Grafe studios did an amazing job with both of my daughters’ weddings they were super helpful in helping us pick out flowers goth bouquets and decorations. On Wedding Day everything was delivered as promised. Flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged.

I loved our flowers! They were stunning and beautifully arranged. Several guests and friends who later saw photos commented about how amazing they turned out. Betsy and Al graciously met with us to determine what we wanted and find beautiful solutions within a limited budget. They also went above and beyond to allow us to rent some greenery we used in our decor and work with specific delivery and pick up needs. When assembling the flowers, they kept me updated on progress and even texted me photos of how things were coming together. I would definitely recommmend Grafe for your wedding and any other floral needs!

If you are looking for a florist for your special event or wedding I can not begin to tell you how happy and satisfied you will be if you choose Grafe Studio. I was coordinating my wedding long distance and had only one opportunity to meet with them in person, but they were super helpful throughout the whole process. And made the arrangements and bouquets beautifully!!!! I was soooo thrilled with both the quality of service and product I received from Grafe Studio!!!! :)

The flowers were perfect they were very friendly and flexible with us. Planning a destination wedding is difficult but they made everything super easy and the result was everything I could have asked for.

BEAUTIFUL flowers!! They knew exactly what i envisioned for my flowers and my bouquet. I went with a boho, wild flower theme with moss etc. and they pulled it off beautifully. They listened to the my vision and worked very well with all the other vendors.

We had a wonderful experience. The flowers were all gorgeous! I went in with ideas of things that I liked and they actually helped me visualize and were very willing to offer more cost-effective alternatives when I stated my budget. Several of my friends have used Grafe Studios for their weddings and we had the same great experience! I highly recommend this company if you want a reliable, friendly vendor who has been in the business for over 30 years. They do not disappoint and the customer service you receive is out of this world awesome! I will be using Grafe studios for all future events and will highly recommend to any of my friends. They flower arrangements were beyond beautiful and the bouquets and boutonnieres were very nice too! We got many many compliments on the flowers at our wedding and they definitely added a lot to the pictures!

I absolutely loved the flowers and arrangements Grafe Studio designed for my wedding! I wanted simple but unique and they delivered beautifully on both! Very easy to work with, personable, and amazing flowers! Highly recommend!!

Grafe did all my bouquets and boutonnieres and I was very pleased. Everything was beautiful and Faith was so easy to work with! She is incredibly helpful with recommending flowers for the not so petal savvy bride and she is so friendly you can't help but enjoy the experience.

The Grafes took over an hour of their time just to sit with me and help me toss around ideas about the look I was going for with our wedding. I went in not really knowing how I wanted everything to look but with their patience and guidance we picked out beautiful bouquets and boutiniers. Their prices were more affordable than any other floral store we saw. They were the first venue to show up on the day of the wedding and Mrs. Grafe herself stayed until she knew everything was perfect. Our big day would not have been what it was if it wasn't for them!

Grafe Studio did all of my wedding flowers, and they were absolutely gorgeous! I had met with Dennis to discuss what I wanted, and had shown him some pictures of ideas I had. He exceeded my expectations, and the flowers his team created were actually more beautiful than the pictures I had shown him! When I arrived at my wedding venue, Dennis was there putting the chair hangers on, and they were so beautiful, I got a little emotional! That was one of the few times I actually cried the whole day, when I saw my flowers for the first time! I would 100% use Grafe Studio again, they were incredibly easy to work with, showed up when they said they would be there, and provided all the flowers we had discussed. Thank you Grafe!!

Christi was amazing to work with! I gave her a picture of the bouquet that I wanted and she nailed it! She even weaved two of my mother's brooches into the bouquet so that I could see them while I walked down the isle. I would use them again and again. They delivered our flowers on time and the rest of the flowers for the bridal party were so pretty and perfect.

Things were so busy right before the wedding, so when Grafe reached out to me to remind me to check in, I was so grateful to know there was a vendor who was providing not only a product, but a service. I also changed the accent color in my bouquets shortly before the actual event, and didn't have time to come to the studio to choose new flowers. Grafe chose new flowers based on the new color and emailed me pictures, making things so much more convenient for me. When the flowers arrived on my wedding day, they were so beautiful, fresh, and perfect! We received so many compliments, and we would definitely recommend Grafe!

Grafe Studios did a wonderful job with my wedding and Christy was great to work with. She made sure every detail was perfect and even found a way to incorporate my grandmothers wedding rings into my bouquet. She was so helpful in helping me to decide just what I wanted and the flowers were beautiful! They were just what I pictured for my most important day. We loved Grafe Studios!! They did an amazing job on our flowers! They turned out so beautiful in all of our pictures!!! They listened to everything we had to say and then gave us some helpful ideas on what we could do to make it exactly how we wanted it! They have been in the business a long time and definitely know what they are doing and how to make a Bride and her Bridesmaids look gorgeous on her wedding day! And the groom and groomsmen their boutonnieres looked masculine and worked well with their tuxes! We will definitely be giving them our business if we ever need any arrangements in the future!

Will follow your ideas, or they can create something based on your description of what you want. They are patient and they listen. They will work with you until you are satisfied. Their flowers are fresh and beautiful. I could not have been any happier with my flowers for my reception and the ceremony. Take pictures so they will know what you mean by sizes and shapes.

Grafe Studios is amazing! Everyone I worked with was so nice and creative. They helped me stay within my meager budget while covering everything I needed (bouquets, centerpieces etc.) and the end result was lovely. I could not believe how gorgeous all the flowers were or how long they stayed fresh-looking (well over a week). They were meticulous, too, emailing me an itemized list of every flower that would go into every arrangement as well as the cost of each item so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Grafe Studios to anyone in need of a florist.

They have the freshest flowers. When I got back home from my week long honeymoon my bouquet was in a vase and looked as good as it did on my wedding day! They are also the cheapest because they import the flowers themselves. They were so much cheaper, I was a little nervous. I saw them at a bridal show and was positive I had made the right choice. They also don't have a set amount you have to deposit. If you are on a really tight budget they have this rose package that is very reasonable, probably cheaper than fake flowers. They also didn't charge for delivery of our flowers to downtown. They really listen to what you want and I'm pretty sure Mrs. Grafe knows every flower known to man by heart.

The Grafes import their flowers directly, as opposed to going through a wholesaler. As a result, their flowers are fresher and more beautiful than any I had ever seen. Many people, my picky mother-in-law included, said they were the most beautiful wedding flowers they had ever seen!

Beautiful arrangements and reliable service!

Grafe Studios makes the most beautiful arrangements. I wanted something simple, rustic, and elegant for our wedding and that is exactly what I got. They like it when you go in knowing exactly what you want because they can see your vision clearly as well. Everything was taken care of on our wedding day. We didn't have to worry about setting up anything we were planning to do ourselves.

Grafe was absolutely the best choice for my wedding. I had a long engagement that allowed me to be selective with most vendors. During the planning process, I met with four florists, and Grafe really stood out during that time. At our first consultation, they totally understood the feel I was going for and even put together a few things on the spot to make sure they understood the look and feel I was going for.
About six weeks out from my wedding, I made a few changes to the florals, and they were awesome about updating our contract, etc. And then about three weeks out from our wedding day, I learned that a member of our wedding party had a severe allergy to one of our florals (minor, but felt disasterous at the time), so they worked with me to find a replacement and were really positive about finding an alternative.
One of the hard parts for me about things like florals, was trying to picture what it was actually going to look like on the day of. Like I knew the flowers that I picked out, but I wasn't sure exactly how everything was going to look.
I don't have pictures to share yet, but when I showed up at our venue right before the ceremony, I was literally blown away. They nailed everything and went above and beyond to make everything from the big fixtures, like our urns and arbor, to small arrangements like our bud vases, look absolutely stunning.
I would recommend their services to anyone in our area - they were the best money we spent - worth every cent.

Beautiful flowers and great service. We ordered loose flowers and arranged them ourselves but they were very helpful in deciding what flowers would look best for our wedding and budget. They also made beautiful corsages for our mothers and grandmothers.

I loved using the Grafes studio! They were amazing and our flowers were gorgeous. Personally, I thought price was high. But when looking at others. It became clear that their price was ver resonable. Sometimes I felt like it took me a little too long to hear back from them. However, I was also the paranoid bride. I thought most things took to long. I hope everyone can have as beautiful day as I did. :)

I was very pleased with the overall service of this company. Although, the original contact that I began dealing with left the company before my event. I wasn't notified of this change, and it would have been nice and professional if I had been told.

Grafe is very accommodating To the needs of the client. When you talk to them it's relaxed and unhurried which shows they value their clientele and listen to the details. They also suggests good ideas that will make your event more special like what they did to mine.

I was told at my initial consultation that the flowers I liked would be possible to get and use. At my final meeting I was told most of them weren't available. They kept trying to talk me into using flowers I didn't like. After finally being told I would have orange gerber daisies, they were actually a peach, almost pink color when I picked my flowers up on the day of the wedding.

How Embarrassing

Hi! Grafe flowers sent dead and dying flowers to my aunt's funeral. It was Valentine's weekend, and I called ahead to ensure they could do this job. When I saw the arrangement, it immediately went into the trash. I called the owner on Monday and could have cared less. Grafe Studio stole $180!!!

I do NOT recommend this vendor. My only advice if you do choose them is to actually put the number of flowers in each centerpiece on the order. We did not agree on what the adjectives "lush and full" meant. I was imagining a centerpiece "lush and full" of flowers...they thought it meant four flowers. The reason for the change from "lush and full" to four or less flowers per centerpiece is because they felt that more flowers would "take away" from the effect. Of course, there was no change in price and wouldn't give me a refund. Instead they offered for me to come down and pick up some more flowers AFTER my wedding. That was just a very small bouquet...and nothing can make up for your wedding day disaster. I still don't feel like I received what I paid for in this area.

My bouquets were also a disaster. My bridal bouquet was supposed to be distinctly bridal. There were supposed to be white flowers in my bouquet...instead there were 4 very very small specks of petals...not what I ordered. Also, my bouquet was $120 and the bridesmaids' were $50. However, there was not a $70 difference in size but the exact same flowers were used (only mine had the specks of white). I ordered a bouquet that was "loose" with a "garden look" but my bouquet was actually very tight and bunched together.

Of course, my coordinator, Foxy Events, was there when I made this order, had a copy of the order, and still didn't catch any of these mistakes. Or they just didn't care...

This is the worst part...on my wedding day they were very flustered during the set up and Ms. Grafe told my mother it was because they had FORGOTTEN about a wedding they had on Signal Mountain on the same day. How does a vendor FORGET about a wedding they were hired for?
