DJ Graeme with Groove Events is the best!

Groove events was amazing to work with and we are so glad we hired them! Graeme was our DJ at our wedding and he was a pleasure to work with. He did an amazing job executing our vision for the day and seamlessly played every song we wanted for each special moment of the day. He kept our dance floor alive all night and guests raved about how great the music was at our wedding. Graeme did a perfect job with all introductions and hosting the night and we couldn't recommend him enough to anyone looking for a DJ for their special day!

Beyond our expectations!

What can I say, I had Joe Toto for my wedding 28 years ago and the one request I had for my son's wedding was to have Groove Events be his DJ--- I cannot say enough about the night! Literally, you could not get near the dance floor all night! His enthusiasm rang through the crowd and it was non stop!!! The absolute best!

Phenomenal

Dj Matt Toto was incredible. We had him for our wedding at the Oceanview of Nahant. He brought great energy, got the crowd going and had the dance floor packed all night! He played a great mix of songs, all our guests have been raving about him. Highly recommend him, you won’t be disappointed!

The best dj!

I can't recommend Joe Toto from Groove Events enough! Him & his team were incredible for our August 2022 wedding at Granite Links. From the beginning of our planning, through our wedding day Joe was amazing. The Groove Team set up the sound for the ceremony, the uplighting for our reception & Joe was the MC & DJ for our reception. Joe called me the week before our wedding to check-in, share his excitement & make sure he understood the vibe we were going for. I really appreciated this, as the music was a very important factor for me and my husband. Joe greeted my husband and I before our ceremony & even adjusted to make a last minute change to the entrances to our reception. He and his team had smiling faces all night & kept the vibe of our night upbeat & fun, just like we wanted! My family and friends didn't leave the dance floor all night & are still talking about how fun it was! Thank you again Groove events, you're the best!

Wedding reception

Attention to detail and wonderful to work with.

We were thrilled with our experience working with Groove, Joe and his team! He provided our lighting, sound and music for our beautiful wedding in Maine.
Leading up to the event, my husband and I had several conversations with Joe to ensure everything he did was going to capture and engage our family and friends.
He was very hands on not only in upfront planning but when it came time to execute, he was on point.
He read the group very well and played all the songs we requested. He got our group fired up and kept the energy at a high level all night long.
The lighting, music played and ambience he created made the celebration and venue complete!
His energy at the event is intoxicating! We would highly recommend Groove and Joe and his team for your next event!

What a party!

Joe and Matt blew our expectations for a good time out of the park. Our dance floor was roaring all night thanks to these guys and they were so much FUN! I knew from the first time I chatted with Joe, that he had a great personality and that we would jive. He made me feel confident all of the details of our big day and ran through the whole event with me live on the phone a few weeks prior, giving me assurance that everything was going to be fine! Joe was more than a DJ, he brought a vibrant attitude and friendly face (though I had never met him in person) to our wedding and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Extraordinary DJ

Joe Toto was our DJ for our daughter’s wedding, which had been rescheduled from June 2020 to June 2021 due to the pandemic. Joe was always positive and upbeat that the wedding would be as planned even when we had our doubts that it might end up being just a parents and siblings event. Joe did a fantastic job at the wedding reception. He was lively and low key at exactly the right moments. He selected the right music based on guidance the bride and groom gave him that they would like music from all decades. A highlight of the wedding reception has to be the cutting of the cake to the tune of “That’s Amore” song by Dean Martin. Everyone joined in the singing. After dinner Joe kept the night rocking and everyone had a great time dancing. The whole evening was a wonderful celebration. Kudos to Joe Toto!

DJ Matt Toto

DJ Matt Toto was the DJ for our wedding. From the planning until the last song, Matt went above and beyond. He worked hard to provide sound at the summit of a mountain for our ceremony. Come time for the reception the energy he gave off was great! The music was awesome, many of our guests have told us how much they loved the DJ! Our wedding coordinator also spoke very highly of him. Simply the best!

We were truly blown away by just how great These guys were! Dj Matt, Carl and Zack were simply the best! Our wedding was an absolute dream come true and we owe a lot of that to our Dj. Music plays such a huge role in all elements of your wedding day, you want to be sure you have the right Dj. And we hit the ball out of the park with Groove Events! Night of my life thanks to Groove events 💕

I had the pleasure to work both with Joe and Marcia. They went above and beyond with everything they provided. Working with them was so easy. They constantly checked in with me during my wedding day and were great at running the reception events and timeline.
I wasn’t to sure what songs to play through our reception and Joe just made everything come together. Marcia took me and my husband to different areas of the venue to capture more of the ocean/ boats in background. If you want a service to go above and beyond your expectations please choose both of them!! Lastly, My brother-in-law is using both of them for his wedding in after seeing their work.

Again, thank you so much you guys are such good people and are so good at what you do! You will have my recommendation and business for any future events!

Joe at Groove Events is wonderful to work with!

Joe at Groove Events did our bistro lighting for our wedding on September 22 in Falmouth, MA. It was an outdoor ceremony under a tent, and Joe did a wonderful job with our lights. He has asked for photos of what we were thinking before our big day, just to ensure that he could do exactly what we wanted. In addition, Joe was very organized and his follow up was great – he would get back to us on any and all questions right away. I felt like I could really trust Joe and his business because he knew what he was doing, and he was happy to proactively share details about his services and his professional opinion on what was best. Joe is a true professional who takes a lot of pride in his work, and I would highly recommend working with him.

Could not have been happier that we hired Groove for our wedding! Marcia is a creative, friendly and professional photographer. Our photos are so beautiful they bring tears to our eyes still!! We also hired Juan as our DJ and he killed it. The photos of people on the dance floor are a testament to him knowing how to read a room/crowd and he played music that everyone loved. Groove Events went far and beyond in helping to make our wedding day very special. Out of the set of things that could go wrong in a wedding, they moved forward flawlessly. When we realized we were missing a microphone for the rabbi, they offered to fill in the gap with their own.

Their lighting was amazing and helped make the venue appear even more stunning. Joe Toto the DJ was very friendly and great to work with. He did an amazing job in the music selection and pushing requests. His charisma encouraged the guests to dance and really helped keeping the dance floor packed.

It is so rare to find a company that can not only do it all but do it all extremely well. Joe and Marcia were amazing. Marcia is an extremely talented photographer and we could not have been happier. She was able to capture everything we wanted and to communicate to our bridal party and very large family where they needed to be for each picture. We couldn't be happier.
Joe and his team did a beautiful job with the up lighting and the pin lights on our florals completely elevated the entire look. I have never been to a wedding where all the guests were on the dance floor for the entire wedding. The music was perfect!

Wedding planning is stressful enough and the convenience of having everything you need through one vendor is a game changer especially with a team like Groove Events. I highly recommend them for your next event.

These guys were spectacular- great DJ, read the crowd well, had people dancing the entire time, and followed the bride and groom's lead on what they did/ didn't want and responded to it quickly. AT LEAST 25 people have told us that our wedding was "the most high energy wedding" they had ever been to and that it was the only wedding they had ever been at where they never wanted to sit down. I would recommend them to anyone no questions asked.

Joe was amazing. The day before our wedding I decided I wanted pin lights on each table and Joe made it happen.
He suggested mood lighting around the perimeter of the ball room, which periodically changed color.This soft lighting complimented each event of the evening, the cocktail hour, then it changed for the dinner hour and changed again during the dancing. It infused the room with soft color and made everyone look and feel great. I would highly recomend Joe and Groove Events.

To me the DJ is the most important part of your wedding day, he/she will make all of your announcements and keep your crowd informed and entertained. I chose Groove Entertainment out of Lexington as our DJ and up-lighting vendor. From my initial meeting to the end of our wedding reception, Joe Toto and Marcia were extremely professional and met all of my expectations all while while smiling and being polite. Most importantly we wanted a fun party (not the traditional wedding event) and Joe kept everyone including myself on the dance floor the whole night. Our only regret is that the night didn't last longer. If you need to cut corners and save money the DJ isn't the place to do it when it's your wedding day;)

We hired Joe and his team for our wedding in May of 2014. We used a fleet of their services including Joe himself running Jammin' out all night, videography, lighting and a photo booth. The energy they brought to the night was nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to make us happy and work along with the other vendors as well. If him team is unavailable the night of your wedding I suggest you changing the date of your wedding to accommodate Joe and Groove. You will not be disappointed.

Derek Campbell was the DJ for our wedding, and we couldn't have made a better choice! We sat down with Derek and started planning every detail, from introductions, to late night music a few months in advance, and he laid out everything he'd need from us to make our event successful. Derek was very professional and took all of our suggestions and concerns into consideration, making sure he wasn't just playing music that we liked, but that he set the appropriate tone to reflect our personalities, and to make our guests happy. We had family from around the world and requested some cultural-specific music, and he integrated it in without skipping a beat. Derek kept everyone on the Dance floor until 2 AM when the reception staff finished for the evening. My husband and I had such an amazing time, and all of our guests commented on what a great job he had done, as well. We worked with Graeme Ritchie for our wedding and could not have been more pleased with everything he did to make our wedding so wonderful! Graeme was easy to get in touch with and spent some time asking the right kinds of questions, but it was clear he knew what he was talking about, and didn't need a ton of direction. We sent him some songs and artists we liked, the kind of music we wanted played when throughout the night, and left a lot up to him. Day-of, Graeme was great - fairly hands-off but it was clear that he was on-top of everything that needed to happen and when it needed to happen. The music was amazing - really spot on at every moment of the evening, from the ceremony (which we did pick out which songs we wanted) to the dinner and dancing. Graeme's shining moments were during the dancing portion of the event. People loved the music and the dance floor was packed all night. Since the wedding, multiple people have commented how much fun they had dancing and how good the DJ was - and we agree! As a note, my wife and I are both women and it was a lesbian wedding. Graeme was just generally easy to work with around this and was welcoming, warm and, most importantly, a great DJ!

My husband and I had Peter DJ our wedding in October. He was absolutely amazing! Our goal was to have a good time, and make sure our guests did too. Our DJ made the night. Derek Campbell was awesome! My bride and I wanted someone who was going to keep everyone on the dance floor all night, and he was the guy to do it. He was able to balance all types of music throughout the course of the night that hit all age groups without any trouble. From the moment that Ashley and I met Derek, we knew that he was the right person for the job. Beginning with the introductions all the way through the end of the night, he made sure that everyone was involved and enjoying themselves. He has a great rapport and is so easy to work with. A few weeks prior to the wedding, we were able to meet with Derek to go over all the small details. Originally, I didn't know if one person would be able to remember all the small details, but Derek went above and beyond in every aspect. Friends and family couldn't say enough about the professionalism of the DJ behind the music. Derek not only stood out to us, but everyone else as well. If you are looking for a young, talented DJ who is committed to his work and truly cares about his job, Derek Campbell is the guy for you. To say these guys rocked our wedding wouldn't be giving credit where credit is due! The professionalism, personalities and talent this team has is beyond compare. I was married on 12.13.14 and before my wedding I had helped plan almost 500 wedding for other brides and grooms. As an event industry professional I knew exactly the atmosphere I wanted and who could provide it. The pre-planning was a breeze!

Night-of, the transition between songs was seamless. We did not make it easy for Joe & his team - we wanted a combo of house music, top 40s and Bosnian (my husband's culture). When I tell you the dance floor was packed it's due in large part to Groove Entertainment.

Joe Toto and his entire team were the absolute greatest to work with! You can tell that they love what they do - and that comes through in the uplighting, pin-spotting, DJ and emcee services loud and clear. They worked incredibly hard to transform our reception ballroom into a sight that made our guests gasp as they entered. The music playlist was LITERALLY the best ever and it got better and better with each song that played! Our wedding ended at 12:15-12:30 and the dance floor was completely full until the very end with guests NOT WANTING TO LEAVE! Joe and his entire team are terrific - we couldn't have been happier!

My wife and I were married on May 3rd, 2014. Derek Campbell from Groove Entertainment in Lexington was our DJ. From our initial meeting to the end of our wedding reception, Derek was extremely professional and met all of our requests. Our wedding guests were a mix bag of all ages. Derek played music that catered to all age groups and had the dance floor full all night. He also provided up-lighting around the venue that greatly added to the atmosphere of the evening. Derek was an amazing DJ and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a DJ!

If only I could give more than 5 stars! DJ Erik Joseph was AMAZING! He not only played what we asked for, but he also had great ideas of his own which we used during the ceremony and reception. He was so professional and never tried to be the entertainment by bringing the attention to himself, but only by playing great music.
He did something we, nor any of our guests, had seen before to get all the guests out of their seats and dancing to the very first song – I don’t want to give away his secret, but it was ingenious! I don’t think anyone sat down after that. He was able to keep (young and not so young) guests on the dance floor the entire night. He never really stopped the music. Each song blended into the next and the variety was incredible, but at the same time appealed to everyone.
My husband and I were toying with the idea of combining two songs for our first dance because we loved them both and we told Erik about the idea, which he was all for. Because we weren’t sure how we would dance to them both so we ended up going with just one. Erik surprised us at the end of the night by playing the second song as our ‘last dance’, with all our guests gathered around the dance floor. It was almost more special than our first dance. Now we feel like we have two songs instead of just one.
We received so many compliments about the wedding, but more than any other aspect (food, venue, etc.), we received the most compliments about Erik. One of my bridesmaids told me about a conversation she had with her fiancé about why they had so much more fun at our wedding over any other they had been to. And she said it was because of the DJ. The DJ really makes or breaks a wedding, and DJ Erik made our wedding!

Groove Entertainment in Lexington was great to work with and the musicians and DJ we hired were excellent! They made the ceremony and Cocktail Hour very classy and special with live music and then the DJ kept the dance floor hopping all night long. Great job, I would hire them again.

We used Groove Events for DJ, Lighting, Sheers, and Event Rentals for a social event, so this is a multifaceted review.

Our DJ was Juan Castaneda and we could not have made a better choice in this regard. My parents were hosting the party and as such, had very strict guidelines on what type of music should and should not be played. Juan really listened to us and understood what was appropriate. As a result, both the music and his emceeing were dead on, absolutely perfect. All songs played were properly edited and appropriate for the crowd that we had. It is impossible to convey (with this review alone) just how much fun everyone had and the dance floor was packed well into the night. We can not thank Juan enough for his amazing work that night.

Everything else Groove provided was equally as outstanding and the event simply would not have been the same without the dynamic lighting and glow tables/sheers. They also designed a circular sheer VIP lounge for us that was beyond amazing, especially when combined with the uplighting and glow furniture. Funny thing is, It has been several weeks since then and people are still talking about that lounge. Most commented that they had never seen or been to such a beautiful event before, all complements that continue to touch my heart even now.

Given that I am not the easiest client to work with, it says a lot that here is absolutely nothing we would have changed or done differently. Their team helped make our event a true aesthetic masterpiece and they took such good care of us on top of that. Choosing Groove was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. :o)

Peter Diozzi of Groove Entertainment went above and beyond to make our wedding a hit. He managed to play all of our requests - no matter how bizarre (from the Spice Girls to Queen's "Fat Bottom Girls") - without losing the crowd. We knew nothing of the proper order of events, so we left it to Peter and he did not disappoint. Not only did he do a great job with the music selection, but he was completely aware of everything at all times; for example, at the end of our first dance we had the whole bridal party, parents, and grandparents join us on the dance floor. When everyone had a partner except my widowed grandmother, Peter stepped out and danced with her! It's the little things like this that make a DJ go from good to great. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone that doesn't just want good music, but a great experience.

Joe Toto and his team did an amazing job with the DJ and lighting. Joe met with us and went over everything with us from lighting to music. He knew exactly what we where looking for in the music songs and selections. He is a awesome guy to work with. When we where going over music and not sure about a cake cutting song Joe knew exactly what song to suggest for us and when we listened to it, we where both YES! Peter Diozzi was the DJ for our wedding and provided the uplighting for the reception and cocktail hour space. From the minute I first spoke with Peter on the phone I immediately knew he was my DJ! We completely connected, he was so easy to talk to and I knew he would be perfect for our wedding. He was incredibly easy to work with and stopped at nothing to make sure everything was perfect, and it was :) The uplighting was perfect and gave the reception space the perfect glow I was looking for and his DJ skills were top notch! Peter as fantastic. He was the perfect mix of emcee and DJ... he also provided all the music for our outdoor ceremony as well as the cocktail reception. I was a bit hesitant about having a DJ rather than a band but I'd recommend Peter to anyone in the Boston area. The entire experience with Groove was exceptional. Joe Toto was the DJ and Marcia was our photographer. I work in the industry with lots of different vendors and there was no question I wanted to work with Groove for my wedding, they're the best of the best in New England. They are professional and strived from beginning to end to ensure every detail was exactly what we wanted. Marcia took us all over the resort and we now have pictures in every spot I was hoping for! They are timely and reliable and were willing to work with my budget and I would book them again in a heartbeat if I had to do it all over again! Joe Toto and his wife, Marcia, are a fabulous DJ & Photo team. They work very hard together and take time to understand the bride and groom's unique wants, needs and desires. Their services are truly custom fit for the occasion, and no detail is left unaddressed. Joe is the quintessential professional DJ and can "read the room" like no other I have seen. I personally believe that the key to a great wedding is to get the crowd up and dancing and to energize the room. No one does this better than Groove. We have used Joe and Marcia for both of our daughter's weddings and both times Groove has delivered exactly as promised and created a high energy experience that was fun and memorable for everyone in attendance. Peter Diozzi was our DJ and also did the lighting for our wedding. Working with him over the past year leading up to the day of he was never anything less then professional, friendly, and available to answer any questions we might have had. Come the night of the wedding Peter absolutely killed it! He played a great mix of songs that had everyone dancing the entire evening. Peter even plugged in my Iphone to his system (per my request) and played a rather unique song sang by the "legendary" Red Peters, haha. He'll do anything in his power to make "your night" the best night for you and your guests. If you're in the process of planning a wedding you should definitely book Peter Diozzi, you won't be disappointed in the least.

My husband and I chose to use Groove Events for our wedding and specifically asked for Peter Diozzi because he was the DJ for my brother's wedding and did an amazing job. As usual, Peter outdid himself and made our wedding everything we wanted and more. He listened to all of our requests from the beginning and had everyone on the dance floor for the WHOLE night. He played all of the right music for our crowd, from cocktail hour to midnight. You can tell Peter really loves his job and is there to make you happy! We also had our lighting and videography done through Groove Events as well...everything was perfect. We received a preview of our video soon after the wedding was over and it was great! They were able to capture all of the important and fun moments and put them into the preview for us! I chose Peter Diozzi from Groove Entertainment based on recommendation from a college friend, who had used him the year prior. I am so so glad I did! He was able to get guests of all ages out on the dance floor and made sure to play all requested songs. He was receptive to all requests made by my wedding party and everyone there had nothing but fantastic things to say.

I had planned for an outdoor ceremony, and the weather was up in the air all day. In fact, the ceremony was moved in doors and set up there until about 20 minutes before it was scheduled to begin. Peter remained flexible up until the final decision to move it back out doors. If you can imagine how stressful it was to make such a last minute decision minutes before the wedding, than you will definetly appreciate someone like Peter who was kind, calm and professional.

I would highly recommend Marcia and her team to do your wedding pictures. Marcia is very friendly and outgoing. She is very detail oriented. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable when we met with her. The day of the wedding everything went very smooth. She captured every single moment. Previous to the wedding Marcia does research on your style and the type of pictures you would like to have. I find this AMAZING that she takes the time to know who you are before the wedding. Family and friends were extremely satisfied with the job she did. I love the fact that she gives you a slide show within days after the wedding.

We had a daytime wedding in Newport, RI and were very concerned that it would be dull and people would be hesitant to dance. DJ Peter Diozzi was excellent as people were up and dancing all day long. He's very good at being flexible with guest requests and doesn't unnecessarily insert himself into the event. He is very good at mixing it up so that a diverse group of people in broad age ranges have a chance to get on the dancefloor and have fun. I highly recommend Peter and I know all my guests would too.

We had Peter Diozzi as our DJ from Groove. Everyone loved the variety of music he played, and he was very easy to work with. He kept our guests on the dance floor all night long. We also had uplighting in our room which was great. It was a rainy day so it really brightened up the room. I would highly recommend Peter Diozzi and Groove for any event.

Peter and Groove were fantastic to work with! He kept our guests moving on the dance floor and was also very helpful with planning. We would definitely hire Peter for another event!

Hi Joe,
I just wanted to thank you so much for making our wedding day/night so special on Saturday. You did an amazing job and I'm sure you could tell by the constantly packed dance floor that all of our guests agreed. We wanted our wedding to be a fun, lively party and you definitely created the tone and atmosphere for that to happen. Thank you for putting up with the unannounced toasts and I'm sure unruly guests trying to request songs. You were such a professional throughout the whole night and we couldn't have asked for more. I'm so happy that we were able to have you as our DJ and I will not hesitate to recommend you in the future.

I would highly recommend Groove Events for your wedding lighting. I was really reluctant to spend money on additional lighting but it really made all the difference! The space look gorgeous!

Marc was our lighting coordinator and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He really took our vision and ran with. When I showed up to the reception room I was amazed at how beautiful the lighting was!

Derek Campbell was awesome! We had so many comments about how great our DJ was. Quite a few people had already been to our venue. They said the food is always good there, but what made the difference was that our DJ was way better! He was professional, on time, played the music we requested and kept the party going. A DJ can make or break a wedding, and Derek Campbell made our wedding!

Peter Diozzi was Amazing, I felt likeI knew him forever, he was with me every step of the way! I have booked Djs before but peter was by far the very best! He has a amazing personality, and he played the best playlists! If you want a AMAZING Dj who feels like Family and who is all about making your day the best peter is your guy!!

Excellent! My DJ was Peter and he was phenomenal! He was helpful beforehand in helping to determine the timeline or flow of the evening. He listened to all of our song requests and also did a great job of feeling out the crowd and playing the music he thought everyone would enjoy. Even before dinner was served all of the guests were out on the floor dancing. He helped the night run smoothly from beginning to end so that I didn't have to worry about when each event should happen. He was responsive to all of my emails and calls before the wedding and I know going into the wedding he would be a great job so that I could remain stress-free.

We had Joe Toto as the DJ for our daughter's wedding. He also was the DJ for our other daughter who got married in 2011. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Joe. He played the music my daughter and son-in-law asked for. He gets the party going early and it lasts all night. Everyone commented on how great he was. We also had Groove Events do all the lighting which was perfect. It really set the mood. I can't say enough good things about Joe and this company. If I had another wedding, I would definitely use Groove Events!!!!

Peter Diozzi from Groove Entertainment was our DJ. He was amazing! He played great music that kept our guests on the dance floor for 6 hours straight. Our family and friends told us for months after the wedding that ours was one of the best and most fun they had ever been to. Peter made it great! I selected a few songs that I wanted played, and he did the rest. I never had to worry about anything when it came to Peter. He was professional and responsive and worth every penny! I can't wait to go to another wedding where Peter is the DJ.

I LOVE Groove Events, and I especially love Joe Toto. Joe DJ'd our wedding and designed our uplighting and centerpieces and we could not be happier. We have referred and recommended them to everyone we know! He made our day/night an unforgettable experience, and 8 months later I'm still thinking about it!!

We worked with Derek from Groove Entertainment and could not be happier with our choice. We are admitted music snobs and we invested a lot of time in thinking about what we wanted played on that day. We made the decision to share with Derek a few of our favorite songs and some more general guidelines. He completely understood what we were going for. Everyone at the whole wedding was on the dance floor! Our wedding was on the smaller side (70 guests) and we had fewer under-30 people so I wasn't sure if people would really break out...with Derek, everyone was out dancing! He got the crowd excited through his music choices (versus talking or calling the crowd out to dance). Derek was wonderful to work with and I'd strongly recommend him to anyone who care a lot about music.

Honestly I can not praise Marcia and Peter Diozzi enough. They both did an amazing job with our wedding. After meeting with both of them I knew I made the right decision. Being engaged for close to 4 years I had plenty of time to research vendors. Groove Entertainment was amazing. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable. They are like a little family. Instantly I knew I had nothing to worry about in picking them. The day went very smooth and if a problem did arise they handled it with out having to worry me.
Peter at one point had everyone on the dance floor that the owner of diburros came over and asked him to slow it down so that people would actually sit down to eat!
We had about 300 people attend our wedding and they are to this day still talking about it. Several of our engaged friends plan on using Peter to dj and mc their special day as well.
Again I can not begin to thank and praise them enough for the amazing job they did!

Peter did an amazing job at our wedding. He went through every detail prior to our date with meticulous detail. We basically left most of the music up to him, with the exception of our dances and wedding music. I'm glad we did because he was able to play music based on the mood of our guests and made sure everyone had a good time. We even had family up and dancing that I have never seen dancing at any other events! I would recommend Peter and Groove Events to anyone getting married or looking for music for their event.

Marcia is an amazing photographer. I used her for my wedding on 9/21 and am so glad I did. From the first meeting we had I knew she would be best for the job.

She's got a great eye, my pictures came out AMAZING, and I had them very quickly. Everyone that has seen them on facebook can't believe how awesome they came out.

She also knew of some great places at my venue to get some awesome pictures, on an old bridge and in front of an old golf house. These made for some of my favorite photos! Other people I know that had weddings at the same venue don't have any of these photos. Marcia does research so you'll get the most out of the time you have and the different "backdrops" that are available that you wouldn't even think of.

She referred to my pinterest page to make sure we got a lot of the style and "posed" type photos I want. She's got great energy and is an absolute sweet heart. I loved my experience with her and would suggest her to everyone I know!

Peter Diozzi from Groove Entertainment was our DJ, and we had an amazing time at our wedding. People were dancing the whole time, and he played a great variety of new music and oldies, slow and fast songs, which is exactly what we requested. Peter was very responsive throughout the whole process, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone getting married in the Boston area.

Peter was an awesome DJ for wedding. He also provided the music and sound for the ceremony portion. He was great at responding to our calls/emails. In fact, the day of the wedding I did not remember if there was a microphone for our Pastor to use, and it turned out that he had just gotten a new sound/speaker system that he was willing to use for our ceremony at no extra charge. That will be forever appreciated because I was concerned with whether or not our guests would hear us and with the pace of everything in the final days leading up to the wedding I totally forgot if we even discussed this months ago. The music timing was impeccable for the ceremony; we had 2 different songs.Another awesome quality I found in Peter working with him is that he loves being a DJ; he loves what he does and he will do whatever he can to please his clients for their events. When we did our Groove Wedding Planner, there was a special song that I actually forgot to write down on the list of “must-plays”. I was uncertain because this group is not a huge group, and I only know of them from youtube. He only had a couple of days to find the song, and I am so happy he made time to do it. He was great at getting the guests on their feet and dancing. He didn’t talk too much over the mic (I cannot stand DJ’s in person or on the radio that talk a lot over songs.) He is very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with.

We had such a magical day at our wedding. We had Juan Castaneda as our dj and people are still talking about what a blast they had with him. He had the crowd dancing the whole night with a mixed variety of music. We also had uplighting and it made our venue look beautiful especailly the colors we chose.
We met with him a week before the wedding to go over all our songs and to make sure he would have the crowd dancing the whole night!! I am so pleased we chose groove entertainment as they are highly recommended if you want a wedding that people will talk about for a long time!!! Thanks Juan and Marc.

Groove was amazing at our wedding, the lighting was perfect and the DJ (Graeme) rocked. The dance floor was packed, the lights made it beautiful and the staff was so professional. I would recommend Groove for any wedding, they are great!!

Peter was absolutely awesome! He made the whole process very easy and stress free. We were able to sit back and enjoy every moment of our reception because he took care of everything. He was also extremely helpful during the planning process.

DJ Derek Campbell did an amazing job at our wedding. We had our first song that only existed on Youtube - so, he made an MP3, at our reception at the Taj he helped to keep us on point for the introductions and also helped to keep my 76 year old dancing grandmother happy by playing some of her requests. He was perfectly "understated (not cheesy, not over the top)" and professional. If you want a fun, classic and classy wedding - ask for DJ Derek Campbell.

GrooveEvents helped make our wedding purely magical. The vision we had for our wedding was brought to life with the sheers and lighting. Our wedding was everything I had dreamed of and that wouldn't have been possible without the help of my vendors. Our DJ Peter Diozzi was THE BEST!! From the moment I talked to him he knew exactly what I wanted from cocktail to dinner to party and what a party it was. He had everyone up on the Dance floor all night. I've had tons of calls from my guests telling me what an awesome job the DJ did. He truly made me feel comfortable with him like I've known him for ever and his professionalism and skills are like no other.
