    Incredible to work with!

    So helpful with picking out China/flatware/glasses/etc. I had to change some things last minute and they were very flexible. Everything arrived right on time and pickup went very smoothly! Would highly recommend.

    Grand Central Party Rental is the BEST!! We used their services for my daughter's wedding, we used 2 of their large tents, draping, chandeliers, china and dinner ware, tables, table cloths, chairs, dance floor and mahogany bars, and they made the wedding beautiful and a huge success. Melody Wilkes is so wonderful to work with and she helped us design our tents, as well as Brett Elzy who made sure our tents would work perfectly in the venue. The Grand Central Team is a hard working team and they do not disappoint. They will make sure your special day is just how you want it to be!! Thank you Grand Central for helping us have a Dream Wedding!!!

    Lauren and Melody are amazing to work with. They were the reason I chose to work with Grand Central. You have two people who definitely love their job and clients! I have had to make several changes :) and not once have I flet like a burden. Amazing team! You are missing out if you aren't using Grand Central. Fleixble and easy to work with great responsiveness.     I can't say enough about Lauren Buscher and the team at Grand Central Party Rental. My son and his fiancé decided they wanted a backyard wedding at our home. We contacted Grand Central Party Rentals for a tent, tables and chairs, and linens. As the planning continued, the wedding guest list grew quickly, and we needed to upgrade to a larger tent and dance floor, as well as additional tables and seating. The weather forecast called for cold weather on the day of the wedding. Again, Grand Central Party Rental, accommodated our needs, providing us with tent walls and heaters at late notice. Everything came together perfectly, and the tent was a lifesaver for the reception. I have to say a special thank you to Lauren Buscher for being so helpful. We highly recommend Grand Central Party Rentals and would definitely use them again!

    They were amazing to work with from the start. Knowledgable, eager to help and kind. They also delivered my tent and other items the exact day and time that I requested. Really impressed by their customer service! Not easy to find these days!

    They had everything set up pretty early and our florist was able to decorate nicely and be finished really early! Lauren was very responsive and always contacted me as soon as I emailed her. I never had to meet with them in person and was able to do everything via email! I had a wonderful experience!

    Grand Central was so great to work with! I would highly recommend them for any event. They were prompt with delivery and pick up. They took the time to show us colors for the linens for my daughters wedding. The professional help was awesome!! I was very pleased and would definitely use their services again if ever needed.

    Grand Central Party provided the perfect rentals and service for our wedding! We worked with Melody and she was GREAT! She was always available whenever I needed her, and so, so sweet to work with. My vision came to life perfectly with everything Grand Central rented to us. I would highly recommend them!

    Grand Central Party did a wonderful job on my wedding. The staff was easy to work with and extremely flexible, as I was making changes up until the day before the wedding. Melody made me feel as if I was here only client. She made suggestions on what we would need, and it’s because of those suggestions my wedding ran so smoothly. The guys that delivered everything were amazing as well. I would recommend Grand Central Party to anyone planning an event!

    Grand Central Party did an amazing job for my daughters' wedding! Every detail turned out beautiful and I couldn't have been more pleased. Their kindness and patience with us went above and beyond and even though our venue was out of town, they made sure that everything arrived on time and that every detail was just as we had requested. They helped make our night magical and everything my daughter had always dreamed it would be. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

    I love this place! I had a tight budget and they had a great array of items that made my wedding beautiful. The guys that set it up were very friendly, professional and timely. Every time I called with a question the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. Great place to give your business.

    These guys were great. They were on point with every detail and had a great team for suggestions on what I would be needing on the big day. Everything was in order, under budget, great communication, and all rentals arrived at the perfect time.

    Grand Central did a wonderful job with my wedding rentals. Melody was so wonderful to work with and was so helpful. We had almost signed a contract with a different company but just were not thrilled with them and their customer service. Then, we met with Melody and immediately knew we wanted to work with Grand. Everything went smoothly and we could not have been more pleased!

    Keith and his team at Grand Central were absolutely amazing. He was incredibly flexible and used a consultative rather than sales-focused approach, which I found when I had contacted other event rental service providers in town. His farm tables, burlap tablecloths, lace runners, etc. were absolutely perfect for our outdoor rustic-style reception. I received non-stop compliments on how beautiful the rentals were. His set-up team was prompt, courteous and very professional, as was the team that broke everything down. I will use Grand Central whenever I have party rental needs in Nashville.     The designers at Grand Central Party turned my daughter's wedding/reception into a magical, fairy-tale come true!! From the gorgeous white draping on the walls with soft lighting, to the beautiful china & silverware, elegant tablecloths and chairs, the reception was stunning! The delivery and pick-up was flawless with very polite workers. I highly recommend Grand Central Party for weddings and events!

    The staff at grand central party were absolutely wonderful. Although my rental was last minute (the week of) the staff worked with us and we were able to rent the tables and chairs we needed to complete our event. Would definetly do business with them again.

    Grand Central is the best! they are extremely professional and easy to work with. Every detail of my wedding was executed to perfection. They arrived on time with everything I ordered and the staff did an excellent job in setting up as well as the beautiful draping.     Grand Central Party Rental surpassed our expectations. Having an outdoor wedding in August presents challenges. Mr. Krantz provided an elegant atmosphere for our outdoor wedding and reception. The garden wedding was gorgeous and the reception was amazing!

    I rented for two events (mainly tables and chairs) for a shower and a party. Miranda and Mikasha were very knowledgable and helpful while placing my order. For the first party, I had to pick up 20 chairs and it was no problem since their warehouse (while a bit of a drive my my house) was rather easy to find and the items were available and the guy loaded the chairs into my truck, as well as unloading them when I brought them back. For the second party, we had 50 chairs and 5 tables that were delivered promptly when they said they would be and picked up when they said they would be. Great job great service adn i will repeat/recommed and necessary.

    We can't thank the entire Grand Central team enough for helping to make our dream wedding reception a reality! They were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process; from deciding the perfect color scheme to choosing linens, centerpieces, and miscellaneous decor, they made us feel very at ease about each and every detail. Our guests absolutely LOVED the fun atmosphere that the Grand Central team created-- little did they know that we got it all at an extremely reasonable price!!

    We used Grand Central Party Rental for all of our rehearsal dinner and reception needs. We had a beautiful tent (complete with lighting and chandeliers), tables, chairs, dance floor, china, gorgeous linens and center pieces. Their selections were outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. They were very accomodating and helpful. The rentals we used were of the highest quality and set the perfect backdrop for our special day. Everyone that we dealt with at Grand Central Party Rentals was a delight. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to have a memorable party or event!!

    We used Grand Central for our wedding in April of 2009 and were very pleased in all aspects of the company. Our wedding was outdoors, so we used a very braod spectrum of rentals; tent, chandeliers, chairs, tables, and linens. Kim worked with us and treated us as if we were the only ones on her client list. She met with us numerous times throughout the entire year during our planning of the wedding. She was honest with us in regards to prices, reserving what we needed and deadlines that had to be met. We were never pressured into any decisions or any unwanted ad-ons. My mom and I were very impressed with Kim and Grand Central's professionalism and help; we would recommend them to anyone.

    I met Keith, the owner, and Kim at a bridal show and after talking with them, they helped us out by discounting our Sunday delivery/set-up/pick up, and gave us $50 off for booking on the day of the show! They are probably the cheapest in town for what I was ordering (linens, chairs, and set-up/delivery on Sunday) and are fairly flexible. I added a few extra linens just a few days before, and there was no problem. On the day of the wedding, it POURED and I hadn't been prepared. We called Keith's personal number at 6am on the Sunday morning to see if we could get a tent but he unfortunately didn't want to put his workers at risk by having them set up a tent in lightning. So, we sucked it up and made it work, and when they got there to set up our 200 chairs, we discovered they all wouldn't fit in our limited space of an indoor venue and we ended up only using 100. The delivery guys were fantastic and I hate that I didn't have cash on me to tip them because they definitely deserved it! My mother asked if they could refund us the cost of the 100 chairs we didn't use and they didn't set up, and he said he'd talk with the ladies in charge. We heard back from them and the best they could do was refund us $100 which amounted to fee charged to set-up the chairs and about 2/3 the cost of the chairs themselves. It was quite generous of them and they will definitely be who I call if I need rentals in the future!

    I worked with Kim and she treated me as though I was her only client. She helped me find a tent that was large enough for my event, but still helped me stay on budget. When I called her three days before my wedding because it was going to pour rain on my wedding day, she helped me add the necessary items and offered me suggestions that helped me save money where I could.

    Grand Central was so helpful in renting us linens, tables and other items for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. They worked closely with the venue and really made sure we had what we needed. We had no issues with items being dropped off on time or being able to pick up items for the rehearsal dinner. The items that they stocked were high quality and they had everything! The few things we were looking for that they didn't stock because it was out of their area of expertise they knew how to refer is to. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to use them. They know what they are doing for sure.

    I rented chairs for my wedding from Grand Central. I was very pleased with them. We booked in January (and actually were able to save 15% because they had given me a coupon at a local bridal show). One quick call and they were booked. I just had to call a week before the wedding and make my final payment.

    I actually ended up adding more chairs at last minute, and they were super flexible! The chairs looked GORGEOUS at my wedding! And the company was very accommodating with delivery and pickup, even after my venue screwed some things up.

    I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

    Grand Central is the place to go with your wedding and party rental needs! They are professionals and completely trustworthy. We used them for our wedding reception (tables, chairs, linens, etc) and I've also worked with them for several large work parties (tents, tables, chairs). Just for my small wedding reception, the owner himself was kind enough to drive from Madison to downtown Nashville and help me figure out where to put what at the site.

    We rented some drapery for our ceremony as well as a dance floor for the reception. The drapery was nice but the dance floor started to come apart not even an hour after our reception started. Thankfully no one got Hirt for that happening.

    I planned my daughters wedding at Rock Castle. I worked with Kim McClean at Grand Party. We received detailed information about what we had rented, how the layout of the tent would be via a CAD drawing, and correct competitive pricing. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and knowledge that Kim provided. We also used her as the wedding planner, which was a great choice. On the day of the wedding, rain showers popped up with strong possible storms. Kim unexpectedly sent a 60 foot section of tent wall to us via a messenger to cover the side facing the lake...I then called her to see if we could add 1 more section. It was ready for pick up in 30 minutes. Had she not sent that initial 60 foot section we would have had a mess. She clearly looks out for your event and makes sure all goes as planned. We had a wonderful evening.... even with the rain!

    Our event coordinator was not as helpful as we'd hoped, but the crew that handled the setup was top notch! Our reception tent looked magical & our lounge area was a hit!

    We used this vendor for our tent, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, dance floor, stage, and fans. The general manager, Kim, was very easy to work with. I suggest booking this first thing because things do go quickly. We wanted a bigger dance floor but by the time I decided I wanted to make it bigger, all the other dance floors were booked. We were very happy with the service and they setup the day before the wedding. They don't pick up on Sunday, so make sure your place allows you to keep your rentals there until Monday morning. Overall, the price was decent and the service was good. I would recommend them. They are also cheaper than Signature Rental in Nashville, so if you are looking to compare prices, I found they were cheaper.

    They responded quickly to all emails and calls, and made accommodations for our last minute requests. However, we reviewed how we would like our set up on day of wedding and it was wrong when we showed up. Thank God it worked out anyway. Just make sure you finalize everything with them.

    The prices were very reasonable but they were late. They told me they would be at my venue at 9am and they didn't show up until 2pm. They also forgot 3tables and 30 chairs. After they fixed there mistakes everything went smoothly.

    Unfortunatly I was underimpressed with our tent/facilities vendor. While I loved our venue, the made us use Grand Central - there was no other option. I found that it was hard to communciate with their representitives - literally until the day of my wedding I didn't know where exactly my tent would be because I couldn't get a clear answer. I feel like often I was told one thing the when I talked to them, then when I called back to confirm everything I changed. Working with this vendor was my number one challenge with my wedding. If I could have kept my venue and paid more for a different vendor I would.

    The price and quality was amazing! The communication between us and the vendor AND the vendor and their workers, not so much. For one, we did a pre-meeting where they surveyed the land. They measured it the way we would put it. The week of the wedding they came out to set the tent up and put it up the opposite way, saying there was no way they could do it the other way. No big deal, we just had to make some switches. They also suggested I get a generator, but only if my budget allowed, but they assured me their lights could run on the power we had.
    Two, there were light problems, so the afternoon before the wedding they were to come out and fix it. They came out while we were at our rehearsal dinner. LUCKILY, that night we were out in the tent decorating and found that the lights were shorting out. I called the company first thing in the morning and their resolution was "We told you to get a generator". This is the LAST thing I wanted to hear ON MY WEDDING DAY! After my sister called and basically chewed them out, they said that they would try to get a generator out there. In my opinion we should've got a discount since we were told it was not completely necessary, when obviously it was. PLUS the tent was set up 3 days before the wedding, so don't you think SOMEONE would've noticed something was wrong and told us sooner what to do to fix it?!? Praise God they got the generator up and running and the lights stayed on (and bright) all night.
    If you are looking for cheap, these guys do offer great prices. Just make sure you check, double check, even triple and quadruple check to make sure you don't go through what I did the morning of my wedding.
