  Amazing!!!!

  Gull Lake Country Club was a dream to work with for my wedding!!! Mikaela was absolutely awesome to work with. She was constantly in communication with me to make sure we had everything in order. The food and drinks were amazing as well! I had zero worries on my big day because I knew Mikaela and her team had to all done for me. Every idea I had was accommodated and the day went so so smooth, you will not regret having your big day at Gull Lake Country Club!!

  Outstanding

  Everything for our wedding at Gull Lake Country Club was perfect. Leading up to the day they were super responsive to answer any questions and helped us understand the flow of the day. It felt like we had a wedding planner at times (which we did not) because they handled all of the details for the venue and the timing of the day. At the wedding the staff were wonderful and the day went off without a hitch. I would 100% recommend this venue for a wedding. Our day was beautiful and perfect and they were a big reason as to why.

  Better than I could have ever imagined!

  This place is incredible! Beautiful inside and out and the food is literally the best wedding food anyone has had--to have buffet salmon that tastes better than 90% of made to order salmon is unbelievable! The team is second to none and I highly recommend!

  Gull Lake Country Club provides a breath-taking view. I love all the windows and the patio that give you an even better of the lake. Mike is very responsive with his emails, answers all questions and concerns and is easy to work with. They provide excellent service and the food tasted SO good! Prices are very reasonable. Our wedding reception was perfect. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful venue with excellent food!!

  The venue was absolutely beautiful location for my daughter's wedding. Everybody working that day was fantastic and so very helpful. I could not have asked for a better group of people. I would highly recommend The Gull Lake Country Club.

  We loved our wedding day. Mike and the entire Gull Lake Country Club made sure our day was special and everything went smoothly. Their chef is very talented, you can't find many chefs that can cook amazing American and Indian food. We would definitely recommend this venue as a place to hold your wedding reception.   We used Gull Lake Country Club for our wedding reception. The view was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We met with and talked with Kristin there primarily. She was very flexible and super friendly. The wait staff was also very friendly and did very well.

  The staff at Gull Lake Country Club truly went above and beyond to help make our day perfect! Mike Rossen and Kristen Kuball were amazing to work with. Though the country club does tons of weddings each year, they really took care to remember the small details that we requested and made us feel like we were their only concern at the time. We are so thankful for the time they invested to ensure that all of the pieces came together flawlessly--and they did! From the scenery to the weather and service, we had the greatest day we could have asked for. If you want the most stress-free environment to plan a wedding in, the folks at GLCC have you covered. If you need anything, they will go out of their way to make it happen for you. We would recommend this venue to anyone!

  I was very happy with this venue except for a couple of things that were my fault. We had 102 guests and I ordered to appetizers to feed 125 people. I guess by 5:20 they were out of appetizers. We didn't arrive until 5:40 from having photos taken at the church. The lady came to me right away to ask if I wanted more appetizers put out. She said dinner was ready so I said we will just do dinner right away instead of waiting until 6. She said many people had showed up early and loaded up their plates quite high. She was not able to put out more appetizers until I ok'd more. Put a 5 p.m. reception on the invitation. The ceremony didn't last long and everyone went to the reception early. I should have told them if they run out before 5:45 to put out more. I've been to other weddings where people heap their plates with cheese and vegies and the last 2 out of 3 weddings I went to also ran out of appetizers so I should have known better. Also, the gift table was out in the lobby and just didn't feel comfortable with it there. I think if I had to do it again I would put it in with the guests. But the food was good and they gave us a good price on everything since we had a winter wedding. They will negotiate. Staff was friendly. One thing I was very happy with was that I didn't have to have my count in until the Wednesday before the wedding. I had so many people that didn't rsvp I had to call people to get an accurate count. I then had a couple of people that had emergencies a few days before the wedding and knew they weren't coming so it still gave me time to take them off the list.

  I might be partial to the country club because it's where I met my husband. But I just love it. I love the lake, and I love the vibe of the country club. They make you feel so good, like you are part of the family.
  
  Mike was a pleasure to work with, and really let us do whatever we wanted. He was so easy going, which was great for me because I had a tight budget. I was able to setup the day before, which was great because we did that all ourselves. The food was good, I'm not going to say AMAZING because heck...who can get food for 185 people to be amazing. It was warm, and out on time and that was good enough for me. We didn't have an open bar, because well...I thought people could get plenty drunk off beer and wine (and they did), or if they wanted to drink something else then they could pay for it. We did have a signature drink that was passed during the cocktail hour out on the patio and I think people really enjoyed that. I also saved a ton of money by having it at the country club because they are so flexible, no minimum to spend, no gimmicks or run-arounds.
  
  Having our ceremony and reception at Gull Lake Country Club helped us have the wedding of our dreams on a budget, and it still felt like a million bucks :)

  Although we have not our wedding yet, Mike Rossen has been extremely helpful in every way!! Gull Lake Country Club has a breathtaking view of Gull Lake. The prices are beyond amazing! I would defiantly suggest giving it a look!

  Gull Lake was the perfect venue for our wedding and they did a great job. Specifically, Mike and Kristen were great throughout the whole process. They gave us great ideas, were professional, and accommodated everything we wanted. They pulled off the whole wedding perfectly even with the power in the area going out for an hour. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Mike and his assistant were more then helpful, my ice sculpture wasn't there on time and Mike called and got it take care of right away so we didn't have to worry about it. I would recommend Gull Lake Country Club to everyone!

  Gull Lake Country Club is beautiful for a wedding reception! The food was great and the venue itself is just remarkable. Being able to take pictures on the property was awesome as it's on the lake and if you're lucky, you can have "golden hour" photos taken. Highly recommend this venue!

  The club was easy to work with and had the lowest rates for our Sunday morning wedding. The food was good and we only had to have meetings with one person in order to plan our ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner. Overall, I would recommend them to someone else. A few problems we ran into was the lack of professionalism. For example, we never signed a formal contract, the main person miscommunicated some information and they had started to set up for a plated meal when we decided on a buffet. The setting was beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time. Good for smaller weddings up to 150ish people.

  Gull Lake has a special place in our hearts. This is why we chose to have our wedding at the Gull Lake Country Club. Planning was easy as Mike was very responsive to all our questions. Our wedding day was beautiful and it really was the best day ever! However, some feedback that might be helpful for future brides. They actually served us the wrong entrée item the day of our wedding (neither my husband or I said anything because it still tasted great and we are pretty laid back). I worked meticulously on putting together all the details for the wedding day and sent a detailed document to Mike to share with the staff. When our wedding day came around, the staff had no idea how to set the room. Luckily, we had an extra detail sheet to give to the staff, so it was no big deal. The Banquet staff is amazing! We had to move our outdoor ceremony inside due to rain and the staff, pulled together to move around tables and accommodate our last minute change. Despite all this we were very happy. I would recommend this venue to brides!

  We chose the Gull Lake Country Club for our reception. This venue was gorgeous. I am a little sour with our bill because we were charged for an outdoor fire pit that was never used. They did end up deducting the charge from our bill. The food was AMAZING. Our guests were impressed.

  The require you to use thier catering and bar which is where the greatest expense comes to bear. The rental for the whole day was an excelent price and the staff are fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and the food was excelent.
