There truly aren’t enough words to describe how special this place is — not just as a wedding venue, but as a team and a family.
I’ve had the privilege of working here and seeing countless weddings unfold beautifully, but getting married here myself was an entirely different, unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded our wildest expectations. The space is stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and every detail is handled with so much care and intention.
Being on the inside, I knew how hard this team works — but experiencing it as a bride/groom made me appreciate it on a whole new level. The professionalism, kindness, calm energy, and genuine love poured into our day was beyond anything we could have hoped for. I felt completely supported, celebrated, and stress-free, which is priceless on your wedding day.
This venue isn’t just a place — it’s a feeling. A place where memories are made, where people truly care, and where magic happens over and over again. I am endlessly grateful to have both worked here and said “I do” here. I’d choose this place a thousand times over.

Wow!! There are not words to adequately express the magic of a wedding day at Graystone Quarry. My husband and I, along with all of our family and friends, cannot stop talking about our wedding 2 weeks ago! From the wonderful staff and service, to the food, music, and flowers, every detail was executed to perfection. It truly was the wedding day of our dreams, and we could not be more grateful to the Graystone team for bringing our dreams to life. The day flowed seamlessly, and many of our guests have said that the food, flowers, music, flow, staff, and venue as a whole all came together to create the best wedding they’ve attended. Thank you again to owners Nancy & Rick McEachern and the whole Graystone team for going above and beyond for our perfect day! We love you! -

If I could give Graystone Quary 20 stars, I absolutely would! Our daughter's wedding on 10-12-2024 was a truly transcendent celebration of love, surpassing our wildest dreams. The breathtaking venue and exceptional staff, led by the incomparable Ellen, our wedding coordinator, made it an unforgettable experience. Her organizational genius, expertise, and kindness inspired confidence from start to finish. The entire team and servers demonstrated remarkable dedication, ensuring an extraordinary experience for the happy couple and every guest. 100/10 - Our wedding day was PERFECT
If you want your wedding to be something out of a Hallmark movie and absolutely perfect - pick the Graystone Quarry.
Brooke, Chelsea, the entire staff and the in house and preferred vendors are amazing. Brooke is not only one of the nicest people I've ever met but she is great at her job. They are extremely organized, responsive and accommodating. They offer advice and guidance but will make sure you are getting exactly what you want for your special day AND they make it easy. They even added in special moment and surprise touches on the day of that just made it that much more special.
Their in house vendors for catering, décor, flowers, cake, bar staff - all AMAZING. The food and cake was so good, the flowers and décor were beautiful. No one was left without a drink and the signature drinks were delish.
Let's just take a moment for the venue itself too... It's BEYOND STUNNING (the views, pond, waterfall for cocktail hour, fire pits, stair case, chapel view, dock, the list goes on and on). We received countless compliments on how breathe taking and stunning the whole wedding was especially how amazing the venue, food and staff was.
If we had to do it all again, we wouldn't change a thing. I couldn't be more happy with how our wedding turned out and would recommend it to anyone would asked me about it. -

Our experience with Graystone made planning a wedding so seamless. They exceeded all of our expectations and threw us the most amazing party. All of our guests have raved about the venue and how perfect everyone detail was. We cannot speak highly enough of their staff and our wedding day. Where do I begin?? The first moment I toured Graystone I immediately fell in love. The views are beautiful everywhere you look. They put so much hard work in the small details, which was so important to me as a bride. The Bridal and grooms suites cannot be matched! There is SO much space in both!! The guys also have several things to do to keep them having fun while waiting around before the ceremony. The whole venue has a beautiful and luxurious feeling. The staff is also unmatched. They made our wedding day go so perfectly. We didn’t have to lift a finger and could all enjoy the reception. Have you ever heard that before?? No hiccups at all. I cannot thank Graystone Quarry and their staff, especially my planner Brooke Powers, enough for making our wedding day the most magical and perfect day of our lives!!!!! Brooke was my saving grace! She was there for me every step of the way, and throughout the wedding day.Graystone Quarry's reply:

Graystone Quarry, the most gorgeous and unique the venue
You're always told your wedding will be one of the best days of your life, and it truly was for us. Our wedding was October 15, 2022 at Graystone Quarry and we could not have asked for a more beautiful/smooth day. During the planning process our planner, Brooke and the entire team at Graystone, was able to take our vision and Pinterest board and made it a reality. They understood every detail I wanted, promptly answered questions or concerns we had, and always guided us in the right direction. On the day of our wedding, the team took care of every little detail and we were able to be present and enjoy the day/night to the fullest. We look at pictures from our wedding daily and are constantly hearing how gorgeous and unique the venue was. You will not be disappointed. -

Our wedding was everything we have dreamed of and more! Brooke was the best throughout the whole planning process and the day of the wedding. Whenever I had any questions or concerns she instantly got back with me and was there throughout the whole wedding day. We truly cannot think of one thing that could have gone different. The venue overall was a dream and magical to work with. I cannot recommend this venue enough for a dream wedding! They can create the wedding of your dreams and more! -

My husband and I got married at Graystone Quarry in August and are still on cloud nine from the amazing job they did to create the disco wedding of my dreams! From the planning to the execution to the day of logistics, everything was so seamless. I had some out of the ordinary ideas on what I envisioned for my day and they went above and beyond to make my vision come to life! We worked with Brooke as our planner and she was incredible!!! She made everything so easy. She was so communicative and provided so many options when I wasn't sure what I wanted or couldn't envision things. She even helped fix some last minute details that went awry (of no fault of the venue) without worrying me and keeping it behind the scenes. On the actual day, everything was seamless. The day ran so smoothly and I was never worried about logistics or what was going on. Since our day, multiple people have gone out of their way to say what an amazing wedding it was and said it was the best they've ever been to (and being one of the last of my friends to get married, we've been to quite a few). I cannot recommend Graystone Quarry enough and wish we could redo our day all over again. -

Best. Wedding. Ever.
I've put off writing this review because there's absolutely nothing I could say that encapsulates how wonderful this venue is!!! It is beyond incredible. We hesitated picking Graystone only because it is located outside of Nashville, but it was SO worth it and not inconvenient at all! Our wedding was perfect from the moment we arrived to when we left in the getaway car. Even after that, we still have guests saying how wonderful it was. Each staff member is involved in the planning and they work so hard to make your vision a reality. The best part is that they actually make it happen... and then some! Even though they have weddings every weekend, the team never makes you feel like your wedding isn't the most important one. I could go on forever talking about how flawless/magical/amazing everything was. They literally gave us the wedding of our dreams and we feel so blessed to have chosen Graystone Quarry! -

Graystone Quarry far exceeded my expectations for the recent wedding of my son and his beautiful bride. The Venue is breathtaking and the staff is amazing. Everything was spectacular down to the smallest detail. The staff at Graystone make the day special from the beginning of the day to the end of the day. They work so hard to make your dream come true from the exquisite flowers, the wedding coordinator who orchestrates the event, the staff that is responsible for the meal to the extra special touches that are personal to the bride and groom. I cannot say enough great things about Graystone Quarry. The day was magical. -

I got married here in October and had the most amazing experience! The whole Graystone team goes above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect from the time you sign, until the time you leave the venue on your wedding day! They have perfected the entire wedding planning process to where you simply go to a few meetings at the venue, and then you show up at the wedding and it is all done for you! It is such a dream! I have attended weddings there as well and they have all gone smoothly and been so much fun!
On top of all of that it is one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever seen and our guests continue to rave about how much they loved our wedding! Don’t pass this venue up! It is truly amazing and worth every penny! -

Best day ever!
Graystone Quarry made our dreams come true! It was truly the smoothest day and the most fun we have ever had. There was so much that went on that I didn't have to think or worry about. I truly felt so happy and at ease on our wedding day. We have had several people tell us it was the most beautiful, well run wedding they have ever been to. There really are not adequate words to describe how INCREDIBLE our experience was at Graystone. I can honestly say without any hesitation they are the best place to get married in Nashville. Their team is warm, responsive, extremely hard working and so much fun. We are out of state and they made the wedding planning process SO easy and fun. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was stunning from the venue itself, to the floral, to the cake and food- our guests can not stop talking about how incredible their time was! This team truly went over and above as I know they do with all their couples- I had accidentally forgotten some decor that I told them I was going to bring to tie in on our big day and I was really bummed about it and figured it was my fault and the show must go on- once entering the reception space I noticed that the decor I had forgotten their team went and BOUGHT just to make sure we had everything we needed. I mean come on- not a lot of people let alone venues would do that!!!!!!! I really can’t stress enough how happy we are with the whole thing, and if you are getting married in Nashville or want an incredible destination wedding there- do yourself a favor and book Graystone- it was the second best decision I have ever made( aside from marrying the groom 😘)Graystone Quarry's reply:

Graystone has an amazing staff and caring owners that literally make every part of your wedding dreams come to life! I visited Graystone once and fell in love with the venue right away. They proved to be so helpful and knowledgeable about everything, down to the smallest detail. As a bride who was getting married in Franklin from out of town, they made every meeting and planning pieces so easy for us and organized. Nancy and her team are incredibly professional, easy to work with and excellent at communicating every important detail that you'd never even remember yourself. It was such a pleasure to work with all of them. Our family and friends were in love with every part of the day and we received so many compliments on the venue, food, DJ, flowers and more. All the staff at Graystone work so hard to make your wedding day PERFECT! I would recommend Graystone not just for weddings, but for any special event you want to cherish for a lifetime. -

My family and I cannot say enough good things about the Graystone venue and team! They made the wedding planning process so simple and fun. They're so organized and truly help the day run so smoothly. The vendors Graystone works with are all incredible, too! We loved the food, the cake, the DJ... the list goes on. Every single detail was impeccable. They truly handle everything for you, and they are so kind and easy to work with! Communication with them was a breeze and their timeline for planning was so helpful. The venue itself is so open and gorgeous - I love that anybody can transform it into his/her dream wedding spot. Not to mention, my husband and I got married in the middle of the summer in 100 degree humid weather, and our guests were so comfortable because both the ceremony and reception buildings have air conditioning. It was truly a perfect scenario! We highly recommend getting married at Graystone and can't imagine having done it anywhere else. We really were able to relax and enjoy our engagement and wedding day and Nancy and her team handled the rest for us! -

The Best Venue!
If you are looking for a unique and elegant wedding venue with all the bells and whistles, this is your venue. My husband and I got married in September of 2018 and we could not have asked for a better experience. They help take the stress out of wedding planning and make sure that your wedding day is everything you hoped and dreamed. Nancy and Emily were amazing and so much fun to work with. They took all of the stress off of us throughout the whole process. The wedding itself was like a fairy tale. The details were perfect and they brought our ideas to life. We couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone. They have the BEST vendors in the SOUTH! The best surprise ever was the projection on the rock wall that they did for us. It was a surprise and we had no idea they were doing it. We had a Disney wedding and they had the best show for us with music, light and Disney elements on the wall. We were blown away with everything they did to make our day so special.

Magical and unique
We got married at Graystone Quarry in September 2022 and we are still blown away by how amazing this venue was. (Shout out to Brooke, our primary GQ planner! Chelsea, you too!) While venue-searching, our key "wants" were: (i) venue with natural beauty and/or plenty of photo spots, (ii) getting-ready suites for both bride and groom; (iii) separated spaces for ceremony (on-site), cocktail hour, and reception; and (iv) proximity to bars/hotels (for afterparty and accommodations) plus airport (since this was a destination wedding). We knew we might have to compromise, but hoped for the best - then we found Graystone Quarry.
Starting with looks - we had no idea what a "rock quarry" was, much less the fact that it could be one of the most gorgeous places to say our vows. When driving in, we were struck by the beautiful estate with all the greenery and water. I'm from the rural California coast so I really hoped to be married near water as well as greenery/forestry; this has all of that and more. Many of our guests said (through family and friends, not just to our faces) that it was the most unique venue they had been to all year, and we got married in 2022 (a crazy wedding year where we were also invited to 10 other weddings apart from our own).
Then amenities. Most of the venues we saw had something missing - either there were no on-site "getting ready" suites (or they were pretty dingy with most resources going toward the venue upkeep) or it's just one beautiful building with no separated spaces for ceremony/cocktail/reception. At GQ, the rustic yet luxurious charm of the "chapel" where ceremony is held overlooks a beautiful field and has all sliding doors to take advantage of any weather. Then move on down to the double-tiered cocktail patio next to an actual limestone waterfall and then inside for a grand double-story reception. Plus, the "bridal" suite is picture-perfect with mirrored stations and contemporary furniture while the "groom's" suite has everything a groom or partner could want - pool table, video games, televisions, cornhole, etc. If I hadn't realistically known that the bridal party would spend most of its day getting ready, I might have fought my husband over who gets what.
Side story which owner Nancy might remember: on our first visit, we discussed our wedding being during college football season, trying to figure out a TV set-up in a separate room for our football fanatic friends. When we saw monograms projected on the reception walls, Nancy heard our conversation and said, "We can project almost anything you want like photos, videos, logos...or football...". My husband's face whipped to check my reaction, and his heart was forevermore set on GQ (unfortunately not on me since I am not as important as Michigan football). So we had football projected on the walls behind our live band and it was a blast.
GQ also comes with so much included - catering, florals, table settings, day-of planner, etc. (things normally procured separately). The only downsides are (i) on the pricier side; (ii) a bit far from Nashville downtown (where we stayed); and (iii) we needed to provide our own alcohol (as well as supply suites). However, it’s an easy drive and GQ recommended shuttles and an alcohol vendor, who were both great and even bought back some unused alcohol. As noted, multiple guests said this was the most unforgettable, beautiful, unique, and fun wedding – make sure to check out Graystone Quarry! -

Best Day Ever!
Seriously the most perfect day! My husband and I can’t stop talking about how everything exceeded our expectations and our guests are still complimenting the venue, decorations, and flow of how everything went. The Graystone staff took all of the stress out of wedding planning which allowed us to truly enjoy our time leading up to the wedding and the day of as well. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding venue!! -
