We held our dream wedding at the Grand View last weekend.
We first booked the venue in early 2020, even though we weren't able to view the inside due to current restrictions. The lakeside ceremony view sold us immediately.
We also loved how much was baked into the standard package; e.g. the full open bar, linens, seating cards, etc. We really didn't want to worry about add ons and potential additional costs, so the all-inclusive pricing made it super easy.
Over the course of the next year of planning, Gina was awesome. She kept us up to date with changing restrictions and made the entire process feel stress-free. Through pre-wedding planning meetings and the wedding weekend itself, Gina was professional, highly responsive, and accommodating. Anything and everything we asked about seemed to be a 'yes'.
Our family & friends are still raving about how beautiful our venue was. The wedding day & night went so smoothly, and we're confident its because of how competent Gina and the Grand View team are.

We could not be happier to have booked Grand View for our wedding! The location was stunning and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was perfect! We were fortunate to work with Tatiana, who did an amazing job walking us through the process and providing guidance along the way! She was always available to answer questions or provide information that we were looking for. The Grand View team was even able to help recommend an ASL interpreter for our wedding when we mentioned that we were struggling to find one. When we arrived for our wedding, everything was perfect and our guests kept saying how beautiful and elegant the venue was! And, on top of that all, the food was delicious and there were many options available for our guests during both cocktail hour and dinner service - not to mention the cake that was included as part of our package was delicious too. Highly recommend Grand View, you won't be disappointed! -

Where do I begin? If I could shout from the mountaintops about how wonderful this venue is, I would.
Let’s start with Tatiana (Sales & Events Specialist). I cannot say enough about how incredible she is. She’s easy to work with, keeps you relaxed, and gets everything done with a smile. Look at ALL the reviews—everyone praises Tatiana, and it’s all TRUE. She is a master of her craft, and I absolutely fell in love with her energy. Trust in Tatiana! She is truly the face of Grand View.
The Grand View staff is amazing. The entire team is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about their guests. They operate like a well-oiled machine—from the managers to the banquet staff to the kitchen staff. Everyone is helpful and eager to assist.
Now, the venue itself: it’s beautiful. The view is breathtaking, the cocktail area is spacious, the bathrooms are high-end, the bridal suite is gorgeous, and there is plenty of parking right out front.
Next up, THE FOOD. Oh my goodness! It is absolutely delicious. You’ll attend a tasting, and let me tell you—choosing will be difficult because everything is so good. I’d put their food up against any 5-star restaurant. Our guests raved about it.
Grand View is a top-tier venue that remains affordable without sacrificing elegance. If you’re looking for a seamless, stunning, and budget-friendly wedding, Grand View is an excellent choice.

My husband and I recently got married at the Grand View on October 12th. We had the most perfect day thanks to the incredibly professional team that worked with us. We worked closely with our coordinator, Tatiana, and she was there for us for every question and concern we had. Leading up to the wedding, she helped so much in the planning process. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with the timeline. The venue also recommended great vendors that we utilized as well.
We had our rehearsal the day prior to our wedding and talked about all the last minute things - decor, weather, etc. One of our big concerns was that it was going to rain on our wedding day. Tatiana eased our concern and showed us what the indoor ceremony space would look like and made sure it was absolutely perfect on our wedding day. We love that the venue has multiple beautiful options for ceremony spaces to fit different weather conditions.
On the actual wedding day, Tatiana perfectly set up all of our wedding decor that we had dropped off the previous day. At the end of the night, the team packed everything up for us and worked so smoothly. Tatiana was there for us the entire day making sure we had everything we needed.
The food was also incredible! We wanted a big cocktail hour, and picked multiple stations and passed hors d'oeuvres. The variety of options was amazing and we couldn’t have been happier. We also very much enjoyed the dinner options and all of our guests raved about the food.
The space for the cocktail hour, dance floor, and bar area was great. There was more than enough space for larger weddings yet was arranged in a way to still feel intimate with our wedding of under 100. -

The Perfect Day
Booked in late October 2024 for our 9-25-25 wedding. Can’t say enough about Grand View and our wedding assistant/ coordinator Erin. Talk about going above and beyond. We fell in the love with the venue and water views immediately upon our visit. The ballroom and surrounding rooms well maintained with the utmost cleanliness and royal feel, but a touch of rustic ness as well. We picked a Thursday which was the perfect price point, especially with only 85- 90 guests. There was no pressure from the staff to be forced into a weekend vs weekday, we went with what made sense for us knowing that even with a week day and family 1hr to 2 hrs away, our close family and friends would make the trip. Erin, from start to finish provided amazing support …from recommendations on places for guests to stay nearby , to florists, and dessert bakery options, to walking us thru every food and drink option, table arrangements, decor …you name it, she was so responsive to our questions and needs. One of the big reasons we picked this venue was for the water views and you never what kind of weather you are going to get on your special day…well let’s just say it was pouring the morning of and didn’t look good up to 30 minutes before the ceremony. Erin and the team had chairs set up outside and inside just in case we had to move everyone in. However Erin and the team rest assured us if the rain stopped they would dry the chairs and assist DJ with tech equipment set up outside!! We literally made the call to go outside 10 minutes before the ceremony and have no regrets about it… the Grand View team made it happen and we had some special souls looking over us that day to stop the rain just in time and keep us dry during the ceremony. From the beverage selections, to the amazing passed Hors D’oeuvors(stuffed mushrooms, beef Wellington sliders), Mediterranean spread, and guests loved the entrees Filet Mignon, Tuscan Chicken, and glazed salmon, not to mention shout out to Giovanni’s Bakery for making our beach theme vision happen with the delicious cake and cup cakes. Erin and the Grand View staff sincerely care about making your special day magical , so accommodating and able to “pivot” / adapt with your needs and requests. This was the perfect day and we can’t thank Erin and the Grand View staff enough for everything to make our day so special for us and our guests!!! -

GrandView is hands down one of the top wedding venues in Massachusetts. We originally chose this venue because it gave a a Newport-ish/Cape Cod vibes with the outdoor ceremony area by the lake and the gorgeous staircase.
Our first meeting was with Tatiana, event manager, she gave us such a positive feeling and vibe about the place. She was extremely honest, patient, thoughtful and supportive. We felt very comfortable and decided this was the place we wanted to get married at.
The planning process was very smooth and structured, which was very helpful for us since we didn’t have a wedding planner. She laid out the timeline for everything including payments due dates, meal selection deadlines, cake selection, floor plans, and vendors coordination. She reached out to all our vendors and made sure everything was planned properly for the wedding day.
Tatiana is the sweetest person, was always there to answer all of our questions, and hop on calls whenever we needed throughout the planning process. She is great!
The day of the wedding, the moment we arrived at the venue, our bridal assistant met us at the front door, welcomed us and escorted us to our bridal suite, and was there for us throughout the night. This was such a thoughtful part by GrandView during such a stressful day, that helped us feel relaxed, guided, and assured us that nothing was missing.
Overall, the food, drinks, and organization were phenomenal. All our guests were impressed by the quality of food, especially the passed appetizers. Not to mention the cocktails were finely made with high quality liquor and good presentation.
The venue was very well staffed. Additionally, all the staff were extremely friendly, respectful and attentive to everyone. This was probably the best part about the venue. Every single person of our guests felt welcomed by everyone.
We are extremely happy and pleased about our experience and still can’t stop thinking about how perfect it was. We still talk about it months after the wedding. We highly recommend GrandView to any couple! -

We had our wedding at Grand View in Mendon this past July, and it was truly the best decision we made. I knew immediately after touring that this was the place for us, and over the two years of planning, they were an absolute joy to work with. Tatiana, in particular, goes above and beyond. Not just for the couple, but for the entire family. She is detail-oriented, organized, and so kind and helpful. We couldn't have done it without her! Everything is run like a well-oiled machine, and as someone who plans events for a living, I was beyond impressed. Every detail was thought of and handled seamlessly, there wasn’t a single logistical issue. I was so calm on my wedding day, which was so wonderful.
The grounds are beautiful, and the flexibility of the spaces worked perfectly for our 100 guests. It felt intimate but never too small. Having AC and a thoughtful rain plan is also rare in New England venues, and Grand View delivers on both. Their recommended vendors were fantastic (our gelato cart was a huge hit!), and the food was out of this world. Their chef is incredible, and we received endless compliments. My personal favorite was the crab rangoons with real crab and house made sauce as a passed app option :)
All to say, after a long search and almost losing hope, finding Grand View felt like a dream. I can’t recommend this venue enough, it made our wedding unforgettable. You will never regret getting married here, it is so special. - M&A -

Amazing wedding
We recently had our wedding at The Grand View, and it was truly everything we dreamed of and more! The venue itself is stunning — from the beautiful waterfront views to the elegant reception space, it made the perfect backdrop for our special day.
I especially want to shout out Erin, our wedding coordinator. She was absolutely incredible to work with extremely flexible, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire planning process. No matter how many questions we had (and there were plenty!), she always got back to us quickly with clear answers and solutions. On the day of the wedding, she kept everything running smoothly and stress-free so we could simply enjoy the moment.
Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food, the ambiance, and how organized everything felt. We truly felt taken care of every step of the way. If you’re considering The Grand View for your wedding — do it! And if you get to work with Erin, you’re in the best hands possible.

Our story is a little crazy—we planned our wedding in less than 10 days! After visiting several venues, nothing felt right until we saw Grand View. The moment we arrived, we fell in love. The outdoor space with the lake as the backdrop is absolutely stunning and created the dream wedding setting we always imagined.
Planning a wedding in under two weeks seemed impossible, but Tatiana and her team made it happen. From decorations to food to every last detail, they handled everything with professionalism, warmth, and care. We had over 100 guests, and every single person was impressed with the beauty of the venue, the service, and the food. Not once did food or drinks run out—cocktail hour and dinner were plentiful, and the bartenders and servers went above and beyond, even helping guests with mobility needs by providing a cart to and from the ceremony.
What really stood out is how affordable Grand View is for an all-inclusive venue. The value you get—beautiful scenery, incredible staff, seamless planning, and outstanding food—cannot be beat. Every detail was covered, and the entire day was stress-free, joyful, and unforgettable.
I couldn’t recommend Grand View more highly. If you’re looking for a breathtaking venue with a supportive, all-inclusive team at a reasonable price, this is the place to be! -

The Grand View is truly the BEST wedding venue ever! Their entire team is absolutely amazing, and we had the pleasure of working with Tatiana, who was there for us every single step of the way. We had tons of questions throughout the planning process, and she always responded so promptly with clear, helpful answers. The Grand View team just knows how to run a wedding — they are complete pros.
Their wedding package is incredible — so much is included, which made planning so much easier and stress-free. I also have a few dietary restrictions, and several of our guests do as well. The Grand View went above and beyond to accommodate everyone, and did it with such care and attention to detail. The food was absolutely AMAZING — our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was!
We got married in July 2025, and the morning of the wedding brought showers leading right up to the ceremony. Their team handled it flawlessly. With a slight rain delay, they had an entire crew out there wiping down every chair so we could still have our dream outdoor ceremony once the rain cleared. It was such a perfect day, and we felt so taken care of from start to finish. We seriously cannot recommend The Grand View — and working with Tatiana — enough! -

We looked at many different wedding venues (even crazy expensive ones in Newport RI) but nothing quite matched what we found at Grand View. From the moment we arrived, the stunning waterfront views and elegant spaces took our breath away. But what truly made our day unforgettable were the incredible people behind the scenes.
Tatiana, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was not only organized and detail-oriented but also warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. From our very first meeting, she listened attentively to our ideas and helped bring them to life. She provided us with a detailed timeline, coordinated with our vendors, and ensured every aspect of the day was executed flawlessly. On the big day, Tatiana was everywhere—helping bustle my dress, arranging flowers, helping guests, and even making sure we had a moment to ourselves amidst the whirlwind. Her calm presence and expert guidance allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every moment.
McKenna, our bridal attendant, was a ray of sunshine. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and kept everything running smoothly. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel like royalty. She even helped to sew my friends dress that ripped!
The entire Grand View team went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. From the delicious food to the impeccable service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Our guests are still raving about the experience.

My husband Mike and I got married at Grand View last week! It was the most beautiful April day and we are so happy that we chose to have our outdoor ceremony at Grand View right on the waterfront. It truly felt like we were in a dream. The food, drinks and service on top of the amazing view and atmosphere really make Grand View a 10/10. But even beyond all of that it was the amazing experience that we had leading up to the wedding working with Tatiana. She guided us through each step of the process and helped make sure that the day of ran smoothly so that we had no worries at all. We are beyond happy with our experience getting married at the grand view. From start to finish our coordinator Erin was engaged and made sure we had the perfect day. From working with us on having an outdoor ceremony even in winter with a winter storm on our heels to making sure we had every detail planned and helping with any questions along the way. The venue is priced fairly and chef Linda cooks AMAZING food. All our guests were stunned by the decor and atmosphere and again I could not recommend this venue any higher. -

A grand time at the GrandView!
We had our wedding at the GrandView on November 30, 2024. It was the first venue we toured when we got engaged in December of 2023. We immediately loved the location, and how easy it was to work with Erin. She answered all of our questions and made choosing her and the venue an easy part of our journey. She was always reachable, many times responding to our emails off hours and quickly. She was able to provide the detailed answers we were looking for, and provided us with even more info than we knew we needed. When we got engaged, we knew we wanted to get married in 2024, and on a Saturday, but recognized that the less than a year time limit may make it challenging to have what we both dreamed of. Erin and the GrandView didn’t let that get in the way. We really wanted an outdoor ceremony and they made that happen. They had hot cider for guests and the wedding party, and also stood outside in the cold to make sure the day went off without a hitch. They also made sure the blankets we purchased got folded and put in the baskets with a sign that hadn’t come in time when we dropped off our decor to the venue days earlier. They placed all of our decor perfectly, including the last minute additions, and it was exactly as we thought it should be the day of the wedding. The GrandView was also the only venue we looked at that offered both the wedding planner and bridal attendant. The bridal attendant was AWESOME!! She helped bustle my dress, had safety pins in her pocket during the first look, and made sure we had every appetizer we wanted. Both the bridal attendant and Erin were there every time we needed them. Erin immediately covered me in a jacket after our chilly ceremony, and ran up to the bridal suite to get my second shoes when my feet hurt while taking pix. I couldn’t have imagined a better group of people to support us during our big day. THANK YOU to Erin, and all of the GrandView staff for making our day everything we dreamed ❤️ -

My husband and I got married at this incredible venue on Nov. 10th, 2024. WHAT A DREAM! We could not have asked for a more perfect venue. From our first email to them to the day of our wedding and even weeks after, they were by our side and very responsive. We worked with Erin Dean who is absolutely OUTSTANDING! She made us feel so comfortable and was so prompt when answering our emails. She always steered us in the right direction when it came to wanting her honest opinion on vendors and fine details. Everything she did was so precise and organized, and she made the entire process stress free. The day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about a thing, she was always one step ahead of us making sure everything was perfect. You can tell she is very invested in her profession, and it was a pleasure to work with her. Thank you again so much, Erin!
Grand View itself is absolute stunning. Whether you are planning to have your ceremony inside or outside, you cannot go wrong with either option. The landscaping, the architecture, the ballroom, the waterfront, the little beach, even the bathrooms are gorgeous. The food is to die for! The hardest part about working with Grand View was that the food was so good it made choosing the menu difficult because we wanted everything they had to offer! The chef was also very accommodating to dietary restrictions. The bartenders were top notch, and the cocktails were made perfectly. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful of a wedding it was and how amazing the food was. I could go on and on about Grand View and their staff.
I would highly recommend looking into hosting your wedding or any event at Grand View, you cannot go wrong with this venue!

Venue Review
My husband and I cannot stop talking about how perfect our wedding day was. Every detail was impeccable - and this was all brought to life through the venue, our vendors, and our phenomenal coordinator, Tatiana. Grand View exceeded EVERY expectation we had. Our wedding was nothing short of a dream. Grand View staff have been incredibly (and promptly) responsive since day 1 and made the wedding planning process beyond enjoyable. The most beautiful venue we could have found in Massachusetts - guests could not get over how stunning the architecture and views were. -

Our wedding at Grand View was absolutely incredible and an amazing experience. The venue itself is stunning and the wedding package a good deal. From the elegant interior and the picturesque outdoor space by the water, it was everything we had hoped for and more despite the light rain showers during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Our venue coordinator Tatiana and the staff were fantastic and helped really make our day special. Tatiana was thoughtful, super resourceful, and always on top of things. From our first meeting to the big day she made everything run as smoothly as possible, helped us navigate through the planning with ease and offered creative solutions to challenges we had. Tatiana and the team genuine care and attentiveness made us feel completely at ease and allowed us to truly enjoy the moment even with all the unexpected hurdles and time delay we faced that day. I highly recommend Grand View and even more with Tatiana in your team. It was a truly unforgettable beautiful experience. We had an amazing day with our family and friends, and it couldn’t have happened without the help and support of the Grand View Staff. We had Erin, as our day of coordinator, and she was spectacular! The wait staff at Grand View was spectacular with ensuring myself and my new husband were fed and hydrated throughout the day, as well as making sure the wedding party was too! Best Day Ever!
We got married on Saturday (6/29) and everything was perfect! From the planning to the day itself, we knew we were in great hands from start to finish! On the day of our wedding, I had a hiccup with my dress and our coordinator Erin was fantastic in helping save the day! We received feedback from both our guest and vendors on how accommodating and “on top of it” the staff was. I cannot say enough positive things about this venue and the people working there! The Grand View simply put is breathtaking. All of our 200 guests cannot stop talking about Grand View and have all said that they haven't seen a more gorgeous venue in Massachusetts. The grounds are incredibly gorgeous, the ballroom is huge allowing for a very spacious dance floor, and the bar area is beautiful and roomy. This venue is absolute perfection.
Caroline was our Day of Coordinator and she was AMAZING! Extremely responsive, approachable, friendly, warm and attentive. She was always willing to to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed leading up to the big day. I even had to come to her with some last minute change requests, and she was able to jump right in to make sure everything was taken care of!
Caroline and McKenna both were incredible on the day of my wedding. McKenna made sure the wedding party and me and my husband were taken care of the entire time! She was there to slip us appetizers between photoshoots and always made sure we had drinks in our hands. We couldn't have asked for a better team the day of and better staff!
The food was also extremely tasty and many of our guests are still raving about it. The drinks were really good as well!
If you're looking for a venue with amazing staff, gorgeous views, and awesome food, look no further. We'd have our wedding at the Grand View again and again! -

The wedding venue is one of the most (if not THE most) important vendor in the wedding planning process. When we toured Grand View (in the pouring rain!) last summer, it was instantly clear that having our wedding there was the easiest and best choice we’d make for our 4/27/24 wedding.
While the water views and beautifully designed interior of the building initially draw your eye, what’s more impressive about Grand View is the people that work there and the all-inclusive package that they offer. When touring other venues, my head was spinning about what to prioritize; adding an open bar, an additional appetizer, and passed drinks often came with up-charges that force a couple to predict what their guests will care about most and what they won’t miss if it’s not there. Grand View’s seamless process of offering ALL of those things (and more) in their price-per-head package took the stress out of planning and allowed us to have everything we wanted without feeling like we were missing out on anything “extra.”
We were lucky to work with Erin Dean for the entire planning process and on the day of our wedding. WOW! Erin is a detailed and thorough professional. Anytime we had a question, we’d reach out and Erin would get back to us in 24 hours or less with a detailed and thoughtful response. She was always willing to get on the phone or email to answer any question, big or small. Our final walkthrough was about a month prior to our wedding and covered every possible detail of our day, even the details we hadn’t considered! During the rehearsal walkthrough and on the wedding day, Erin was calm and confident and made us feel like Grand View had everything taken care of. She took the lead in setting up all of our decor exactly as we wanted without us having to lift a finger. She connected with all of our vendors and communicated with them day-of so that we didn’t have to think about anything. There has to be so much trust given to the wedding venue staff on the day of, and Erin is absolutely to credit for the day going as well as it did. Thank you, Erin!
We also were lucky to have Makenna as a bridal suite attendant. My bridesmaids couldn’t say enough about Makenna— she helped me and my girls with everything we needed on the day of the wedding, checked in on food and beverage needs, and was overall so fun to work with. Thank you, Makenna!
We had so many guests say that our wedding was the best wedding that they’ve ever attended. We can’t thank Grand View staff enough for making that possible. From our first tour to our wedding day, Grand View made us feel like a priority, helped us have the wedding of our dreams, and made all of our guests feel special and supported. We toured Grand View in September of 2021. From the jump, Kelly was extremely helpful showing us around, answering questions, and helping us book. We booked for November 2023 so there was quite a bit of time after booking without much contact, but during that time Kelly was able to help answer any questions we had. The venue is gorgeous, which is one of the things that sold us on it. We noticed that they made quite a few improvements and updates in between when we booked and our wedding, which were all for the better and we appreciated the attention to detail that was provided.
Just about 1 year out, we were e-introduced to our coordinator. We actually ended up having a few changes in coordinators due to staff changes but everyone we worked with was fantastic, professional, and took careful notes so that the next person was fully in the loop. We ended up with Tatiana, who I cannot recommend enough!!! She was insanely helpful with anything and everything we needed, and when we could not decide on something, she offered professional suggestions to any questions or advice we were looking for. She was quick to respond to any emails I sent and made me feel so comfortable leading up to the big day. I was thinking of hiring a separate coordinator but was happy I did not spend the money because Tatiana handled all things schedule/timeline, setup and breakdown of all our decor, favors, blankets, place cards, etc., and even reached out to all of our vendors to coordinate load in time, setup, and to accommodate dietary restrictions for each of them. The timeline Tatiana provided was extremely detailed, and was helpful for us to get an idea of what to expect for the day. I sent this to each of our vendors so they knew what to expect leading up to the big day. Prior to the wedding, I had requested that Tatiana print out and provide a copy of the schedule for me at my seat at the sweetheart table and was grateful that she said no - she wanted me to enjoy my time and did not want me worrying about every little minute. She said she would be there to answer any questions I had throughout the evening - and she was. My mom was working on my bustle and Tatiana came over and helped her to make the process faster. We wanted our outdoor flower urns repurposed inside, and she grabbed them and carried them inside. She was seriously incredible and was on top of each and every one of our requests before I could even ask!
Our tasting was held in early January, 2023. We were provided with a large selection of passed hors’devours, 2 second courses, 8 entrees, and 2 late night snacks, and a variety of sides. This was extremely helpful to narrow down meal choices from the large selection that is offered. Seriously - SO MANY CHOICES! It was also great to see the room set up and to get another look at the venue as the wedding came closer. The food at the tasting was impressive but I will say, the food at the wedding was better, which is understandable because of the variety that is served at the tasting. I was so happy with everything I ate on the night of the wedding. The food really was incredible and there was a ton of it. During cocktail hour, Tatiana made sure we got drinks that we wanted and had the team bring us a tray of one of each passed app. If we wanted more, they would have gotten us more.
The moment the ceremony was over, the team came outside with trays of a variety of drinks that we requested (margs, sangria, espresso martini, gin & tonic, wines, etc), so guests did not have to wait in long lines to kickstart cocktail hour. I bought edible drink wafers and drink stirrers with our logo on them and the bar made sure to include those in the drinks for us.
Grand View also covers the cake if desired. We took them up on this and got our tasting box from Gerardos. After we tasted the cakes, we called Gerardos and mentioned that we are a Grand View couple, picked our flavors and the design we wanted, and told them our wedding date and guest count. I really have no idea what happened from then on, but somehow when I got to the venue, the cake was there, looking perfect. The cake was fantastic and so fresh - also much better than the tasting box, which you could tell was made ahead of time. A week or two before the wedding, I emailed Tatiana in a panic asking if I was supposed to buy a cake stand (that never crossed my mind!) and she told me not to worry, they have some and we could use one of theirs. We also learned that Gerardos will provide us with a complimentary top tier for our one year anniversary as part of their partnership with Grand View!
The bridal suite was great to have and was in a very convenient location. Was perfect for me to grab anything I needed or for speedy bathroom breaks for me and my bridal party. They have cameras in the bridal suite so I could watch guests arriving before the ceremony too, which was neat!
The day before the wedding at the rehearsal, Tatiana was so helpful and walked us through everything and made sure everyone felt comfortable with their role. When we didn't know what order to do something, she would give her own suggestion based on her experience.
On the day of the rehearsal, we also dropped off all the decor and “extras” (blankets, favors, etc). I provided detailed notes/photos to Tatiana for all my decor and explained what I wanted. On the day of the wedding, it was all perfectly set up. The Grand View team even makes place cards for each guest which is used to tell them what table they are at and also includes their pre-selected meal choice. We also opted to use the table numbers and votives that Grand View provides to accompany our decor. Throughout the night, the Grand View team was quietly collecting things that were no longer needed and by the time my husband and I were ready to leave, our cars were packed and we just had to grab our personal belongings and hop in. I do want to note that not once did I notice something missing or feel like they were picking up too soon/rushing us out which I was worried about. It was incredible to finish dancing and have them say everything is all set and packed away. We really didn't have to do anything.
One constructive note for future brides, I wish they allowed us to arrive a bit earlier for our first look. We were allowed to arrive at 2pm for a 3:30pm ceremony, with guests arriving at 3pm. This means that we had from 2-3pm for the first look but I needed time to get my dress on and to get ourselves organized once we arrived. We definitely could have used an extra 30/45 minutes, and I would suggest future brides push for this. This was the only part of the day that I felt rushed.
The venue is stunning, the staff is incredible, the food is fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough and can't wait to hold a milestone anniversary party here in the future :) -

Exceptional!!
Where do I even start!? I can't put into words how grateful my husband and I are to have gotten married at the Grand View. To summarize our experience I would use one word-exceptional.
The entire staff is top notch-highly professional and enthusiastic. They are truly a well oiled machine. The food is absolutely delicious and service is extremely prompt. The grounds are beautiful, as is the bar and ballroom. The venue is meticulously clean and even the bathrooms are stunning! Our guests raved saying this was the best wedding and venue that they have ever been to!!! Can't recommend the Grand View enough for giving us the day of our dreams!
And a huge thank you to our saving grace, Tatiana. Tatiana was our wedding coordinator, but she is so much more than that. She is so caring, helpful and genuinely lovely. She started working with us about a month out from our wedding due to a personnel change at the Grand View, and we could not have been more lucky to cross paths with Tatiana. She is so organized and was integral to the success of the day. She took care of setting up all of our decor (which turned out stunning) and even packed and labeled the decor at the end of the night in boxes. She followed us around with water during our first look and was always ensuring we were well fed and watered! My bustle came undone shortly after the ceremony and Tatiana came to the rescue to fix it. She is a star and we are so utterly grateful for her!!

I do not know how I can even begin to describe how amazing Grand View was for our wedding. But let me start with this; we chose the venue for a variety of reasons, but one of the key selling factors was the absolutely breathtaking views over the water for the ceremony. Well we had the unfortunate circumstance that nobody wants to be in....it rained on our wedding day. The ceremony had to be moved inside; and let me tell you, it didn't even matter. The indoor ceremony was just as beautiful. The staff from the planners to the servers were polite, professional, and enthusiastic. We could not have asked for better service from the day we booked the venue to the end of our wedding night. Not only were they incredibly attentive, they somehow managed to do this so discretely the guests and us hardly knew they were there! That is until we needed something; then without even needing to ask, they were attending to our every need. We truly cannot think of a single issue or drawback with Grand View, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book Grand View for your big day; you absolutely will not regret it. -

If you are even considering the Grandview as a venue I could HIGHLY suggest it. They are absolutely amazing and beyond professional and organized. She answered any and all questions we had and truly was a built in coordinator. As for the day of staff she was there along with so many amazing others that truly catered to us every second of the day. Meredith was our bridal attendant who couldn’t have been more amazing. At every turn she was fluffing my dress skirt, bringing us drinks and hor devours, helped bustle my dress, and even had a damp towel to get some makeup from me off my husbands tux. Best wedding venue ever
Grand View was the very first venue we toured when we started looking at venues – we toured others after, but found ourselves comparing each one to what we first saw at Grand View, and finally had an “ah-ha” moment knowing we obviously had already found the perfect place to have our dream wedding! What truly made everything so easy for us is the unbelievable package they offer, which includes so many big components such as food, premium open bar throughout the entire night, custom wedding cake, event coordinator, bridal attendant, and SO MUCH MORE. This was a HUGE deciding factor, because it meant one less outside vendor we had to try and search for. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, which there was so much of. They provided 6 different passed apps during cocktail hour, a fruit & cheese display, salad course, second course, main course, dessert, and a coffee / tea station (YES, all of that is included in the package!). This is a one-event only venue which honestly makes all the difference in the world. Every part of the venue whether it be outdoors, indoors, our private bridal suite, and even the bathroom, had the perfect photo-opt. The pictures truly do not even do justice on how absolutely stunning the venue looks in person. My attendants were so good about checking in on me basically every minute to make sure I was okay, had what I needed, or for literally ANYTHING. Things can naturally get hectic when you’re being pulled in different directions and sticking to a timeline on the day of, but that’s why it’s so crucial to have people such as Kelly, Tatiana, and Meredith from the Grand View to make sure it all goes smoothly! -

I don’t know where to begin! My wedding day was truly perfect. Gina really gets stuff done and had my dream wedding come true. Tatiana the bridal attendant was truly the best part of my wedding. Stunning venue and wonderful staff!
I cannot possibly recommend the Grand View enough. We booked our wedding at the Grand View in 2019. We had to switch the date of our wedding multiple times due to COVID-19 and military obligations, and the Grand View was so flexible, accommodating, and encouraging every step of the way. (We had such a great experience planning with them, that I also ended up having my bridal shower at the Grand View in 2020. It was stunning, and the food was delicious.) After almost 3 years of planning and delays, we finally got to have our ceremony and celebration! Even down to the last minute, Gina was flexible and quick-thinking to enable us to have our ceremony outside. The venue is absolutely breathtaking from the grounds to the building itself. The food was so delicious and every person with an allergy or dietary preference was accommodated and well-fed! Our friends and family are still talking about the food and views! Wedding planning can be challenging, and life doesn’t stop when you get engaged. It is very important to find a venue and staff you can trust to make your vision happen and lessen your stress. The Grand View is that and so much more! I am so thankful we booked our wedding at the Grand View and so thankful to Gina and the staff there for giving us such a beautiful night! -

My wedding day was set to be a nightmare after the forecast was rain all day - and my dog getting sick the night before - and yet it was still a perfect (dog is ok!!)
Alysha was so helpful every step of the way, I can’t believe she was real! She was so knowledgeable and mindful of everything, I’m genuinely unsure when she sleeps because she’s putting 110% in to helping the brides.
When I gave her some attitude the morning of the wedding, she was still so nice and helpful, knowing that I was projecting - she gave me a get well soon card for my dog and the gesture really meant a lot to me.
She went out of her way to make my day move flawlessly after we had to switch up the ceremony site due to the weather (and my hope for it to change lol)
The venue was so gorgeous that I barely needed any decorations and my wedding looks phenomenal, I got raving reviews of the views, the food, the venue from every. single. guest. If I could do it over, I would!
Shout out to the bar staff who were being tested by a patron of mine and handled it so professionally and calmly I was just beyond impressed 😅 and special shout out to Tatianna for being my bridal attendant and listening/answering my questions the day of and making sure I was never hungry or thirsty.
Beautiful floors, windows, outdoors and indoors, my biggest hang up with other venues with ugly rug and grand view just knocked it out of the park with aesthetics - if you’re going for a minimalist wedding this is your place, it’s so beautiful you don’t need any decorations. If you aren’t going for a minimalist, and going big, it’s still your place! It’s such a beautiful venue I wish I had something else to plan in the future.

I don't even know where to start here because there are too many amazing things to say!! My husband and I started looking at venues right after getting engaged, and Grand View was actually the first one we saw. I fell in love literally on the spot, but we wanted to do our due diligence so we kept looking at a few other venues. NONE of them could hold a candle to Grand View. The space is truly GORGEOUS - with the option for 2 different outdoor ceremony spaces, an outdoor or indoor cocktail hour, and a great indoor ballroom space for the dinner/reception. Danielle was wonderful when we met with her initially - giving us a tour & helping us eventually sign the contract. At that point we were introduced to Gina, who was our main point of contact for the rest of our time working with Grand View. Gina was truly amazing - I am very "Type-A," but I've also never been in a wedding before until my own (!!), so I had a million questions along the way. She answered every single email in such a timely manner and was so, so helpful throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding can be STRESSFUL, but having the most organized and helpful team behind you at your venue can alleviate so much of that stress. We actually did not hire a wedding planner, and I don't regret that decision at all because of how "on it" Gina & the team at Grand View were. The day of the wedding was truly a dream - I did not feel an ounce of stress because I knew Gina & her team were handling everything behind the scenes. I even had a personal Bridal Attendant, Tatiana, who was WONDERFUL - she was on top of my every need, but was also just so funny and kind and the best presence to have by my side that night! I know this is a million words - but I hope this helps any future brides looking for a venue to know that they will be in the best possible hands at Grand View! Grand View is The PERFECT Venue!
I could write a book with all the wonderful things I have to say about Grand View. It was an absolute DREAM for our wedding day; perfection on every single level. The views were stunning, the grounds gorgeous, the service extraordinary, the food delicious, the flow of the events flawless. We practically floated from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, with every tiny detail handled with care by Wonder-Woman Gina and the amazing Grand View team. They worked so hard to make the evening fun, special, and stress-free for us and all of our guests.
We had an outdoor ceremony in the Terraza area; with the fountain, the columns, the glistening lake and fall foliage in the background, it was a fairy tale. I couldn't believe we could get married somewhere so breathtakingly beautiful, so close to my hometown. The ballroom was such a unique and enchanting space for our reception; we loved that we could still see the lake out the windows as the sun was setting, squeezing every possible moment we could from the scenery. The gold chairs, fireplace, chandeliers, and votives gave the space a really warm, inviting, elegant feeling that we were hoping for. Music and dancing were really important to us, and Grand View delivered; there's a huge dance floor, and the acoustics in the room were amazing. They accommodated both a DJ and a live Armenian band, and help us smoothly switch back and forth between the two throughout the event. Food was also important to us, and everything was amazing; every single appetizer and entree was a hit with our crowd. The venue also had so many unbelievably beautiful spots for photos both inside and out, giving us incredible memories from the night. Our guests were raving about everything: the view, the drinks, the food, even the bathrooms!
But the best part about Grand View is truly the team. Our Event Coordinator Gina was our cheerleader through a very difficult year of wedding rescheduling in 2020, and made sure we got everything we hoped for and MORE for our big celebration in 2021. She and Kelly made us feel really special and cared for on our big day. For instance, right before our reception entrance, we decided to get a bunch of light-up tambourines working and distributed to our entire bridal party -- Gina swooped in to save the day, performing what seemed like a miracle of bending time and space to make it happen. She even helped my mom load my dress into her car at the end of the night. A true rockstar. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We didn't worry about a single thing on our big day; we were able to just relax and soak up every incredible moment. We can't thank everyone at Grand View enough for giving us the best day of our lives. -

I cannot possibly say enough great things about Grand View and the entire team there! We fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it and knew it was the perfect place for our dream wedding. We met with Danielle to discuss a contract and make sure that everything we wanted included on our day was accounted for. She was so helpful in describing all of the options, and we were very impressed with how much was included in the cost, especially compared to other venues that we had seen...and the location is gorgeous! From there, we worked with Gina, who went beyond expectations in regards to helpfulness and overall communication, helping us navigate postponing our wedding due to the pandemic, and even handling a last minute decoration mix-up that I only realized the day of the rehearsal. She was so responsive to all of my emails and questions, no matter how trivial, and on the day of the wedding she had everything set up exactly as I imagined and made sure the day progressed flawlessly. She even kept me updated on the weather forecast for the wedding day after a very rainy rehearsal to make sure I did not stress about our outdoor ceremony! I can honestly say I was not worried about a thing on my wedding day, and this was all thanks to Gina (and her team of course!) All of our guests had such a great time, especially finally being able to let loose and celebrate after not being able to see each other in person for so long...and we received SO many compliments that night about how delicious the food was as well! Everything was beautiful, and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day or wedding planning experience thanks to the Grand View team! -

The Grand View is Top Tier for Hosting Your Event
The Grand View is a hidden gem. Located in a small, quiet town on a private lake, the venue itself is quaint and picturesque. For many reasons, my husband and I chose this venue: flexibility with event coordination, great food/hospitality, and perfect outdoor setting. There happened to be a hurricane the day of our wedding, but it did not stop us for taking GORGEOUS wedding portraits by the lake or stop the amazing GV staff from accommodating our situation. They were extremely gracious by hosting our guests' cocktails inside at the last possible minute (food was amazing!). Thank you so much to the Grand View staff for making our day unforgettable! -

Head over heals in love with the Grand View!
My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams and owe it all to the amazing team we worked with.
Our tour with Danielle was so informative. We got a complete walk through of the grounds and before we even sat down to discuss specifics, I knew this was the venue for us. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and assured us we would have the wedding we always wanted.
Fast forward a few months and the world shut down due to Covid. We ended up moving out our date and Gina our event coordinator helped us navigate through the craziness and unforeseen future of what was to come. As the pandemic improved and our countdown was getting closer, Gina was sure to keep us up to date with the MA state restrictions so we could make sure our day was as closed to what we had envisioned.
Our food tasting was to die for and we were so excited that our friends and family were going to be able to have the yummy appetizers and delicious deals on our big day. Chef Linda went above and beyond to make sure the food was exactly what we wanted. Let me tell you, the day of she did not disappoint, friends and family are still raving about the pulled pork tacos, burger sliders and bourbon glazed chicken, just to name a few favorites!
I know people always say, something will come up at your wedding that you weren’t planning for. Well I can say, that we must be the exception to the rule, or maybe it was the fabulous staff but it was a smooth, stress free, fun, amazing day for all!
We got married on site and also had a first look as well. Gina and Kelly absolutely blew us away with decor setup! The venue looked like an absolute fairytale. From the champagne wall, to the flow of decor in the cocktail room, to the beautiful bridal suite we could not have asked for more.
The waitstaff and bar team were absolutely top notch! They made sure the drinks were flowing for our rowdy crowd and were on top of everything.
Our bridal attendant Chris was AMAZING! She truly thought of everything and before we would even ask for something, she was there with whatever it was in hand, I swear she is incredible. She made sure we tried all of the food and that our drinks were taken care of at all times, she is a sweetheart!
We truly cannot thank the Grand View enough! The team they have works together like family and it definitely came through. They 100% without a doubt always put the client first! Your special day is just as special to them as it is to you and they will do whatever it takes to create that for you.

2020 Wedding
My husband and I were married at Grand View on 10.31.2020. It was the first venue we looked at and we knew immediately it was the perfect venue. From our first visit until the big day, Gina and Danielle were professional, attentive, organized and always at the top of their profession. Our questions and concerns were answered completely and quickly. Gina, Danielle and the entire venue staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our wedding day the best day ever even with the constantly changing state guidelines. The day before our wedding Mendon received over 6 inches of snow. At our rehearsal that night we saw the hardworking staff snow blowing the grass areas where our guests would be sitting! They have one goal/mission and that is to make your dream wedding day come true. Our guests raved about the food, drinks, staff and atmosphere. Do not hesitate to book Grand View for your wedding or special event! It was by far our best wedding planning decision. -

AMAZING!! The Grand View was the one and only venue my husband and I looked at. We went and took a tour and ended up putting the deposit down two days later. We knew not to look further, it was our dream wedding come true! Everything about it is flawless! It's beautiful elegant ballroom sits tucked in the back away from main roads on a beautiful landscape with waterfront views. You can choose to get married on the lake or in the chapel outside. We got married in a church down the street which was conveniently located only 5 minutes away! The Chalet on premise is where my maids and I stayed the night before the wedding and let me tell you, it was gorgeous and spacious!! Perfect spot to get ready on your big day and extremely convenient! The food is to DIE for!! I cant tell you how many compliments we got about how beautiful our venue was and how delicious the food was. From the welcome sangria glass, to the apps at cocktail hour, to the main courses- people were raving about it. Many guests told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to! I'd have to agree with them ;) Along our wedding journey, we had two coordinators leave during our planning process. However, we were never worried because we received emails about the changes and were quickly introduced to the next coordinator. We ended up with Gina and we cannot thank her enough for all her help! She was truly wonderful to work with. Gina was easy to get in contact with and she reassured us that everything would go smoothly, and it did! She offered great advice and suggestions and every detail was perfect. Gina is a professional and accommodating. She was so understanding about what we wanted and even offered us some extra accommodations because of the changes that occurred during our planning. On our day, she went above and beyond and made sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently! The way she decorated was exactly as I pictured it to be- it was truly flawless. Thank you, Gina! We are so thrilled to have had the best day of our lives at the Grand View! We wish we could do it all over again! :) -

Incredible venue
I cannot express enough how amazing it was working with the team at Grand View. On the day of the wedding, Danielle and Gina were on fire!! Every single detail was perfected and taken into account. From the moment I stepped out of the Chalet (the incredible house for the bridal party to stay at for the weekend) until the very end of the wedding I was met by both Danielle and Gina. Both were so attentive and genuine. They truly wanted the day to go as perfectly as my husband and I wanted and you could feel that attention with everything they did. Now, let’s talk about the venue itself. Wow! It’s set on beautiful Lake Nipmuc, with kayakers and boaters enjoying the day off in the distance. Our ceremony was held outside along the water, followed by cocktail hour both indoors and outdoors, and the reception in the Grand ballroom where we danced the night away. Danielle accommodated all of my ideas and gave me ideas of things I would have never thought of, which made the day even more special. Overall, Grand View is highly recommended for anyone looking to have a beautiful and unique wedding, with staff who dedicates their time to your every want and need!! -

Grand view was a DREAM. From the minute we saw it, we knew that it was the perfect venue - it just looks like somewhere that a perfect wedding would happen... and thats exactly what did happen! We worked with Danielle from day one and she was so amazing. She responded to all of my silly and crazy questions throughout the year that we were wedding planning. Danielle worked with us from the beginning to make our day exactly what we wanted. We had a late November wedding but didn't want to pass up the outdoor ceremony space at Grand View. Danielle and the rest of the staff supported our crazy decision to have an outdoor ceremony on a 40 degree day... They set up a hot cider station and space heaters. Gina was our day-of coordinator. She, Danielle, Ashley, and everyone else made the space so beautiful. They set everything up absolutely perfectly... it truly was a dream. I literally can't think of one thing that went wrong. People are still commenting on how beautiful of a day it was... mostly thanks to the staff at Grand View :) -

My husband and I were recently married at the Grand View. The Grand View was the first and only place we took a tour of, we knew right away that this gorgeous venue was the place for us! The grounds, ballroom, fireplace and even bathrooms were downright beautiful. We worked with Danielle to help coordinate the wedding and it was easier than I could ever imagine. Danielle helped us every step of the way and made sure that our wedding would go off without a hitch. During the day of the wedding Gina and Ashley were so wonderful and made sure that everything went as planned. The food was absolutely delicious, in fact we're still receiving compliments on how good the food was. I can not recommend this venue enough, if you want all your wedding dreams to come true get married at the Grand View! -

Getting married at Grand View was a dream come true. The grounds are just as glorious as they appear online and the staff is accommodating and flexible. We married under the chapel which matched my vision exactly of white lawn chairs & space for a beautiful flower arbor. Our guests could not stop saying how beautiful the venue was and how much they loved it all. The icing on the cake was the food!! It was delicious from the salad to the entree and the chef even made a specific Dominican & Haitian delicacy as a surprise to our guests. We even held our Hora Loca right before the reception ended which engulfed our guests in a celebration to remember. We could not be happier with th crew at GrandView, this hidden gem in the town of Mendon. -
Kara Sent on 06/15/2018We had our wedding on April 7th, 2018 at Grand View and it was the most amazing day. Even though my guests were a bit taken back by us having an outdoor morning ceremony in about 40 degree weather, they agreed it was worth it when they saw the ceremony site and the views of the lake on the side of us. Danielle was our wedding coordinator and she made the whole process so unbelievable smooth from beginning to end! She was super responsive to all my questions and (irrational) concerns, and was fantastically proactive with keeping me on schedule during planning, even giving me tips and tricks to make my day the best day ever. The venue it’s self is so breathtaking, with multiple ceremony sites on the water which both options are so amazing. The food was UNBELIEVABLE! My guests and especially my husband could not stop raving about it! We had a brunch wedding so the chef came up with a unique menu specifically for our day and it did NOT disappoint! We even used the chalet on site for our after party. What a fantastic perk to the venue! Everything about our day was absolutely wonderful! If we could do it again tomorrow and every day after that we would!! Thank you Danielle and Grand View!!

Ashley Sent on 01/17/2018Laura was the event coordinator for our wedding located at the Grand View in Mendon, MA and she was more than amazing and beyond accommodating. My husband and I had a hiccup in our wedding plans - long story short, Hurricane Irma destroyed our U.S.V.I wedding venue 6 weeks before our wedding, leaving us little time to re-plan. Finding Laura and booking the Grand View on such short notice was truly a blessing. Laura’s professional, punctual, organized, easy to work with and as mentioned above, extremely accommodating, she understood our vision and worked her a** off to make it happen – she even coordinated so we could keep our original menu from our U.S.V.I wedding. And the venue speaks for itself, the lake makes for a perfect backdrop, especially with the fall foliage and interior of the Grand View makes for incredible pictures; make sure you check out the Bridal Suite and Women’s restroom (yes, the restrooms are picturesque as well). The overall size of the venue was perfect, it allowed our guest to spread out and enjoy the evening, the food was mouthwatering – people are still talking about the beef tenderloin, and the staff were great to our wedding guest. If you’re on the fence about what venue to pick and what a venue/staff that is professional, accommodating and willing to bring your wedding vision to life, Grand View is your spot!
