    Convenient and affordable

    We ordered 5 decanters as a set off groomsmen shop and they were much cheaper than going somewhere else for personalized decanters AND they came fast!

    Our rating for this company is either a 5 star or 0 stars depending on what context. We ordered 4 personalized whiskey barrels as Groomsmen gifts and when they arrived, they were hideous. They were a little over $50 each and worth maybe $5 honestly. They each had a wooden stand that they sit on that weren't even the same sizes or colors. We had to stain them just to make them look less "cheap", Ikea would have made nicer stands. We sent a nice email explaining how we were a little let down with the quality and the agent was so understandable. They have a pretty strict "no return on personalized items" and she didn't even hesitate to reissue 4 new barrels. Pleasantly surprised and thankful for the amazing customer service. Although when the new barrels arrived, they were the same quality as the first set and the stands on those didn't match either. Out of 8 barrels, we were able to take this and that from each shipment and create 4 barrels nice enough for gifts. 0 stars for the quality and price but a 5 star for quick responses and customer service.

    Honest Review of Recent Order

    I recently ordered from Groomsshop, I actually received my order on 12/21/21. To start I ordered the 5 pack of customized beer growlers, paid the extra $14.99 for the 48 hour shipping. I emailed the company on the third business day just to be fair because it would have been 5 total days. Received an automated email that said I would have a response in 24 hours.

    After 48 hours I emailed them again, message again just asking for an update on my order. 65 hours later reached out again asking the same question. 84 hours later sent another email asking the same question. around 100 hours later emailed again because the phone number provided on Googlewas a spam number, then informed in email that if an update was not provided I would be turning them into the BBB and credit card company for Fraud.

    Tweeted company and still no response, ended up messaging them on facebook because why not? 6 hours later I received a message on Facebook updating me that my order was received and being processed. After informing them that we were beyond the 8 day delivery window for people that did not pay for 48 hour shipping they informed me that they were going to move my order to the expedited shipping orders. I informed them that I already paid the $14.99 for that feature and we are now on business day 8 and i would like a refund on that. 2 days later Facebook informed me that a refund was issued, no argument and very apologetic.

    Fast forward to 12/19/21 I receive an email response about my order. I believe the response was about 2 weeks after the first message was sent. exchanged emails over the last 4 days and I will say I was happy to see that they appreciated feedback from a customer. I requested that they put a message on their website informing people that orders are delayed and told them to put an estimated delay time. Also talked to them about proactively reaching out to people who have orders that are or will be running late. They were very positive with their responses and also sent additional follow up emails from a couple managers just asking details about my experience in general and realistic ways they could improve their services.

    After receiving my order and checking all 5 growlers I will say that Groomsshop does make a very high quality product. My order looked exactly like the picture and arrived 2 days earlier than the date the APP said I would receive my order. I found out that they paid for expedited shipping because I was understanding about the delay after being informed of everything.

    In conclusion if you are still a ways out from your wedding 6+ months. I would recommend using their service because at the end of the day the quality of product is better than most places i have used for custom items. We got engaged in August 2021 and have our wedding set for January 2022. If you are doing something like that I would suggest checking other places for quicker delivery times. Otherwise the quality of product is good, and when you get a response from customer service they were very professional and helpful. Hopefully this company stays around because there is a lot of potential there.

    Garbage! Do not waste your time or money!

    This company is an absolute joke, and this is going to be one of many reviews I leave on as many different sites to shred their credibility, because they have none. I ordered six different customized drinking glasses for my groomsmen. The first metallic/glass tankard came and the lettering looked almost microscopic. When the other five came, there was a new metallic/glass tankard that looked much better and the lettering was big and visible. I'm assuming this was a re-do since the first one, again, was complete trash. The other four looked fine, but once I took a look at the manifest, my youngest brother's 8 oz. Glass with a golf ball was crossed off the manifest and not included. I email their customer service FOUR separate times over the span of a week and a half with NO REPLY. I contacted them through Facebook, again, NOTHING. Finally I called their number and was able to get assistance. Surprise, surprise, no human customer service except an extension to an answering machine that was busy each time I tried so I couldn't even leave a message. This company is a straight up dumpster fire. Do not waste your time or money, splurge a little extra if you can for more quality products that come as ordered and on time.

    I unfortunately relied on groomsshop to deliver my groomsmen gifts (engraved mugs). I put in the notes that I had four groomsmen. TWO of them are named "Jon" with identical spelling, and one of them "Brant". Only one mug came with "Jon" and another came with "Brent" (misspelled). The icing on the cake? I read their customer service section of the website and it read "Groomsshop.com prides itself is excellent customer service and product quality. Each item is hand inspected for quality before it is shipped to you." I literally LOL'd... Then I cried... Now I get to go find something at the mall because I relied on these guys and they failed miserably to read the notes, follow instructions, or even follow the order. PSS? They still charged me for four mugs but only sent three. If your time is of any value to you, save TONS of it by NOT using groomsshop.com.

    Do not recommend

    We received one item out of hundreds of dollars of merchandise purchased. I tried contacting this company through email, phone call, and Facebook with no response for 2 weeks. I finally threatened to turn them in to the better business bureau and report my the charge as fraud to my credit card company and got an email back almost immediately. They promised to put in a replacement order and that I would get confirmation. Another week went by with no updates. I tried to email back and again no reply. After having to threaten them again they responded back. Finally a week later they ended up refunding us for the items we did not receive. We ordered almost two months before our wedding and had less than 2 weeks to find new gifts once this was all said and done.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I was really excited about the personalized knives I purchased for my groomsmen until I received them and the metal on them was scuffed and scratched. Not the quality that I paid for. When I reached out to customer service I was VERY clear that I DID NOT want a refund or discount, just the quality that I paid for, they said they didn’t see anything wrong with the product and I haven’t heard anything since. Do not waste your time or money on this company, they do not care about their customers or delivering a good quality product!!

    If I could give all 0/5 star…

    Just read the comments and you’ll see why you shouldn’t order. “Customer service” doesn’t exist. I had to email them multiple times to get a response only for them to lie and say that they only received 1 email from me. My order was going to take a month to go through production. After getting ahold of them and emailing them 2 more times trying to cancel my order, they lied again and said that I never received their email telling me how to cancel my order. It sounds like this company needs to invest in a better “customer service” system because based off the comments, reviews, and my experience, it’s pretty poor. 0/5 star wouldn’t recommend. I’d give my groomsman money before garbage from this wannabe company.

    Horrid and a SCAM

    I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Been trying to follow up the last week, sent 8 emails. No response. No order details. No phone number to call. But they most certainly took payment. This place is a complete scam. I reported them and called my bank for a refund after forwarding them the order email after it was placed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

    The worst do not order from them

    The worst money I’ve spent I haven’t even gotten my order yet and my wedding has already passed they do not answer emails worst customer service this place is trash do not order from. These people they are scammers if I could give them less then 1 star I would this is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life

    Buyer Beware !

    Avoid Groomshop if you want to receive your orders in a timely mannner. Their website is confusing, their products are cheap and the customization will not match what you requested. Whats worse they don't care, they will make zero effort to make it right and instead offer you a 'coupon' for 20% off to pay double to get the correct items. Buyer beware!

    Do not use them. I wish I had read the reviews first!

    Do not use this company. I ordered on 8/13. 5 to 7 business days to get shipped out. That brings us to yesterday. Support offers yesterday via email (you can't get a hold of them by phone) to cancel and refund, my order is still in production. Would check with production and get back to me. Never got back to me. Today, day 8, I email back again asking to cancel. No response. After I ask to cancel in another email again, conveniently I get an email stating my order is IN production. I message on FB, they get back stating no refund, they fulfilled the order. I ordered on 13th, today is day 7 as weekends don't count. Let's all pull up a calendar now. Ordered on Friday the 13th. Today is day business day 8.

    So now I'm out the money, customer service lied, and the items will not be here by my wedding. So I have to buy something else somewhere else and will receive my order after the wedding and useless.

    Worst experience I have had

    Overall, this was a tremendously bad experience. I ordered the express processing (48 hours) and two day shipping. I would expect this product to come within a week, but unfortunately, the product will now arrive in 11 business days. I have reached out several times with questions and concerns only to be provided a tracking number and no resolution to any of my questions or concerns. I can not recommend to stay away from this Company enough. 0/5 if possible.

    Buyer Beware

    When people say to read reviews before purchasing this is the epitome of that statement. I ordered some Personalized Stainless Silver 20 oz. glass things for my groomsmen on August 10th. Wedding is August 28th (this saturday). I figured 5-7 business day time frame + 5-7 day cushion would be enough. WRONG! The items I ordered aren't even in process yet and just like all the other reviews they are un-responsive via email. I wish I had never even heard about this "business". By this point my items will not be coming before the wedding.
