  Our Wedding was amazing

  We used Greenleaf last year for our wedding and I must say it was amazing the food was fresh and tasted amazing, The service was so personal and the team on the day were first class.
  
  If you want an amazing event use Greenleaf we highly recommend them

  Amazing Service and Superb 1st class Cuisine

  We chose Greenleaf for our Wedding and they were superb. They're prices were more expensive than other caterers by around 15% but well worth it. I was close to booking a supplier my cousin used as he got married 3 weeks before I did and his supplier was offering a discounted rate but I didn't have the confidence in them, but I must say our event compared to her wedding was a million miles apart on most importantly the food as that is the main thing people come to weddings for and talk about straight away.
  Our guests are still praising the food and service and both Kalpana and myself are grateful for the amazing food and service you provided thank you

  Greenleaf put together for my daughter a wonderful menu and service this September, making really good suggestions and answering questions about pre-wedding organisation we hadn't even thought to ask. The food was hugely appreciated by our guests (as was the careful and thoughtful service). They were on site early and stayed late, and they managed the site (which was our choice and not ideal for them) brilliantly, so that the logistic problems they were faced with never surfaced as issues for our guests. I found the staff sent to us hugely professional and caring; they seemed really to want this to be a perfect occasion for my daughter, and it was. Well done.

  Greenleaf catered for our wedding in July and I must say their food and service was fantastic.
  
  A lot of my friends got married over the last few years so i have been to many weddings and I was so happy to have chosen Greenleaf their food by far is so much better than any other caterers.
  
  They are not cheap but to be honest, the food is really important, So if you don't mind paying a little more for quality I would strongly recommend Greenleaf. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR WEDDING EXTRA SPECIAL

  This company is great! They catered for my daughters wedding in August and they were flawless down to the smallest detail. The food was delicious and staff were so pleasant. If you want outstanding food and service go with greenleaf. A heartfelt thank you to them for making such a precious time so easy, fun and memorable.   Great company and very professional they did our wedding events this summer at the Marriott Grosvenor and our reception at one George Street and fiid and service was excellent and all guests raved about the food. Truly thankful to this amazing comoany thank you Greenleaf. We havr reccomended them to all.

  Greenleaf Catering recently did my wedding 2 weeks back at, and me my fiancée and family were so impressed with their level of professionalism on the day. The service was astounding, and the waiters were fully assertive and were continuously asking guests how they were, topping up their drinks and asking them if they needed anything else.
  Very happy with their service and their Event Manager on the day was constantly on call to help us and made the day run very smoothly and successfully.
  For anyone wanting an excellent Caterer that offers an Eastern twist, I would highly recommend them

  A mixed bag to be honest
  At times very thorough and you feel valued but once deposit paid it was very much one sided and we did all the chasing
  On the day I did feel there was enough food but it wasn’t that it was the quality it really wasn’t up to par
  The manager said the venue- Northbrook Park doesn’t really have a kitchen but thats a feeble excuse given that your on there list as a caterer
  I think for the money paid you would expect better

  Terrible customer service and withholding the refund

  I cannot stress enough how negative our experience with Greenleaf catering has been during the coronavirus pandemic and unfortunately it won't let me put less than one star. Our wedding (planned for June 2020) could not go ahead and we had paid Greenleaf a 25% deposit also covering the venue hire. In April, they claimed that they could not refund any of the deposit because the venue was not refunding it and even claimed that we were lucky that they weren't making us pay the full remaining balance for a wedding that was not happening. When we spoke to the venue who said that they were giving Greenleaf a full refund, Greenleaf turned it around on us and said we should not have spoken to the venue "without their consent" and that if we knew so much we should coordinate the refund. After ages of trying to convince them that we were legally entitled to a refund minus their costs to date (which we definitely are) they agreed to give back the deposit minus £1300. This they claimed they had spent on the food tasting and a couple of consultations. Despite all this we count ourselves lucky as another family we know has lost £27,000 to Greenleaf which they are refusing to refund.

  The worst company to ever go near a wedding. They totally ruined our day with incompentent staff who failed to provide the level of service expected of a wedding event company. They lost decorations, didn't chill our drinks, left our guests for long periods without drinks, didn't follow simple instructions, incorrectly directed other service providers...Please stay away unless you want your day ruined.
