The venue was beautiful and perfect for our wedding. The staff went above and beyond throughout the whole event. We could not have done any of this without Shawna. She was the best event coordinator that we could’ve ever asked for and helped us from beginning to end. I would recommend Green Pond to any and everyone that needs a venue for an event.

This was the first venue we looked at out of 10, and we always knew we were going to choose it! Even if it were to rain, the indoor ceremony room was the nicest we saw! With its fireplace and vaulted ceiling with open beams and tons of windows, it is so pretty. The outdoor ceremony site is well manicured and inviting, with a large nice gazebo for the minister to stand in. The value of Green Pond's offerings could not be beat, from the reasonable price per person for dinner, the inexpensive upgrade to top shelf liquor, the included gorgeous wedding cake, a second dessert/coffee table after the cake, the bright windows in the reception area, the newly painted indoor rooms, anf the unpretentious setting of the whole place.
Shawna, the event coordinator extraordinaire, was sweet, organized, relaxed at all times, (even when I wasn't!), flexible to any changes or suggestions I had even last minute, and actually CARED about my husband and I as people not just clients. Wow! What a wonderful experience!!! ☺️

We had a church wedding so we only used this for the reception but it was beautiful and spacious! Shawna is very kind, patient, flexible, and accommodating! She will do everything in her power to make sure you have the wedding day of your dreams! We were allowed to take photos there and for a golf cart to navigate the golf course. I 10/10 recommend - this is very well priced for all that you receive!

Shawna at Greenpond was wonderful! She makes sure YOU are happy and wasn't pushy at all. The venue is perfect & very modern. The only downfall is the golfers but what do you expect when you're getting married at a golf course?! It was still perfect. 10/10.

Shawna and Brian were so attentive to our needs! They paid attention to every little detail. From the budget down to the lighting, they were on point for the entire event. Our guests are still raving about our wedding. Green Pond gets a perfect ten from us!

We were blown away by the kindness and service at Green Pond. They worked with all of our ideas and requests. They go above and beyond to make your wedding dreams come true. Surprisingly reasonable prices compared to other lehigh valley venues. No regrets!

My daughter’s wedding day was incredible, and went off without a hitch. The staff was anticipatory and responsive, the food was excellent, and the venue was beautiful. It was absolutely beyond anything we had envisioned. Shawna, made the planning process easy and enjoyable.

We hosted our son & DiL's reception and I still can't get over the fact that the food was even better than the tasting -- when does that ever happen?! Brian and Shawna were a dream to work with. The wait staff and bartender did such a wonderful job we thought there were many more of them than were actually there. It was great to have a "one stop" spot for everything. The only additional item we had to take care of was the floral/decor -- and Green Pond even helped out with the set up. They also had some decor enhancements on hand, which we added to the table settings. Shawna & Brian were accessible during the entire planning process and worked flexibly with us on everything from decor, appetizers, signature drinks, timing, place settings, guest seating and more. We couldn't have relied on a better team. The food came out hot, cooked to perfect temperature, and beautifully plated. The setting itself was ideal with usable spaces in the entryway, the cocktail bar, appetizer room, the patio/terrace, the ballroom, & spare ballroom section. The covered entry at the circular drive was also reassuring -- though in the end we escaped the drizzle. They were even nice enough to let the newlyweds take a golf cart onto the grounds for a photo op. We looked at over a dozen locations when shopping for a venue and saw a number of nice place in the area, but none with all that Green Pond has to offer in one place. I'm so happy for our couple that this venue was available for their wedding reception and that the team made their day extra special for them. Kudos Brian & Shawna!!!

Everything about going to visit this venue, food tasting, details, decisions, day of, and everything in between was amazing. Shawna, their coordinator, was so sweet and helpful during the entire process. If I had to do it again, I would still have my wedding there.

Brian Drake and his amazing staff gave us the Hallmark Christmas wedding I’ve always dreamed of! Because we were planning a wedding from out of state, Brian made the whole process from beginning to end easy! We felt extremely confident that he would do an amazing job for us. The food was absolutely delicious! The bar and wait staff friendly and accommodating to all of our guests! An extra Thank You to Shawna!😉 We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to choose Green Pond For our wedding!!

We were extremely pleased with using this venue. The event coordinator, Brian, is very easy to work with and made the planning process go smoothly. He was very accommodating and the staff was wonderful. We had the ceremony on site inside, in the fireplace room, which was cozy. Then it turned right into cocktail hour. The food was delicious and the timing of the meals was perfect. Everyone had a great time!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue, and perfect experience provided than Green Pond. They made everything so easy, and were with us every step of the way. Brian, the event coordinator at Green Pond was absolutely amazing. There is no one else out there better than him, I can guarantee it. He is also the head chef, and the food is honestly some of the best we've ever had. Tammy is the reception coordinator, and she was unbelievably on point, and on top of our every need. The food averaged $100 a plate, but that price was all inclusive. That price included full open bar the whole night, and every other expense at the venue for the reception. The only thing in addition to that price you would have to pay is $6 a chair for the ceremony if you get married on site. For the price, atmosphere, food, and just absolutely everything else, there is no one else better than Green Pond. Believe me, we did our research. If you're looking for an upscale venue to have your wedding, without breaking the bank, there is no better place than here!! A huge thank you to Brian. You honestly were phenomenal, and we couldn't have pictured our wedding anywhere else, handled by anyone else. You're the absolute best!! Thank you!!

Brian and his team were amazing! Always went above and beyond and were always very calm! I couldnt have asked for a smoother planning process and day of execution for his team! The food was beyond fabulous, Brian makes sure no one leaves hungry! We had rain on our special day, but that is why we loved Green Pond so much because the indoor ceremony space is just as beautiful as the gazebo outside! We were so blessed to have an amazing day come together! Thank you Brian, Tammi and your whole team for making our day absolutely amazing and unforgettable!!

We had our wedding here on 9/2 and everything was fantastic!! Working with Brian was great!! He was so accommodating and answered all of our questions. We looked at a lot of venues in the Lehigh Valley but after meeting Brian we were sold on Green Pond. He really does care about your event and goes above and beyond to make it special. He is very knowledgeable and knows what works well with the events. Tammy did a great job the day of the wedding setting everything up! We had a lot of decorations and she did an awesome job making sure it looked nice. We used the outdoor space for the ceremony and it was beautiful! We were lucky to have nice weather but the inside ceremony option is also very nice! We loved that we could have the ceremony and reception all in one spot so our guests didn’t have to travel. The food was amazing! All of our guests loved it and couldn’t believe how good the food was! I can’t say enough good things about Green Pond Country Club. I would definitely recommend this venue! We couldn’t be happier with the way everything went. Thank you for making our day so special!!

Had my wedding at Green Pond Country Club this past Saturday and it was the best day of my life! The venue is stunning, both inside and out. I was lucky enough to be able to have my ceremony outside at the gazebo and I cannot wait to see the pictures from my photographer. The food was delicious! Brian, the head chef, catered to all of our requests the day of the wedding, from making sure my husband had french dressing for his salad and for changing up his normal hors d'oeuvre's and making scallops wrapped in bacon for me as they are my favorite. All of the food came out promptly and beautifully plated. The staff at GP is so professional, friendly and happy. The waiters/waitressers, bartenders and others were top notch. Our 'day of' wedding coordinator Tammy was a god send. She took all of my homemade centerpieces and table numbers and made them look amazing on the tables. As I was getting ready and throughout the wedding she was always around if I needed anything and checked up on me to make sure everything was okay. At the end of the night, she packed up all of our stuff for us so that we could go enjoy the after party. I couldn't have imagined my day going as smooth as it did without her! Green Pond exceeded all of my expectations and I recommend to anyone that is looking for somewhere to get married!

What an amazing experience! I recently had my ceremony and reception here on 3/17/2018. I couldn't have been more pleased with my dream come true. Everything went super smooth and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Brian and Tammy were over the top with accommodating us and never giving us a problem with my million questions. Food was hot and delicious! I would definitely recommend this venue 100 times over!

My daughter’s wedding at Green Pond was amazing ! Brian is the best to work with & takes such pride in his work! The venue was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the food was delicious and the service was first-class. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the reception was. The vendors said how great Brian and the staff were to work with , and the day was perfect . I would HIGHLY recommend Green Pond for a wedding !!

My daughter's wedding was perfect! Brian was great to work with. The reception was beautiful. We could not have asked for anything better! My guests are still commenting on how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue was. We upgraded to the cookie bar, because we had several children at the reception, however, I think I adults loved it just as much! I have never seen cookies disappear so fast!

I cannot say enough about Green Pond and especially Brian! During our initial visits to various locations, none had that spark we were looking for.....until here! From our first visit, Brian was wonderful to work with. He explained everything in detail and we had no hidden charges. Our guests raved about the food and told us that this was the best food they ever had at a wedding! They were more than flexible with the tasting (which included us, my in-laws and our kids) and it was hard to make the final choices for our reception. All the food was amazing!

We also had our ceremony here and it was beautiful! We didn't even have to do any decorating - the gazebo and the landscaping were so pretty! My girls and I stayed up in the clubhouse while the guests were being seated and we took the golf carts to the ceremony sit. Our day-of coordinator, Tammy, had everything timed perfectly - from the ceremony to the end of the night! I would definitely recommend Green Pond to future brides!

Brian, Tammy and team were the dream team that pulled off an amazing Indian wedding at Green Pond. Brian is the biggest sweetheart EVER. From the very first day my family and I met him, he was patient and generous with his time and effort to help us pull off a massive Indian wedding on a relatively modest budget. For months, he accommodated a wide range of odd questions and requests from every family member and myself, even when they were a little outlandish and silly. We were supposed to have our ceremony in the gorgeous area outside, but because of rain, the night before the wedding, we had to brainstorm a whole different game plan, and Brian and Tammy became real superheroes in pulling it off.
The food at this venue is seriously spectacular. We had requested they try to make an Indian dish and they came through beautifully! Even on the day of the wedding, when I finally had a chance to sit down and eat, I felt so taken care of. Tammy, the event coordinator, is super professional and supportive, and was on top of things every moment, so that my family didn't have to worry about what's going on at the venue the entire day and could enjoy the day themselves.
Our guests had a brilliant time, loved the food, and danced the night away and told us a million times over how much they loved it. I can't thank the team at Green Pond enough for pulling off what seemed like the impossible for months, despite last minute curveballs. You guys are seriously the best!

Working with Green Pond Country Club was one of the best decisions we made during all of our wedding planning. Brian Drake is the banquet manager and a pleasure to work with. He answered every one of our questions in a timely manner, he allowed us to do multiple tastings when we changed our dinner choices, and because he is also the head chef, he has a "day-of" wedding planner on site to help with anything and everything needed. The cocktail room and the reception room was set up perfectly and the wait staff for the evening were all kind and professional. We would recommend this venue and their catering to anyone. You will not regret it.

We had my sons wedding March 19,2016.We were treated very well,from the tour to the tasting and then the ceremony and reception.Everything was wonderful.The staff was very accommodating and the place looked great.Everyone loved the orderves and our meal was excellent from start to finish.Wr all had a great time! I am so happy I decided to go with Green Pond for my reception. From the first meeting to the last encounter, it was a wonderful experience. Brian Drake, the banquet manager, is so wonderful to work with. He is so accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to make the bride and groom happy. I received nothing but compliments on the food from appetizers to meal. The bartenders and wait staff were friendly and helpful. The building and grounds are clean and well taken care of. I cannot stress enough that if you are getting married in the Lehigh Valley, that you do yourself a huge favor and check out Green Pond Country Club! It was an amazing time!

Working with Brian was like bride Xanax. He is calm, cool and easy to deal with. The way he packages his product makes it sell itself. He makes you feel confident your day will go off without a hitch and worked with our budget. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE no hidden costs....your price is your price including tax, gratuity and no extra costs to cut the cake or anything silly like that. I have ABSOLUTELY no complaints or regrets.

Brian was very flexible and worked with me with everything I wanted to do. If you want to have an easy wedding to plan and have everything done all in one place, Green Pond is the place to go. I can not speak highly enough for Green Pond Country Club. The price is unbeatable for the quality of service and attention to detail that they provide. Their 'Plan B' in case of rain is gorgeous and thank goodness because it poured on my wedding day! However, the entire staff at Green Pond was amazing and so easy to work with. Brian and the entire staff at Green Pond Country Club are truly remarkable. Needless to say, our wedding was his first event in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy (Friday, November, 2, 2012). He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that nothing would stand in our way of being able to celebrate our special day as we had planned despite the venue being without power until 11AM the day of our event! He perfectly orchestrated for industrial generators to be on stand-by in the event that power would not be restored so that everything (food storage and preparation, lighting, DJ sound/lighting) could go on as planned and without a hitch! He even made a personal trip to obtain the linens (delivery delayed due to aftermath of storm) to ensure every detail was completed. The food was amazing and our guests continue to rave about Green Pond Country Club. We highly recommend Green Pond Country Club!

First off on behalf of my husband and I and our entire family we'd like to thank Brian and the staff at Green Pond for making our wedding day simply perfect. Besides the things I can't control like the weather our wedding day was one of a kind. The staff exceeded all expectations. All of stuff was placed where expected and the clean up/pick up was impeccable! Brian was a delight to work with, always answering my questions/concern emails in a timely manner and just a pure pleasure when making decisions for the day. Even making the groom his own veal parm for his dinner. That really did make his night to have his favorite meal on his wedding day! Brian and the staff made the whole process so simple and relaxing. On the day of Shawna was purely amazing, her smile and infectious personality allowed the whole day to flow with ease, answering questions, finding/fixing little details and just being a calming face when the bride was getting a little anxious.

I'd recommend anyone to use Green Pond for any upcoming event! Thank you beyond words for making our planning, ceremony/reception so memorable! Our sincere gratitude.

From planning to final execution, this venue was great! Brian (the head chef) was very accommodating from our first appointment, to our tasting, to setting things up to our final big day. He promptly replied to emails and phone calls and on the big day, everything was done as promised. On top of that, the food and service was really great! The bartenders and waitstaff were all friendly and helpful. Also, the setting is beautiful. The grounds of the golf course are great for pictures, and the inside reception area is nice as well. I would recommend this location to anyone!

They were personal, accomodating, professional, and really made me feel like I was the most important Bride of 2008!

My husband and I had our reception here in November. We set our date in August. The planning process was very low stress and Brian had a lot to do with it. He was incredibly flexible and understanding. My husband's family is from INdia and we had some special dietary needs. He was incredibly accommodating. We we were planning the wedding on short notice and he was very understanding about that. Other locations we looked at were very snooty about the amount of time we had and basically told us we wouldn't find better int he amount of time we had. We did- We found Green Pond.

We were very happy with our experience. A few of our guests had some trouble with a bartender who asked them not to stand at the bar so other people could come when there was no one waiting in line. Tammi, the coordinator the day of had a little bit of an attitude, but you don't really deal with her too much. I actually give Green Pond a lot of credit as our wedding got a little crazy during dinner. We had INdian music playing and many of our guests got up to dance as the food was being served, making it difficult to figure out where the special diet plates went, etc. Overall I was very happy. Throughout my planning process, I encountered various people who attended weddings there, were in weddings there, had their wedding there or had their child's wedding there. Only heard good things and I understand why.

Our experience with Green Pond was nothing but the best. People always say that you cannot please everyone, but GP proved that wrong. My wife and I, as well as all of our guests had nothing to complain about. The venue is incredible, the food is amazing, and the staff goes above and beyond. They are all very willing to help out and open to a lot of ideas to help make the day all that you could hope for and more. We would highly recommend having your wedding here!!

My husband and I got married here in mid September and it was by far the best decision we made regarding our wedding. Brian and Shawna were so accommodating about everything, from customizing the menu options to filling the cannolis for our favors (which came from an outside bakery) for free! We live out of state and could only do our tasting on the day after Christmas. Brian was able to organize this without a problem. The grounds were beautiful, the food was delicious and everything went really smoothly. They even waived the event minimum due to people having smaller weddings because of COVID-19. Definitely consider green pond if you’re getting married soon!

The entire Green Pond staff was phenomenal! From the beginning, Brian (Head chef and banquet manager) was so flexible and understanding of our wants and needs. The venue is beautiful and they made it look exactly the way we wanted. On the night of the event, Tammy (event coordinator) and the wait staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect the way we wanted it! My husband and I were overjoyed with the way that everything turned out and would definitely recommend it to everyone we know!!

WOW! What an amazing experience! Green Pond is the best when it comes to catering to what the bride and groom are looking for. We were able to completely customize our wedding package to fit our needs. Brian, the catering manager, was a pleasure to work with. Occasionally slow to respond to emails but provided us with excellent service!
The food was delicious (and they were even kind enough to save a plate of appetizers for the bride and groom's table). One small element that was nice was that all passed appetizers were on each waiters tray - guests didn't have to hunt down specific waiters for specific appetizers. The dinner was also excellent. I work in the food industry and I have never seen better prepared steaks for a crowd.
The grounds were absolutely beautiful for picture taking and the guests really enjoyed the outside patio during cocktail hour.

Brian was wonderful when I met with him, and is understanding that i'm out of the area!

We were very happy with the way our Wedding day turned out at Green Pond. Leading up to the event, Brian was a great point of contact and was able to answer all of our questions. Sometimes you had to email him to remind him you had sent a previous email, but he always responded, even went out of his way to make a meal for a guest that had food allergies. The day of worked out so well and you can tell Green Pond is very seasoned at what they do. Everything was taken care of and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. I did hear from some of our guests that one of the bartenders was less than pleasant, but we didn't experience it. Would definitely recommend for the value!

Beautiful setting, both inside and out! Our wedding took place soon after the rennovations were completed & it was gorgeous. Our guests raved! The new separate room for the cocktail hour is gorgeous. Great locations for pictures as well. Much better value for your money versus other venues in the area.

This venue was absolutely amazing! The gazebo was in a nice shaded area. Being able to use all 3 rooms (fireplace, bar, dance/dinner room) was fantastic. Everyone there worked hard and the food was fabulous.

My husband and I could not have asked for a better person to work with when planning our big day. Brian truly cares about each and every wedding at Green Pond and ours was no exception. From the first meeting until the time we left our reception Green Pond exceeded our expectations. The day of coordinator, Tammy, eased all our worries as she had everything under control which left us to only think about our "I do's." I would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the Lehigh Valley Area.

Everything was very wonderful. We had one minor glitch, but we were very pleased with the outcome of our wedding and reception!

Overall working with Green Pond was a great experience. The best parts of working with Green Pond included the flexibility, the value, and the atmosphere. They were extremely accommodating when we had to edit our numbers last minute due to a family emergency. My only suggestion would be better communication between the day of coordinator and the bride. Though she was lovely it would have been beneficial to have a meeting prior to review day of details. I think this little change would go along way for the Green Pond brides.

The Green Pond Country Club staff was great!! They made sure my reception went smoothly and our guests were happy!

Brian was very accommodating up until after he got paid and didn't seem to care after that. The wedding was suppose to be outside, the weather was fine up until the right before the ceremony and it poured due to a random thunderstorm, he had told the groom, they weren't setting up anymore chairs inside(there were only ab 20 setup for a wedding of about 115) and said it was the bride's choice to pick outside. Many of the guests for the wedding helped to bring chairs from the reception area into the ceremony area inside in order for everyone to have somewhere to sit because the staff didn't seem to want to help move chairs. The ceremony was still beautiful and everyone had a great time at the reception. It was a beautiful area and the food was delicious, but the staff was far from friendly, especially the ones at the bar. The wedding was suppose to be open bar, but they would not allow shots, and only had like 7 liquors to choose from. We were not informed of either of this when we booked.

I had part of my wedding festivities at green pond and was really looking forward to a great evening. When I visited green pond earlier, the manager, Brian, was very nice and accommodating and the venue itself is beautiful. The reason I am giving this a 2-star is the rest of the staff, specifically the bartenders. Being the bride, I didn't think I would need to bring my I.D. with me as I am 28 and it is my event. I was very wrong. I went up to the bar and asked for a Cosmo for my first drink, and the bartender very rudely asked for my I.D. I explained to her that I didn't bring it with me and I'm the bride of the event. The bartender's name is Kim and she had such attitude with me but finally gave me the Cosmo. This happened twice and both times I noticed the drinks were very weak so I asked one of my friends who had their I.D. with them to order me one. I noticed a difference right away. Kim was definitely giving me virgin Cosmo drinks when I asked and didn't when my friends asked. The other bartender, Diane, was equally as rude. The entire night I had to ask my family and friends to get me drinks, which is just ridiculous. Also, we had the bar open until 10:30pm and the bartenders started closing up at 10:25pm and was giving attitude when we asked for drinks then.

The wait staff was fine, aside from the fact that I had a full plate of food at the table which I wasn't finished with yet. I was pulled away for 5 mins and came back to it being picked up.

Overall, this whole experience left such a bad taste in my mouth. I would never recommend having an event here. There are definitely way better options in the area if you want to have a good event.
