I cannot say enough GREAT things about Grandasia!! Years back I got a prom dress from them which was amazing and most recently my wedding gown. Jack, Phi, Jasmine and all the staff are very welcoming, kind and very accommodating! They truly offer best service around, they make you feel like extended family and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is more than perfect. I felt like a celebrity when searching for the perfect dress. I cant thank everyone at Grandasia enough for making my dress search the easiest, stress free part of my wedding planning so far! The prices are unbelievable, for the selection and quality of service that they offer. If I could give them 100 stars for a rating I totally would! A definite must visit!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and treated like a VIP guest. I was immediately introduced to people, and made to feel like family. I was able to browse through the dresses, pick the ones I liked, tried them on and boom! I found my dress! They were so easy going, loving, and personable. After I found my dress they played their music and made a HUGE deal out of the moment. I got a great deal on the dress and my beautiful cathedral length veil. My first bridal appointment at Davi'ds Bridal was awful, but they made up for it. I will return for my BM dresses!

This is by far the best wedding dress buying experience I ever had. The associates were extreamly friendly and willing to help me with any questions I had with finding a dress. I ended up finding the one and the way they congratulate you when you find the one is hilarious and exciting! The whole dress shop was clapping and cheering, customers coming out of their dressing rooms to see! It was the best experience I had. Ms V was amazing every time I had to come in for a fitting, listens to your requests and makes you feel comfortable. By my last fitting, the dress fit like a glove and I could not be happier. They put a lot of effort into making sure your happy and satsfied. I would give them over 5 stars if I could!

The most caring, amazing dress shop I have ever ben to !! I originally bought a different wedding dress and while I was at the shop with my little sister for her dress fitting, I fell in love with my dream dress and bought it !!!!! The owner Lee and her staff treat you like family and always go over and beyond for every one of their customers !! I highly reccomend Grandasia !!!!! Their prices are amazing also !!

My Mother of the Bride dress purchased at Grandasia was perfect! There was a large selection to choose from and all were reasonably priced. The shop itself has a very welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. Being petite my dress needed alterations and all work was impeccable. It was a wonderful stress free experience and I highly recommend Grandasia!

It was my first and only stop and I could not have asked for a better experience. I've only been engaged for a week and my family and I stopped in just to look but didn't have an appointment. We thought we might get a chance to browse a bit but the staff was immediately welcoming and attentive and brought us right down to review a large selection. We started out just looking but within no time I was trying on gowns and the wonderful staff was right there to help me in and out of dresses, taking in and pinning to really give me an idea of how it would fit me. I fell in love with a gown (it was actually the second one I tried on) and the whole store celebrated with me. I was a wonderful experience and I am excited to cross this off my list. I found my gown :)

Words can't describe how pleased I am with my experience at Grandasia. From the very first appointment looking at dresses to the final fitting, the staff at Grandasia were nothing but 100% accommodating.
In addition to my bridal gown, my mother got her dress here, and my sister got her bridesmaid's dress here as well! We could not be more satisfied with our experience here, honestly. I can't thank the staff here enough for taking such good care of us and helping to make my wedding this past weekend so special. Everyone is still complimenting me on how beautiful the dress fit, and how awesome my mom and sister looked. A+++. Thank you all so much- you're wonderful!

Grandasia Bridal is the absolute best place to get your wedding gown and prom dress. I have been in different stores no one was good as grandasia Bridal. First of all, it has the best customer service. The staff is super friendly and not pushy like at some other stores. Second the price is the cheaper than everywhere. I bought my wedding gown there and I asked them to make a jacket for my dress and Mrs. Phi made a wonderful jacket. Everybody loves my dress. I highly recommend to any one!

I would highly recommend this place! I found my dress here and at a great price and I am a picky bride for sure. There was great selection and the staff is so kind. They remember your name and are so accommodating. The owner helped with my alterations and was there during my fitting. A very friendly and homey atmosphere!

The customer service here is amazing! They really make it all about you and will do anything to make you comfortable and happy. I arrived for my appointment early and it wasn't a problem at all. I met the owner, the head seamstress and most of the workers there and everyone was beyond helpful. I did not end up getting my dress here but would definitely return for other important events in the future.

Grandasia Bridal in Quincy is amazing. First of all, the accommodations that they are willing to make with you are fantastic. I showed my mom a picture of my “dream dress” and she reached out to a few places, including Grandasia, and they were the only company that could get it. Also, on my last dress fitting I had an entourage of the most important women in my life, and they had the “diamond suite” ready for us, no questions asked. The staff is so friendly and warm and the seamstress was outstanding. This was literally the dress of my dreams and they did everything they could to make it perfect on me. My husband and I got married in Venice, Italy and they helped me pack the dress up so that it would get very minimal wrinkles traveling and now they are cutting the dress into a high-low for our celebration with family and friends! I HIGHLY recommend Grandasia, they are phenomenal.

My hairstylist recommended that I try Grandasia, 3 of the girls there had found their wedding dresses at this store. The bridal salon owner, Ms. Phi, actually opened the store during their vacation to assist me (I needed an appointment on a specific day, as my best friend was only in town then). I was beyond thrilled with the level of service that I received here, Ms. Phi and her associate were so kind, they made it such a great experience. The store is huge, very extensive selection of dresses. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for the perfect dress.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The day I shopped for my wedding gown they doted on me and helped me find the perfect dress in just an hour. Their selection is stunning and prices are beyond reasonable considering the level of intricacy, detail, and quality in their dresses. My fittings were quick and accurate. Even when I lost a bunch of weight the 2 weeks before my wedding, the wonderful alterations team took in my dress with just days to go before my event and they didn't blink an eye. I visited this shop in April 2016 on a whim during my visit home in Boston, where our wedding will be. We stopped off of the train and my mom & I thought we would go in Grandasia and check it out since we had read about it online. I didn't have an appointment on a Friday afternoon but I was greeted by Karena at the front door and this is where the amazing experience began. Never once did I feel pressured in buying a wedding dress. She asked me what I was looking for and what my budget was and she professionally began locating dresses for me and encouraged me to browse as well. With my wedding in August of this year, I was immensely concerned that I would have a difficult time finding a dress off of the rack. About two hours (and 10 dresses) later, I narrowed it down to the dress that was perfect for me. On another customer service note, Karena noticed that the zipper in the back was slightly flawed, so their seamstress replaced the entire zipper at no extra cost. I had the dress in my possession in pristine condition two days later. This was the first store I went into to try on dresses and I ended up falling in love with Grandasia's impeccable five star service and the dress of my dreams. I am truly grateful and highly recommend this family-owned business over the large bridal shop chains who likely will not put their heart and soul into your experience as the consultants at Grandasia do. I could not imagine going anywhere else and encourage mother's of the bride, bridesmaids and brides to make an appointment and see for yourself how stress-free finding a dress can really be.

What a spectacular experience. As the mother of the bride, we went to many shops in and around the Boston area and went to Grandasia on a whim whilst in the Quincy area one day. They opened privately for us and we worked with the owner (Phi) directly. She took time out of her very busy day and administrative responsibilities to show us around the store and hand pick dresses- giving us her undivided attention for two hours. She even followed up with emails- special ordering gowns from the designer I was most interested in. They were welcoming and kind- the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would absolutely without a doubt recommend Grandasia to any bride. They made us feel like family and like they were there to serve. They made our bridal experience something to remember forever.

Made an appointment at Grandasia for Saturday but found myself in the neighborhood the Wednesday before in the afternoon. They didn't open until 12p but the owner and gentleman at the front allowed me and my mother to browse the wedding gowns whilst the store was still closed. The owner spent close to 1.5 hours helping me look through the racks, try on gowns and pin and fit them perfectly on me. We chose two that are going into the final round of choice this weekend. GREAT, great place. Awesome customer service and spent a LOT of time with personalized approach.

I received fantastic service, affordable alterations, and most importantly, a beautiful wedding dress from Grandasia. From my first appointment to my last fitting, I received personalized attention from a professional, friendly staff that made sure I loved my dress. The affordable prices at Grandasia rival those of the bridal chain stores, but the selection and quality far exceed anything I had seen anywhere else. Since I first tried on gowns, they've moved into a larger space that accommodates even more dressing rooms and a wider selection of dresses. Grandasia is definitely worth a visit for any bride to be!

I wish I could give Grandasia TEN stars!!! The week before my appointment, I had gone to another bridal boutique on the South Shore, & was treated so poorly, I was dreading continuing my search for a dress. But my experience at Grandasia was the complete opposite!!! Ms. Phi, Stephanie, and the rest of the staff we dealt with were fantastic on every level. Welcoming, friendly, attentive, and patient, they really made my Mom and I feel special. And they had an amazing selection of gowns! Of course, the one I fell in love with was discontinued, and one size too small but Ms. Phi said not to worry. They actually redesigned the back of the dress & not only did it fit like a glove, but the incredible detail they added made it even MORE stunningly beautiful! I can't say enough about how skilled their alterations staff are! I purchased my shoes and veil there as well. I was also able to get 5:30pm appointments for my fittings which made things so much easier, with my job being over an hour away. Shopping for my dress from Grandasia with my Mom was one of the BEST experiences I had during the entire wedding planning process!!! If I ever need an evening gown down the road they will be my first stop!!!!

Phi is simply amazing!! She, and everyone is the shop, has ben so great to me and my family. My sister bought her wedding gown from her two years ago for her August 2014 wedding (which she was over the moon about- her review is here somewhere!) and I knew I had to go to Phi for my gown for my July 2016 wedding. I am not teeny like my sister and she had a wide variety for my try on and zip up, too! When trying on, between Stephanie and Phi, they made the oversized gown fit like it’s been tailored to you for you to be able to get the whole picture. This was only my second time putting on gowns and by the end I knew I had found my dress. I ended up coming back and buying that one along with an added belt. When I put it on again I had fallen in love with it even more! Phi works magic! She makes the dress of your dreams- within your budget!!

When it came time for alterations, Phi was once again extremely flexible with scheduling. Phi made my dress fit perfectly, making me feel like a princess! And the work the seamstress did on my dress was beautiful.

Every time we walked we felt special. As soon as we walked into the shop, we were greeted with warm hellos and friendly hugs. Everyone is flexible and accommodating.

There are not enough words to express my happiness and gratitude. I wish I could post a picture with my review!

I can't say enough good things about Grandasia! I worked with Stephanie for two hours this past Sunday while she patiently helped me try on 8-10 gowns and try a couple of them over and over. I never felt pressured to make a decision, but I did end up deciding on a dress that day.
The next day, I was looking at photos of the dresses I had tried on (yes, you're allowed to take pictures!) and realized I had changed my mind and wanted a different dress I had tried on. I got in touch with Phi when the store re-opened today, and she went out of her way to make sure I got the dress I wanted. She got in touch with the manufacturer and canceled the original dress order for me, and she set an appointment up for me to go in tomorrow and order the dress I realized I wanted. I had already paid a deposit, and the store clearly states that all sales are final, so although I realized right away that I had picked the wrong dress, Phi had no obligation to do this for me. It really shows that she isn't just looking to make a sale; she really wants brides to be happy and feel beautiful on their big day. From what I've heard, it's rare that a store is able to change or cancel a wedding dress order, so the fact that Phi was willing to try for me speaks volumes, and I'm so fortunate that it worked out and that I'll be able to get my dream dress! Definitely planning to get all of my alterations and accessories from Grandasia, and I'll be recommending them to all of my friends when they get married!

I had multiple wonderful experiences at Grandasia. I bought my high school prom dresses there when the shop first opened and I just recently purchased my wedding gown there. I didn't know what kind of wedding dress I would like and the staff were very accommodating in finding the perfect dress for me. I had a wonderful experience with Grandasia. I purchased my wedding dress and had all of my alterations done through them. I first walked into the store unsure if I was going to set up an appointment or not and I was hooked as soon as I first spoke to the employees. They were friendly and very accommodating throughout the entire process. During my appointment my bridesmaids and I were able to pull out and try on as many different gowns as we wanted and eventually I said yes to the dress. I had four fittings and several different alterations and the final product was stunning. My dress came out amazing and the price for all of the alterations was much cheaper than I had expected. I strongly recommend this shop!

This boutique is worth the drive! I live and work north of Boston, so for me there was always a lengthy commute to get to Grandasia. It took probably a total of 6-7 trips to get my gown just right. I am very particular on fitand Miss Pi, Stephanie and the staff were extremely accommodating. I felt secure in that they would help me work my gown to the exact fit and comfort level that would make me feel like a million bucks at my wedding. And they did this with patience and expertise :) I had actually found my dress at another boutique, however their customer service left much to be desired. I made a phone call to Grandasia and from there out they helped me through every step. They are true professionals! I would recommend them to any and every bride.

I went wedding gown shopping with my daughter and her maid of honor. The sales lady couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. She helped my daughter pick out gowns that matched her style and her budget. They allowed her plenty of time to try on a variety of dresses and we never felt rushed or pressured. They have a huge selection and their prices were very reasonable. When my daughter said "Yes to the dress" all of the sales people and the owner began applauding. They even rang a gong to celebrate! It was such a nice experience.They have a large try on area that is all yours and do all they can to make the process run smoothly. They do all of the alterations on site. They have all of the accessories you could ever hope for. The owner is an absolute delight. I just can't say enough about this place. Do yourself a favor and go to Grandasia when shopping for your wedding gown.

I bought my wedding dress at Grandasia and I must say the whole experience was great! I highly recommend this store to brides on the hunt for their dress.

I initially came here because I saw they carried Justin Alexander dresses (I was on the hunt for a specific one), had good reviews, and they were conveniently very close to my apartment. I had driven past it numerous times and didn't realize they had such a nice selection of wedding dresses since their main display focuses on prom attire. Their little bridal boutique in the back was adorable and all the staff was attentive and really helpful. It was extra fun when I "said yes to the dress" and they brought in everyone who was in the store to celebrate and rang a gong, definitely not something you'd get at David's Bridal!

I didn't need to get alterations on my dress so I can't comment on their alterations department. I will say they didn't try to up-sell me on alterations or accessories, which is always nice.

All in all, I highly recommend Grandasia!

I am thrilled I listened to my sister when she told me I should try looking for my dress at a boutique. I went to major stores and I didn't get the personalized attention I got at Grandasia. I got the star treatment you see girls get on tv. I literally felt like a queen! The staff were polite and vey friendly. The shop owner Phi was so flexible and worked with my short time frame. She made excellent suggestions and helped me find a dress for under $1000. I loved my dress, it fit like a glove and made me feel absolutely gorgeous!

Grandasia was a bride's dream store where the bride will find her dream dress. I had the opportunity to get referred to this store after my horror story of other locations. After arriving, I described my dream dress to the staff and she pulled 4 dresses from the lot. She said try these 3 on first and then try this one last because you will pick this dress! And she was right! I fell in love. I bought the dress that day!

Grandasia's staff were very pleasant, responsible and caring. They offered water to the brides and gave a separate space for each fitting thereafter. No matter if I came with one friend or five, staff would help to accommodate the fittings. The hem was perfect. Even after my unusual choice in dress style, staff were able to bustle it after countless attempts at perfection. Well worth the wait! Grandasia is awesome and the staff are so dedicated and deserve many more brides!

My best friend got her dress here and when I called they didn't have any open appointments but "fit me in". I had 4 other appointments that day but the last dress I tried on here, I loved!! I had a very tight budget they worked with me so I canceled all my other appointments and brought that dress home that day!!

I absolutely love this boutique. Ms. Phi is divine- and words can't express how wonderful her staff is. I bought my gorgeous dress here, and had the tailoring done at the store. Everything was perfect. When you're stressed out about everything else wedding related, it's great to find the one place that gets it right- everytime.

Like a previous reviewer, I found my dress in my home state where the wedding is going to take place, but it was impractical to get it there. I came upon Grandasia because they had the same dress in stock. I can't say enough good things about my experience there-- I had three fittings before I picked up the dress, and Ms. Phi and her staff were so gracious, kind and professional. Alternations there are a great price, too. They have a tremendous selection and the store is really neat.

You will NOT regret buying your wedding gown from Grandasia!

I was hunting for a qipao for my wedding and Grandasia has the best (and best value) selection by far in the Boston area. The also offer quick, on-site tailoring, which is crucial given the need for qipaos to fit perfectly. Overall, a friendly, full service experience that gave me a beautiful, well-tailored qipao at a fraction of the price of the custom-made options offered elsewhere in Boston and New York!

As the mother of the groom, I have been very anxious about finding the perfect dress. I wanted something stylish, yet simple and elegant. I found it at Grandasia. The staff was so helpful and respectful of my wishes. I had been looking in department stores and found nothing I liked. Grandasia had exactly what I was searching for. The quality is outstanding. They were patient and never pressured me at all. They helped me select the perfect color to blend in with the wedding color scheme. I can't recommend them enough! They made me feel like a very special person.

Hidden Gem on the South Shore. Beautiful selection of wedding dresses and professional customer service. Very reasonable prices. No need to go north of boston when this is so convenient and very unique dresses. Not all off the shoulder wedding gowns like most stores. Very classic and elegant selection.

Grandasia Bridal is amazing! They have a great selection of wedding gowns and are so helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. My alterations came out perfect and were very fairly priced. I also purchased my gorgeous shoes from there that match my dress and sash perfectly!! I am so pleased with my experience at Grandasia Bridal.

I have had the pleasure at visiting this establishment and all I can say is WOW to the customer service I have received.. First to the very sweet girl who helped me pick out wedding dresses. She was all about catering to my every desire and never made me feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. Second although I did not purchase a dress at there establishment.. I am however getting my alterations done with them.. I was never made to feel guilty that I had someone else's dress but made to feel happy that I found what I was looking for. Although they are change their terms to do outside alterations they made an exception for me. WOW.. The gentlemen who greets you is very kind and is all about his customers.. I must say as a senior executive working in the retail industry myself, that it was very refreshing to receive the service that I did.. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.. Thank you for make me feel special..

Excellent customer service and great prices. I bought my Justin Alexander dress today and I was treated like a princess! I called to make a last minute appointment and they fit me right in and when I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late they were very gracious. I had their undivided attention the entire visit. They even helped me take pictures of my dress before I purchased it! The alterations were offered at the most reasonable price I have been offered. And my dress was almost 100 less than another local boutique it was sold at. And even the veils were way more reasonably priced! Can't wait for my dress to arrive!!!

Look no further than Grandasia-the collection has something for Everyone-as mother-of the groom I was simply delighted with the choices and found a beautiful dress immediately. The staff graciously accommodated me as the time of the wedding was only two months away. The dress arrived on schedule, with one week to spare and the fittings went smoothly. I'm updating an earlier review (which was a rave based on my experience shopping my wedding dress). This review is another rave, but discusses my experience looking for a mother-of-the-bride dress with my mom.

After looking online and in stores for quite some time, my mom was beginning to think she would never find anything that fit, was comfortable, and looked great. We should have started at Grandasia. The first dress Chelsea pulled ended up being "the dress," not to mention a million times better than anything we had seen.

As I've come to expect the customer service was perfect. More than that, everyone is genuinely nice and eager to help. I love this place. Such a find.

I had been obsessed with the Justin Alexander line since I began looking at wedding dresses. Grandasia was the closest place to me that carried this line so it was a perfect location. The day we were going to Grandasia for my appointment we were running a little late so my sister called panicking to see if it was okay if we arrived a little later, they literally told her to take a deep breath, relax and that we'll get there when we get there. From the moment we walked in we felt so comfortable. One of the first things we were told was that they were there to help us find the gown of our dreams whether we found it there or not. We were so taken care of and felt very at home and comfortable so much that we acted like we were a team walking around pulling dresses (both bridesmaid & wedding gowns). Every person in there went over and beyond to help us in anyway possible. We fell in love with a bridesmaid dress and a Justin Alexander wedding gown. The only thing that stopped me from the wedding gown was me wanting to get to my ideal weight to get a more realistic look of how the dress will look on the day. All in all I would DEFINITELY recommend Grandasia even if you just need some ideas.

I went to several dress shops looking for the perfect dress for my son’s upcoming May wedding, but was unable to find a dress that wowed me until I went to Grandasia. I had seen online that they carried dresses by Jade, a designer that I liked very much. Unlike other stores that just had a few Jade dresses, Grandasia had several to choose from. I was able to find a Jade dress that was different from the one I wore to my daughter’s wedding a few years ago, yet still stylish, not frumpy, as many mother of the bride/groom dresses can be. The employees at Grandasia were very helpful, treating me like I was the only customer in the store, bringing me suggested gowns and fitting them to me with clips like a glove. I cannot say enough about Phi, the manager. Her expertise and friendliness were unmatched in my dress hunting experience. I ordered my dress and can’t wait until it arrives!

Grandasia was a hidden gem. I was getting frustrated when trying to find the "perfect" dress and Grandasia was where I found "the one"!! A lovely Justin Alexander gown. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to my mother and I--especially Sarah and Phi. They took their time to clip and even pin each dress my mother and I tried on. This gave me an accurate idea of what the dress could potentially look like. After trying on many dresses at other stores I was getting a bit confused. Phi and Sarah offered their knowledge and feedback, which really helped me make a decision. I had the whole place to myself for the first couple of hours, which made it a very personal and enjoyable experience. We spent over three hours there and there was never a time where I felt rushed or pressured. My mother ended up getting her dress there too and I am going back for the bridesmaids dress fitting as well! Phi was also very prompt in returning all my emails with additional inquires. Great experience and great staff! Highly recommend to other brides!

I could not say enough about my experience at Grandasia! After doing a lot of research on where to begin my dress hunt, I came across Gransasia, which is in a very convenient location for me being I live in Quincy. I went with 6 people, I was worried it was too many and they said i could bring whoever I want, with no limitation on the number guests! We had the ENTIRE to store to ourselves! It was so private and special. After trying on multiple dresses I kept going back to the same one and I could not leave the store without getting it!! It was a true celebration. Everyone in there was kind, accommodating and Phi knew so much about the dresses and styles! Although I came out with a dress that was nothing that I planned on or expected, I could NOT be happier! I could not have asked for a more perfect experience when trying to find my wedding gown at Grandasia. The staff was friendly and polite and extremely helpful. They let my mom take pictures of every dress I tried on and made it a very exciting and special experience when I said "yes" to my dress. I left the store relieved and feeling like a million bucks. My fiancé and I finished looking at a reception venue early and called Grandasia to see if we could come over for our appointment ahead of schedule. They said not a problem, we can accommodate you. I was a surprised by the layout of the store at first, very different than a typical bridal store. I was promptly greeted and introduced to the staff. I was given a “how we work here session” by a young intern who knew her stuff. They let us browse the dresses, without limiting the time or the number of dresses I could try on. I had already been to several stores so I knew what I liked and didn’t like at this point. They offered to take dresses off the walls and manikins if I wanted. The intern was very attentive without hovering. Once I started trying dresses on, they brought out cold bottled water for us. The intern and other staff was readily available to zip me up, clip me in, and place veils on my head. They encouraged us to take pictures and gave me plenty of time for each dress. There was no pressure from anyone at any point to purchase anything- which was fantastic! Once the other bride had left (keep in mind, we were almost two hours early for our appointment), I was given the full attention of all three staff. A dress I knew I would not like was suggested; I tried it on just to see. It was a little hard to politely say no thank you because it was so highly encouraged. But once I found my dress, none of that mattered!

I called in first, and a very warm voice picked up. He answered my specific questions concerning renting a traditional Chinese wedding dress Qipao. He even gave me detailed instructions on how to get there. This is a good start so I went in the next day when they opened at 12pm. The store is easy to target with big displace windows. I was a little lost with such a huge store. Immediately a gentleman came to help us. He even recognized my voice and remembered my name from the phone the day before. He kindly led me to the room with a large selection of qipao. The owner Phi came along with a big smile and introduced me to different sections, in terms of style and price range. With her help, I got some great choices.
Chelsea with measuring tape on the neck took me to the bridal fitting room. She was so patient and gave me genuine suggestions on the dresses. She did not rush me to do anything and showed great understanding of me trying so many dresses to get to the right one. I loved one of them so much but it did not have my size…I was so upset. Two older lady came together to see if they could modify it but after careful exam they did not think it was possible to have me fit in while keep it in good shape. I was thinking wearing nubra to save space but they said Qipao would not look at elegant that way. I was so sad but at the same time thinking they are so honest and think for my best instead of just trying to sell.
Chelsea suggested two others she saw with a different material. At that point, I was willing to try anything but I was almost sure nothing will look better than the one before. I was wrong!! I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and selection at Grand Asia! I found them on the Internet with mixed reviews, but it was a local business close to where I live so I made an appointment anyway. I am SO glad I did! I went with my mom and 3 bridesmaids to several stores and the previous appointment ran long and there was a ton of traffic. We were going to be VERY late. I called to tell them I understood if they couldn't see me, but the gentleman that answered the phone told me: "relax dear, just come in, we'll be here." I was impressed with the large corner store with gorgeous dresses in the window and classical music as a greeting; it really set the mood. I wanted my girls to look for their dresses first; they have a huge selection! With help from their incredible staff, who even plugged in my dying iPad, my girls found something that looked great, came in my color, and was reasonably priced! As for my dress, they have an amazing collection of Sincerity by Justin Alexander, which I fell in love with. I tried a few on that were very nice but not THE one. I left the first time with no dress. I returned a few weeks later after seeing a Sincerity dress online and Phi was delighted to see me gave me a big hug! I asked if they had that particular dress; they didn't but they could order it sight unseen; I'm not that daring! Since they had made such a wonderful impression and were so friendly and welcoming, I wanted to give them my business. I found the dress at another store tried it on, loved it, and went back the next week to order it! They also do alteration which are very reasonable! My dress has not come in yet but I can't wait to go back to the store and see Phi and my dress in a few months; I also am going to check out their selection of shoes! Grandasia has made the dress search a one stop shop. I wish I had started there in the first place!

I went into Grandasia having already purchased my dress at a chain store - and they were more than gracious to take it in for alterations. The whole alteration consultation process was easy, as Phi and the staff are very attentive. Phi worked with me to help make the perfect adjustments for the gown giving amazing advice on how to make the best alterations for the style of dress. And the price was MORE than reasonable!

Also, my mother even found HER perfect dress while we were there and it is simply gorgeous - and my mother is tough to please. ;-)

I will recommend this store for any and everyone looking for a dress for weddings or proms or any other formal event. I was so pleased with all of the help and the work they did!

I ordered my 2 bridesmaids dresses from Phi in Grandasia. I placed my order over the internet as I live in Ireland. I received the dresses last week and they are absolutely perfect. The quality of them is top class. I had seen these dresses originally in a bridal store in Ireland but because the dresses were so expensive I had no choice but to forget about them or to try find them on the internet & chance ordering them this way,which, lets face it, can be very risky.
However, there is NO risk involved with shopping with grandasia, any query I had Phi was back to me straight away, she gave me an estimated delivery time when I went ahead with my purchase & this was exactly when the dresses were received. Grandasia was actually closed when the designer couriered my dresses but Phi went in especially to get them & had them back with the courier that evening so that there would be no delay in getting them to me.
I can not recommend Phi & Grandasia enough & if there is any brides out there thinking of doing business with them, then I would highly recommend you doing so. I know I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future & maybe one day i will actually get to visit the shop in person!!

I usually don't like to write reviews but I feel like I have to share my experience with Grandasia. I was in search of a Christening gown for my DD and the first place that popped up in my mind is Grandasia. After a superb experience with them purchasing my wedding gown last year, I just knew they were the perfect store for my daughter's Christening.

The first time I was there, service was excellent. It's a store where you feel you're family and that they'd take care of you to the utmost extent. Their bridal collection is vast. There is definitely something for everyone here. For my gown, I went with the Grecian style. It was Phi who suggested it to me and boy it was the perfect dress! The material is soft, flowy and very comfortable. It looked chic and elegant and I feel beautiful in it and my husband thought so too :D I had it altered and they did a fantastic job! Hands down to them! I've had dresses altered somewhere else before and it wasn't nearly as perfect as the way they did with my dress. They really helped make my wedding day an unforgettable one. Sounds cheesy but it's so true!

During my 2nd visit, they moved to another location which really made my jaw drop. The place is huge with several sections for different events! It's like a one stop shop. They've expanded their services-to photography, cakes, flower arrangements and more! Anyway, my DD's gown is gorgeous! I can't wait for her to wear it on her big day! Many thanks to all the staff at Grandasia:) I will for sure be back if I need their services again.

My experience with Grandasia was truly a god sent! I found everything I needed for my wedding and more. I found Grandasia online back in December 2012 when I got engaged and have since gone to see the owner, Phi throughout the whole entire wedding planning experience. I am Vietnamese and marrying a Chinese man, so we wanted a Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, an American ceremony and a Chinese Tea Ceremony. Phi offered me the most exquisite dresses in her store, she made me feel special and really tailored to my budget and needs! The dresses at Grandasia are absolutely gorgeous, extremely well made and fitted perfectly. More importantly, they were easy to change in and out of for the three ceremonies. She was so accomodating and flexible with my needs. I actually bought my shoes, veil and jewellery all from her store.

Being Asian, I wanted to get the Hong Kong style wedding portraits done before the wedding. Phi and her associates made my photo shoot day become a spectacular event! I had my hair and make-up done by a professional at Grandasia, my outfits were coordinated by Phi, and the photographer had multiple backdrops and props to make our photo shoot an awesome experience. It was very authentic and traditional looking, but with class and elegance. My family and friends are raving about our photos! My fiance and I loved our photos so we ordered an album and a glass portrait for our wedding reception.

Grandasia is truly a one stop shop from customer service and hospitality to quality of product, they really do deliver. I highly recommend this bridal experience to all future brides.

I have had just the most outstanding experience at Grandasia!!! I found my dream bridal gown near my parents home in NY, however I knew I couldn't get the dress there and travel in to NY for every fitting and such. I did some searching and found the dress at Grandasia. Phi quickly responded and set up an off-hours appt for me since I was rushing to purchase and order my gown. She was so sweet and took the best of care of us. She recommended a custom cut for the gown since I needed much larger in the bust than anywhere else. She measured and clearly wrote everything out for me and for the designer. A few weeks later my dress arrived!!! I just had my first fitting two days ago, and my dress fits LIKE A GLOVE! I don't think it could possibly fit any better and it's all thanks to Phi's precise measurements and communication. I am so excited to continue working with these wonderful people on my dream gown. Hands down, I would recommend this store to EVERYONE I know! LOVE Phi and the gentleman who escorted us to the bridal suite and took great care of us, while we were there. Words cannot explain how BLESSED I feel finding this place. I absolutely LOVE-LOVE-LOVE everything this place has to offer. From the LARGE selection of dresses and when I say dresses I mean dresses of any kind...such as: Wedding, Cocktail, Bridesmaid, Mother of the bride etc. Also I'd like to add that if you're looking for any kind of accessories you can MOST CERTAINLY find it at Grandasia!!! Amazing beautiful shoes, crowns, earrings, bracelets, hats, veils...you name it...THEY GOT IT! However, what is a great place without customer service?!?!?! DONT WORRY, they've got the BEST customer service I've seen so far. Mrs. Phi (the owner) is the most sweetest lady I've encountered so far. She's absolutely BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT! .Her staff is quite the help...and very friendly. I highly recommend this place!!! I simply can't get enough of them and I myself am a loyal customer. I've already purchased two STUNNING BEAUTIFUL dresses for my wedding day, my GORGEOUS veil, and also recently I had a wedding to go to and purchased this FLAWLESS BEAUTIFUL Lilac gown that made me feel like I was a Greek Goddess in it!!!! So.....WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR....Go in...and have the experience of your life at Grandasia in Quincy Center.

Although we did not have a planned appointment, I met my daughter at Grandasia to check out the selection of bride & bridal party dresses. The plan was to make an appointment at a later date if we were impressed with the quality and selection of the inventory and attentiveness of the management. Even though it was a typical busy Saturday, they made us feel welcome and graciously and professionally accommodated us. The selection was great. She ended up deciding on a discontinued sample which was absolutely gorgeous below our budget. Doesn't get better than that! But talk about special...when Sarah decided on her wedding dress, the entire staff stood around cheering and clapping! She also found beautiful options for the bridal party as well. No need to go the factory at David Bridal, check out Grandasis - you won't be sorry.

I'm not a high-maintenance bride, and I was looking for a simple, light dress for an outdoor summer wedding. Most of the bridal dresses were out of my price range (upwards of $600), but I found a beautiful bridesmaid dress for under $200. It's gorgeous, elegant and light, and I have money left over to spend on a sash and accessories.
The service at Grandasia was fantastic. They treated me and my mom like VIPs. The salesman welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and showed me to my "suite." He introduced me to Phi, the owner, and to the woman who helped me with the dresses. While I was trying on dresses, he brought us complementary waters and chatted with my mom. There was no pressure to buy anything, nor to take a fancier dress over the one I had picked out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely visit, and I'm so glad to have bought from my wedding dress from this store.

I highly recommend Grandasia Bridal and Fashion in Quincy Center. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. It was a pleasure working with them, as they provided exceptional customer service. I would recommend them to any bride and bridesmaid.

Thank you to Miss Phi and the staff at Grandasia! As a middle aged bride, I was looking for something age appropriate yet beautiful and I found it at Grandasia. They brought out many different dresses, but they brought me one that was perfect for me. It was beautiful and elegant. Alterations were made swiftly and the dress fit perfect!

My two daughters and I, one being the bride and one the maid of honor, had a wonderful experience at Grandasia Bridal and Fashion. From the moment we entered the shop the staff treated us with great kindness and experience. The selection of gowns and price range were very good and the shop did a wonderful job getting my daughter's gown fitted and ready within our nine day time period before my daughter had to return to her home in another state. I would recommend this fine shop to anyone.

The quality of service provided at Grandasia is the very best - the sales staff is professional, welcoming, friendly, attentive and more than willing to to spend as much time with you as you as need. I was looking to rent a tuxedo for my husband and prior to going to Grandasia, I went to a well known tuxedo/ gentelmen's wearhouse store - where we were told that you cannot try-on tuxes - the reason the sales rep told us was because the store was too big - ok whatever that means - then I asked about tux shirts - they only had one to choose from and we were told that tux shirts are all the same - HELLO - not true - I then asked about rhinestone studs - I was told that no one makes rhinestone studs - so not true - I ended up finding a great set of studs/cufflinks on the Cuff Daddy Site. I digress - we went to Grandasia and were able to buy a tux along with a tux shirt - thanks to Grandasia - everything worked out GREAT. I highly recommend that you visit Grandasia for all of your wedding/formal apparel. GREAT EXPERIENCE

This shop was absolutely wonderful!

I had always passed by it in Quincy Center but was a little hesitant wondering if they'd have a variety for my wedding dress selection and I've never been so pleasantly surprised! The customer service was phenomenal, they make you feel so comfortable which is something I have not found in ANY other bridal store, or any dress store in general. You get your own consultant that immediately helps you and you don't have to wait around for an hour and a half like at David's Bridal, just to get started. They allow you to pick anything you like while also picking their own recommendations.

My favorite dress was one on a mannequin and they were more than happy to take it off and raved about how beautiful I looked in it. You get your own private area, and they even brought us water bottles to keep us as happy as possible the whole time.

Not only was the customer service the best I've had, they had beautiful dresses that they let you customize a lot of the time and the price is great. The owner of the store goes out of her way to welcome you and help you with anything you need as well. I highly recommend this shop for any high quality dress you need!

Their Vietnamese wedding dress rentals are a bit expensive. Not to mention, they're all very bling-bling and gaudy.

Okay, realize this: you are located in the midst of the biggest Asian population second to Chinatown Boston. Yet, when I go in there to try to find a decent qipao your selection is limited to just literally 1 rack in the back along with 1 other rack of like 5 below par qun kwa rentals. Seriously?! There are tons of up and coming Asian Americans trying to find quality, traditional wedding outfits their weddings. Where's the Asia in your Grandasia gone? You should just rename yourself. I get you're catering to prom goers and the American wedding market but it just doesn't make sense that Grandasia wouldn't have a better qipao and qun kwa selection.
It would have been nice to find something decent in quincy. Instead, I took my business online. Would've liked to support local stores..
