Stop debating, just HIRE HIM!
I have known DJ Royal for over 10 years. From Dj all our college events/parties, to being the DJ at my grandmas 80th bday, and being the DJ at my college graduation party. He’s been the entertainment master for so many events in my life that it was only right that he DJ one of the biggest moments in my life… my wedding!! Mike was so professional and helpful in every point of my wedding planning process. Planning a destination wedding in Spain is already stressful but the one thing I didn’t have to stress/ worry over was the music. He was readily available with song suggestions, and customizing different songs to help execute the vibe of my wedding perfectly. Our guests danced all night long into the early hours of 3am. And just when I thought he couldn’t top our wedding music selection , he goes and shuts ish down the next day at our farewell pool party. To the point that ppl were begging him to play for an additional hour. I would highly recommend Mike for all your special events! Can’t wait to book him again! -

I have known Mike for over 8 years. I first encountered him as the DJ of my bestie’s baby shower. Once I got engaged, I knew he was who I wanted to be our DJ/Emcee. Mike is the consummate professional. We met with him before to discuss what we wanted. We couldn’t decide on our first dance song but with our other song selections, he was able to choose a song that really embodied our personality. Our guests danced all evening and he really had them engaged as our wedding party was introduced. I would recommend Mike 1000 times over. He is absolutely the best. -

I first met Mike when he DJ’d/MC’d my friend’s daughter’s sweet 16. I think I only sat down to eat! That night, I said to myself I have to book him for my upcoming wedding.
Mike made the booking process seamless. Speaking to him, made me feel like I was speaking with family! Let’s start with his personality. He is a genuinely nice human being that cares about you! He’s so professional, responds promptly to our needs and concerns, and reassured my husband and I that our wedding was going to be a FETE. And boy did he deliver on his promise!!
Meeting him on the day of the wedding, he came with that ENERGY! And that ENERGY was contagious. Everyone raved about how he was so engaging with crowd. The music was perfect! All the songs we wanted to hear were played at the appropriate time. People only sat down to eat, and even then was still moving in their seats and itching to get back on the dance floor.
My wedding wouldn’t have been a success without Grand Royal Productions! Needless to say a rating of 5/5 is not high enough! He exceeded my expectations! If you have an event and are looking for DJ/MC, look no further! He has everything you need to make your event a success!

Our wedding planner referred Mike to us early in the process and we knew he’d be the perfect fit from the first call we had with him. Just read all the other reviews here - THE best energy, absolute professionalism, extremely responsive, nailed every single part of the ceremony music and reception without even the tiniest flaw, and went above and beyond to make our day easy and special both before and during the wedding.
Our families and friends had never met before and his MC skills helped bring them together perfectly. He had my 86 year old grandmother dancing with one of the groomsmen. We had so so so much fun and it absolutely couldn’t have happened without Grand Royal Productions.
We’d add a star to every category here if we could. -

DJ Royal (Mike) was great and I am so happy we hired him for our wedding. He had our wedding lit the whole night! He was also great to work with and didn’t need too much direction. We had so many guests tell us they loved our DJ.
If you are lucky and Mike is available for your event, book him!! -

Now where should I begin. We were referred to Mike from another DJ, and little did we know that this referral was going to be the best match ever!
Man Mike is an all around great person.... he was a great person to just work with and talk to aside from being a DJ. Mike was always available to speak to us about suggestions and any last min changes.
On the day of the wedding he came with a lot of energy!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥 man the energy was on high the entire night!! He came early and available to help us or any of our other vendors. During the night the crowd was on fire... he was able to engage the crowd and even keep their attention the entire night. Also, he was able to pronounce everyone’s name well and get them laughing. You will never find a better DJ and MC in NYC! Man this guy is talented... he is a must hire for your event!! He is also very diverse in music... which is a plus since me and my wife are from 2 diff countries.
I’m telling you right now you will not be disappointed.. period. LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

All of our guest kept telling us about how good our DJ was after our wedding, even so, that some of my friends was inquiring to hire him for all of their events.

DJ Royal is one of the best DJs in the business. His high energy, charisma, confidence, and humor is the perfect recipe for achieving a successful, engaging, and memorable event. He knows how to fire up the crowd and is dynamic in his style, knowing when and how to make the necessary adjustments to maintain participation. He is also professional and always well prepared. My family have booked DJ Royal for three consecutive events and he has always delivered, exceeding expectations every single time. I cannot recommend him enough, after you book him, you will see why. -

DJ/ MC Royal was phenomenal. He artistically included the different genres requested. After quarantining and while still implementing cdc guidelines, it was so much fun and wonderful to finally be able to celebrate and party. My guests left complimenting his work. DJ Royal, was the perfect fit for our wedding and yours. Despite being in a "Pandemic Quarantine" Royal was ready and prepared to make our night epic, and yes He delivered.
After having to postpone and change the venue, he let us know immediately it wouldn't be a problem to reschedule. When we were struggling to find a videographer He went above and beyond to network and find a professional for us.
The day of He arrived with a professional, high tech set-up, including lighted booth, tvs, lights. He transitioned smoothly between providing music for the wedding ceremony, the cocktail hour and then the reception. I love music and made very specific and detailed requests about the various genres of music to be played throughout the day, and DJ Royal, never made a mistep. He was an engaging host and an amazing DJ.
Our guests raved all-night and the following weeks about how DJ Royal turned the energy up and left it on high. They even requested a CD/playlist..
Dj Royal is the wedding DJ you want and need! -

I went to two weddings where DJ Royal MC'd and DJ'd for the evening. I fell in love with his style both times, not realizing immediately that it was the same DJ. He came highly recommended and I know we made the right choice by selecting him to DJ our special day! He is on point, friendly, has high energy, mixes tracks so effortlessly, and reads the crowd well! I couldn't ask for a better DJ; DJ Royal is all you'll need to have a stress free event! -

Amazing!! Words can not express how happy we are that we hired Royal and DJ Spider. The two of them together your event will be more than epic. If you want to have an unforgettable event look no further Royal is the person to hire. Royal ensured the songs I wanted were played he worked closely with the planner, the DJ and the audio guy. To top it off Royal made sure I was happy every step of the way. I never had so much fun and my guest are saying this was the best wedding ever thanks to Royal. -

When selecting a dj/host it can be a difficult decision for such an a milestone event in ones life. I was referred to use Royal Services by a friend and I would have to say Im very excited that the referral was solid. He was very profesional and Punctual. Everything was amazing and on Que.
