our pictures quickly. The turnaround from the time of our event to the time we receive the photos was also very fast. We received copies of all the proofs in print as well as electronically on CD.

Also, as part of our contract, a second photographer was to accompany Guy during our wedding reception, however we got two at no additional charge! It was great to be able to have so many shots and angles of our special day. While everyone looks back and wishes they had more of something, Guy Heart was able to capture our wedding beautifully.

Guy Heart and his team are super talented and a pleasure to work with. They improvised to get great shots under a time crunch when we were running behind schedule on our wedding day. We were so happy to have had Guy as our wedding photographer as well as also take our amazing engagement photos. Him and his team were so down to earth that it felt like we had friends in the room with us just taking the photos rather than a random photographer. This allowed for my wife and I to truly enjoy the day to it's fullest and feel at ease during all of the photos. All of the photos all came out amazing, and the photo album we received is one of the most beautiful photo albums I've ever seen and could not be happier with it.

Guy and his team were fantastic to work with. Our photos came beautiful and I am so pleased with them. I have been in a lot of weddings where the photographer(s) were so/so, made brides nervous and this was never the case with Guy. They helped put everyone at ease. I would highly reccomened him.

Thank you Guy and your team for a very smooth process beginning from the hotel shoot, to the park, church and the reception. Guy has a special humor that makes the entire process enjoyable and fun. He was very accomodating to our requests. At the church, almost everybody got the chance to have a picture with the couple. Guy and his team were just cool. Guy was also very good with communicating back to our inquiries and request. His videographer and the other photographer were pleasant to work with as well. Guy and his team are a joy to work with.

My husband and I a used Guy Heart for our wedding photography and videography. My husband was pretty ambivalent about photographers until I showed him Guy's website...in my husbands exact words, he said "book that guy!" It was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. We've gotten so many compliments on both our engagement and wedding photos. Guy's style is super artsy and photo-journalistic, which is exactly what we wanted....no cheesy wedding photos here! Thanks Guy, for so perfectly and beautifully capturing our day!

do not use guy heart photography!

1) one of our photographers was late
2) we didnt even see guy, who was one of the photographers, most of the nite
3) when we first met guy, he showed us an example of the album included. the album we got after the wedding looked nothing like the album we first saw! it was much smaller and not nearly as nice! also, he wrote down what was included and it said a 10 by 14 album. then when we met him to sign the contract, he changed it to 8 by 10 without mentioning it to us. literally, the album we wound up getting is tiny compared to what he showed us the first time.
4) our parents album also looks nothing like what he showed us and is tiny
5) our contract said that he would post our pics on his website. he did not do so and said that he told us that online pics were never guaranteed
6) he was rude when we brought these things up and said there is nothing he could do
7) the family pictures he took were also rushed and did not come out well

basically, we feel like we were taken. he lied to us and the albums he made for us are terrible and we had to make other albums on our own. we would recommend using someone else! we are still infuriated with the level of service we received and how guy tried to talk his way out of all of the things he promised us. the worst part was definitely the albums - we were excited to get them and couldnt have been more disappointed.
