Carolyn's provided the food for our daughter's wedding reception. The staff were very professional and were quick to respond to our requests throughout the evening. The food was delicious, served hot, and we received many compliments from our guests. Would definitely recommend this caterer.

If you don’t hire them for your catering you’re missing out. I tried SEVERAL catering companies and I’m so pleased with my choice. The Premier did the food & bartending for our wedding. & they did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Tom was on the ball and got everything perfect down to the detail. The servers were as sweet as can possibly be. They actually were able to see our wedding from the window one of the servers told me and she was just adorable. I think she was just as excited for me getting married as I was. They were extremely accommodating to the picky eaters we had. The bartender knew exactly what we drank when I walked up and she knew I’m not a big drinker and made mine on the lighter side with less alcohol, just how I like it. I can not say enough nice things about Premier.

The food is always fantastic, and they reliably show up on time, often bringing extra goodies that enhance our events. Highly recommend their services!

It was pleasure working with Sabrina/City BBQ for your wedding day! They were very responsive and supportive in making sure we had everything we needed. Our guest loved the food, many many compliments on best "wedding food ever" So glad we decided to go with BBQ. Everyone loves BBQ, all cultures!! We added on the smoked sausage and pesto pasta, too guest favorites!! Helped us stay within budget as well.
