We had our wedding at Greystone on July 20, 2018. Everyone who works there is wonderful, accommodating, helpful, and kind. Amanda is the most amazing wedding coordinator ever! She has such a kind heart and will go above and beyond for her couples. Throughout the whole planning process she made us feel comfortable and like family! We are so grateful for her! She is so knowledgeable and good at what she does. We appreciate her and the amazing Chef Adam for accommodating all our special dietary and allergy restriction requests, us and our guests were very grateful to be able to enjoy such delicious meals! Amanda also has great communication with everyone, keeping everything on track, and handling everything with calmness and grace. We got married under the beautiful pergola with a view of the lake and our pictures are so pretty because of it. Greystone is a gorgeous venue with 5 star food and an amazing staff. We appreciate everything Amanda and Greystone have done to help our wedding be the most wonderful day of our lives!

Greystone was an amazing venue. They were so easy to work with and where extremely responsive. Amanda always made sure we had everything we needed and responded back quickly to any questions I had. She made me feel very confident in my choice of choosing them. The wedding day turned out amazing and the food was amazing. The options for dinner where all great and they accommodated all of our special requests. I would highly recommend them!!!

I can not say enough great things about Amanda and her entire staff. From start to finish this venue made everything so easy. They were more then willing to meet our every request and the quality of food and service was above and beyond. As an added bonus, the view is beautiful!

Amanda Pavka is a dream to work with, she is such a sweetheart and was so helpful with everything! She is on top of the ball with everything. I can assure that she will be down to every last detail of your wedding to make it perfect for you. She certainly did for me!

My husband and I were married on October 2nd, 2015 and two months later we are still receiving amazing compliments from all of our guests! Olivia and Amanda did an amazing job all night! They were both so accommodating to all our needs and so very helpful from day one. They food was absolutely delicious, our guests are still telling us how good it was. We did the wedding package which included our choice of 2 entrees and 2 sides for each guest so we chose the filet and the bacon gouda chicken. DELICIOUS!! I wouldn't change a thing about our venue!

We held both our ceremony and reception at Greystone and it was wonderful. The ceremony site is beautiful and overlooks a lake with breathtaking views. The food at the reception was so delicious and many people commented on how tasty it was. The only negative response that we heard from multiple guests was that the drinks were very weak. Olivia was professional to work with and carried out our wishes. The tables looked beautiful and we rented our chair covers through Olivia and they were perfect and the bows stayed on the entire evening. We couldn't have asked for a better day and highly recommend this venue. Emily & Ryan

Can't say enough good things about Greystone!!! The whole wedding process was smooth. The ceremony site is gorgeous and the venues food is amazing. So many compliments on our wedding. Olivia the wedding coordinator was so helpful and very organized. I did not have to worry about a thing day of. I literally dropped off some things I wanted set up at the reception in boxes the day before and everything was set up perfectly on my wedding day. Thanks Greystone for an amazing wedding day!!!! As a bride you always hope that you day will be flawless and with the staff at Greystone, I knew that was possible. We could not have picked a better place to get married! Maggie and Olivia were absolutely incredible and helpful during the whole process. On top of the great staff, the food at Greystone is delicious. Being that we had 2 high level chefs in the crowd we knew that it would be under strict review, both RAVED on how good it was. Thank you so much to Maggie and Olivia and the rest of the Greystone staff for making our day a day we'll never forget!

A very beautiful location to host an event at. Maggie was very easy to work with, and was a blessing the night of our wedding. She was able to adjust and help instantly to all of our situations. The food was fantastic and well worth the time, and money, compliments to the chef.

Talk to Maggie! This golf course is beautiful and perfectly completed our wedding! Only downside to their ceremony site is it's outside with really no back up plan. We had our reception here and everything was amazing! Food, service, bar and everything else was to the tee! Maggie is beyond helpful and will help you and your fiancé plan the wedding you want. She is helpful and full of ideas but never pushy, she's there to help and always answered any questions asap. Highly recommend Greystone!

Hands down Maggie is absolutely amazing!!! If it wasn't for her my wedding wouldn't of went as smoothly as it did!!! If I had a problem with anything and I notify Maggie about the issue she took care of it for me. I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing. My guest were blown away on how amazing the food was and the customer service. People were so happy that they had a great bar selection too, and we were able to switch beers on tap which was awesome. The ceremony site is breathe taking too. I would recommend Greystone to anyone. we had a wonderful wedding there and wouldn't of changed it.

We did not think we would could be so happy! Not just because were married now, but because this venue is like no other. We booked our wedding last year and they have made this process so easy for us. I am the last of my girlfriends to get married, so I have been in a ton of weddings. I know what I like and dont like. I dont want to say that im picky but I think its true. We are so impressed with how everything went. From the day we signed the contract to the last dance of the night, they were with us every step of the way. The day of coordinator (Maggie) is unreal! She will help you with eveything. I was originally going to get a coordinator, after meeting with Maggie SAVE YOUR MONEY! Thats what she does and its awesome!!!! I would pick her brain about everything and she really cares. I wish I had the chance to meet and thank the chef. My husband is kinda a foody and the food was a big deal to him. We are getting calls from some of our guests telling us that they have never had wedding food like that. Its NOT wedding food! Its like fine dining. Thank you to all of the staff that was a part of making our day beautiful!

I don't know where to start! Sad that my wedding is over, Happy that we picked Greystone:) From the very start they were amazing to work right thru to the very end. We loved the fact that they only do one Wedding a day. Most of the venues we looked at were doing two or three. That was kinda a big deal for me as a bride. The attention that they gave us, we know we would of not been given anywhere else. We had friends get married there 2 years ago. They are the ones who told us to go and we are so happy we listened. They literally will bend over backwards for you and never make you feel like your a bother! I was a crazy and called Maggie like twice a day for a year! She was so sweet and would always just say"call me at midnight and I promise I will answer your questions" REALLY??? you can't find service like this anymore. She became a dear friend to me and I am so grateful for everything. If you want the wedding of your dreams go to Greystone!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better place to get married. Maggie, our wedding coordinator was amazing and made sure that everything throughout the day went smoothly. The outdoor pictures turned out beautiful with the scenery at Greystone. We received so many compliments on the food, and not to mention everything was at a reasonable price too. Highly recommend brides choose Greystone as your venue!!

This ceremony and reception site was absolutely amazing! Our wedding was almost 2 weeks ago and people are still calling and writing us telling us how amazing everything was and how much fun they had! If you can dream it Maggie can definitely make it happen! If you doubt it, set up a meeting with her and you will see what I am talking about... She is such an amazing person and definitely caters to every whim the bride, groom and family requests! My dad requested a certain bottled beer for the reception right before the ceremony (when we weren't even having bottled beer at the reception) and Maggie made sure that he had that beer all night! I do not know of any other place that would make sure to accommodate someone like that especially on such short notice... For the rehearsal they even hook you up on the golf course! I look forward to more weddings at Greystone in the future!

Everyone was wonderful and extremely helpful with all of my reception plans and and set up. Maggie the event manager is an absoulte doll and wonderful to work with she made me feel like she was a friend helping plan my special day not just someone that gave her a check.

I don’t even know where to being with my venue. The main reason I picked it was for the gorgeous ceremony site outside. The second reason being Maggie, I saw so much of a good friend of mine in her I knew she would be great to work with. On the day of our wedding I showed up a few hours early and just hung out and finish a few things. Maggie really is like a friend she helps with anything you need and makes you feel like you aren’t asking for the world when you need her to help with your last minute tasks. An hour before our ceremony was going to start a huge storm came rolling in, Maggie asked us what we wanted to do and my now husband decided we wanted to start early and have it outside, she made everything go off without a hitch. The food was amazing, we had the chicken and filet everyone was raving about how great it was and they never have amazing food like this at a wedding. The bar was just as great we didn’t get the watered down drinks we usually get at a bar, and there was never a line, the bartenders were fast and very friendly.

My husband and I were married at Greystone in May and it was an amazing wedding venue. Maggie, one of the coordinators, was incredible. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of on the day of and days prior to. She is amazing at what she does and will help you in anyway that she can. The ceremony site was what sealed the deal for us though. It is spectacular and makes for some great pictures. I loved overlooking the water as we said our vows. Great place for a small or large wedding and reasonably priced.

Get married at Greystone!! Everything about the venue from the staff (Maggie and Jerry are wonderful!) to the food (amazing...we are still getting compliments), to the location (gorgeous views) is absolutely perfect. We had our ceremony and reception at Greystone and we couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding. We were sold from the first time we visited and met with Maggie and it really wasn't a hard choice for us. We loved everything about it and the staff are so kind and accommodating. They really go out of their way to help make your special day even more special. Our wedding was perfect!

The onsite wedding coordintor was sooooo helpful in planning. We felt that our wedding day went so smoothly, everything went great!

We had our ceremony and reception at Greystone and we could not recommend this venue enough! The best thing about it is their event coordinator, Amanda, who was so kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We planned our wedding from out of state, but she responded quickly to emails and calls and helped coordinate things so that long distance planning was much easier. As the day got closer, she pretty much took care of everything from directing the rehearsal to making sure the bridal party had drinks at dinner. She and her staff did an amazing job finishing decorating the reception hall and it looked so beautiful when we walked in. We were impressed by pretty much everything on the day of the wedding. We got SO many compliments on the food, which was delicious and not just by wedding food standards (we had the duet of filet mignon and chicken Marengo). The bartender was also fantastic and even pureed fresh peaches for our signature drink. We would HIGHLY recommend getting married here!

The wedding coordinator did a fantastic job. She thought of everything -- from seating arrangements to place cards, decor to flow. My family is all from out of town, and this prevented people from having to drive from ceremony to reception site -- all they had to do was walk back to the club house! No long waits in between, nobody lost on the way. My pictures are gorgeous! Could not have asked for a better back drop than their lake -- I didn't even have to provide my own flowers at the ceremony, just used the ones they offered! Only ceremony complaint -- there were cars/golf carts behind my dad and I in the pics as we walked down the aisle. But honestly, who cares, it was a golf course after all!

I had reservations about the indoor decor, as I was using yellow and orange as my accent colors and the inside is sort of a mauve/gold/grey. The room looked amazing! You don't even notice the colors in the building once all of your wedding decor is in place. Outside patio was great for the smokers and weather (even though it did rain during my reception -- but not for my ceremony!)

Rain -- they have a plan. They have doppler radar as is, so they know when the rain is coming (practically down to the minute). Don't be afraid to ask about their contingency plan.

My guests all complimented my husband and I on our venue -- saying it was laid back and welcoming, everyone had a great time. Everything went off without any problems (besides the monsoon!). I would definitely recommend this venue.

Food was excellent -- but don't be fooled into thinking you can sample all the entrees at the Mother's Day/Easter brunches. We were told we could, but we were only able to sample a few entrees that they had made that day -- NOT all of them. Food was still really good though. The pork is AMAZING -- and I don't even like pork! I was able to bring in my own cake and even some other boxed desserts (nothing homemade due to food illness laws). You don't pay for bar on kids under 21, but you do have to pay a "drink fee", which was pretty cheap.

Only complaint -- we couldn't get in to decorate until 3 hours before the event. This is because there was a baby shower in the hall the morning before. You can pay to rent the place the whole day though -- if you want, but it'll cost you. The wedding planner and my bridesmaids set everything up within that 3 hours and the place looked perfect.

We held our ceremony outdoors at Greystone Golf Club this past June, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding! The ceremony went so smoothly, and we were especially impressed with the coordinator Olivia. She was so helpful and friendly! She made sure that everything went according to plan. The only downside to this venue is the cost for holding a ceremony only there, as we decided to have our reception elsewhere due to cost. The cost of using the grounds for 2 hours for a ceremony was $1,000. We thought this was a bit steep, but we loved the natural beauty of the area and couldn't say no. Overall, a wonderful experience and we have so many beautiful pictures of our ceremony and bridal party at this location.

We had our wedding reception at Greystone Golf Club. The reception hall was beautiful, and the food was absolutly amazing!!! We are still getting compliments on all the food the guest got and how delicious it all was. The staff was very prompt during the reception with serving guest as well as clearing plates. Overall we had a great evening

The food was delicious, your guest will NOT be disappointed by an average wedding day menu. Jerry is really helpful with arranging the room to fit your idea of the perfect wedding. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. My only complaint is the wedding coordinator, there was miscommunication with meeting times and on the day of the wedding she was rushing us to finish our pictures. For me the pictures were the most important part of my day and I was disappointed with her attitude. I felt like she was rushing us.

Me and my husband were so excited to get married here. Maggie was very helpful prior to the wedding, however once the wedding started so many things went wrong! Dinner was served over an hour late ! There was no reason for this as everything else ran smooth. Also the lady running my wedding was very rude to my bridal party and acted like she was overwhelmed from the beginning. We had a very large bridal party of 20 and nobody drink before the wedding so nobody was out of control and we didn't have a limo either. They also only had 2 people there to serve my wedding and we had 265 guests!!! 1 bartender and 1 lady that just kinda walked around and was there to see that things went smooth. They absolutely did not! 1 bartender for 265 guests it's crazy! And the bartender got overwhelmed and told the lady she couldn't hands it as was over heard by several of my guests and they stopped serving my entire wedding at 1040 and my wedding ended at 12! I was furious and asked the lady why they cut my entire wedding off and she said the young bartender is overwhelmed and feels like people r drinking to much! It's a wedding! Not 1 of my guests was wasted and I had shuttles bringing all guests to the hotel whenever they choose to leave. There was absolutely no reason for this to have happened. I have video of my entire wedding and by no means was it a drunk feat they were just understaffed! They took away 2.5 hours of the most important day of my life 1 hr by making dinner late, there was so much awkward silence as the guest seen her keep coming up to me to apologize and tell me it will be coming soon, and 1.5 hrs of my wedding being cut off for no reason other then them being short staffed and feeling the stress of it. Every guest at my wedding commented on how unorganized the staff and venue at grey stone was. It was my wedding so I made the most of it but I very very highly recommend to go somewhere else as they couldn't have cared less about how special this day was to a bride

We had our wedding their last year and we were incredibly DISAPPOINTED! We had around 240 guests and they had only 1 bartender which is ridiculous and they had an older lady that kept coming to me saying dinner was going to be late and she blamed it on the dj when he had nothing to do with it. Our dinner was 1 hour late and they cut my entire wedding off at 11! Not even the bride who was sober or family could get a drink. Not one single person was out of control. My bridesmaid overheard the young bartender tell the older lady running it that she was overwhelmed (1 bartender for 240 guests!) And that's why she cut the wedding off. It's so on heard of ever happening. I highly recommend reconsidering weither u want to get married here. They took 2 hours out of my wedding day that can never be replaced and memories of how disappointed I was with them will never go away. However it was beautiful (due to florist) and I married the love of life but as a bride to a bride there r many venues out there for the same price trust one that actually cares.
