My favorite feature is the seating chart!
I used Greenvelope for my first marriage back in 2017 and they were great at that time. They were my first vendor choice for my second marriage in 2025 and I was blown away by how much they've grown. The ability to really get detailed with the customization of the wedding invite and all the beautiful envelopes, effects, invite fonts and colors, it's all gorgeous! My guests really loved how personal it could get. And the side bar of information on where to buy gifts, links to FAQs about the wedding, parking, location for ceremony and reception made it so easy for them to add it to their calendar after RSVP. Speaking of RSVP! I love being able to give a questionnaire of things I need my guests to reply on and not have to chase them down to get the answers. I got dietary restrictions added into a table to instantly hand my caterer. I had their song list to instantly hand my DJ. and my favorite feature is that they use your guest list of attending guests to populate your seating chart!! you can even use a little diagram to do the table arrangements and numbers to help seat people exactly where you want them to hand to the coordinator. This is like the hub to your wedding planning. My husband and I were both able to get into the dashboard and speak with our guests and make sure they had answers to all their questions. I even did follow-up personalized thank-yous from within Greenvelope! I need more reasons to use them! Maybe an expensive baby shower? :)

The Best Choice for Modern Digital Invitations
I tested both Greenvelope and Paperless Post while deciding how to send our save-the-dates, and Greenvelope won by a mile.
The guest experience was the most important factor for me. The email our guests received from Greenvelope was clean, elegant, and very easy to understand. I especially loved that I could attach a meaningful song to our invitation — it made the experience feel personal and memorable right from the start. In comparison, Paperless Post’s emails felt cluttered and heavily branded, and when I tested both platforms with a few guests, they were noticeably more confused about where to click.
Greenvelope’s designs also felt far more modern, and the level of customization was fantastic. As a graphic designer, I really appreciated how much control I had over the layout and details, while still having beautiful templates to start from.
I also reached out to their customer support team with a few questions and received prompt, helpful responses. Excellent customer service on top of an excellent product.
I would absolutely recommend Greenvelope to anyone looking for a polished, intuitive, and beautiful digital invitation experience.

The perfect way to send an Evite!
Fast, easy yet classy way to send Evites. Needed invitations for a last minute event and we were able to get these customized and sent out within a couple days. The rsvp tracking is so helpful and gives you all kinds of stats and opening rates. We did not have to sacrifice quality and class because we sent evites rather than physical invitations. I will use them again in the future.

Amazing selection and modification options!
I loved using this for my wedding invites!! There were so many features to use that I couldn’t find on any other e-vite wesbite and app. It has many options to communicate with guests easily and find out any info you would possibly need, plus it was so user friendly. I had a small error with a payment that was my fault as I was doing something wrong. When I called in, I was speaking with a rep in 30 seconds after answering some yes or no questions and my issue was fixed instantly! I highly recommend to someone who wants to make invitations that are easy but also as detail oriented as you would like!

Beautiful, Convenient, and Organized
Greenvelope is probably one of the best decisions we made regarding my daughter's wedding invitations! The invitation was fun to design, and there were hundreds of designs, styles, and colors to choose from. It was cost efficient and was so easy to deliver without the wasting of time, paper, stamps, and addressing envelopes/RSVPs. We LOVED the tracking feature and re-send feature as we were able to get a daily count and remind people to RSVP. Being able to add the venue address and map as well as the registry links was also very helpful and easy for those guests attending or unable to attend. Would do this again for my other daughter when she gets married! I believe people liked this much better than receiving a mailed invite as it made the RSVP process and gift giving process so easy. Would recommend 10/10!

We invited a pretty large number of people to our wedding. Greenenvelope was cost-friendly, easy to navigate, had really beautiful designs, and allowed us to personalize everything. We used them for Save the Dates, Invites, and Thank Yous. They kept track of how many we went, who responded, what the response was, if there were any messages, etc. We were able to make any changes we wanted and add links to the invites. It saved us so much time and money.

Highly useful and intuitive!
While looking for paperless invitations I was frustrated with some of the more mainstream and commonly found brands because I felt like they lacked functionality and control when it came to customizing choices (ie food preferences/dietary preferences) and information for my guests. When I found Greenvelope it felt like someone had sat down with a bride and said, okay, walk me through your entire process. What do you want to know from your guests, how can we best deliver that information back to you, and what might you want to do with it afterwards? (ie-- seating charts, spreadsheets, etc).
Also, budget friendly and environmentally friendly! If you want full end to end control, don't want to have to pay for every little upgrade, then this is a great product. I will say some of my more technologically-naive guests had some trouble with it, but I think that's probably true of all paperless invitations.

Best sustainable & flexible invitation option!
Greenvelope was the perfect service for our wedding invitations. I loved that we were able to upload our own invitation design and further customize the details (envelope color, font, wedding information, etc.) on the platform. With changing COVID precautions, it was super helpful to group-email our guests with updates leading up to the wedding. Greenvelope is very user-friendly for both hosts and guests. 10/10 Would recommend! (And for couples who still want a physical copy of their invites, we ended up printing out a handful for photos and keepsakes. It felt good to save paper & money!)

The BEST Way to Manage Wedding Invitations
This app has been a LIFE SAVER!!! I love everything about it, from the ease of designing my invitation to the guest management functionality. I've been able to send communications to guests as needed, and the way I'll be able to export the guest data to a spreadsheet and provide it to my venue coordinator is especially awesome. I'm also excited to use the seating chart function when we're ready. It's been worth every penny. If recommend this app to anyone. It was fun to make; the design was beautiful; we were able to include music; and there were options to send invites more than once via SMS or email.
We got so many compliments on the digital e-vite, one being that it was the best wedding invitation they received.
It was only a $1 each also. Invites via snail mail would have been more since we would have had to pay for the invitations, envelopes, and stamps. So, we saved money and time (and contributed to less of a carbon footprint).
We were also able to link back to our wedding website for RSVPs via greenvelope.

Greenvelope was easy to use, affordable and still had that elegance you want in a wedding invitation. Why spend a lot on invitations that people are just going to throw away and to mention having to track down if people have received it and haven’t RSVP. Greenvelope has an easy tracking on who has opened the invite and if they RSVP. I had lots of great comment on it. What so unique is that you’re able to send your invitations with music(I choose instrumental), you pick your envelope, the style of your invitation and it sends it and opens up as if someone had it in person. I definitely recommend.

We did Greenvelope's year subscription to handle our wedding save the dates, invitations and more. We were looking for a eco-friendly option that still looked classy, and Greenvelope delivered. It has good templates that are fairly easy to figure out. What we really liked was the ability to send out multiple communications once we uploaded the address book. Want to send out invites for a bridal shower? No problem. Need to send out updates with attachments (like a parking map) the week before the wedding to guests attending? And a different email with a livestream link to those unable to come? Piece of cake. The electronic RSVP system was user friendly and easy for guests to add a little message to us. It was also really fun to see who had opened the invites and get notifications as RSVPs came through. Customer service was good too, helping us use a coupon we couldn't redeem online and answering our questions. We did have a little trouble with the "plus one" function on the website. And we did have to tell some guests who hadn't opened the email to go back and look for a Greenvelope email that they may have ignored. But that was a minor inconvenience. On the whole, we had a very good experience with them and would definitely recommend using them.

A wedding planning godsend!
I have already entirely planned a wedding using paper invitations and online RSVPing through the knot. I made a separate wedding website and directed people to it and then I did my seating chart by hand. Then my wedding got postponed a year for covid and this time around I thought I would save myself some trouble and use evites. I found Greenvelope and I cannot believe how user friendly it is. It functions as my invites, my wedding website, and my seating chart. It is so much easier and ends up being even easier on guests because all the info and RSVP are in one place. Even older guests that aren't great with tech had no problems. If you want a paper keepsake I recommend spending the money to get your dream save-the-dates and then going fully online for the invites with Greenvelope. They also show when the evited are delivered and when they're open and categorizes all of the RSVPs. 10/10 I will always recommend.

Perfect Wedding Evite
If you are an organization freak, you will love Greenvelope! You can set up daily notifications of RSVP statuses, create seating charts based on guests who have RSVP'd, and many other features! We researched may evite companies, and Greenvelope was the only one we found that would allow you to require guests to respond to questions with their RSVP. We were able to find out meal options, allergies, and any other customization with our RSVP return. Our invitation had a link for attire, accommodations, and our registry. You can also send out a reminder a day before the event, which helps people who need to lookup the address again.
The invitation itself was adorable too, it came through email with a virtual envelope that you would click on and the animation would open the envelope and make the invitation appear, as if it was a real piece of paper. Super cute and very customizable, I highly recommend for anybody looking to use a virtual invitation for a big event.

Perfect for an intimate Covid wedding!

Needed fast invitations!
We decided to get married in a month! No time for sending out traditional so I found several places to send invitations via email. It wouldn’t have been my first choice but I didn’t trust the post office to handle this given how the election was going. I was looking for fast and attractive invitations that didn’t break the bank since nothing physical was being printed. I found Greenvelope to have the easiest user interface. Other sites were confusing or didn’t have themes that fit my wedding or personality. I lucked out finding a card that I liked and could personalize. I wish there were certain options available. There was a place to add a link to your wedding website but the link was blank. I had to place a text box over it to instruct people to click below. Many didnt understand and missed the link. Also half of my wedding party speaks Spanish and the only option I found was to make two invitations- one Spanish and one English. That meant double time and half the guests getting less time to make their plans. It would have been ideal to allow the invitations to be easily translated depending on the language of the recipient. If I had more time, I would do this differently. I do like that I had the option to save the invitations to print at a later date. This made it possible to print copies to give to select friends and family that wanted the momento and also to bring to my photographer for detail shots. Would use this site again in the future to avoid huge printing costs and be able to keep track online.

Very user friendly and really cute designs
We were so happy to have chosen Greenvelope for our Covid wedding on 10/24/20. Their site was very easy to use and there were plenty of styles/designs to choose from. I had such a fun time creating different styles to compare.
The site’s functionality has a cool factor to it (when a guest opens the envelope and how the eVite comes out of the envelope was cool and impressive). Also, it is easy to keep track of the eVites that have been sent, the status of each one and easy to re-send as well.
Will definitely use again when there’s a need and highly recommend!

Great option for last minute weddings
Everything says you should really send paper invitations. We gave our guests 6 weeks notice so mailed invitations weren't an options. I looked at a few digital invitations and Greenvelope is definitely the best. It was really easy to manage all the contacts and make changes. I like that it was a flat fee and not a monthly fee. The invitations are completely customization and beautiful. I loved the envelope opening effect. We didn't have entree choices when we sent the invites and I was hoping to be able to update the choice card and resend but couldn't. It was very easy to send a message and with only 40 answers it was easy enough to manager manually. We did send paper thank you cards after the wedding to keep our manners in check!

Great product and easy to use!
We wanted an eco-friendly wedding (as best we could manage) and really like the idea of how easy online invites are! We only had a few people whose invites were in spam but everyone found them super easy to read, use and RSVP to. We enjoyed creating our own style for the invitation for the wedding and the rehearsal dinner. We did figure out that if you send out the invitations and realize you left off a detail, you can still edit and update and everyone will see the new info automatically! It was really easy to keep track of who opened, responded and going vs not going. I also liked the feature where you can assign tables. That was super helpful! This was way more cost efficient than buying traditional invitations and mailing them all out with return mail stamps.

Beautiful designs, excellent customer service!
Greenvelope has beautiful designs to choose from for any event at extremely reasonable prices. They've created an invitation experience that's just like getting a paper invite in the mail, but in an environmentally friendly way! Not only does Greenvelope offer wonderful invitation and announcement designs, but they also offer FANTASTIC customer service. Because of COVID-19, I've had to postpone my wedding. Greenvelope reached out to ME to help me send postponement announcements to all of my guests. Knowing the company cares this much for a single consumer in this time of unprecedented craziness is an unbelievable relief. I know I will continue to use Greenvelope in the future!

Exactly what I needed

Green and Efficient
While trying to stay in budget and keep our wedding as local as possible, we had the grand idea to send virtual invites. There are quite a few free services out there, but Greenvelopes designs were beautiful and aligned with our passion for preserving nature. Not only can you choose from plenty of wonderful designs, but you can customize them and keep track of open rates. This made it so much easier to check in on guests who we hadn't heard from yet.

Amazing platform!
I searched a long time to find a reasonable and trustworthy platform for my invitations. I wanted to be online as I did not want to deal with mailing services as well as keeping it paperless! I found Greenvelop through a blog recommendation and tried them for free as they give you the option to to use 10 invites for free. Instantly loved the customizable service and found a suitable template based on my wedding colors. They were very responsive to my questions and they gave me another 10 invites for FREE. Elegant, Modern, & Sustainable!
Greenvelope was truly a lifesaver! As we planned for our wedding, we knew we wanted at least some of the invites to be sent digitally, and after comparing several options, we ended up moving forward with Greenvelope. In fact, we were so impressed with the service, pricing, and design we were able to put together, that we decided to send all of the invites through Greenvelope! We actually had fun playing around with the different designs, to come up with one that not only fit our theme for the wedding, but was of quality so good, that it could easily be compared to printed invitations. After the invitations were all sent, we were easily able to follow up with our invitees as they RSVP’d, contact them individually or as a group with any updates, and add/remove as necessary.
We received nothing but positive and kind words about the invites! Our guests appreciated the presentation when opening their virtual envelopes, the ability to hear a song as they read through the details, and the ease in which they were able to RSVP and receive updates all the way to the week before the big day.
Because of all this, we highly recommend Greenvelope. Trust us, the costs savings and environmental impact are worthwhile from start to finish, and you will not miss out on quality by going this route versus the traditional.

Green Envelop is The Only Way to Create your Custom Digital Invite
First off, I've been married for 8 years, and used Green Envelope to plan my wife's 40th BD. I couldn't find another place to post a review, so here goes: Phenomenal experience: from the CEO Sam Franklin's personal email to me once I got started, to the close graphics support from Ashley Laskowski (once I purchased the Full Monty graphics package which I found I really didn't need, and she offered a refund! Imagine that!). So, the ability to upload your photos, location information, extra or misc. info, add music, tailor your graphic "envelope" and of course the ability to track all the recipients action (or inaction as it were) make this site the best for creating a truly custom digital invitation. I can't tell you how much we both are so happy with Green Envelop. I am a Technology Leper, and can barely log on to my PC (I'm surprised I've gotten this far on WeddingWire). I was able to do everything all by myself with the sole exception of uploading the background photo I wanted. So, I didn't need the Full Monty (full graphics support package). For you less-than digitally savvy, non-Silicon Valley, Tandy TRS-80 types, this site is for you. They make it fool proof and you can't forget to save a change, or inadvertently delete an element you worked for an hour on. Anyway, the other primary reason I didn't go with the more famous site (Evi$%), is that from the first minute when trying to upload my digital file (a colorful flyer), (%vite) only took a portion of the image, which was a non starter. Green Envelope is the best way to blast out a custom digital invitation (and I looked at 3 others out there, and this beats all of them!).

One of the best choices I made
Greenvelope was one of the best aspects my wedding. I was only a lower budget for a large wedding, so being able to save money and trees was great Some are wary of not using physical invitations, but it was so organized. I resent "lost" invitations multiple times. I could change RSVPs behind the scenes if people didn't want to themselves. It gave us a graph of entree choices, we could make the seating charts and map within the app. I could mass message and send scheduled auto reminders. It organized sent, unsent, responded, and pending for me. I probably would have gone crazy with all physical invites.
We chose the annual option so that we could also utilize it for the shower, rehearsal and dinner, and the thank yous. There is a wide variety of options on design, and many ways in which you can customize.
The wedding is over, but I will definitely be utilizing greenvelope again!

I loved creating our personalized wedding invitations on this site and saving paper and money. The ability to customize and also to see when your invited guests opened the invitation is great. Also I love that you can use their Excel template and import your own excel or csv file. It recognized everything correctly. The amount of options and level of detail offered plus the intuitive user interface make this site totally worth the $1/invitation.

I was very please with this website. I could easily have made my own wedding invitations electronically and emailed them out to my guests but after seeing the variety of designs and the easy-to-use tracking system I decided I would give it a go.
The thing that actually lead me to giving a 5 star review was actually the service. I ran into an issue around my invitations and sent an email reply to the service email sent from "Sam the CEO" and was quite surprised when I received a prompt reply. I felt that my issue was heard and Sam provided me with a solution while also explaining everything.
Companies should always be judged on how well they can rectify situations and because of that I would recommend this site to anyone looking to go paperless with wedding invites or who is looking at an easy way to track expected attendance at their event!

My husband and I just got married a week ago. We used Greenvelope for our invites and will be using them for our Thank You cards as well. Not only is the website super user friendly, the customer service and professionalism is impeccable. Greenvelope reached out to me twice throughout the design process just to make sure I wasn't having any troubles or had any questions. It's eco friendly and cost effective but my selling point was how hassle free it is; you do not have to manually track RSVP's, you can see when someone has read your e-invite, the program tallies the number of guests, no need to get everyones addresses, stamps, mail everything off and wait for RSVP via mail etc. I would highly recommend Greenevelope to anyone planning any event!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Greenvelope!! I tried another service before Greenvelope and hated it. Once I started using Greenvelope, I could see the difference immediately. First of all, the customer service is absolutely top-notch. They give you complete, thorough responses to all inquiries (usually within minutes), and they follow up!! There was no problem or question I had that they couldn't easily solve. In addition, they have A LOT of beautiful card options and features. For all of the other e-card services I thought of using, I had to create a separate wedding website, but Greenvelope provided this for us in their beautiful, easy-to-use details page. In addition, their cards work on computers as well as mobile devices and can be downloaded and shared! We had great delivery to guests, and were excited by all of the ways we could customize every part of our design and features.
Their website was very easy to navigate for us as well as some of our not-so-good-with-technology wedding guests. Because we used the service for saves-the-dates, rehearsal invitations, and wedding invitations, I purchased the year-long subscription, and it is great! We used it to send guests links to pictures, holiday cards, and more! I highly recommend checking out Greenvelope!

The decision to go “green” on our save-the-dates and invitations could not have been one of the best my husband and I had made in planning our wedding if it wasn’t for this company. We ordered customized designs for both the save-the-dates and invitations. Ashley, the designer who was assigned to our project, was so easy to work with and communication was seamless, in spite of the fact that neither of us (her clients) were creative nor did we know what we wanted, where to even begin. Somehow, she was able to capture in her designs everything that we didn’t know we were looking for. So many of our friends and family have specifically written back to us telling us how adorable our save-the-dates were and how beautiful our more formal invitations were.
I did have one (hopefully constructive) feedback and that may be due to the lack of technical support outside of their business hours. The web server wasn't responsive so a few of our international guests could not access the wedding invitation on the server for a few hours. Not a big deal as it was rectified as soon as 9am PST came around and no one can remember the technical snafu as soon as they saw the lovely invitations. So overall, still a 5 stars!

This website is perfect if you decide to do your wedding invitations online. My guest were scattered all around the world , not only US. So I figured this would be a much more convenient way than paper invitation. I saved a lot while having a peace of mind for going green in this part of wedding planning.

When I decided to go online, I really wanted to go with the websites that did not cost anything. because I thought the what my guests are going to see would be same no matter which website I use. But after doing my research I realized the guest management part of Greenvelope is WORTH every penny.
--Card Design--
The other good things about was that the card itself was completely customizable. I love using pictures so I went ahead and used my own design. However I have to say that the pre-designed cards are fabulous too.
-- Details and RSVP options--
There are so many options to add to your detail page and RSVP page. You can customize it to ask the guest whatever you want. You can put in as much information as you want.
**Room for improvement**
There are definitely a few things it can be worked on. I think putting an option to set different RSVP deadline for different guests would be a good option. There are some features that can't be personalized to guest separately. But you can always send them individual messages through the website.

I used a pre-made template, that I was able to re-design to make it totally unique. It is very personalized, plays music that will set the tone for our event, is the colors and design of our wedding, and links directly to our website! I love GreenVelope. It was so simple. There are instructional videos for ever question you could possibly have - and if somehow you come up with a question there is not a video for, they respond instantly to all requests and questions.
I love the functions to see who has opened, who has responded - being able to message back and forth within the site - I am telling you this is great!
And, for couples interested in saving money and/or being environmentally conscience, look no further. Greenvelope is the way to go.

I've never written a review before, but Greenvelope is absolutely amazing! Customer service is excellent! We used Greenvelope for our wedding invitations. I's so easy to create and update your invitations, safe inbetween and come back to it later or even after you sent the invites you can change something and it will update in all the sent invitations as well. You can ask any questions online - amazingly helpful and fast reply! You can really personalis your invitations an put so much more information in as in a printed invitation. Not only it is easy for guest to RSVP, put diary requests in or send +1 guest information it is so simple to follow up on RSVPs, create/change your guest list and communicate with your guests. So glad we decided to use Greenvelope e-invites. Really worth it and so much less hassle!

Get with it people. Most of your guest will through away your invite, and a lot don't even respond to them. So what is the point spending at least $3 per invite plus stamps. Sure it is a cute gesture but that money saved can go towards a better experience for your guests at your wedding. This website tells you who and when your invitations are opened. Gives them the option to RSVP right there and then, they can even choose there meal there if that is an option at your wedding. A great detail of this website is the messaging, an easy way to contact your guests and have a conversation with them. We used Greenvelope for our wedding invitations. Every single person invited commented and loved it. They loved the layout and the slideshow option. It really does save paper and most of all time! :) You don't have to worry about things getting lost in the mail and it was very classy. We added music to ours. It just gave it such a nice effect. Easy to use, easy to navigate, loved the tracking system and the price was amazing. It looked very fancy, elegant and classy. Loved the entire experience and will be using this for our thank you cards as well. Greenvelope is the best!

The invitation service was wonderful, easy to use, with a ton of options. We created an invitation which got high reviews from our friends!
Most significantly in addition to tutoring videos which shepherded us along through ever step of invitation creation and guest list monitoring, the online support was fabulous. The Greenvelope team was quick to respond to every question.

I made last minute invitations for my best friend! Thank goodness I found Greenvelope first, because I fell madly In love with the creativity, customization, and simplicity of the product and service. The quick tutorials are helpful if you get stuck, but I think that I most love the tracking ability.
If and when I tie the knot, you can bet your bottom dollar that I will be using Greenvelope.
Things I love:

2. Ability to map, add to calendar, and add notes for guests.

I was looking for an online invitation system. I searched for hours trying to find one that did everything I needed. Then I found Greenvelope.com.
I was floored at the absolute comprehensive functions this site had, but also the ease of use. I was actually giddy because the site made it SO easy to do everything I needed. I made the card, added Invitation information, made a customised RSVP (with response requests - I had food choices that needed to be selected), sent out the invitations, and then was able to track all of this information on the back end. It even allows you to send auto reminders leading up to the event.
After doing a baby shower for my oldest daughter "the old fashioned way" I must say this system reduced the stress in a major way.
Greenvelope is by far the best online system I have ever seen. It has my highest recommendation.

The website was very easy to use. When I did have questions, the customer support staff responded to my emails very quickly and were extremely helpful. The pricing structure was easy to understand and very reasonable. I will use them again and highly recommend others do too.

The only thing I found myself wishing was available was printing of every page of the invitation. We had to send some invites to elderly people who do not have email accounts and luckily, I was able to print the initial invitation. However, all of the detailed information was not available for printing. Clifford was wonderful at explaining the site to me and how you are in the process of updating. I am fascinated by this site and everything you have thought to have available. Everyone who has responded to our invite (out of a few hundred) has been just blown away by the design, set up, and the depth that the invite takes you. Thank you.

I am in LOVE with Greenvelope! I was referred to their online invite and after researching a bit then speaking with them, I bit the bullet and purchased an annual membership. Both events (June, then August) were for over 200 guests and it was important for us to have a classy invite experience for our guests. Creating the invite was a breeze. Greenvelope's web tool is incredibly user friendly. I created my own invite jpg and was able to upload that file, then have fun selecting the color of my envelope (inside and out), the pattern and cute stamp too. There were enough areas for me to put event information with full details along the way, so don't worry about running out of space. You can upload an excel file w/your invitees, then in the send section you click once to select all and send your message with yet another opportunity to type out a message to all. On the Tracking end it's fantastic and saves you so much time. I love the pie charts of attending/not attending/pending, plus with one click you can export the rsvp's to date. Once you download, you can custom sort your data.
Seriously this has been a surprisingly pleasant experience for me. Numerous times I spoke with Sam the CEO and he's very cool and will help answer questions and educate you. His customer service team is the best. Every single time I've called in to ask a question they've gotten me taken care of right away.
The stakes were high for me as both my events are for a global corporation and i wanted to represent us in the best way possible. Greenvelope delivered and far surpassed my expectations! Thanks!

the invitation was extremely easy to make and post, I am not the most computer savvy person, but with more practice this could be the easiest I have ever used. The quality of the invites are great. Customer service was incredibly responsive and replied to my questions.

This was the first time I have used a service like this. I am just learning to be be Tech savvy, so my daughter had to help with the download link for the addresses. She said it was very easy to do. I was able to do all the designs and email the invite. Also the follow up, adding more addresses etc. I purchased online and forgot to include my 20% discount. I emailed them and they got back to me the next day and credited my account. Great service! Love the rsvp organization!

We decided to go green and use electronic invitations for our rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and a reception in my hometown. The biggest advantage of using electronic over paper invitations is that you get very quick feedback: 80% of our guests had replied within the first 24 hours of receiving the invitations.
Greenvelope has many beautiful templates and also makes it easy to upload your own template. Many aspects can be customized, and the system links seamlessly to external websites. It is easy to track whether guests have opened your message, and the RSVP system is very easy.

I spent days looking for invitations to mail out. Nothing looked appropriate and most were tacky. Having them printed would be outrageous for such a small amount. I once received an e-vite and thought I would explore that avenue. After all, this is the age of technology and I hear this is the thing to do now. I was in and out of many websites until I found Greenvelope. What a relief! I was a bit confused but "chatted" with a gentleman who walked me through the whole process. Easy peasy! The invitations are gorgeous to boot (and animated, so very unique). Once you set up your account (you get 10 free and if you "like" them on Facebook, you get another 10, so 20 free invitations!). Perfect. Once they are "sent" out, the follow up is incredible. You know exactly which ones were opened, unopened and RSVP'd. You get an email update daily or whenever there is activity in the account. Mine is just a small wedding but I shudder to think what a headache it would be to keep track of a big one with all the other planning to do. With a few clicks, you have all the information you need because THEY keep track of it for you! I have gotten calls from the recipients to comment on how beautiful they are and have never seen anything like it. I am so happy and proud! Thank you Greenvelope!
