We could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding at Grayhawk Golf Club. From the very beginning, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and that we felt supported throughout the entire planning process.
The location itself is absolutely stunning - the views, the grounds, and the overall atmosphere created the most perfect backdrop for our wedding day. But what truly set Grayhawk apart was the level of care, professionalism, and coordination from the staff and vendor partners. Every question was answered, every concern was handled seamlessly, and on the day of the wedding, everything ran flawlessly.
We felt completely at ease knowing we were in such capable hands, which allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment. The day was genuinely perfect, and we received endless compliments from our guests on the venue, service, and overall experience.
If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a single thing - we would choose Grayhawk Golf Club again without hesitation. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping bring our dream wedding to life.Grayhawk Golf Club's reply:

From the moment we walked onto the property at Grayhawk Golf Club, we were welcomed with open arms. Jennifer Franklin, the Sales Director, welcomed us with a big smile from the moment we first introduced ourselves. We were very impressed with the beauty and style of the location. It had everything we were looking for from outdoor, desert chic style with cactus, lakes, mountain views, twinkling lights, and the best Sales Director! Jennifer was more than accommodating and willing to help us turn our vision into our reality. She worked with us every step of the way, ensuring the spaces for our ceremony and reception would be a perfect fit from start to finish, customizing our menu for our guests to stay within our budget, and remaining patient even when we were stressed. Her warm smile and serving heart helped everything come together in a way we had never experienced before. On our wedding day, the staff was the true measurement of the stellar experience. Jennifer was there before anyone else, and she stayed with us to the very end. She gently guided everyone and made sure that she worked seemlessly with our wedding coordinator and our DJ to ensure that our wedding flowed perfectly smooth. Every member of her team went above and beyond and truly reminded us of what exceptional service is supposed to be. They excelled at calming everyone’s nerves and in giving life to our vision. The food was also amazing! We cannot recommend them enough and we hope that they are appreciated and recognized because their parent company is more than blessed to have them on the team. Best Day Ever
I would definitely recommend Grayhawk for a wedding! My daughter had her wedding there in November 2025 and it was perfect! It was a cloudy day with possible showers and the team handled it so well. Jennifer and her team made sure we stayed on track and had a plan B ready for us, if needed. They also reassured us that another wedding going on the same day wouldn’t disrupt our ceremony. That was not an issue at all. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and the service was top notch. Everyone there was very experienced and professional. We had so many compliments on how good the food was! I give this venue the highest rating. -

A perfect place for your event! Top rate in every way!
We hosted our son's rehearsal dinner at Grayhawk Golf Club and every detail, every aspect was excellent. The facility is amazing, the food, beverage, service and table service is exceptional! And working with Jennifer was a dream! Cannot recommend it more!Grayhawk Golf Club's reply:

I absolutely loved doing our wedding at Grayhawk. Not only is the property beautiful, but the service and staff were wonderful as well. Special shoutout to Jennifer who is the event director and helped me make the day perfect. She was very flexible with us and very attentive during the day and it made such a difference, so thank you Jennifer! We would highly recommend this venue for any future bride and groom. Emily was such a pleasure to work with. She was very organized, patient, and responded to any questions in a timely manner. Our wedding was everything we envisioned. The ceremony space was absolutely stunning with the red geraniums against the pristine blue water and well maintained greens. For the reception, we chose the McDowell Room. The food and beverages were delicious, the help was top notch, and the layout was well planned out. We liked how the dance floor was in the center so all tables had a great view. It was nice to know that there was no need to stress because we were in good hands. We had a blast and wish we could do it all over again! -

Most beautiful wedding venue!
My husband and I got married at Grayhawk in November 2023 and from the moment we toured the venue the first time we knew it was where we wanted our special day to be. We wanted our wedding ceremony and dinner to take place outside with more of a colorful backdrop versus the desert scene and Grayhawk gave us exactly what we were looking for. The Fairway House lawn was beautiful and the room inside was perfect for the party. The doors all along the walls being open and giving the indoor/outdoor feel was exactly what we wanted. Aside from the venue itself being gorgeous, the event planning team at Grayhawk was nothing short of amazing. We worked closely with Lauren from the day we picked the venue and she is absolutely great at what she does. She was easy to work with, communicate with, and very accommodating. We had some special requests like wanting to flip the ceremony space to reuse it for dinner and wanting food items that weren’t on their offered menu. She was quick to satisfy those requests and it was done so well! The food was amazing, the service the night of was top notch, and the whole night was exactly what we hoped for and dreamt of. We expected the wedding planning process to be extremely stressful, but with Lauren and her team in charge, the days leading up to it and the day of was the farthest thing from stressful! If you’re thinking about having your wedding at Grayhawk, we highly recommend it you will not regret it! -

Our wedding at Grayhawk Golf Club was a dream come true. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful and the food was amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests on how stunning the ceremony was, how delicious the food was, and how great the staff was! Also, working with Emily was a such an excellent experience. She is a true professional with exceptional communication and a lovely personality. We were in great hands throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you have your wedding at Grayhawk, you will be so glad you did. -

Magical Wedding at Grayhawk
We planned a wedding from out of state and Lauren and her team at Grayhawk made it such an easy process! We had a smaller wedding (68 people) and did everything outside. The ambience with the trees wrapped in twinkly lights was magical. Lauren took us on a golfcart with our photographer to sneak away from some sunset photos during the cocktail hour. And the guests are still talking about how great the food was! Service at Grayhawk is top notch. We can't wait to visit when we are back in town!Grayhawk Golf Club's reply:

Beautiful location and great team!
Absolutely amazing! We can’t say enough great things about our experience at Grayhawk. Lauren and her team were wonderful to work with. We hosted our Welcome Party at Isabella’s on Friday and our wedding at the Fairway House on Saturday. We got so many compliments on the food and both venues. It truly made the weekend an experience we won’t forget. -

Pure perfection! From the venue, scenery, staff and food it was amazing! Emily and her staff were on top of everything and so accommodating . We also had our rehearsal dinner at Isabellas and Veronica and staff did an amazing job as well! My daughter got married here in March of 2022. There are alot of choices in Scottsdale, AZ, but look no further than here! I know excellence comes from the top so thank you to everyone at Grayhawk for my daughters perfect day. She wishes it never ended it was so perfect! -

Best Wedding Venue in Scottsdale!
Lauren and the team at Grayhawk helped us create the wedding we dreamed of! The venue was beautiful inside and out and the dinner was something our guests are still talking about. As food lovers, we were intent on making sure the dinner was spectacular for our guests and they delivered with 5 Stars. When we arrived at the venue on the day of, we were greeted by the team and made to feel comfortable and they, accessible. We had designated team members to check in with us throughout the night to make sure we had drinks in hand and everything we needed. Lauren also provided us with a list of excellent vendor recommendations, which we used to choose our photographer, videographer, rentals, and DJ. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we cannot recommend Grayhawk enough! -

I had the pleasure of working at Grayhawk for one of my couples' wedding. The property itself is beautiful, well kept, and easily navigated. What I look for most is how well the staff works together and how well they work with wedding planners (me). Not only did Emily take care of [our] clients needs and requests, but she was accommodating to my own questions as well as helpful on the day. Plus, the food was delicious! Working at Grayhawk was a delight and I look forward to working there again! -

I had a great experience working with Emily and Lauren. They are true professionals. I was the Day of Coordinator for a Client’s wedding and the ladies were so helpful to me. The venue is gorgeous and the ceremony site takes your breath away. The food is amazing and the guests had a blast! I highly recommend this venue! -

Our wedding at Grayhawk was absolutely perfect. We could not have been more pleased with the venue, the staff, the views, the food, and the entire planning process. I am not a planner and wanted my wedding day to be as carefree as possible. Lauren, the catering manager, made that happen for me. I did not have to worry about a thing and was able to truly enjoy the day. She did not skip a beat and helped me with every little detail. She was there to answer and help me anytime I reached out. Grayhawk not only makes you and your spouse feel special, but your guests feel taken care of and special as well. Our guests could not say enough good things about our wedding at Grayhawk, especially how attentive the staff were. It truly was the best day ever! -

We looked at so many venues in the greater Phoenix area including many golf courses. As soon as I walked into Grayhawk I just knew. It was the venue of my dreams and exactly what I was picturing! The lake is beautiful and the trees light up with xmas lights at night! We worked with Pat from the venue and she could not have been better! She was so easy to work with and so helpful along the way! The food was also delicious!!! We got so many compliments on it and the waitstaff was like a 5 star restaurant! If you’re looking for the best venue for the best value this is your venue!! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day! -

We had our wedding at Grayhawk Golf Club on 03/01/2020. We had the ceremony on the lawn and the reception in the fairway house. It is such a gorgeous venue, it was like a fairytale. We chose a Sunday because it had a lower food and drink minimum (10k). The food was AMAZING!! Overall the day was everything I dreamed it would be, it was perfect.Grayhawk Golf Club's reply:

We had the pleasure of working with Lauren and her Grayhawk team on a wedding earlier this year. It actually turned out to be one of our favorite weddings of 2019. Lauren was full of knowledge, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and always did so with a smile on her face. On the day-of the event, everything ran smoothly and on time and we know that's not possible w/o a great vendor team behind the scenes. We would absolutely love to work at Grayhawk Golf Club again on future weddings!!! -

Best Wedding Experience
Grayhawk was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding and would choose it again if we could. We were looking for something that had a bit of the Arizona desert, private but not hard to travel to, and had everything we needed from a venue (food, alcohol, seating, etc.), but allowed us to customize it to fit our style (mainly bringing in our own florist and desserts). After talking with Pat and doing a walkthrough, we knew almost immediately this would be the spot for us. We picked the side area because we loved the patio and that it was a bit removed from the rest of the course. Pat was incredible during the whole wedding process and was so thankful for her expertise. I didn't have a wedding planner and didn't feel like I was completely navigating this alone with her support. Would highly recommend this venue and Pat! -

Couldn't be happier we chose to have our reception at Grayhawk. It is such a beautiful location and makes for a gorgeous backdrop for photos. The staff at Grayhawk were so accomodating and helpful. The food was also so delcious. Many guests commented on how great the food was. We had our cocktail hour outside and then had the reception in doors. The scenery was so nice with the golf course and moutains in the distance. There is even a bridal room where you can bustle your dress or keep personal belongings. Everything was wonderful. Don't hesitate-book your wedding at Grayhawk Golf Club! -

The best wedding venue ever!
My husband and I had the most incredible experience with Grayhawk! Not only was our wedding day absolute perfection, but the days leading up to it were also incredible! We worked solely with Lauren (SHE'S AMAZING)!! She made sure everything was in order and accommodated us and our guests with no issue at all. She was great with communication and made sure my day was everything I dreamed of! I could not imagine a more perfect venue to get married at! Thank you Grayhawk and Lauren for EVERYTHING!!!! My husband and I recently got married at Grayhawk Golf and we couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out. Extra special care was taken by all the staff (especially Pat) to make sure everything was perfect, from the Ballroom set up to making sure all the florals planted around the Fairway House looked perfect. All the service staff were as nice as could be. I can also say that the food was absolutely amazing!! We gave our guests choices of 3 different entrees and they all came out perfect. For weeks after our friends and guests talked about their meals. There were also some amazing spots for pictures since the grounds are so lovely. Thanks again Grayhawk Golf for the perfect wedding day! -

Grayhawk is the Best Venue and Value in the Valley
Thank you Grayhawk for absolute perfection! I went to over 20 venues in the Valley and the moment I saw Grayhawk Fairway House, I knew this was the perfect choice. I picked it because I thought it was beautiful and loved the intimate nature of the fairway house. I didn't want to be shuttled away from my guests during cocktail hour and loved that the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all flowed and nothing was far away.
Lauren, Pat and the entire Grayhawk team answered my endless questions for a year before the ceremony. The weekend of the ceremony - everything was perfect. The rehearsal went off without a hitch and the wedding day was incredible. All my guests raved about the food, service and beauty of Grayhawk. We rented the Moonball from them for extra lighting outside and it was perfect and so romantic.
The bonus of it all was the value. We got incredible food and service at a great price and all our guests loved every appetizer served during cocktail hour and they raved about the steak - the quality of it and the temperature and way it was cooked.
I'm so glad I picked Grayhawk! Thank you for helping us have our perfect wedding! -

After discovering our previous venue had demolished the building we were supposed to get married in, Pat welcomed us to Grayhawk Golf Club with open arms. Grayhawk is a beautiful place to get married with exceptional customer service (and delicious food). I wish we would have started our search with Grayhawk instead of dealing with the headaches of our previous vendor. I would recommend Grayhawk to any engaged couple. My husband and I got married at Isabella's Kitchen on the Grayhawk Golf Course and it was everything I could have dreamed of. We worked with Pat Tryhus, she was easy to work with and extremely helpful. The location is beautiful. Our food was delicious, we got so many compliments, but above all the staff were wonderful. They friendly, attentive, and respectful to everyone and went so far above and beyond for my husband and I to make sure we were having a great time. -

Grayhawk Golf Club has the most beautiful outdoor views, but also a wonderful planning process. Everything was so easy to organize, the food and drinks are fantastic, and they were super flexible with making our ideas a reality. I felt so confident going into my wedding day, and it went off without a hitch! Although there are 2 wedding locations on site, they were entirely separate and did not have any issues. My ceremony was first, and the start of their guests arriving was not even noticeable, in case that is something you would be worried about. I am so happy I went with Grayhawk! I booked the venue almost 2 years in advance, and it was still the right choice. -

We had the best experience at GrayHawk! After our original venue canceled on us, we were left with a couple of months to find a new venue. Emily and the GrayHawk staff turned this terrible situation into an amazing one. Emily seriously was a life saver. She is so organized, professional but also kind, helpful, and responds to emails quickly. The wedding day itself went so smoothly. The staff was incredible. We got many compliments from the guests on the food, service, and the friendliness of the staff! All you could ask for! Highly, highly recommend GrayHawk for your wedding!!
