We had the most beautiful day and beautiful weather the vineyard was so nice specially once with was decorated it was BEAUTIFUL! Kelsey was a pleasure to work with! I would recommend this place in a heart beat! -

It was our dream day!
We just held our wedding at Grandview Vineyard the first weekend in September! When we first began to dream up our special day my husband pictured a vineyard and I always wanted an outdoor ceremony in the shade!! Grandview was able to accommodate both perfectly! It’s pretty much a blank slate which is perfect for couples who love DIY! Communication with Kelsey was clear and prompt! She even helped me days before in my “floral crisis” with suggestions for places out there! We were told many times how beautiful and fun our wedding was!! We can’t wait to come back to Grandview to reminisce! Thanks for providing a lovely space for our wedding! -

Elijah Sent on 05/04/2018I have had the pleasure of working with Kelsey in planning my August 2019 wedding. She is fantastic! She has been super responsive to all of my questions and very accommodating setting up a time for me to tour the venue. My fiance and I fell in love with the venue as soon as we drove up the driveway. It is like your own little paradise for the day. We also got to enjoy a wine tasting while we were there. Every thing was just right and not to mention they now have a Wine Slushie Machine! we are so excited and can not wait to have our wedding here next year. -
Ashley Sent on 11/15/2017Our friends and family are still talking about how gorgeous our wedding was. The ceremony in the Cove was amazing - it was like our own little world. The vineyard in the background of our reception was beautiful. It made every picture magical! And the best part was Kristin. From the beginning to the end, Kristin was a blessing - she was always so helpful, quick to respond and had great advice. I would not have survived the day of the wedding without her! We have zero regrets about choosing the Vineyard at Grandview for our wedding day - it was perfect.

Kristin was absolutely amazing from the very first day we met her and was a huge help through the planning process. The wine is amazing and everyone could not stop raving about both the wine and the beauty of the location. It was like a scene out of a fairy tale with how green and beautiful it was. Walking down the aisle towards my now husband, I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked and how it made me feel. If I had to redo the wedding I would still pick this location every time and we will absolutely be back again! -

The grove is gorgeous and the reception hall was spacious enough for our party of 100. We had some communication issues regarding the new alcohol packages but that was quickly sorted out, and the day-of coordinator did an amazing job keeping the day moving. We would definitely recommend them. -
Alyssa Sent on 11/15/2017My husband and I envisioned our wedding outdoor and the cove at the Vineyard at Grandview was the perfect location! The cove is super private and surrounded by trees. The ceremony took place in front of an arbor with natural greens growing on it. It was so beautiful in October! Kristin, the wedding coordinator at the venue, was so helpful from the moment we reserved our date through our wedding day. She responded promptly to all of my emails and was present on the wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly.
My only feedback is that the venue only provides one set of chairs. So if you have your ceremony and reception there, you must rent a second set of chairs, which isn't a big deal just something to be aware of when considering budget.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day. The weather was beautiful, and the whole day ran so smoothly. I highly recommend the Vineyard at Grandview to any couple! -

We had a wonderful experience with Grandview Vineyard! We had our wedding there in late June, the cove was lush green and nicely shaded by 3pm. Our day was one of the hottest of the summer, which was a bummer because the venue does not have air conditioning anywhere other than the dressing rooms. However, our guests made do by staying in the shade, of which there was plenty. Additionally, partway through our reception the water shut off at the pavilion, but staff was able to get it running again in an hour. The venue is incredibly versatile and can fit whatever style a couple wants. We love our earthy photos, and have seen beautiful photos of couples who had a more classic vibe to their wedding. Overall, the venue was the perfect fit for us, and we would recommend it to anyone looking to have a beautiful outdoor wedding! -

My husband and I were so excited to get married at Grandview and had an absolutely beautiful wedding there in October. We were initially sold by the natural beauty of the venue and the promise of making it our own with whatever vendors we wanted, as well as the professionalism of their coordinator at the time, Priscilla. Unfortunately, Priscilla left Grandview between our booking and the actual wedding, and there was never a direct point of contact assigned to our wedding for any venue questions. This led to multiple miscommunications between staff members - for example, during our final walkthrough, the guide told us we could bring our decor with us to the rehearsal and that we could spend the allotted hour of that time for rehearsing and light unpacking in the reception area. We loaded an entire U-Haul, drove it to the venue for the rehearsal, and only then were we told by the owner that they’d “never allow something like that” and that we could not unload, adding unanticipated stress on our end. Additionally, a one hour rehearsal time is included in your booking, however the owner also scheduled a venue tour for another couple at the same time, which interrupted our rehearsal and made her completely unavailable for any last minute questions or rehearsal items. She didn’t even check in with us once besides being angry at us for bringing the U-Haul. You are required to have a wedding coordinator of your own for this venue; I’d highly recommend choosing a good one, because you’re otherwise completely on your own. Despite being longtime patrons and supporters of Grandview Vineyard and the community, we were disappointed by the demeanor of many of the staff and how unhelpful the event manager/owner was as a whole. We had two bartenders total for a 150 guest wedding. The line was constant and the bartenders seemed upset at us for it, as if they weren’t made aware of the headcount before the wedding. We always told everyone how much we loved Grandview before our wedding, but unfortunately I do think they’ve lost a few loyal customers out of us after this. I shouldn’t even mention how they rifled through our bridal party’s personal belongings to document “outside alcohol consumption” that went against their contract so that they could hold on to our security deposit…but be warned, they will do so! Now I won’t say our bridal party was completely innocent in this, but the invasion of privacy was a little ridiculous. Overall, our wedding was stunning because WE did the work and hired the vendors to make it such, but as a venue, Grandview is truly below average in customer service and flexibility. If you want an easy, carefree wedding day - Grandview is not the place.
