Had such an amazing experience!
What an amazing experience! Went to the Grace Loves Lace in New York and our stylist Gabi was absolutely amazing! Told her that I fell in love with the Rosa dress before it was discontinued. She found a dress just like it and told me to try it on first. Absolutely fell in love! After telling her what I like she put together a gorgeous combo of a dress and a veil that was 100% me. She worked great with me and my family that was with me. She was very personal and felt like part of my family during this experience! Thank you to Gabi for making that experience unforgettable! -

Light-weight stunning gowns
Absolutely loved my dress - traveled 4 hours to the Miami showroom - and so happy about that decision. I chose Mila, a crepe silhouette gown - ironically not lace. The form and fit was great on my body type and loved the off the shoulder aesthetic and mermaid flair. Classic style with modern elegance. Was great for our Florida beachfront wedding (in May).
Side note / easy to clean. I’m a shorty and the hem was filthy after the wedding. I used a handheld shower head and basically rinsed the dirt away. Magic!-

Candice was *amazing*
I was initially drawn to GLL because of their sustainably-made dresses, original designs, and flattering details. That being said, I am completely abhorred by trying on dresses. I get tired and overwhelmed so I was terrified. Candice Swift was amazing. She greeted me and my family with champagne, made me feel so comfortable by asking me about all about my husband (we eloped already), and she even helped me manage family dynamics. She was incredibly patient, flexible, and it was so clear that she just wanted to help me find a beautiful dress. She introduced each dress like they were family and was so supportive in how I evaluated each one. I absolutely loved Sol with a Lumi veil, but I can't recommend Candice and her team enough. Thank you so much for gracefully midwifing a process that I was completely dreading. You are a complete gem! -

True love!
Grace loves lace was an amazing experience! I was able to find my wedding dress during their sample sale. The MIA dress was the one I always wanted but they had discontinued it. GLL brought it back during their sample sale and it was meant to be! Instantly fell in love! MIA was comfortable and effortless. -

Amazing in every way!!!!
From the moment I walked into their store in Venice Beach, California to the moment I put on my beautiful gown on my wedding day, it was such an amazing experience. Not only are they professional, but they are with you every step of the way. I had complete faith and trust in them throughout my entire engagement. They always kept me updated on the process of how things were moving along and even when I changed my wedding date twice and moved the date up, they came thru for me. I highly, highly, highly recommend the amazing Grace Loves Lace. The gowns are truly exquisite!!!!! -

Unmatched quality and beautiful dresses
It was such pleasure to work with Bec and the GLL team. I truly had a magical experience visiting the CA showroom . I was looking for a dress that was truly different from all other dresses out their but also was given special care and attention in the making of the gown. I at some point discovered GLL and immediately visited their CA showroom after looking at their selection online and having a Skype call with Bec. Though I literally loved every dress, I settled on the Inca and felt no regrets about my choice. The store even allowed me to connect to the wi-fi so my bridesmaids could join in on the fun. GLL's craftsmanship and care that goes into your dress is truly unmatched. If you want a unique dress, with meticulously sourced lace, attention to detail, and good customer service go with Grace Loves Lace!-

I was a little worried about ordering my wedding dress online, but after trying on dresses at wedding dress stores with no luck, I decided to go for the dress I wanted from Grace Loves Lace. I ordered the Loren Tulle dress and sent in my exact measurements after communicating with their customer service team who were very helpful and responded quickly to all my emails. The dress came sooner than expected and it fit perfectly. It is very well made and beautiful and true to all the photos of the dress on the website. It was comfortable and looked fantastic on my wedding day. It was also more affordable than any dress I tried on in a store but just as beautiful and high-quality. -

Super quick customer service. They take all your measurements and even ask for your heel size, so I didn't need any measurements. Dress arrived to the U.S. right in time (they send it about 2 months before the wedding since a lot of brides can't store their dresses well) and it fit like a glove. I would recommend them to anyone! Just a tip, if you have a destination wedding bring a portable steamer since all that flowy material may be hard to transport and get a little wrinkly! -

I was very nervous to order a dress online without trying it on or seeing the material in person, but I was obsessed with GLL dresses, looking at their website daily. So I knew I just had to go for it and I am so glad that I did. There is so much communication prior to receiving your dress, I felt like I always knew what was going on and was not nervous for a second that I would receive the wrong size. Once the dress actually shipped it was on my porch two days later (so fast!!!) and seeing it in person for the first time is a feeling you can't quite describe. It was absolutely perfect, it fit amazingly, the fabric was so wonderful. All of my girls getting ready with me the day of my wedding could not believe how gorgeous the dress was, some of them were quite nervous I was ordering a dress online. So happy with I trusted my gut and went with GLL, it was amazing! -

When I first contacted Grace Loves Lace I was told that my date was too soon, and therefore not within their preferred amount of time to get the dress made. However, Chloe went above and beyond and still offered to have my dress made because of some special circumstances surrounding my day. I cried with joy at the effort they put into the dress, and it was so special to have them on the journey with me. The dress is a gorgeous piece that will be treasured in my family for (hopefully) generations to come. -

I ordered my wedding dress from Grace Loves Lace. I looked around for a while, but kept coming back to the lovely dresses from GLL. I was working with a very tight timeline and needed a dress in 6 weeks, I called and they so graciously worked around that timeline and made it happen. Thank y'all so much for making my dream day complete with my dream dress!!!! :) -

Kind and helpful staff wich made me feel secure in my purchase eventhough I ordered via internet from Sweden. The only complaint (which is not really a complaint) is that I have two times received emails that is "thanking me for my order" for other items that I have not purchased, so there might be some room for improvement for the order management IT system. :-) -

I couldn't be more excited to share the wonderful feedback I have for Grace Loves Lace. I began my dress hunt like any other newly engaged bride- online. After scouring Pinterest and Etsy for hours, I came across the Emme-waisted dress from Grace Loves Lace and immediately fell in love. I proceeded to go through the motions of actual dress shopping by visiting a number of bridal stores and boutiques. Nothing could compare. I ordered my dress the next day and anxiously awaited the arrival. Throughout the process the Grace Loves Lace team was constantly keeping me in the loop and even moved up the completion date of the dress. Once I received my unique, one-of-a-kid Emme-waisted dress, I put it on and felt a huge sigh of relief that everything fit perfectly and I knew it was the one. This company knows how to make dreams come true for brides all over the world. I would highly, highly recommend ordering from Grace Loves Lace if you're a bride looking for something unique, quality and comfortable. -

My Dream Dress
Back in January, I was searching for the perfect dress for my big day. I had tried on about 40 dresses but I still hadn't found "the one" yet. I had a hard time finding the dress that embodied my personality. I had seen the Paloma gown on Instagram and completely fell in love. I ended up signing a contract on a dress at a bridal shop here in Denver, Colorado but I couldn't stop looking at the photo of the Paloma gown which led to buyer's remorse. I said, "screw it" and kept refreshing for an open appointment at the GLL showroom in LA. I got incredibly lucky and a spot opened up on February 2nd. I didn't care if I had to fly out to LA and come home that same day but I was determined to try the Paloma gown on. I was lucky enough that my mother was able to come with me. I was incredibly excited and anxious to get to the showroom. Not only was the Paloma gown "my dress" but the showroom itself is a dream come true. I had the most wonderful experience at the LA showroom and this is a memory I will never forget. From the gorgeous showroom, the amazing customer service from Hailey, the beautiful gowns, and the champagne with roses....it all makes you feel like the princess you truly are. -

I am fortunate enough to live near GLL's US showroom in Venice, CA and was able to try on their beautiful dresses before purchasing-- a luxury I know isn't always possible with this particular bridal company. Being able to go into their chic, calm, spacious bridal showroom to try on all the gowns I saw online was an absolute dream. No drama, no large crowds, no pressure! They offered me and my mom complimentary champagne, and the stylist I worked with was so sweet and low-key. They gave me ample time to be in the dress and get a feel for each one I tried. Guess what-- the first dress I tried on was the one! But I was afraid to buy on the first try, so it was over a month of me trying on dresses all around town before I got wise, returned and purchased the Edie gown.
Like anyone else I was really worried about the fit, and was anxious about needing any alterations (I was already over budget on the dress) but the stylists didn't lead me astray. They were really sweet and good about answering all my sizing questions via email, and ensuring that it would be a perfect fit. I was a mix of sizes in different places and they worked with me really well to ensure the dress would fit. And it did! Absolutely no alterations needed when it arrived! It fit like a glove and was SO comfortable. The quality of the lace and construction is amazing. Their dresses look delicate but are very strong. I kept stepping on my train all night and to my shock it's totally fine, no tears or rips! I had a wonderful experience with this company and appreciate their attention to detail and unique, down-to-earth approach to bridal gowns. No regrets whatsoever! -

I was really worried ordering my dress online however I could not find any plus size local gowns in the effortless style like Grace Loves Lace. Being a plus size bride i was SUPER worried this was going to be a huge mistake, however I had my eye on the Colette gown for quite some time and decided to take the plunge. I know what works on my body and was pretty confident I would like this dress. It was well worth it! My dress was super comfortable, and fit perfectly. They worked with my size (I am a size 20 in regular clothes) and the dress was beautiful. The stylists were super nice and never made me doubt my decision. I am not sure all of their styles would work with plus size but the colette is definitely a good option for us bigger gals. -

Beautiful dress but not worth the money
I loved the dress fit for me, however there were a lot of issues with my dress early on and on the wedding day. When my “custom made” dress arrived, it came with a stain on it. -

Generally, I like the website and their concept a lot, but have not ordered any wedding dress. However, I bought the Hera Anklet bracelets back in October, but as my wedding dress was not ready till July, I tried them on with my wedding dress 1 week before the wedding in July and unfortunately did not wear them on my wedding day, as my bridal dress (which had a cutout in the front) was sticking to the bracelets while I was trying to make some steps, thus I was not able to walk at all...
It's the tiny hooks around the semi precious stones that were causing the problem, so not all practical !!
For something that cost me 318 USD in total I am not pleased at all, and what's more I couldn't even wear it in the end.
Furthermore, I expected a voucher at least, since refund after so many months ofcourse not possible, but they did not accept, just apologized.....

Disappointed
I just got married about 2 weeks ago. I got engaged 2 years prior and had my heart set on the inca dress even before I got engaged. I even bought it 2 days after he proposed because I loved it so much. My custom dress came in the mail and I tried it on and the dress was soo big, the sleeves were triple the size of my arm, the back was gaping open and the dress was bunching up around my waist because the hip area was too tight so it would ride up, making the dress look shorter. This was a month and a half before the wedding. The girls at the after sales were asking me maybe if I had lost weight and I said there was no way I would have lost this much and I hadn't changed my diet or anything. They asked me to put pins in the dress but I said I wasn't comfortable with doing that as the dress already came with a list of instructions of what not to do with the dress as its very delicate lace. I asked them to organise for me to go into the Sydney showroom (bit of a drive) so that someone there could do it for me. My stylist had been great the whole time and she had no fault in it and she got me to put the dress on and she was shocked herself. It was atleast 3 sizes too big and she was not comfortable putting pins either. Photos were taken and sent off and she gave me the assurance that it would get back to me in time for my wedding as it had to go back to QLD for alterations. The dress got back to be a few days before the wedding and it was alot better than what it was but I still wasn't happy, some parts of the dress were still big and the dress was still bunching. It was too late to fix anything at that point so I had to go with it. It was not worth $3500 but I was more sad with the fact that I bought this dress so long ago and was so in love and it just was not how I thought I would look on my wedding day. However, the veil was gorgeous. On the wedding day, I kept having to adjust the top of my shoulders as they were big and kept having to pull down my dress as it kept riding up and bunching. When some photos came back, my family and I could notice it which is even more heart breaking as its stopped me from wanting to post them even though the photos themselves were incredible, just because of the dress. -

Dress was too SHORT!
We ordered our daughters dress from the retail shop in Dallas. The sales lady was awesome! She took my daughter measurements wearing a 2.5" heel. We waited 5 months for the dress to come in and when my daughter tried it on it was too short! I'm talking she can't even wear flats without seeing her toes. When I reached out to the Corporate office in Australia, their team tried to tell us she must have gained weight causing the issue. My daughter did not gain an ounce. They won't take any responsibility for sending in incorrect measurements or perhaps their seamstress didn't make the dress to the correct measurements. We aren't the professionals, they are. They should take responsibility especially when we just spent $2200 on the dress. They offered no help, no concession or refund at all. So disappointing and we have the wedding coming up and have no options left at this point. We would never recommend them to anyone else. -

It was my dream to wear a Grace Loves Lace dress on my wedding day. I live in Florida and flew to Dallas, TX to visit the Grace Loves Lace Concierge to make sure that I picked the perfect dress and to make sure that the GLL staff took my measurements correctly. The GLL staff at the concierge was really helpful and nice - I was not worried about my dress at all. Then 2 months before my wedding I received my custom dress in the mall, opened it up, tried it on, and it was HIDEOUS. I mean REALLY, REALLY awful. The measurements were all wrong and GLL took my measurements! The seam in the back of the dress was not straight, the top and boning was too long for my torso so it bulged out, the top was sewn on unevenly and the top also had bulging seams. I sent the dress back to GLL in Australia so that they could fix it, but there is not way they would have been able to fix it without making a new dress and there was no time. I then requested a full refund and GLL agreed after threatening to file a credit card claim, but then they did not refund me the total cost of the dress. VERY disappointed in this company that promotes using the best materials and quality. I was lucky and found a beautiful dress to wear on my wedding day that was only $300. -

Very bad quality and cheap material/fit. The sample gowns are much nicer than what you receive
Please be very careful with this company. I am Australian and liked the designs I saw online so figured I would support them and went to try on wedding dresses in their boutique. I ended up buying a lace gown and waited 8 months for them to make it and have it shipped over. To my shock, the dress I received was made from a horrible shiny plastic looking/feeling fabric. Not only that, the cut looked so cheap and poorly made, nothing like what I tried on. It honestly looked like I had spend $100 on Temu for the gown i received. The first picture is of the sample dress I tried on in store- it fit like a glove and had a totally different shape around the neckline than what I received (the one with the Veil). They ended up admitting to me that they had decided to change the fabric of that style to a cheaper version after I had placed my order, and never informed me. They ended up refunding me (after a LOT of back and forth and months wasted), but the most upsetting thing was I was 3 months out from my wedding and as you know, it is impossible to get a dress in that time frame so they really screwed me and caused me so much stress and anxiety. Please be careful, I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. The material and fit is very cheap looking/feeling and they admitted to me that they have different gowns in the show room/vs what you get. I learned this when they were looking for a replacement for me and the only dresses they could offer me that would have the same material/fit as the one I tried on, were store samples which they said they were holding incase one of their boutiques needed a new one. This is false advertising. I ended up getting a dress from Sarah Seven (had to pay hefty rush fees) but they were much easier to communicate with and had higher-quality gowns for basically the same price. -

Felt like I was a "bother"
Terrible experience. My group flew in to LA from all over the world - Spain, New Jersey, Florida, North Carolina, etc. and we were SO excited for this appointment. I booked in advance, gave my sizes (S/M 4 - 6) and preferred dresses, and described my "bridal style". Upon arriving, we were greeted with champagne and everything seemed promising. After being told that the store did not have my size in dresses, we started trying on the options that they did have. The first three dresses I tried on were too large (which I understand is totally normal at an initial try-on), but the woman helping us didn't even attempt to make an effort to use clips or her hands to show what the dress would look like on if it actually did fit.
I expressed a lot of interest in one of the new dresses that was a size too small, and had to really convince the woman working with us to let me try it on. It ended up going on (although a bit snug) and was actually my favorite design - so I was happy I pushed.
Ultimately, I ended up trying on 7 dresses in less than 40 mins and never once felt like the sales associate cared to help me, aside from helping to put on the dresses. We still had 20 mins left in our appointment, and instead of asking if we would like to try on anything again or anything else, she went and sat down at her desk - barely even saying goodbye.
All in all, this was a really terrible experience that felt rushed, and in no way shape or form made me feel special - like a bride should feel when trying on dresses. Would NOT recommend to anyone that wants to feel important on their special day. -

I had a terrible experience with GLL which has been bugging me ever since my wedding - and which is why I've decided to write my first ever reviews of a vendor to hopefully save others from making the same mistake. I ordered my Antonia dress online (from the Australian outlet) exactly in line with the measurement guidance. The dress arrived with measurements that were so off I was convinced it must have been mixed up with someone else's order. While the sleeves were 5cm short the bodice was 13cm longer than the measurement I had given when ordering. When I contacted GLL with photos of the dress showing the measurements, they offered to send me some tape and cuffs in the post....my wedding day was too near to send the dress back and forth to Australia for alterations. I ended up having to alter the dress completely at a local tailor so that I could wear it, there was no way I could afford buying a new dress. But it still looked awful and what is worse, it made me feel awful on my wedding day. -

Bad Service After Ordering
Experience in showroom was great and I placed my order for a gorgeous dress the day I was there. I used the measurements they took and felt the sample dress fit perfectly aside from the bust/cup size being a bit too small so I asked for a sample size with a larger cup size. I did not receive what I ordered and they were completely unwilling to work with me. It sounds like many others have had my experience. The dresses are gorgeous but you’ll be stuck with what they send even if they didn’t make it correctly. You’d think they would take greater pride in their dresses and have better integrity when charging a few thousand for a dress. -

Loved the experience when I went in store to purchase, but the person who took my measurements was wrong and my dress came in at a different height and bust. In addition to tailoring the dress incorrectly, delivered the dress late (3 weeks ahead of wedding). They would not help me when I flagged the discrepancies, so I had to run around town to find a new dress and pay a premium for expedited alterations. So, I essentially paid for 2 dress despite the fault being on Grace Loves Lace. If you’re looking for no stress, no surprises, no last minute fires weeks before your wedding, you cannot use this store. -

Buyer be aware, this company does not delivery what is purchased and will not rectify their mistakes.
Although they sell you a custom made gown and charge you for the entire amount up front, they will deliver a standard off the rack size. In our case they delivered a large gown that should have been custom made to my daughters' measurement, one month before the wedding. The gown they sent us fell off my daughter's' body. Their response to us was to send ,at our cost, the gown from Toronto Canada to Australia, even though we purchase it in Toronto, to have it assessed and then sent back to us. In what world is this possible with 4 weeks to the wedding. In the end , after us asking that they replace the gown with the proper size or refund our money, this company told us that they were at no fault and had delivered what we purchased which is completely inaccurate and in breach of our contract. Be very cautious about dealing with this company, they will promise you the world and once they have your money , they will cause you a lot of stress and substantial added costs. -

Deceptive Markting and Terrible Customer Service - Custom Gown is completely wrong!
Deceptive Marketing, Unmet Sales Promises and VERY Poor Customer Support
My experience with Grace Loves Lace has been deeply unsatisfactory, especially considering the substantial $4200 price tag. I purchased a custom Martini gown in October 2022 at the Toronto store, pre-paying in full per their policy, with delivery expected six weeks before my June 2024 wedding despite my request to deliver early again, per their policy.
Initially, my experience at the Toronto store was positive—the medium sample fit perfectly, with minor adjustments noted on my file to the armpit area for the production team to address. However, upon receiving the dress just over a month before my wedding, it became apparent that significant measurement discrepancies had occurred:
Hips: The gown was a staggering 4.5 inches too large, resulting in an ill-fitting and unflattering silhouette.
Dress Length: Despite specifying a heel height in my final measurements, the dress was too short, exposing my toes.
Darts: Crucial breast darts were misplaced and cut out, rendering alteration impossible and affecting the dress's structure.
Body Fit: The overall body of the dress was too short compared to the sample, impacting the overall look and feel.
Upon contacting Grace Loves Lace Toronto to request the possibility to replace with the store sample originally tried on, I was directed to their Australian customer service team. Unfortunately, CSX response has been dismissive and unhelpful. Despite providing detailed evidence and emphasizing the discrepancies from my original measurements, CSX insisted that alterations (at my expense) were the only solution. This was unacceptable given the extent of the errors and the proximity to my wedding day.
In an effort to find a resolution, I requested to return the incorrect dress to the Toronto store and purchase the medium sample, which I knew fit perfectly. However, CSX refused to authorize this solution, instead suggesting I incur further expenses by shipping the dress back to Australia for assessment.
Attempts to reason with CSX were met with threats to cease communication and restrict access to the Toronto store, which added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. This level of customer service is profoundly disappointing and does not align with the premium price and promises made by Grace Loves Lace Toronto.
Ultimately, Grace Loves Lace has failed to uphold their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The Toronto staff have been sympathetic but unable to assist without authorization from their overseas counterparts. This has resulted in a considerable waste of time, money, and emotional energy, leaving me without a suitable dress for my wedding day.
Prospective customers should exercise caution when dealing with Grace Loves Lace, especially considering the significant financial investment involved. The company's inability to rectify measurement errors and provide adequate customer support can lead to profound disappointment and financial loss.

Do not go here grace loves lace has ruined my wedding!
DO NOT GO HERE GRACE LOVES LACE HAS RUINED MY WEDDING!!!!!
I bought a $2800 dress, $3600 including all the accessories to go with
it. I tried it on at their showroom and loved it! However, when I
received it, it was a COMPLETELY different dress from the original’s
style, color, quality of fabric used and size!
I feel like I tried on a beautiful version at the showroom, and then
got a knock off shipped to me! Reminds me of a Halloween costume, but
worse! They also were not helpful in resolving the situation! They
told me they would send me a new dress, then after they got my dress
back they said in order to get a new dress I would have to pay an
extra $500 dollars!
This company has no compassion! Weddings are so expensive.. and they
ruined my wedding dress and don't see, care, or even acknowledge the
dress is ruined.
Thank God for pictures! You will see for yourself! Please do not go
here! I'm so devastated and on top of that, I get married in 3 months
and have the added stress of trying to find another wedding dress.
Let me be clear… The $2800 dress I received was made from a cheaper
fabric, it was off-white in color, the style was changed, and it
didn’t even fit correctly. Just look at the photo and decide for
yourself. -
