Great place to buy the engagement ring and wedding bands. Wonderful selection. Always helpful. They put our bands on lay away and helped us set up a payment plan. This was the only place I could find a ring that I loved! They had exactley my size. Bought the platinum engagement ring and diamond here. Very helpful, even helped to set up the proposal at a store in Des Moines, IA. We recieved our wedding set for only $750.00. That included a wedding band for my husband with flush diamonds. I recieved 2 rings 1 matching his ring for me and a similar ring with a round cut setting. I was also able to upgrade the stone in the original ring. Because all of the jewelrey we bought was from that same store I am able to "trade-in" my jewelrey for another piece or upgrade it at a discounted price. My spouse and I move out of Des Moines and had a new local jeweler service my wedding ring. After he looked at it he informed us that the workmanship was shotty and the diamond was not as high of a grade we were told. We realized they were not GIA certified and they sold us a stone with many inclusions. We payed 3600.00 for the ring and found that the market value was only 2700.00. Thank god we don't live in Des Moines any more BC I would love to talk to Laura the Mgr and give her a piece of my mind. DON"T DO BUSINESS THERE!!!!My spouse and I move out of Des Moines and had a new local jeweler service my wedding ring. Don't buy from Greenbergs
Horrible customer service and will not back their product. I bought my wife a ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. It is white gold but I've had to have it dipped for her several times within a year. Never had jewelry wear this badly and she only wears it out to dinner and without any other rings next to it. Made several calls to Jordan Creek and to cooperate and they just shrugged it off and said there was nothing they could do. I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from them. I have purchased rings for her from Helzberges and other places and have never had this problem or such terrible customer service. We even had a professional jeweler look at it and he said it was ridiculous that it had to be dipped several times within a YEAR! They offered no help or solution to the problem at all. Basically the attitude from them was well that's just too bad. I'm disgusted with this place.Horrible customer service and will not back their product. This is one of the worst Organizations from the TOP to the bottom. We are not only angry with the level of services, but we are also hurt with how we were disrespected by the people in this company. On December 26, 2015 I dropped off my wedding ring to get resized. On January 14, 2016 I called to check the repair status of my ring. This ring has already been paid for. I was contacted by the corporate office and was informed that my ring would not be release until a payment dispute was resolved. Be mindful, our bill was not in default nor late. The credit manager, Cory Adams was rude and completely disrespectful. He told me he was keeping my ring hostage until my husband called him regarding a balance. I asked for the name of his supervisor because I felt his actions of withholding my ring was wrong and unlawful. He refused to give me his supervisor’s information and then proceeded to hung up in my face!!! I called to file a complaint at the location where I purchased my ring, and the sales representatives promised I would receive a call from Howard Goldstin, the owner of the store. Needless to say, I have yet to receive a call and still do not have my $5000 ring that is paid for.This is one of the worst Organizations from the TOP to the bottom.
