Wedding photographer
Worked with Greg for our wedding. He delivers a great package! High quality pictures with awesome added effects. He was worth every penny to capture our special day. He was easy to get in touch with and responsive. From the engagement session, the ceremony, to the reception, all the pictures turned out better than we could have hoped! He offered a nice spears of packages to fit your wants. So glad we went with G&L Photos for our big day! -

Engagement Shoot
Greg came down to Texas for our engagement shoot. He did an absolutely amazing job with all of the photos and really worked with my husband and I to get everything we wanted for the pictures. I’m so excited for the wedding to see what he is able to do on our big day! -

Greg and Larae are incredible
Greg and LaRae are phenomenal!! By the end of our trip with them, not only were we impressed with the photos and professionalism, but we thought of them as good friends. I cannot recommend them enough.
They made us feel comfortable in every situation, and worked well with every single person in our wedding party. The photos were extraordinary and everyone who has seen them has not stopped raving about them. 6/5 stars and we are telling everyone we know about them. You will not be disappointed. -

Phenomenal Photographer
Greg was phenomenal to work with. From the moment we first met him and viewed his work, we were impressed by his professionalism, creativity, energy, and excitement for photography. He was able to capture the essence of the day and was so much fun. We look back at the photos Greg captured and they immediately take us back to our wedding day to relive the awesomeness. Greg is professional to work with and had a plan for locations and ideas for photos. What we appreciate most was his ability to capture and let our personalities shine while taking pictures. We would highly recommend Greg & LaRae for any photography but especially weddings. -

Laid back Photographer with a great outcome!
Had the opportunity to work with Greg at a December wedding in Brookings, SD this past year. He was absolutely terrific. He never seemed in the way when it came time to focus on the bride and groom. He knew where to be to get the best shots and came very fully prepared with enough equipment which was set up with plenty of time prior to the ceremony. His personality is easy going, with a business approach. he is easy to talk to, but knows when and how to get the best shots to capture a moment. He comes in with a plan, while also taking into account the wishes of the bride and groom for specific moments. I was impressed with his confidence, it made you feel like every shot was going to turn out great. He also had great creativity when it came to capturing unique poses, such as jumping, or finding unique locations. There is a reason he is referred as one of the top photographers in the state. Would highly recommend him for any wedding or event. -

Amazing photographer

Excellence!
Greg captured our engagement and wedding shots this year. He went above and beyond to make our memories unforgettable with his amazing talent and work. Both days of photo shooting were such cold days and he never hesitated to spend hours running around and capturing us to get some photos under the sunlight and sunset. Although Greg has a certain photography and editing style, I believe that there is nothing he can't do. At the end of every conversation and time with Greg, we have always received more than what we expected from him. He has a unique way of capturing and presenting the moments of joy and happiness of you, your friends and family that you cannot catch with your bare eyes at the same moment. Moreover, Greg never limits himself and his clients with only his ideas of poses. He is such an open-minded artist for capturing different views and ideas that may come as a request from his clients. If you have a special pose in mind, he is right there to capture it with his camera. I literally cannot decide which photos I should print out of over a bunch of amazing photos we have recently received from him. Contact Greg and talk to him about every detail you would like to know about capturing the moments of your special days. Outside the box
I was a bridesmaid at my sister's wedding. It was my first time meeting Greg. I was very impressed with his skills and eye to capture the subtle aspects of a picture and make things pop. Greg was professional and yet approachable. He was willing to listen to what the bride and groom asked but also throwing in his experience to guarantee fantastic pictures! Passionate and professional
We really enjoyed having my engagement and wedding photos with Greg! He has an impeccable eye for color, composition, ...pretty much all things in the art of photography!
Each image he captures are timeless moments of happiness, joy and love. He is professional and very passionate in what he does from large family group portraits to artistic and vibrant photos of us.

I was very impressed with the quality of the photos they did for my friend’s wedding. They seemed to have a real knack for finding the best lighting and angles that made the space look incredible. They were also great to work with-they really went with the couple’s vision and asked for input at every step, but gave clear directions to enhance it and make it come to life. wedding and family shoot
Greg is amazing at capturing a moment and making it look 10 times better. He not only did my wedding, but he also shot my family photos. The weather wasn't exactly what he wanted outside so he donated his time to have me come back and get the perfect shot outside. I was able to have my puppy Jax come along and it was an entire wardrobe change for my kids. Thanks so much Greg for your talent! -

If a picture is worth a thousand words than Greg and LaRae’s are worth a million! Their attention to detail in every single photograph (of which we received 1400 where I could arguably say each one is my favorite) as well as their fun demeanor and extreme professionalism makes them easily the best photographers in the market. I get to relive my wedding day with my wife every time we look at our photos. They captured more than just the day – they captured the story of us. Would highly recommend them for any type of event or memory you want to have memorialized. -

Greg & LaRae Photography did our wedding photos, and I highly recommend them! The talent and quality they bring to the table is incredible. We received over 1400 wedding proofs and we love EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. For couples who are recently engaged, if I could give one piece of advice when considering your investments for a wedding it would be this: Your flowers will die, your dress will be preserved in a box, but your wedding photos will be one of the few memories you will have to cherish for the rest of your life. Take the time to invest in a good photographer and you will not be disappointed! Looking through our wedding photos allows Isaac and me to re-live our wedding day and remember all of the little moments that go by so fast in the hustle of the big day. The photographs of our family and friends will be something we can look back on for years to come. Thank you again for everything! -

Amadu and Danielle’s wedding went very well and I’m glad they had a good photographer who made sure to get in all the special moments between the two. We are so thankful that we found Greg and Larae to take our wedding pictures. Greg was always super friendly and easy to contact/work with. He had lots of ideas for different angles/etc with our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. Not only were they are wedding photographers, I feel like they became our friends during the process. Greg went above and beyond the expectations of simply being a photographer; it is obvious he has a passion for his work. If I had to go back and pick everything out again, they would be my first stop on the list! We are truly happy with how our pictures turned out, we couldn't have asked for a better photographer.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg & LaRae during my best friend’s wedding. They did an amazing job with their photos and made it fun to take pictures even though it was insanely hot and I just wanted to sit in the AC. Greg was amazing to work with as a bridesmaid! He made the entire bridal party feel like we were important and that he wanted us all to shine. As the Matron of Honor for my little sister Danielle's wedding, I couldn't have been more thrilled for her and the choice of Greg & LaRae for their photographer. Not only was the 'Big Day' phenomenal and beyond my expectations, but the engagement photos were to die for! My sister has a pretty feisty side to her personality which complements her new husband Amadu's calm and relaxed nature. They both truly complete each other and that soulful connection was perfectly captured and made me antsy with anticipation to see all of the wedding photos! On the day of the wedding as all of us ladies were getting ready, Greg came in and started snapping away! He left no stone un-turned and was able to get great pics of the fellas across the hall as well. I watched him work his magic with silent envy as I wished I would have had him take my wedding pictures the year prior! (perhaps I'll have to have a winter anniversary shoot to make up for it because these pics...wow I'm in love!) Greg worked with such grace, speediness, knew the vision to take, took plenty of family photos, and was able to take charge when some guests were stepping in front of his view. He was incredibly polite and efficient!! After the ceremony when we took group pictures outside, it was so super hot out, but LaRae was along to help with vision, assist in body placement, and she is just a fantastic person! She was making all of us laugh and really enjoy getting the pics taken in the sweltering heat. Greg & LaRae are such a power duo!...and frankly worth every penny! There were also plenty of photos from the Reception as well. Pretty much any and all angles were covered! As I scroll through the hundreds of wedding photos from my Danielle and Amadu's special day, I cannot help but smile at how seamless and perfect the day was; it was by far the best wedding I've attended and thanks to these flawless pictures the family will be able to relive the most cherished moments! -

Greg and LaRae were so fun to work with for both our engagement photos and wedding photos. They gave us a lot of direction which we needed for our large group. Taking photos for an 8 hour day can seem like a lot of work but with these two, there was never a dull or frustrating moment. They had so many great photos that we are able to choose from and we would recommend them to anyone for any moment that you want to be captured. -

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Greg and Larae are. They went above and beyond for us. I showed them pictures off of Pinterest that I wanted to do and without hesitation they made it happen. It was last minute and we had lot of people in our wedding party, so it was a lot to ask, but they found a way to do it. Every single picture they took was beautiful and I honestly could not have asked for more!!! Even this review does not do them justice. They were incredibly kind and easy going too. I never felt rushed throughout the entirety of the day and that alone allowed me to be present in each moment. I could go on and on about how fantastic they were/are!!! -

My husband and I first met Greg and LaRae back in 2015 at a friends wedding. That day I knew I found the most artistic, enthusiastic, phenomenal photographers I have ever met.. 1 month later we hired Greg to do our family photos. We got so much more than we have ever received when getting photos taken, not only are they talented they are so kind and so flexible. My husband and I got married on August 5th this year.. Coming into the engagement photo session, I was fairly worried that my fiance and I's engagement pictures weren't going to come out so well. Not because of my fiance of course but because I feel as though I am not very photogenic. I relayed this fear of mine to Greg and he understood immediately. He reassured me that most of his photos are not staged, which allows you to be more relaxed and comfortable. Not once did Greg make either one of us feel tense or uncomfortable. There were no forced smiles or poses that Katie or I weren't excited to participate in. The style in which Greg edits his photos is phenomenal!! I would definitely refer Greg and Larae to friends and family who are in the engagement/wedding photographer market! -

Greg was great! Every question i had for him through out the events where answered right away if not with in 24hrs of asking him. He also maid the engagement shoots fun. The first day he took our photos half way through he said it was to sunny out and the photos wouldn't turn out the best so he allowed us to set up another day with him to take pictures. which i thought was awesome. Some photographers will not reschedule a shoot because of weather. they just take with they can get that day. But he offered to do it another day so we can have some awesome photos. so we did. and they turned out amazing! The future wife and I where so happy with the photos. we had trouble picking out one for a save the date so we maid 3 different save the dates with our photos. Greg is great with what he does. He is worth every penny! -

Greg & Larae did my daughters wedding this past weekend. I was a little hesitant on the price at first but when it was all said and done, I wouldn't have did it any other way and I'm glad we chose them. The quality of the images are phenomenal and they were great to work with. My wife and I can't wait to see the rest of the images. -

Professional beyond words. My son and daughter in law had Greg and LaRae photograph their wedding. They were kind, thoughtful and professional, even beyond the dinner and into the night! They captured every moment and beyond! They are amazing!!

These guys were awesome. Very professional, but very personal as well. If you want high quality, creative shots for your big day or any other type of memorable event, I highly recommend Greg & LaRae. This photographer/couple duo are the best! They were very personable, encouraging, creative, and enthusiastic throughout the entire day! I was one of the bridesmaids for the Viereck wedding on 9/3/16. When I get married I will definitely choose Greg & LaRae. :) If you are in the market for high quality photography, wedding or any type, I definitely recommend them. Greg and LaRae went above and beyond what we could ever have expected (and even thats an understatment). Not only are they extremly talented, they are also full of personality and drive . You can tell that it is not just a job to them, but a true passion and love of photography and the people they are with. One of my favorite parts of my wedding was to be able to have these two around to capture every moment. I would more than highly recommend Greg and LaRae to anyone who is looking for a photographer. The work these these guys do is out of this world, and we are beyond pleased with our choice to hire them! -

We looked at many photographers and we fell in love with Greg & LaRae and their work from the beginning! They were very flexible with our schedules getting our engagement pictures done since we lived out of town. Our wedding day was the BEST!! Not only did they provide with many great pictures, ideas, and hints they were also willing to help with arranging small details the day of. I don't think they are able to take a bad picture, we have loved every picture we have received from them, cannot wait to get the final pictures back. Thanks for making our special day even better, and thanks for all the hard work. -

We found Greg and Larae on the internet when we were scrambling to find a photographer for our daughters wedding. The pictures and video were amazing! We are booked with Greg and Larae for our June wedding and had them do our engagement pictures. The pictures turned out great and they even set us up with an app specifically of our pictures to share with family and friends! We got a print to use on our guestbook table and it looks amazing!! Greg and LaRae were very easy to work with. They each had their own ideas for pictures which gave us very awesome and many choices to look at and choose. They are very flexible with your schedule both for the wedding and engagement pictures. We had an awesome time with them! They really captured every detail to the tee. Their quality of work is exceptional!!! Every time we look back at our photo album we relive that day!! If you are looking for a photographer couple that has good quality photos, a sense of humor and a passion for taking photos I strongly recommend Greg and LaRae photography!! We can't say enough good things about this fabulous photog duo! They were extremely professional, but still so much fun. They listened to our vision for the day and the photos turned out amazing. It rained almost our entire wedding day, but that didn't stop these two. They kept our spirits up despite the weather. I highly recommend them to capture you big day!

We absolutely loved the photography of Greg and Larae Photography! They are so personable, creative, and provide a very professional service. Our wedding was at Calico Skies Winery and it rained almost all day prior to the wedding service. However, Greg was so creative and was able to take great photos, regardless of the weather. He took super fun and beautiful photos with umbrellas outside in the drizzle. I don't think many photographers would have been able to be that flexible and spontaneous! In addition, he captured our whole day perfectly. I am so pleased with our photos and we couldn't be happier, honestly! -
