There isn't a word in the English language to describe how great these ladies were or how much I appreciated working with them. They were fantastic & easy to work with & were always timely & professional with communication. I changed my mind about a thousand times & they were very kind & didn't make me seem like I was pestering them or being insane. Their desserts are beautiful & taste just as good as they look. Jen was able to make a custom creation for me as well to accommodate a few guests with severe food allergies which was much appreciated. My only regret - no leftovers! -

Working with Patisserie was a wonderful experience
Working with Greige Pâtisserie was a wonderful experience.
Greige was a dream to work with for our wedding! Miranda was so helpful and kind from the start, so it was an easy pick for me, especially after the cake testing. They have unique and special flavors and were extremely helpful with their suggestions, which really added to our wedding. They also were easily able to accommodate when I added on an additional 6" round on the side after the RSVPs had come in.
Miranda and her team did a fantastic job bringing our cake concept to life. The top tier was Earl Gray cake, with citrus curd filing and Elderflower buttercream. The base was Chocolate, with raspberry preserves filing and Elderflower buttercream. The cake was decadent, a true celebration of taste, creativity, and it looked absolutely stunning with the florals left by our florist. Everyone loved it! In addition to the cake, our guests loved the mini desserts and macarons. We barely had any leftovers.
Look no further. Greige Pâtisserie is without a doubt the best in French bakery in the metro Milwaukee area. Miranda and her team create masterpieces that are nothing short of jaw dropping and stunning.
We love this place so much; I make the drive in from Pewaukee frequently just to pick up treats. I truly cannot recommend Greige enough!

We worked with Greige to design a dessert table instead of a wedding cake and our experience was great from beginning to end. From the initial contact to schedule a tasting to the delivery of our desserts, everything went very smoothly and communication was timely. We worked with Miranda who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She responded quickly to all of my requests. She paid attention to detail which is very important to me.
The tasting was great and allowed us to get a real feel for what Greige could do. We did a tasting at another very prominent bakery in the Milwaukee area and Greige had by far and away the most flavorful and creative desserts. Our guests loved the desserts and felt they were the highlight of the meal. I highly recommend Greige.

Griege bakery was amazing to work with. The value was unmatched as well. We were provided with a perfect cake for our wedding day that reflected our exact vision for our wedding. The cost was extremely affordable as well. I had made several changes to my order and they were very accommodating. -

Greige's Team went above and beyond to make our wedding special. The brought the vision of our cake to life (which was ALSO delicious, and I still hear from people raving about the cake), they provided our giveaways (caramel apples which were stunning and perfect for our Fall wedding), and mocktails (which they crafted specifically for us + helped us figure out how to serve at our wedding). All this to say, Greige simply wasn't a vendor, but a true collaborator and I'm so grateful that we worked with them for our wedding. They made every decision joyous and worked within our budget to make everything splendid, beautiful, and scrumptuous. Thank you! -

The cake was amazing! They worked with us and gave us exactly what we asked for! They were wonderful to work with, very easy to reach by email, and explained everything in an understandable way. They listened to what we wanted, a (geek chic cake), and made it happen! My only complaint is that we were charged for a design change, when the change had to happen due to limitations to the particular frosting we had picked out. So it wasn't that we wanted to change the design but had no choice to. Other than that this place was perfect! We already ordered our Thanksgiving pie from them. We are forever grateful for the mosy beautiful and amazingly delicious cake ever! -

Our cake was delicious and so different then others. I was very happy that Greige was able to help execute our vision. We and our guest also loved the cupcakes having multiple flavors was so lovely. My only comment or advice I would give others is to come with a clear vision as I wish I would have done that from the beginning of my planning so I did not feel as stress giving communication to the vendor! However they respond in quick periods of time and are always happy to meet and make time for their clients. Overall I am so happy we use Greige and will be back for many more events and a brie and apricot scone or two!
