Truly amazing photography team!

Deb & Grant are an amazing duo. They complement each other well and cover the full spectrum to ensure they get detailed close up shots to wide-angled scenic shots and everything in between. Our photos came out so much better than we even hoped they would. Deb & Grant captured who we are in all the different phases of the day and we repeatedly were in awe at how perfect the pictures were. They got the right angles, lighting, expressions--everything! Deb & Grant were a joy to work with throughout the process and we are so overjoyed that we hired them. These pictures are not only incredible, but they are truly priceless!

Absolute AMAZING team

My husband and I still can't believe how lucky we were to have Grant and Deb capture our big day. These two are both so talented and we LOVE our wedding photos. So many people have commented on what a fantastic job they did, and I can't count the number of times I've cried (and my mom and mother-in-law) looking back through the photos from our wedding. Grant and Deb captured EVERYTHING: the small details, the flow of the day, all of our family and friends, and the special moments between my husband and me. They were so easy to work with, organized, eager to communicate, and just genuinely good people to be around. Another thing that I really appreciated was how attuned they were to the guest experience. I have been to so many weddings where the photographer is such a distraction... standing in front of people at the ceremony, not having much situational awareness, etc. Grant and Deb are the complete opposite, yet still managed to get amazing photos of all of the special moments. They also were able to keep us on schedule, despite both of us having large families, so that we could make it to some of our cocktail hour (which was important to us). I cannot give someone a higher recommendation!!

Truly, the best!

Wow! Grant and Deb are absolutely amazing. Our wedding photos were beyond our expectations. The photos were spectacular and captured every moment and more from our amazing day. The turnaround time was great-we had an album with over 650+ images in less than two weeks from our wedding date. Aside from the perfect end product, Grant and Deb were beyond amazing to work with – friendly, funny, professional and true experts. Many of our family and guests have commented on this as well. I HIGHLY recommend working with Grant and Deb, and I can't wait for the next occasion that we can as well! Thank you Grant and Deb – you gave us a gift of reliving our wedding day that we will cherish forever!

Best Photographers in Hampton Roads

Grant and Deb were the perfect photography team for our wedding. After receiving a recommendation from our wedding planner, we contacted them and were invited to their studio to discuss our plans. The moment Grant opened the door and greeted us, we knew we were going to hire this amazing team.

The studio was warm and inviting and Deb brought out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. We clicked with Grant and Deb from the start and the meeting was more like visiting with friends than choosing our wedding photographers.

We agreed to have Grant and Deb take our engagement photos and our wedding photos. Grant and Deb work so well together. They made the engagement photo session a fun and relaxing event at the Mariner’s Museum Park. Our pictures came out beautifully and we received them soon after the photo session so we could upload our favorites to our wedding website and include them in our wedding invitation suite.

On our wedding day, Grant and Deb came to the bridal suite while I was getting my hair styled. They happened to arrive right at the time I was having a bridezilla moment because my hair was not cooperating with my stylist. Grant and Deb were so sweet. They saw that I was in distress and quietly took pictures of my dress and accessories while the stylist and makeup artist solved the mystery of my hair. I included this part of our wedding day in this review to provide an example of how Grant and Deb effortlessly worked through a tense situation.

The “first look”, ceremony and reception were a whirlwind of activity. We put our complete trust in Grant and Deb. With our photo request list and a schedule of events from the wedding planner, they were on top of the event from start to finish. It was a magical day and they captured every moment and every detail. The pictures are breathtaking.

We highly recommend Grant and Deb. You will not be disappointed. They are an amazing team!

More than Photographers!

We simply had the best experience with Grant & Deb. They were amazing in our preparations, amazing during our wedding and most importantly, amazing photographers. I think we were most surprised by how much they kept us smiling, laughing, calm and moving during our wedding. We had the time of our lives at our wedding, it was absolutely unforgettable and our pictures show that. We LOVE Grant & Deb.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH AMAZING THINGS ABOUT GRANT & DEB! They were with us from our engagement, engagement pictures, and to our best day ever. We absolutely adore Grant & Deb. They’ll keep you laughing & smiling through your entire day. Grant & Deb have electric personalities that just radiate warmness - you honestly can’t help but to feel like you’ve known them forever! Not to mention the PHOTOGRAPHS are absolutely positively stunning. Our day was not an easy day for a vendor or a bride! It was about 5 million degrees, 100% humidity, and then hurrican winds and storms hit. Grant & Deb kept me smiling & calm. Grant and Deb are the best! We used them as our photographers for our engagement session and for our wedding! The photos they take are absolutely stunning! My husband and I fell in love with not only their work but with their personalities as well. We definitely are camera shy but the way Deb and Grant can bring you our of your shell is amazing. They are so friendly and their personalities make you feel at ease with them through the entire process. We received our photos in a very timely manner and were so impressed with how both the engagement photos and wedding photos turned out! The photos were so beautiful! Our hardest decision has been trying to pick out our favorites! I would definitely recommend them as their work is stunning and you will not be disappointed to have the talented couple shoot your dream wedding!

From the day we first met with them, Grant & Deb left no doubt in our minds that we had chosen the best wedding photographers Hampton Roads has to offer. They welcomed us into their breathtaking (but still cozy) home studio with tea, introduced us to their dog, and made planning our wedding photography timeline feel like we were catching up with old friends. Their expertise in the wedding industry was evident, and they were able to connect us with several other vendors in the area who turned out to be wonderful. They were easy to keep in touch with by email or text, and their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. During our photoshoots, they put us at ease immediately and kept us laughing through the longer sessions. Some of my favorite photos were candid shots that I didn't remember them shooting! Grant and Deb can truly capture the magic of a single moment in time, and their excitement over the shots they were getting was infectious. Throughout our experience, they were upfront about pricing (we ended up with many, many more high-quality photos than are guaranteed by their contract); we booked about 8 hours of wedding day coverage plus an engagement session with them and it was worth every penny!

Grant and Deb were our first choice for photographers for our wedding, but we were unsure about booking them because they were a little over our budget--but we decided to move our budget around so we could have Grant and Deb and it was SO WORTH IT. Grant and Deb are not only fantastic photographers, but fantastic people. They work great as a team and are a joy to be around. During our engagement shoot, Grant literally gave me the shirt off his back to get the right shot! And they do that for everyone--they bring out the best photos in everyone, are always working to get you a better shot, listen to what you want, and bring your vision to life even more beautiful than you imagined it. The turnaround on our photos was very short, and Grant and Deb communicated very well with us the whole time. If you are on the fence about Grant and Deb--do it! Their presence and photography chops absolutely made our big day.

I have never seen such beautiful photographs. My daughter hired Grant and Deb as her engagement/wedding photographers. We had a blast with the engagement pictures and even more fun with the wedding pictures. I cannot say enough great things about these two. THEY ARE THE BEST!! I meet Deb and Grant at the Vow show in Virginia Beach and instantly clicked with them. They were fun, energetic and in a few short minutes knew exactly what I was looking for.

Having just gone through the wedding planning/budget process here is my advice. SPEND MONEY ON A GREAT PHOTOGRAPHER. You want great photos, you don't know how important your photos are until they are your own. We just got our wedding photos back and my husband and I were completely blown away. They are absolutely beautiful. I still look at them everyday.

Grant and Deb are such amazing people professionally and from behind the camera. Our amazing wedding planner Kelly Cornel (Inspired Events by Kelly), Deb and Grant were definitely the people who made our wedding the best day of our lives. They were worth every penny and I am so fortunate to have made lasting friendships with them.

Please take a moment to check out their amazing photography, you don't just get one amazing photographer you get TWO. They did our Engagement photos, my Bridals, photographed our Rehearsal dinner and our Wedding. It was so easy to access our pictures. Everything is online and organized by event. We had our wedding photos back and organized in TWO weeks!!!!! I know couples who had to wait months with other photographers.

Un-freaking believable

Grant and Deb were my absolute favorite vendors - ever. They are more than a delight to work with and they really went above and beyond for me and my husband Adrian.

Initial Meeting: They have a lovely little studio with TONS to look at so you can get a good sense of their style. They are so unbelievably warm and enthusiastic you feel like you're the only couple they have ever worked with and that you are their number one priority. EVERYONE who met them adore them. Also, their website, payment, invoicing and file download system is the absolute easiest thing ever. I WISH everyone was set up like that.

Bridal Shoot: DAAAAAYYYM, out of this world. The bridal shoot was one my best investments. It actually made me wish I had done my engagement photos with them as well. So focused - and they work together in such a loving way. It's so fun to be part of their process - you will feel so important which is really moving.

Wedding: My heart was so broken when I saw the torrential downpour begin, but they came in with sunny attitudes and did everything to make sure we still had beautiful shots. I'm a designer by trade and also do letterpress in the wedding industry - these two are above and beyond. I work with photographers all the time where I teach design and these two have great instincts and unparalleled technical skill. Exceptional sense of lighting, foreground/background, and composition - you will have an amazing range of photos to choose from. I had my photos in about a week which is LIGHTNING fast.

Conclusion: If you are going to invest your money there are two places to do it - your venue and your photographers. The photos are how you will remember the day- do not balk at paying talented professionals what they deserve. I say this not as a person who works in the industry myself (which I do), but as someone who really feels the money I spent on photos was worthwhile, meaningful, and something to be treasured for a lifetime.

The very first time I met Grant & Deb I was thoroughly impressed with their hospitality, professionalism, and fun personalities. They were very receptive to our whimsical wedding ideas, and even embraced them. During our engagement photo session, Grant spent several cold, grueling hours just to capture the perfect shot to be featured on our fairytale themed invitations. The engagement session was so much fun that I could have frozen to death without even realizing it. All kidding aside, the day of our weeding, Grant and Deb knew just what to do. It’s almost like they had a sixth sense, and the ability to intuitively know how to capture the perfect moment, even when our focus was in a million different places.

Maggie and I even trusted Grant & Deb to challenge our formalities, and decided to have a first look before the ceremony took place. We were hesitant about taking this nontraditional route at first, but we knew that this raw, intimate moment with one another, could only be done with Grant & Deb behind the lens. Im glad we decided to do first looks, because out of all of the photos taken that day, and the collection of astonishing shots given to us after the wedding, those are by far my favorite.

From the first meeting to our wedding day, we felt comfortable with Grant & Deb. They practically blended in with the rest of our family while directing shots behind the scenes. I can't imagine having anyone else share that special day with us. It is evident that they love what they do; and, its contagious to everyone around them. They are the ultimate duo! If you’re going to make memories, do it with Grant & Deb!

They Gave My Fairy Wedding its Magic
I got a hold of Grant & Deb through my parents, being old friends. Never did I believe that I could find photographers for my wedding that made Pinterest look like cell phone pictures! My fairy-themed wedding came alive in the pictures that they took, always capturing the perfect light, perfect angle, and the perfect moment. When taking pictures as well, especially for my husband who is quite camera shy, they were warm, friendly, and casual, allowing him to feel comfortable to be himself! Grant and Deb were nothing short of exceptional. From the moment they invited us into their home where we were greeted with cupcakes and vino we knew it was a match made in wedding planning heaven. They both had such a wonderful energy and we immediately felt comfortable (which is hard for the two of us!). We wanted to do our engagement shoot in Richmond and Grant, Deb and Katie were so accommodating. They shlepted all over the city with us finding the "perfect" shots. There are no words to describe grant and deb. Not only as people but as artists. Pictures were the biggest and most important aspect of the wedding. I spent HOURS researching! I finally stumbled upon grant and deb. I started looking at their work and noticed something different. They captured the moment. It wasn't just a normal "yea lets all smile cause we are dressed up" kind of picture. You could see emotion in every picture that they took. And let's be honest these people are going to be with you all stinkin day. You have to like them. I really don't know anybody on the planet who would not be able to get along with grant and deb. They are so much fun!!!!! And brides and grooms I know you may not want to spend the time taking pictures after the ceremony......just do it. I promise it is so wicked fast and so worth it in the end. My groom HATES getting his picture taken but two weeks later what does he say to me...."Gwynn you were right". Our pictures look like something out of a magazine. There is so much emotion and class to every picture. Ah I'm tearing up just thinking of the pictures. The shots of me and my father I will cherish forever. Grant and deb gave that to me and I will never be able to thank them enough.

Even before my husband and I got engaged, I knew I wanted Grant & Deb to photograph our wedding! We had known Grant & Deb since high school because we went to the same school as their children, so I had been following their photography since they started out. We are so happy that we went with Grant & Deb! They did an amazing job capturing our engagement photos last summer (on an extremely hot day in July), and an even more amazing job capturing our wedding (luckily, on a day with perfect weather this time!). I feel like I relive our wedding day every time I go through the pictures...which I have no shame in saying I've done almost every day since we got the pictures back! Grant & Deb were able to capture every emotion of the day, and our family and friends have had nothing but wonderful things to say about our wedding photography! The only problem, which is the best problem in the world to have, is picking favorites out of all of the pictures they sent us! My husband's first comment after beginning to look at the pictures for the first time was, "How many walls do we have in our house?" because it's so easy to want to hang them all! Photography was the most important thing for me on our wedding day! I was so nervous about finding someone who could understand us and capture that on camera. Grant and Deb were fantastic! They are extremely professional and personable. They even took the time to Skype with my then fiancee who was in Scotland and couldn't be there for our first meeting.

All the time they invest in getting to know you both shows in the photos. They captured us and our story so perfectly. They have a great eye for angles and lighting. Our reception venue had the potential for poor lighting issues, but the photos were clear and beautiful! They took everything into account. During the reception I never even had to think about the photography. They were always in the right place without me noticing. They even stayed a tiny bit longer just to get that perfect sunset lighting that I was hoping for.

Also, the engagement and wedding photos came back in such a timely manner, I was very impressed. It was exactly what we were hoping for and Grant and Deb were the perfect ones to tell our story!

Grant, Deb and Katie absolutely exceeded our expectations not only on our wedding day, but in the year leading up to our wedding as well. We knew as soon as we met them that they were the perfect fit and booked them almost immediately. Personable, organized, fun and talented -- they were the complete package. They took our engagement pictures underneath the cherry blossoms in DC, which turned out to be so beautiful we used them on our invites. They helped my awkward now-husband feel more comfortable in front of the camera, which resulted in natural, gorgeous photos. The day of our wedding, they showed up and were so incredibly organized, and were even able to keep our hectic, crazy, all-over-the-place families in line. It rained HARD on our wedding day and instead of letting me get stressed out about it, they just kept showing me how beautiful the clouds were going to look and took complete control over making sure we got all the pictures I had wanted despite the weather.

In conclusion, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I cried like a baby when we received the pictures and cannot believe the talent and eye these guys have for moments. So many pictures we were like "I can't believe they caught that - we didn't even see them there!", which is exactly what we wanted. We will treasure these photos and our experience with Grant & Deb Photographers for the rest of our lives. Thank you guys!

We couldn't have been more happy with choosing Grant & Deb as our photographers for our wedding day! They made such a great effort to get to know me and my groom, which helped us feel so comfortable and relaxed during both the engagement pictures and the wedding pictures. Also, this should not go unmentioned, we had our pictures a week after the wedding! That made is so much more fun to go through with the wedding and all the details still fresh in our mind! I met with Grant and Deb because of a friend's recommendation. I researched other photographers before our meeting, but I knew right away they were going to be the best photographers to work with. I'm so happy I was right!!!

When I was evaluating vendors for our wedding, I was not only looking at their quality of work but also their professionalism and personality. If you are going to spend a large portion of the most important day with someone, then you want to make sure you get along with them. Grant and Deb are terrific and you will not find a better photographer for your wedding. Also, they are quick to get your engagement and wedding pictures back to you after the wedding, which I know everyone highly values.

Words can even describe how AMAZING it is to work with such FANTASTIC photographers. My husband and I knew we wanted to find that perfect vendor who understood us as a couple and also our vision and gave us photos we could look at for the rest of our lives and share with our kids.

We found Grant & Deb at a local wedding expo show and searched for them on Google so we see their portfolio. We reached out to them, filled out a little questionnaire and set up an appointment to see if we were a match. We felt like part of the family immediately and that they understood what we were looking for on our special day!

Our wedding day came and went super fast and while on our honeymoon in Hawaii we received our photographs via email. I was shocked, thought for sure we would not see them until we returned. OMG is all I have to say, they were beautiful and we were speechless.

I know there are other photographer vendors out there to pick from but this is your day, you want to be comfortable and have a relationship with them, after all they are capturing those special moments that you never want to forget. Grant & Deb are more than just photographers, they have become friends and most of all we consider them family.

Simply the best!
This husband and wife team provides a fantastic experience from start to finish! They're fun and full of energy and creative ideas so that the moments they capture through their lenses aren't like everyone else's wedding pictures - they're yours and they're memorable.
They shot our daughter's engagement pictures with her fiance in historic Williamsburg, VA and they captured the spirit of Lauren and Ben from the first shot. Fast-forward to the wedding day on 9/27 in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and they arrived at each of the houses where the bride and groom were staying to snap those small details like hair and make-up, laughter from friends and family, dressing, jewelry, hugs, etc. They are calm and cool and just make a big event like a daughter's wedding, easy to manuever as they capture your heart on film (you barely even know they're taking pictures...seriously, they're THAT good).
One of the special captures for our beautiful daughter and new son was the sunset on the Sound side after the beach ceremony. The family pictures and newlywed pictures were captured by the ocean and in quick fashion - - this was wonderful because it allowed my husband and I to join the guests while the bride and groom continued with pictures. Grant and Deb quickly shuttled the happy couple over to the golf course associated with our venue for some absolutely gorgeous sunset and silhouette shots. These will be treasured forever as great memories of the beautiful day we enjoyed by the ocean and even moreso as we celebrated the new marriage once the sun went down.
These two are winners - don't miss out on having them capture your son or daughter's special day (or yours, if you're the bride). My daughter did all the planning with them and they made that process incredibly easy to ensure when the big day was here, they knew what to do and made the memories happen.

ABSOLUTELY, HANDS DOWN, THE BEST!!! When my fiance and I were discussing plans for our wedding the most important vendor was the photographer. We found the best!

From the time I met them at the Vow Bridal Show I knew we found a special duo. We met with them prior to the wedding to get to know each other better. It was so nice to hang out and talk with them outside of the wedding setting that can sometimes be stressful. They got to know the 2 of us as a couple and as individuals. Sitting with them that night I felt as if we had known them for much longer than we had.
Having already met, seeing them the day of the wedding was actually like seeing a friend- relaxing and comfortable! Even when I had a nice little melt down they acted like it was no big deal!! ;) Seriously, they were able to make a few comments and had me smiling and forgetting my problem in seconds.
I can't stress enough how awesome it was to have the relationship prior to the wedding day. They made everything so comfortable - it was like having family friends taking pictures. Things like laughing, smiling, acting natural came easy being with Grant and Deb.
We received our collection initially in our email while on our honeymoon!! We were so excited we pulled ourselves away from the sunshine and water to check them out. THEY ARE AMAZING. It's truly hard to put into words how amazing the pictures are. I have gone through our album so many times and find something new in a photo that I didn't see before, find a new favorite photo, or simply cry at how awesome they are. I was amazed at the candid photos they captured! Looking at some of the photos I was like, "I didn't even know they were shooting us then!" We are absolutely, beyond the moon happy with our photos as well as the new friends in Grant and Deb!!

They are awesome! Grant and deb are super fun. They traveled to DC to do our engagement photos and we felt so comfortable with them. Not only are Grant and Deb wonderful photographers - they're also wonderful people! Grant and Deb's photography far exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with their ability to capture the raw emotion of the day's many emotions. The photographs tell a beautiful story of my fairytale wedding day. I will cherish the photographs for many, many years to come. In addition the quality of their work, I was pleased with their accessibility and flexibility. My phone calls and emails were promptly returned, and I when scheduling issues arose, Grant and Deb were extremely accommodating. Working with Grant and Deb on the day of the wedding was similarly easy. They respected--and improved upon--my requests for photographs. They moved effortlessly and quickly through the different poses. My husband and his groomsmen feared a long day of many poses and tiring smiles, but this was not to be, all thanks to Grant and Deb. From the moment I talked to grant and deb we had an instant connection! I was actually calling to stop our appointment bc I felt I couldn't afford everything I wanted done and we had to be within our budget; however, grant said come meet us and we can work with you! My husband and I met with them and it truly felt like we were meeting old friends. They are amazing and worth every penny! They worked with us in regards to cost and payments...very thankful for this as I can't imagine my wedding without them! They are very creative, warm, and personable. My engagement photos left me speechless as well as my family! Seriously I cannot stress enough how happy everyone was once they saw all of the pictures! My wife, Lisa and I met Grant and Deb in 2011 when her cousin was married. We loved their photo's of their wedding and were interested in seeing if Grant and Deb were a good match for Lisa and me.

Grant and Deb invited us over to their house for a consultation. On the way to their house Lisa and I made a pack that no matter how much we liked them we would sleep on it before deciding. About half-way through our meeting with Grant and Deb we looked over at each other and said "ok, we have decided we want you guys"...This was even before we heard the pricing....:)

Grant and Deb are an amazing couple first and foremost which for us was a huge selling point. Their energy is contagious and SINCERE. They are honest and very passionate about the ART of photography. Not, just taking pictures. That was very obvious from the beginning.

We decided we wanted to shoot our photos in NYC and Grant and Deb were gracious enough to come up with a package that included the 2 days in NYC that was very affordable. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The photo's they shot from Central Park to the Brooklyn Bridge were awe inspiring.

We had Destination Wedding at the Sanderling in Duck, NC so Grant and Deb had to travel for our big day. They showed up early and began where they left off in NYC only this time Grant was with the Groomsman and Deb was with the Bridesmaids. They coordinated our first look to make that as special as our ceremony. After the ceremony They split again. Grant taking the pictures of the bridal party while Deb went with the guests to the cocktail hour. Then handled the rowdy but respectful wedding party to perfection.

I normally do not write reviews but I felt I HAD to for Grant and Deb. They were born on this earth to do what they do and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They made our engagement and wedding memories come to life and without them our wedding would not have been the same.

Grant and Deb were an outstanding wedding photography duo!! From the first moment we met them we knew they were the one. It just feels right from the first moment you meet them. We shopped for wedding photographers for about six weeks and knew in the first three minutes of meeting with Grant & Debb that we could not do our wedding without them. They were genuinely interested in our story and worked extremely hard to make sure we had pictures we would be happy with for a lifetime. Along the way, it is hard not to love Grant & Deb just as much as their work, and that, if I can expose a secret...is the trick. By the time you get to the shoots, its four friends having a few laughs and the results are stunning.

Practically speaking, the KNOW weddings. They knew how to talk to the other vendors. They were an invaluable source to go to when you "think" something is going wrong on the wedding day. They attack the wedding day (and all the shoots for that matter) as a team. They have different approaches to photography, so you get the best of two differently minded artists.

I honestly cannot say enough about this pair. Look their photos up...they speak for themselves. Give them an interview and their personalities will certainly win you over.

Grant and Deb are AMAZING! My husband and I were planning our wedding from out of town, after skype-ing with Grant we were sold! Grant and Deb totally put as at ease during our engagement shoot and made us feel like supermodels. They are both so much fun to be around it's hard not to have fun! We had such a blast the day of our Wedding, I was a little nervous about the pictures because it ended up raining but Grant and Deb were so awesome about getting the most perfect pictures and reassuring us that everything was all good. I didn't realize how fast our Wedding day was going to go by, and days after I was wondering how much I missed. The day our CD's came in with all the pictures memories came flooding back. Five stars doesn't seem like enough for Grant and Deb because they went above and beyond all of our expectations. All i can say about these guys is they are truly wonderful people, and beyond amazing photographers. There is so much value in what you purchase with them. My favorite thing was to look through our pictures and see details that i didn't even know were at the wedding. Grant and Deb are AMAZING!!! We searched for our wedding photographer on the internet, and were immediately impressed with the pictures taken by Grant and Deb. We set up a meeting with them to talk over what we were looking for and all of the different options and loved how comfortable they made us feel - we felt like we were old friends, they are so outgoing and fun! We were new to the area so didn't have an exact location for our engagement session in mind, but they suggested a unique idea for us in Richmond - we had so much fun, got all of our nerves about being photographed out of the way before the big day, and got to know their working style. Grant and Deb are both so creative, it is so fun to watch them working together - and they definately aren't afraid to really get involved during the photos shoots - Grant even laid down on the ground to get an awesome shot of us strolling down the street together! They were incredibly accomodating and organized - we met a few more times before the wedding, had lots of email communication, and they also have a great online feature where you can list out specific family photos or group photos that you want to make sure to get at the wedding - on the big day, they worked so hard to get all of those groups of people together without me having to worry about it! Grant and Deb ended up staying pretty much all day on our wedding, and it was really nice to be able to have Deb with the girls and Grant with the guys while everyone was getting ready. They had some really unique and creative ideas for photos that turned out AMAZINGLY! We were blown away with our wedding photos, and were so thankful that they were able to capture all of the special moments throughout the day. They were both a joy to work with, and made us feel that they were truly invested in being with us to share our wedding day and make it the best day ever!!! They are GREAT!!!!!

There are hardly words to say how glad we are that Grantdeb Photographers were our choice in March of 2009. We were immediately comfortable with their fun-loving personalities and willingness to do whatever it took to make sure our day was captured perfectly.

We met them for dinner and not only enjoyed them as people, but really appreaciated the way they took the time to get to know us. They wanted to know our story, our personalities, our quirks and our dynamic as a couple. This made it easy for them to take pictures that reflected who we are and what we felt for each other.

Next, we picked some places to shoot and engagement session. I would really recommend this to anyone who is looking for a photographer. Doing and engagement shoot with the same photographer who will shoot your wedding is awesome because, once again, they learn who you are! Grant and Deb gave us a feeling of ease, when we went to take engagement photos, we felt like we were with friends and that made us comfortable with being ourselves in front of the cameras.

I also loved that Grant and Deb offer two photographers. They are a team and are amazing at what they do! We had fun, made memories, and have some AMAZING pictures to show for it. I look at my pictures from those days and feel like i'm back there, in one of the most amazing moments of my life! I'm so glad!

We included a coffee table album and DVD slideshow in our package and have been INCREDIBLY impressed with the quality of the work they did! Everything is TOP NOTCH!

I would recommend them to ANYONE, and am hoping to use them again in a couple of months when our son comes into the world! We now live approximately 16 hours away from them, but would prefer to use them over any other photographer for our special moments in the future!

We can't say enough good things about Grant and Deb. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism and their overall photography. Most of all however we felt that Grant and Deb weren't our photographers who we had only met with a couple of times before our wedding, but our friends who we had known for years. They make you feel so comfortable and so important as well as making you feel like they're never even taking your picture. We want to stay in touch with them as friends because we think they're just wonderful and friendly people. But they're also amazing photographers. We could not be happier with our photos.

After contracting GrantDeb to photograph our wedding, being blown away by their photos and creativity from our "big day" I finally realize that choosing a wedding photographer is one of the most important decisions you will make when planning your wedding. And I am breathing a sigh of relief that we went with GrantDeb. They seriously impressed us from day one.

The quality of their work is very impressive. They were incredibly easy to work with, and the greatest compliment I can give them is that I feel confident absolutely nothing was missed in the photos of our big day. In fact, many many things were captured that went way above and beyond our "picky" expectations.

They captured our wedding in _such_ a creative way. They didn't simply document each event during the day; they saw what was going on, and they told a story with each shot. We continue to receive many compliments on our wedding photography and are extremely pleased!

When you are in the profession of photography the hardest decision is finding fellow shooters to send your clients to when you don't offer the service they need. When you see the work that Grant and Deb do, your impressed. Then you meet them and you realize their work is great, but the two of them are down right amazing.

When you make the choice of who to hire for those special moments you want someone who is going to deliver great images, but you also need a team that will make GETTING those images a blast. You get that from Grant and Deb.

They are a great team and very talented artists!

Grant and Deb made our day better - it's that simple. Not only did they capture the most special moments in our album, but they also helped keep everything together - seriously. They were fun and organized, and for the most part, we had no idea when they were "shooting" their magic. Truly amazing.

From the first time we met them, we knew they were going to do an awesome job - and we were right.

Grant and Deb are quite possibly the two best photographers in the universe. As far as we are concerned, their keen eyes for composition and catching "the moment" are unparalleled. We're blessed to be able to count them not only as people who worked for/with us as photographers, but also as people who are our friends. We've recommended them to many people since our experience with them, and would recommend them to anyone who asked. They're the best.

Grant & Deb were incredibly easy and fun to work with. We stalked their blog for several months before booking with them and watched their work. Our images are amazing and they make me cry when I look at them in the most beautiful and creative wedding album I've ever seen. This album will be on the top and center of our coffee table displayed with pride for a very long time to come for everyone to see.

Grant and Deb were fantastic - they are a great team and it really does make a difference to have two people for the price of one. They provide digital prints and are very fast with processing - we were still on our honeymoon when they sent us the photographs! The only downside is that they are so busy it can be hard to coordinate dates - we snagged their last available day in May for our wedding. However, they had to cancel our engagement photo for a big photoshoot they had, and we were unable to reschedule due to both of our busy schedules. However, they did give us a refund for the engagement photos, and we would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!!!

There are no words that can express how great these two are.. My daughter choose them for her wedding. Her living out of town was going to make this more complicated to do all our details for the wedding. Deb and Grant did her engagement, bridals and wedding.. There were a complete joy to work with and went over and above anytime we could arrange to meet with them or set up appointments. Their photos are like none I've ever seen.. I expected to pay for pictures and gain memories of the event. Instead we got amazing photos and gained two friends. Anyone who wants professional photos and wonderful people this is the pair for you.. Thanks Deb and Grant for a memories that we will treasure forever

Grant and Deb were wonderful. I am still waiting to get my pictures so maybe I should be holding off to review until then but so far, they have been great and I am doubtful that what I finally receive won't be 100% awesome. They were so much fun on our day, were timely, and captured all of the things we were looking for. Their spunkiness was appreciated, making things light and fun. Up until right before the wedding my husband and I lived around the world so meeting in person proved tricky but we managed to skype with G&D and email enough that they were able to understand the vibe/look of our wedding and the things my husband and I wanted to remember years from now. If I did it all again, I'd still use them!
