Emily and the staff at Grande Oaks made our wedding day perfect. Our guests LOVED the view of the oak trees looking out onto the golf course during the cocktail hour and would not stop talking about how great the food was. We are so happy with our decision to hold our reception at Grande Oaks. Thank you Emily and all of the staff for making our wedding day the best day ever!

Grande Oaks was the most beautiful venue for our wedding. Emily worked with all of our requests & made sure everything was perfect. From the first time we viewed Grande Oaks, we knew everything about our wedding would be perfect. Not only the scenery, but the apparent dedication from all the staff, really helped make our experience with Grande Oaks one to remember for a lifetime. I’m not one to be thrilled by the atmosphere of a place, but when I walked into Grande Oaks, the day of our wedding, I was truly taken back by how beautiful everything was. Everyone at Grande Oaks always greeted us with smiles & a helpful hand. Every step of the way, from the tour to the day of was a pleasant experience. The food was also AMAZING! By far, the absolute best wedding food we’ve had. Thank you so much Emily & the Grande Oaks staff for an amazing wedding!

What can we say about Grande Oaks? Maria and the staff were incredible...we had an amazing wedding that didnt meet, but EXCEEDED our expectations that we had. My wife and I wanted to have a wedding that was "un"-South Florida...and we found that locale in Davie, of all places. The century old Live Oaks and beauty of the course made us feel we were in a place more like Georgia or the Carolinas and less South Florida. The history of this course (it was used in Caddyshack!) only added to the incredible ambieance of this place.

...and then there's the food. Chef Mark and his team in the kitchen blew our guests away with the food served...we've heard nothing but high praise about it. Mac n cheese bar, Southern comfort food staples...chef took our ideas and made them so much better. "Best food I've ever had at a wedding" is the common praise we've received. I've been to weddings before, and it's normal to send a nice "Had a great time" message the following day, but never have I seen so many compelled to praise the venue, the fun, and especially the food. If Grande Oaks is an option, make it your CHOICE--you wont regret it.

Grande Oaks Golf Club was absolutely beautiful and the perfect venue for our wedding. We worked with the Event Director, Maria, who was friendly and very down to earth. She provided a number of different menu options for us to choose from and gave us ideas on how to get the most bang for our buck. The food was delicious and our guests raved about how amazing the food was. This venue is perfect for those that want a sophisticated, outdoor ceremony, under a grove of oak trees, classic cocktail hour on the Southern Plantation style wraparound patio and an elegant reception dinner in the dining room. The staff was really professional and just made our night!

Beautiful venue and great staff, everyone from Maria and Mayra, to the wait staff at our reception. Highly recommend this beyond beautiful location for any wedding!

To say that Grande Oaks Golf Club is amazing does it no justice; no words could express how incredible the scenery is and how it makes you feel. Our pictures speak volumes to how gorgeous the oak trees and club house is. The Grande Oaks staff is also terrific. Maria and Mayra are the best! They are so genuine and were fun to work with! The Grande Oaks crew has been accommodating and beyond with such a unique style that is hard to come by and certainly not something to pass up! The food was amazing and and we are over the moon with how our pictures turned out with the magical view of the sun setting on the course. Friendly, flexible, and guaranteed pictures that will blow you away. We are so exciting to show these off! We love Grande Oaks Golf Club!

Maria and everyone at Grande Oaks made sure that everything was PERFECT!!! The food was AMAZING!!! every single guest commented on how good the food was!!!! the night went off without a glitche thanks to all the hard work of everyone involved there. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND this venue!!

While searching for a wedding venue, I pretty much visited ALL country clubs in the Broward and Dade counties and many banquet halls and hotels, but the Grande Oaks stole my fiancee's and my heart.
This was the best choice by far for our wedding! The place is absolutely beautiful, the huge Oak trees outside make the pictures amazing, and the service is great.
My wedding ceremony was outside by the Oak trees at about 6 pm and the weather was perfect, the sun was still up, and the lake view was stunning. The reception was inside and everything was how I had planned with Maria.
Maria is a great event planner, she took care of all details and made sure she knew exactly what my fiancee and I wanted!
All our guests LOVED the place, the wedding, the food and the atmosphere.
This was the wedding of my dreams and I owe a lot to my venue.

Grande Oaks is a phenomenal place to have a wedding reception. It took us all of about 10 minutes of a tour around their facility to fall in love with it. Luckily, they had our date open and we jumped on booking it. It has a number of great things to offer - the food was fantastic (especially the filet mignon), the ambiance was exactly what we were looking for, and the main room and outdoor veranda left little to be desired. We received so many great compliments from our guests who enjoyed the setting and the experience from the moment they walked into our cocktail hour. Even some of the pickiest people we know had a great time. :-)

Above all, it was our experience with Maria, the Grande Oaks Wedding Coordinator, that made us feel so comfortable. From the first time we met with her, she put our minds at ease. She was so easy to work with, she had great ideas, and she was very thorough. Her patience, flexibility, and professionalism really helped to round out the first class experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Notes - This location offers one of the best sunset backdrops in the tri-country area (viewable from the main room and the veranda). If you work with the right photographer, you will receive some of the most memorable and unique wedding photos you can imagine. It is truely a hidden treasure. Finally, we would recommend considering the dual entree, if available (we choose mahi mahi and filet mignon). Both were really really good.

Wow, what an amazing wedding is all I can say. I couldn't of done it without Maria G, event coordinator at Grande Oaks. She really made it more than I could have imagined. Grande Oaks is a rich and classy place. If "Elegance" is what you're looking for, this is your place. The rolling hills on the golf course is to die for and you get that view from floor to ceiling windows in the reception room. You will get unbelievable pictures (used Elegant Occasions, great photographer & DJ) from this location. And the sunset, what can I say, just take a look at some of the pictures on this site or the Grande Oaks website. The picture are "REAL". I am the latin looking bride. The food is Phenomenal, and I'm not exaggerating. Everything is delic... We went with the Filet Mignon and chicken plate with garlic mash & vegtables. Super tastey. We had nothing but compliments all night long and even til this day. Every penny spent is well worth it. I miss that day. The staff and service is "EXCELLENT". I can keep going and going, but you'll only find out if you call Maria. The minute you see the location and meet Maria, it will be an easy decision. Good Luck!

We would highly recommend Grand Oaks Golf Club to anyone planning a wedding or other social event. Maria Gerecitano was a pleasure to work with as she and her staff were both very professional and accomodating. The setting is perfect for an evening wedding and the food was exceptional. We received many positive coments form our guests and we were very pleased with the sevices provided.
