Green Thumb Boutique did our boutonnieres and bouquets for our wedding and they were great to work with! They communicated with me to make sure I was happy with the arrangements leading up to our big day. I also felt like it was at a great price point! On my initial phone consult with them, they were above and beyond kind and helpful and that just sealed the deal for me! Thank you! -

We had a great experience at Green Thumb! I had to plan my wedding on very short notice and they were able to accommodate us. It was my first time ever ordering flowers, they were very patient with explaining everything to me. They were able to supply everything we needed while keeping costs low and everything beautiful ❤️. -

Very rude & unprofessional business! On multiple occasions! On social media as well as on the phone! Was put on hold by her and she hung the call up and never returned it. Very unprofessional service and will never be making any contact to do business with her ever again!
The staff was never contacted only the owner, who was extremely rude & unprofessional from the very first conversation! I contacted this business from Charlotte NC but needless to say will never recommend/refer them to anybody. Her attitude is really bad and I cannot stress how poorly we were treated from the very first conversation with her regarding business. We never said anything rude or disrespectful to her and she should really take a training class on what it means to be hospitable! She knows absolutely nothing about it.

These owner should feel disgraced at is business practices. After seeing the way he treated my family this weekend during their wedding Im not sure how they are still in business. My family has owned a florist for over 45 years now and if it was ran the same way this family treated their customers I would be ashamed to say it was my company. The delivery time was set for 4:00. The service was paid for in full yet at 4:10 the flowers were not there. The maid of honor called multiple times and they did not pick up the phone. Then reached out to me frantic the flowers still were not there I arrived at the venue at 4:30 and there were still no flowers. The maid of honor continued to call until someone finally answered. She was told they would be there for 5:00. 5 rolled around and the flowers were still not there and there florist is only 15 minutes from the venue. The flowers got there at 5:30 and by then we had to push the ceremony start time back. Which threw off the timing for everything else. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND LET DOWN! They should be ashamed in their business practices ! -

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! So unprofessional, untimely, disappointing, and straight up rude. I was the maid of honor in my sister’s wedding and she ordered flowers from here. The owner (who refused to tell me his name) agreed with the bride and groom multiple times that the flowers would be delivered at the venue at 4. The groom confirmed this with them the week before as well as the day before the wedding. When 4:12 came around, I called the shop to see what was going on. They did not answer so I kept calling. I received a text message from them at 4:26 saying that they “need a few extra minutes” and the ETA of the flowers is now 5. We were supposed to take photos at 4 o’clock with the flowers. The male owner finally answered my call and said he was on his way and that the flowers would 100% be there by 5, with no doubt in his mind. At this point my sister was already crying because she did not have flowers for the photos. I called this place 22 times between 4:12 and 5:19 pm. My sister was crying in her room wondering where her flowers were, and I couldn’t even tell her that they would be there because I had no idea where they were. The lack of communication/effort from the owners of the shop during this stressful time was extremely unprofessional. I called the shop the next day and the owner (who refused to tell me his name) was extremely rude and sarcastic and told me he had no reason to apologize and that he did nothing wrong. The ceremony was delayed 30 minutes and robbed my sister and her groom of precious time for their special day. The photographer and dj both arrived to the event on time so there was no reason for the florist to be late. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place if you have any relatively important event. -
