  Best Band !

  As a wedding planner I have worked with tons of bands and DJ's. Grand Central Station was great to work with on all fronts- professional, easy to work with, great sound! I would 10/10 recommend as a hospitality professional for anyone looking to have a great band for their event.

  Paul and the band are premier entertainment in the Capital District. We chose them for our wedding after seeing them perform several shows around the area. They are well versed in all of the components that go into your big day and that relieves a lot of stress. The only only time the dance floor was empty was when we were eating. Every member of the band is extremely talented, from the bass and drums as the foundation, the tasty licks and riffs from the guitar and the incredible vocals. Their versatility impressed everyone at our wedding and cannot express how grateful we are for putting on a spectacular show. I will be recommending Grand Central Station to anyone who is looking for entertainment for their wedding.

  You Need Grand Central Station!

  We could not recommend Grand Central Station more for your wedding. Paul was great in helping us with picking out songs leading up to the wedding and he captured our song list perfectly. Once they started playing, the dance floor was packed the whole time. They made sure to play a variety of genres and songs that everyone could sing along to. After the wedding, everyone commented on how great the band was and how much fun they had. We wish we could have kept the partying going all night! You won't be disappointed if you book this band!

  Everybody loved GCSB!

  We booked GCSB after hearing many good reviews and they absolutely did not disappoint! Paul was great to work with and we really appreciated his attention to detail with regard to meeting our expectations of what we wanted our wedding band/entertainment to bring to our reception. They promised a party for our guests and that is exactly what we got! They also learned our first dance song and played it flawlessly, which was so special.

  10/10 made our wedding - Book them!!!

  Booking Grand Central Station for our wedding was the best decision we made! The dance floor was absolutely packed from the moment the reception started. They are all so talented, played the best music, and without a doubt made our wedding!! Everyone all night was raving about how amazing they are and how they are the best wedding band they’ve ever seen! I’m still getting texts from guests about how great the band was 3 days later. Paul was also so great through the entire process leading up to the wedding, was so accommodating with our first dance/ parent dance songs and any specific song requests we had. He made it a seamless process. I truly could not recommend Grand Central Station more. Stop looking and book them I promise you will not regret it!!

  Amazing experience!

  Grand Central Station was absolutely wonderful. They got everyone at our wedding up and dancing. The lead vocals were so good and I appreciated how much they interacted with the guests to liven up the party! Thank you to Paul and the group, would absolutely recommend!

  They made our wedding so much fun!

  Grand Central Station did an amazing job working with us to set and maintain a timeline, and our wedding ended up being SO much fun, all thanks to them! We didn't think we'd be dancing much, but Paul and the band kept all of our guests on the dance floor, and even got me out there for a little bit. I don't know how they managed to turn us all into a super fun group of people, but it was a BLAST. I would highly recommend Grand Central Station. They know what they're doing, they are professional yet low pressure, and will have your guests complimenting your event for years to come. We still have people commenting on how much fun they had, and how much they loved the band.

  My dad is still talking about how amazing Grand Central Station was at our Wedding!!!

  All of our guests were on the dance floor every minute the band was playing. Grand Central station was FANTASTIC. Our goal was to keep everyone on the dance floor for as long as possible and wow did Grand Central station exceed our expectations. They were truly so fabulous and easy to work with. Hire them for your wedding if they are available ASAP. I did want to mention, we hired them without hearing them first because we were getting married at a very busy time, but their reputation around the area was so high we were not even nervous about it. Seriously hire them today!! Thanks Paul & Team, you made our night unforgettable.

  They made our night unforgettable

  We are SO happy we chose Grand central station for our wedding. They were attentive and responsive the whole wedding planning process and they went out of their way to make our night so special. And of course they are AMAZING musicians. We danced the night away!!

  Incredible band!

  These guys were AWESOME. Easy to work with, great musicians, and kept us dancing all night long. They also sang our song, Joy of My Life by Chris Stapleton and it was INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend.

  Amazing band- must hire for your wedding!

  Grand Central Station was amazing! All of our guests were dancing all night. The band was really responsive and learned a few songs for us. I would highly recommend hiring them for any event. They made our wedding so fun! Our guests are still talking about it.

  5 Stars Isn't Enough!

  My daughter wanted a reception where everyone would be on the dance floor. Paul promised to get the party started and he and GCS delivered the entire night! With such talented musicians and lead vocalists, our guests from downstate thought we brought them in from NYC. Another guest texted his sister that she should fly the band to Chicago for her wedding reception! They can play virtually any song of any genre and were a hit with every guest. Paul worked to accommodate some last minute changes and requests too! If you want a fun reception, that people remember long afterwards, then Grand Central Station is your band!

  Our Party came together BECAUSE of this AMAZING BAND!!!!

  Last summer the idea of a party for my 50th Birthday was just a thought - we went to a July 4th party where we saw Grand Central Station performing. From there my party was now a real thing and I had to have THIS band. I asked on the spot if they could hold my birthday weekend and from there the party came to life. On Saturday, November 13th Grand Central Station made my party so much fun and such a great celebration. Once everyone finished eating, I don't think there was one song that didn't have the crowd on the dance floor. Thank you so much for making our night so memorable.   Absolutely amazing

  Grand Central Station was one of the best decisions we made when it came to vendor selection for our wedding! Paul was very professional, he was helpful when it came to song selection for various parts of the evening, and he was extremely flexible when we had numerous requests (even day-of!). He and his crew had everyone on the dance floor from the moment they started playing until the venue closed us down - my wife and I started going around to tables to say hello to people ,but before we knew it, nobody was left sitting at their tables because they were all on the dance floor! We had people coming up to us all the next day telling us how much they loved the band, and we couldn't agree more!

  AMAZING wedding band

  Hiring GCBS was one of the simplest choices for our wedding. We have always loved their shows, and our wedding did not disappoint! They were excellent to work with - great communication, super friendly and just wonderful artists. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

  Book this band!

  If you are leaning towards a band opposed to a DJ, this band is 100% who you should go with. From start to finish GCS was a pleasure to work with. Paul is very organized and quick to respond to any concerns/ questions you may have which was huge for us as we were trying to stay organized ourselves. They cater to whatever you want to do during your wedding and also offer suggestions if you ask for them. They put on a great show , they keep the crowd involved and keep the dance floor packed all night ! To top it off, they are all great musicians and great people. Our wedding was over a week ago and we are still getting messages from our guests saying how great the band was. Can’t say enough about this band and all the members !!

  Just amazing Paul and GCS! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding reception and you helped make that possible! Even the event manager said the band was fantastic, and most bands for the Roundhouse are from Beacon/NYC vicinity! Thank you so much for making the trip!

  GCS was the perfect live band for our day!

  Grand Central Station is hands down the best group of live performers in the area.

  Hire this band and don't look back!

Coming up from NYC, I thought maybe they wouldn't be what we were looking for, but they were exactly what we were looking for! We didn't want the typical DJ that was going to blast the music and lights to the point that you couldn't think and couldn't enjoy the party. They kept everyone entertained and dancing and played to the room beautifully. We've gotten so many compliments from our friends and our parents' friends on how great the band was. They played everything from 60s, to country, to pop, etc. Our only regret of the wedding was that we didn't have more time with them!

  Very easy to work with and very talented! We couldn't be more happy with how everything went on our big day. We would use them again in a heartbeat for any other event in the future. Highly recommend this band!

  Best reception because they kept it ROCKING

  Grand Central Station helped to make our wedding the best ever! They were extremely professional during the planning process and were open to all of our specific requests. They kept the dance floor PACKED all night-- these guys are experts at reading a crowd. My husband and I turned around to go and say our hellos to our guests at their tables and suddenly nobody was sitting because EVERYONE was on the dance floor. I have had so many people tell me that our band was the best ever. I'd give them more than five stars if that was an option.

  Biggest complement we received from our guests

  Grand Central Station was the biggest complement we received from our guests about our wedding. The dance floor was packed since the first song they played. Paul was wonderful MC'ing and organizing our reception. The band even worked with my sisters as they surprised us by singing a speech! I can't say enough positive things about our experiences with Grand Central Station. They were responsive with emails or any questions we had throughout the wedding planning process. They learned songs for our first dances, and they sounded just like the original versions. They were absolutely wonderful. When my fiancé and I were first engaged and went to an event to hear Grand Central Station play, a young woman came up to us and told us about her experiences with the band. She had them at her wedding and said the dance floor was never empty and the band was the life of the party. I can now say we had the exact same experience. We are so pleased with Paul and Grand Central Station. If you do choose to work with them, be ready for all your guests to rave about the band and how amazing their performance was!
