    Professional, Timely, Exceeded Expectations

    David from Great Bay Limousine was simply amazing on our wedding day. Unfortunately, my wedding party was running very late, but David was so patient with us! When I was getting out of the limo, my lace dress snagged on my own bracelet and caused a big loop of fabric to pull from the dress. None of us had scissors - but David was prepared! He cut the loop from my dress and gave me advice on how I can fix it. It was truly above and beyond!! The limo was so clean, had water and champagne, and was a great experience for us all!

    The Wedding Trolley was the Best!

    We booked the wedding trolley for our July wedding, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for guest transportation. I knew we needed transportation to get the guests to the venue and then safely home at the end of the reception. I did not however realize that when you book the trolley you get SO much more than that. The wedding trolley is adorable – white and cheery, lovely inside. They were extremely flexible creating a route to pick up guests. We did not have a room block, so our guests were scattered around town and the trolley picked up guests from wherever we asked. They stuck to our schedule, which got the ceremony started as planned. Greg was our driver and a true joy to work with. Once the ceremony was over, he took me, my husband, and the photographer to different spots to take pictures. He even offered one spot along the coast that he knew of, and that location turned out to be our absolute favorite. Not only did Greg safely drive us around, he also laid out a red carpet for us, poured us champagne, held my train, and wholeheartedly celebrated us. Once the reception was underway, guests could request a trolley ride back at any point, which was very convenient. The last ride back at the end of the night will always be so memorable to us. We listened to music, sang, and chatted with our dearest friends. Thank you, thank you to Greg for being so incredible on our wedding day and April for all the work you did to coordinate prior to the wedding - you were exceptional to work with!

    Awesome Transportation!

    Great Bay did an awesome job for our transportation needs for our daughter’s wedding! We had the white stretch hummer limo transport the bridal party from the hotel to the wedding venue, and then the groomsmen from a different hotel to the wedding venue. Went off without a hitch! We hired the white school bus to transport guests from the hotels to the venue and then back to the afterparty and the hotels. Great Bay was awesome. Perfect service, and everything ran on time! Couldn’t ask for better!

    Portsmouth NH Limo Service

    Dave was very easy to work with. The service was exactly what we asked for, and Dave provided a few extras as well (snacks, bottled water, mints, etc.).

    We hired an SUV from Great Bay Limo to take us around as we did our first look and took photos in various locations. Our driver Dave was awesome! He arrived early, had the vehicle nice and cool for us and had bottled water. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the afternoon. Great Bay is very professional and easy to work with. We would highly recommend them!

    Great Bay Limo was GREAT! We ordered an 18 person hummer for our wedding party and their school bus (painted black & white) for our guests! Worked out perfectly. Both drivers were prompt and professional and made our day extra special. Red carpet & champagne and all! Would definitely recommend to any and all people looking to book for their events. When we got out of the church and before we got in the limo, the drive made it a point to stop us for a picture and to pop the champagne. He said "On behalf of Great Bay Limo, we wish you years of happiness". Very sweet!

    We were referred to Great Bay from the York Harbor Inn. We didn't need anything crazy, so we rented a suburban.
    Our driver was awesome!! Arrived early, had the vehicle nice and cool for us and bottled water ! He was very personable! We drove to a spot downtown for photos and from there he was like my personal assistant! He helped me with my train! Thank you again Great Bay Limo!!

    We used Great Bay for limo transportation and booked school bus transportation through them as well. We worked with Anise to coordinate all of our needs, and scheduling. She was great in ensuring all of our details were communicated to the drivers for the day of. We used the hummer limo for the myself and my bridesmaids and we had plenty of space! The next biggest limo they have is a 10 passenger limo. My groom and his 8 groomsmen had to squish in a bit to make it work but overall it they were fine. The school buses got all of our guests safely to and from the reception and all of our guests.

    Great Bay was a dream to work with. Mad props to Anise Jasman in particular. In the midst of all the chaos that was my wedding planning,(random schedule changes, new transportation requirements, last minute requests) she worked unbelievably hard to accommodate us and make sure everything ran smoothly and punctually. The buses worked out great, everything was clean and modern. The limo was very nice too. All in all a great experience, I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

    Great Bay Limo was excellent. They arrived on time, made me feel like a princess on my big day, and made sure we were all comfortable and got where we needed to be. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them for any event!

    From the moment I call Anise was so helpful and professional I didn't feel like a number. She helped me by giving me suggestions and unlike all of the other NH limousine companies she listened. I believe she had the most comprehensive knowledge. Because of this we booked with them.
    Our chauffeur Kevin was out of this world from the second he knocked on the door to the moment he dropped us at the reception. Tom and I felt like we were royalty.

    Skip Was The BEST!

    We used Great Bay Limo for my bachelorette party which was a concert at Gillette. Skip was our driver and was absolutely amazing. We requested him for our day of limo services as well. Skip was early, the limo bus was incredibly clean, temperature was controlled music was great, he was an excellent navigator of traffic etc. on both occasions. A few of our wedding guests used them for transportation on the night of the wedding. Amazing experience, only downside....they had to sub out our shuttle bus to and from the venue and hotel on the day of the wedding the service from the third party was really poor, they were late to arrive for the ceremony costing us important time in our day we could not get back and ultimately left without the Bride and Groom at the end of the night. I spoke with Great Bay and agree it was not them it was the third party but I don't know the name of the third party to appropriately review them. We would recommend to other Great Bay and will use Great Bay again for sure!

    Great value and service

    Great Bay was priced better than most and gave the same level of service, including a champagne toast. The vehicle was a little noisy during the ride which is the only thing keeping them from getting a full 5 stars because it probably needed some maintenance.

    We used Great Bay for a shuttle service for our guests. I was initially nervous about using them because of the reviews that I ready, but our experience with them was perfectly fine. I didn't ride in their shuttle at all as the bride, but I asked my friends and they said it was perfectly fine and the driver was very accommodating and brought them wherever they needed. Plus on a side note, my friends asked if we had picked the music for the shuttle because he played all '80s music, my husband and I are big '80s fans. I didn't pick the music, but coincidentally, it sounds like the music was awesome on the shuttle.

    This was our only wedding vendor that I was unimpressed with. Our first driver was amazing--sweet, friendly and professional. But the driver who brought us to our reception and later, our wedding night suite, was rude and unaccommodating. We asked to stop on the way for snacks, and he refused. He got us lost on the way to our reception. And he was irritable and rude throughout our trip. We had paid upfront--which included tip--and perhaps that's why he was not exactly "trying" to earn a tip. When we received our bags after exiting the limo, he clearly looked as if he was waiting for a tip. But our package included gratuity! And he wouldn't stop along the way and seemed upset that we would even ask something like that. Though they were the limo service with the best price...their service lacked anywhere near 5 stars. Though I must say..the first gentleman that brought me from my childhood home to the church was incredible to work with. He was sweet and even helped me calm my nerves. "They can't start without you." So true. I'd like to thank him for that.

    I really hate leaving negative reviews but I must share my experience so no one else has to go through what I did! I booked a bus through Great Bay Limousine to make 3 different stops in the same town at different inns where some guests were staying, and it only made it to one of the inns (very late, might I add), leaving some very important guests stranded and they ended up missing our ceremony. Nobody from Great Bay bothered to call the cell phone number I gave them because the driver claimed that no one gave him our contact information. After contacting the representative who I had booked the bus through, she seemed concerned at first but then never returned my call to tell me what happened. We paid in full before the wedding day and never received any money back for this.

    While this company was initially friendly and helpful on the phone, I could not get a call back when requested and could not get them to send me a contract that had any information on it.

    I did not use this company out of frustration and I did not trust them to do the job, so since they never called back or sent a contract, I booked another company.

    They called the day before the wedding to clarify details and I promptly informed them that they had lost my business.

    Great Bay Limousine's reply:

    Yes unfortunately the person who handled weddings did not follow up very well. As a result this wedding was canceled in which this person also did not follow through on her part.
    However now that I am with Great Bay this will not happen. I recently left another limousine company which I handled the wedding department for over 4 years. Prior to taking that department over many mistakes were made and many refunds were given.
    As the only Certified Bridal Consultant working for ANY limousine company in New Hampshire, I take my personal knowledge and experience of the limousine industry and my knowledge of weddings in account.
