Such a stunning garden! Absolutely loved wondering around finding places to take pictures! Staff was amazing too!

We are so glad we chose the Green Bay Botanical Gardens for our ceremony site. What a beautiful place to exchange your nuptials. And the background for your pictures is amazingly stunning. The staff kept in contact with me through the whole Covid mess and was extremely helpful on the day of our wedding. I highly recommend this venue. They are thorough and organized. It was a delightful experience!

Everything was perfect! Our day of coordinator was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention the venue is BEAUTIFUL! So many photo opportunities.
I rated GBBG as if COVID didn’t exist because that’s out of their control but the restrictions were extreme so if you’re someone not willing to budge with the guest list GBBG may not be the best fit. Lucky for us, July was the perfect time because the restrictions were lifted. Thank goodness!

Our ceremony was absolutely stunning. The Kress Oval Garden was the perfect size and required little to no decorations because it was so beautiful on its own. The event coordinator, Hannah, was awesome to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend booking your ceremony here!!!

I will say that I have absolutely no regrets in selecting the Green Bay Botanical Garden for our venue. Simply put, it was amazing! I thought the pricing was very reasonable and I felt good about paying a non-profit instead of a reception hall. Amber and Haley were extremely helpful and are very experienced in event planning. Nicole helped on the wedding day; she was excellent. I really enjoyed working with people who clearly take pride in their work. Even small details, they were able to help out and make suggestions along the way. I really appreciated their help. We had a small wedding with 49 guests. The Kaftan Lusthaus building was perfect for our needs. Technically we were 'inside' but with the windows and doors open it was like we had an outdoors ceremony. It was really perfect. The next best part, you really cannot beat the beautiful setting of the gardens. All of our guests commented on how lovely the grounds were and how perfect the setting was. This also made it easy and convenient for our photos. We didn't need to run to various locations - there are so many different 'areas' within the garden for photo settings. We really had a perfect wedding day and that certainly had to do in part to our selection of the Green Bay Botanical Garden.

The Green Bay Botanical Gardens was such a beautiful place to have our wedding ceremony and reception! Our guests loved having access to the gardens and to see all of the gorgeous flowers. Amber and Haley were easy to contact and great to work with. They made sure that everything was scheduled right and laid out perfectly. The staff the day of were super helpful and friendly. Everything went perfectly and the gardens made it absolutely wonderful!

The wedding coordinators are very thorough with their correspondence and are always very responsive. We just had our ceremony here and the pictures we are seeing are absolutely gorgeous. They were very accommodating for our elderly guests as well! The gardens are gorgeous and would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

We used the Green Bay Botanical Gardens as our Reception venue and could not be happier with our choice! Amber so so accommodating and helpful. She answered all our questions (and there were a lot) in a timely manner and helped us in any way we could. We were at ease on the day of our event that everything would run smoothly and that we wouldn't have to worry about anything. We got beautiful photos in the gardens and a wondering night to remember. Definitely a beautiful venue that is easy to customize to get exactly what you want on your wedding day! I would highly recommend!

LOVED having our wedding here!! Such a beautiful place and the staff were so helpful! Hayley helped me walk thru all the details that needed to be done and was so patient with me and my anxiety to make sure everything was perfect! The "day of" person assisting me (Pretty sure her name is Stephanie) was so helpful and professional! I had forgotten a major detail of having something to put water in to water our ceremony tree and she came through for me last minute, thank you!! Also, she was great with keeping our guys on time and helping them with when to walk, etc. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend the Gardens for ANY type of event!! Absolutely gorgeous!

We had both our ceremony and our reception at the Gardens and could not have asked for a more perfect day. Both Amber and Hailey, the Garden staff that worked with us from the first inquiring phone call right through the end of the evening were amazing. They were always flexible and willing to answer our questions, to offer advice or suggestions, to share their experience and ideas with us, and they never once made me feel like "bridezilla" or a nasty, pesty, demanding lady..... They worked directly with www.Superiorsoundent.com, our entertainment and wedding officiate, to facilitate their set up and answer any questions they had. They communicated with Biebel's Catering and Rental, our food and bar service provider for the evening, as well as providing the season access pass to Lance Photography, so they could enter the Garden at any time in preparation for the event. Greg and I had our first date in the winter of 2011 at the annual Garden of Lights display, and there is no other place we even considered for our special day. The Gardens themselves provide the most beautiful backdrop you could ever imagine for a wedding, but add in the assistance and expertise of the staff and expect nothing less than perfect. Thank you Green Bay Botanical Gardens for being our first memory created as Mr. and Mrs Gregory Davis Jr. This one will be hard to top!

This wedding venue is simply the best! Gorgeous places to take pictures, great staff to work with and overall memories that will last a lifetime!!

I want to give major accolades to the team at GBBG. My wife and I were married there on July 10th and although things could have been quite problematic because of the weather, the people working there went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went off without a hitch.

Amber A., who had just taken a position there, stepped in and was on top of everything as far as planning and coordination. When it started to rain at the ceremony, Chrissy made a golf cart available so people wouldn't have to walk up the hill in the Woodland Garden.

They were responsive and easy to work with and I really have no complaints. Tremendous value...tremendous service and a really nice place to have a wedding. Even if it rains. :)

(PS- They do rent tents for rain if you want but the one negative is that it must be ordered several days in advance when the weather would be generally unknown.) We went without the tent and were happy with that decision despite some rain.

We loved our wedding ceremony! The wedding coordinator was responsive and easy to get along with. On our day of rehearsal, she was present and willing to accomodate. She listened to our requests and followed through with them. The wedding ceremony went smoothly without any problems. The only disadvatage I had about them is that they started taking apart the tent while we were taking pictures so we felt like were in the way. Otherwise, it was great!

The venue is a wedding dream! Flawlessly beautiful (even if you missed the fall leaves!) and the service/professionalism and responsiveness was absolutely perfect! Amber and Haley answered my many many questions over the planning stages and have a really organized and experienced system of making sure all vendors and details are coordinated!! The price is definitely high but you're getting a perfect dream venue! Brides make sure you're aware that the catering must be on their approved list (limits options) and the caterer will charge you an 8% commission to the gardens plus there are photography/videography permits needed.

I've been working with Amber and she has been great! Always responsive to my questions and doing her best to make sure my big day is wonderful!

It's a little expensive, and unfortunately I couldn't get married in the Kress Oval Garden like we had intended because of a downpour of rain. But, our reception was in the Foundation Hall, so we got married in there and it was beautiful. I would definitely suggest having a backup because other couples were getting married in classrooms in the basement. I would 100% recommend it here, though. Amber and Haley were made preparation so easy and accommodated everything in my bridal heart. The day-of coordinator was incredible calm and helpful as we scrambled to move the ceremony indoors an hour before it was supposed to start. I couldn't have asked for a better day.

My husband and I had our wedding and reception at GBBG. It was one of the easiest decisions we made! Everything was so stunning! Countless photo opportunities, very clean, natural, picturesque setting! Working with Amber and the other event coordinators was great! Everything went smoothly and all of our questions were answered quickly! We received countless compliments on the gorgeous setting and relaxing atmosphere the gardens have to offer. Plus, now we get to come back every year on our anniversary! LOVE! One of my favorite places! They have a list of preferred vendors if you have your reception there since everything needs to be catered in. It helped narrowed things down for us and also was intended so that you choose proven quality vendors.

The gardens are absolutely beautiful for a wedding, no matter which location you choose. They have a coordinator on site the day of your wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly. The only downfall to having your wedding here is that there are multiple weddings per day, making it chaotic going in and out of the dressing room for the bride and bridal party. I also wish they would allow you to do decorating and set up the night before the wedding in the Cornerstone Foundation Hall. All in all, the Botanical Gardens is a wonderful place to get married with so many beautiful places to capture pictures!

What a beautiful venue for a wedding! Seriously, so gorgeous! The only tiny issues I had with the gardens, was when the person we were working with quit, we were not notified, and it is a bit annoying that you only have the hour before the ceremony to set up the reception space (when booking both) unless you want to pay extra. Otherwise, everyone was super helpful and went smoothly for the ceremony and reception. It was nice to have a person from the gardens with us for the whole day for any issues that arise, or to answer any questions. I was a bit worried when I saw they were having a Lego exhibition in the gardens all summer, but thankfully there were not Lego statues in the garden where the ceremony was taking place. The Kress garden was beautifully in bloom for our late-June wedding, and the adjacent rose garden was at it's peak too. Our photos were just flawless. The Cornerstone Foundation Hall fit out 160 people nicely for our reception. It was nice for our guests to be able to wander the gardens, sit on the patio, and cool off indoors when they wanted.

The area was great, the gardens were beautiful, the guests got a free tour of the gardens also from the wedding. Just wish that we had more time in the bridal suite to get ready. Only had it for one hour.

The wedding planners, Hailey and Amber really have it together. They both have many years of experiences working with brides and their families, and have great tips to make sure you have the successful and smooth wedding you want! This venue is affordable, beautiful, has great staff, wonderful amenities, and is a good value. I felt the prices were very reasonable for what we were getting. The hall and sites are a little small for a huge wedding.
They have a great range of caterers, and you can have any licenced bakery bring your cake or cupcakes. Also, Hailey and Amber have recommendations for top djs and photographers if you need any.
Lastly, the bridal suite is fantastic! It's great for pictures and relaxing before the wedding. Mean while the guys can relax upstairs and enjoy the ice cream chest and soda.
