Annmarie was extremely knowledgeable in her craft. I had an idea and their designers made it come true. The tables at my wedding looked so beautiful--my bouquet was perfect

My husband and I chose Graceland Florist for our wedding 5/21/17 and was very happy with them. We initially found them at Maestro's Bridal Show in the Bronx and Annmarie really knew what she was talking about! Annmarie and her staff were very attentive to what and how I wanted things!! Very affordable and creative!! They were amazing and highly recommend Graceland. Very affordable and bring in your ideas to make it easier for everybody! I wanted white roses and dendrobium orchids and that's exactly what I got. I wanted to do my own centerpieces and asked for Annmarie's opinion on how to do certain things and she was nice enough to lead me in the right direction for everything!!! Thank you again for everything!!!!

Working with Graceland was a fabulous experience. We had used them prior for our fundraising events. Great family owned business. Annmarie the owner is a delight! She is Knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. We love supporting a local business that hires from the community and takes pride in what they do. Last, but not least, our flowers (at the church, bouquet and centerpieces where beautiful!

My daughter received a beautiful, pink sympathy arrangement yesterday from her basketball teammates.. The roses, carnations and lilies are super fresh and the arrangement itself is crafted so delicately and quaint. I just looked at their website and the flowers just pop out on the screen. Everything is fresh!!! Now I have a florist to call when i need flowers:)

Absolutely magnificent!! Graceland florist delivered !! My wedding was in April 2016 and is still talked about today as one of the most fabulous events ever. Both the table flower arrangements and bouquets were one of the many highlights of the day. Most of all, Annmarie, the proprietor, provided professional and personal service at a affordable price.

I did NOT want a white wedding, I wanted COLOR and that is exactly what David gave me. I told him I wanted punches of color and fun and I cannot say enough how beautiful everything was. He took what I envisioned and made it better! My flowers were even wrapped in my dad's pocket square so he could walk with me down the isle even though he isn't here. He delivered them early and my flowers held up throughout the entire wedding with no problems. Thank you for giving me my perfect flowers for my perfect day!

All I have to say is simply amazing . Graceland florist completely out did themselves. I was so happy when I saw my bouquet and the crouches were beautiful ... They were helpful and always willing to help . Especially since I changed my mind about a thousand time they never not helped me and they alwayed made me feel at home . I 100% recommend any one to go there for any need but especially weddings

Graceland Florist did a wonderful job on our flowers for our wedding. They were absolutely gorgeous!! Ann Marie was extremely helpful, personable and she made everything easy during the whole process. She listened to what I wanted and provided excellent advice when I was unsure. Overall, I knew I was in good hands and did not have to worry about anything on our big day!

I can't say thank you enough to Graceland Florist. I worked with AnnMarie who is an absolute sweetheart and a pleasure to work with. My centerpieces and floral ceremony arrangement were gorgeous. They were perfect. If anyone is looking for flowers for any reason, I would highly recommend Graceland Florist.

Let me just start by saying I’ve never written a review for anyone before …

I approached Annmarie when I was just months away from my wedding day. Not only did I feel late in the whole process, but I also had a very particular wish for my centerpieces. From the moment I walked in the door, Annmarie made me feel so at ease with everything, and embraced all my ideas with such an uplifting attitude that I immediately felt all my worries disappear. She spent the time to understand all the details about the day – the venue, the lighting, all the things that were most important to me. She truly cared about making sure the flowers fit into all of it.

For the weeks to come, no matter how busy I was or how many times I changed my mind, I cannot stress enough how Annmarie was the same exact positive, genuine, and warm spirit since the day I met her. She was quick on her feet to think of ideas for me when my budget changed, and she gave me honest feedback when I needed it. She just made everything easy and seamless.

As someone who does not complement easily, I would honestly recommend Annmarie to anyone. She is just the best!

Where do I begin....Graceland Florist did an absolutely AMAZING job on my wedding! I dealt with Annmarie who is a total sweetheart and very professional! She is easy to work with and made my vision 10x better than i expected it to be. My centerpieces were so gorgeous! I had guests tell me that they have never seen centerpieces as beautiful as mine before. From my bouquet, to the church decorations everything was perfect! I recommend every bride to use Graceland Florist! You will not be disappointed!

The florist I had been working with for months could not deliver an exemplar that looked like anything we had discussed, showed him pictures of etc. So 9 days before my daughter's wedding, we fired him and went to Graceland where I had been doing business for a number of years. In one day they had an example of the table design which had the shape, the look, the presentation that was just what we wanted. By her wedding day, they translated that into the color scheme my daughter had planned. By my daughter's wedding day they produced marvelous centerpieces for almost 200 guests, ceremony flowers and the bridal party and it looked like my daughter and I had imagined it. And the price was cheaper than "other" designer!

I continue to do business with them for my church and my own entertaining. I have received nothing but compliments on the flowers I take to friends or relatives. They aim to please and they do!

I always thought it was odd to see reviews for wedding vendors so soon after a wedding date, but thanks to Annemarie at Graceland Florist, I now know why. The arrangements were absolutely stunning; more than my wife and I had dreamed of. From the very first meeting, Annemarie helped guide us through our vision for our wedding. We had multiple changes to our plans before finally settling on what turned out to be the first arrangement that Annemarie had created for us. Graceland was the first florist we visited that truly cared about getting to know us and what we had envisioned rather than just attempt to sell us on a dream like the others. We made multiple changes to our plans, some of them late, and Annemarie was very accommodating. We decided last minute to add a small arrangement to the gazebo for our outdoor ceremony. We just wanted something small and left it to Annemarie to do what she felt would look good. What we got on our wedding day was something out of a fairy tale. So many guests (and even some of the staff at our venue) were curious who our florist was after seeing the arrangements we had. I'm so glad we fought to have Annemarie and Graceland as our florist (our venue generally uses an exclusive house florist). It was easily the best decision we made for our wedding day. Every time you enter the shop, you can tell that each pre-made arrangement for sale was put together with every detail thought out, that's exactly how our wedding turned out. The value you get and the quality of the flowers themselves at Graceland is absolutely amazing. Annemarie and her staff are very friendly and helpful. My wife and I feel like we have a new friend, and we certainly have a new florist (we've purchased flowers from Graceland several times now). Choose Graceland for your wedding (or any occasion) and you will not be disappointed. We could not thank Annemarie enough for everything she did to make our day perfect. Thank you again, Annemarie and Graceland.

Annmarie was absolutly amazing from the moment I walked into her shop. She listened to me about what and how I wanted my flowers for my wedding day. I wanted two types of flowers: circus rose and red velvet roses with lots of green and woodsy accents. I wanted my bouquet to be picasso calla lilly and dark purple calla lillys. She made me feel at home like one of her family and made suggestions to fit my bugget and were still in the same theme and style I wanted! All the arrangements came out stunning! Delivery was right on time and all peices were labeled. I also ordered two large garden decor peices that were a surprise to my mother, again deleivery was spot on time they helped with set up as well. For our one month anniversery my husband went to graceland for a simple bouquet and brought one home of replica flowers and colors from our wedding. I loved it! We are definatly continuing customers at graceland!

I was very pleased with everything I received. It was gorgeous and extremely elegant! I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted when I first went in there. All I told them was my colors and what they did for my sample just based off my colors I was so impressed that I didn't need to change anything. He knew exactly what I would have wanted. After the wedding I received several comments in my fflowers and center pieces. I would recommend this florist to anyone who needs flowers. They are so friendly and very professional. Everything was so easy and not stressful at all. If you are looking for great work and beautiful flowers this is the place to go.

Graceland florist definitely did a wonderful job decorating both the church and the hall for my daughter's party, I was definitely pleased with the outcome. They were very friendly polite and punctual And made me feel very confident that everything will come out to some expectations. Their pricing is very reasonable and well worth the money :) I will be using them again in the future for the next occasion 100%

I used Graceland Florist for my Big Wedding Day and I could not have been happier. I did my research and happend to come across this florist. I booked my flowers 8 months before my wedding with no idea what I wanted to do. They helped me with plenty of ideas as to what centerpieces to choose from, colors, decor.. I had no idea that a florist could have such impecable customer service. I was so overwhelmed with all the things I had to do for my wedding and Graceland Florist made me at ease with one of the most important things. I must say, when you plan a wedding it definitely is not easy. You basically have to plan everything out in your head and hope it all comes together on your big day. Graceland Florist made it happen. When I walked into the reception room I could not get over my centerpieces and how they made my whole wedding come together. I had an October wedding and I requested fall colors to go with my theme and the coppery burgundy dresses that we had already chosen for the bridal party.
The roses were beautiful fall shades but still vibrant and bright.
We had lovely pumpkin centerpieces with flowers. They were imaginative and artfully done, so much so that the manager of the catering hall asked where were they done. They also decorated the cake with cascading roses that made a plain-looking white tiered fondant cake look enchanting. I know that my wedding was a while ago, but when I heard of this website, I had to write, because the flowers were so lovely and different that I still remember them vividly.
It's the same people there and they are cordial, easy to work with and have an innovative sense of design.

We are the owners of a catering hall and my daughter was getting married. Since we have most family parties there she was thinking about a change of venue because she wanted something special. . We went to Graceland Florist and spoke with Joseph. I explained to him the situation, he then met with my daughter and came up with a Bling theme. He and his crew came in and transformed the look of the room. The creativity and problem solving he did to create the most magnificent atmosphere was not to be believed. Tooling with lights draped the ceiling , Crystal tress centerpieces with flowers that people are still talking about. He even picked the color of the linens and did napkins with flowers and crystals. He s professional and talented with a great eye for color and décor. He worked with us and came up with brilliant ideas. Definitely would recommend Graceland Florist, you will not be disappointed!

Any wedding day is special but the quality and service I received at grace land florist was wonderful which added to making that day even more spectacular the centerpieces beautiful and Anything additional help I needed they provided I will use their services again

Our reception was being held in a small restaurant near our home. We needed flowers that would work with the existing decor and not break our budget. The folks at Graceland Florist worked with our wedding coordinator to come up with something simple and elegant.

Not happy with the flowers I received for my wedding :( The staff was friendly and responsive, but the quality and value was not there. If I could go back and choose another vendor I would.

First thing was that they forgot to bring a boutonniere for the ring bearer. I wasn't too upset about this because I knew if I called they would have brought it over and it was only $20. We also had him wearing a "ring security" pin so it was fine.

The major problem was that the bouquets I received looked nothing like what I showed them or agreed on. I asked for all white bouquets (lilies) for the flower girls with absolutely no green leaves showing. What I got was a bunch of green stems and leaves and more than half the flowers did not bloom yet :( They were not full at all and looked very cheap. Only 2 flowers in each bouquet were open, the rest were closed. I could understand if I was vague and came in without really knowing what I wanted, but I showed them the picture, sent it via e-mail so they could have as well, and even in the contract it stated "no green".
Also, my bridal bouquet was so small! Looked like a bridesmaids bouquet, not a bridal bouquet. And the blue accent flowers were dead (or they were squished and ruined, I couldn't tell). Again, I provided them a picture with what I wanted exactly and it did not look the same at all.

The last thing that was a little annoying was that all the lilies had the yellow centers still in them which we had to be careful about because it was getting over everything. I was told this would have been taken care of and i didn't have to worry. And the stems (the part that was wrapped in the silk to hold) were soaking wet, to the point where they were dripping. Another thing to be careful about to make sure it didn't ruin my dress or get markings all over it.

Again, the staff was good and they were nice...but I would not recommend or use them again. Especially for the price I paid.

Delivery driver

Worst place ever you get paid & as if you rolled off a truck.Lots of in fighting with staff.They look stressed out & OLD.Cant understand why the devil 😈 helper look like that.Greed will do that to you every time.They don't know how to have repeat workers.It starts out ok& then weeks later when you look at how much you drive versus the $50 or $60 you made, your left kicking yourself of how you let yourself get taken advantage.

Horrible experience

My husband and I have been using Graceland for years, ever birthday and wedding anniversary my husband would order flowers, I would also order flowers for friends and family and they were usual beautiful. We live in Yonkers so we could use any florist however we have always choose them. Today at 1:00 pm I had a different experience. I called three times the first two times I was immediately put on hold first time 7 minutes next time 12 minutes I hung up and call back the third time and said to the lady please don;t put me on hold for a long time, This is my third time calling. The person did not apologize and said very nasty what can I do for you. At that point I was turned off, this is horrible customer service. I will not be coming back and I will not recommend anyone to this Florist.

Cheating Florist

The flowers delivered were terrible. It was nothing close to the picture at all. Not only the size was small but also the variety of flowers is missing, although I ordered medium size. There were only 3 roses and few carnations. We felt completely cheated. We were very disappointed. I have ordered many flowers before. This was the worst experience. They ruined our Valentine's Day. Simply a cheating business.
