Exceptional Service and Amazing Drinks!
Working with Jimmy was an absolute pleasure throughout our entire wedding planning process. He was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had leading up to the big day. Jimmy helped me curate the perfect bar menu and was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. He is honest, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Ensuring our bars didn’t have long lines on our wedding day was very important to us, which is why we hired four bartenders through Jimmy. I’ve only heard amazing feedback from our guests—they loved the service, and the bartenders were fast and attentive. I also loved the frozen machine add-on! Our signature drink, a frozen peach bellini, was a crowd favorite and absolutely delicious.
We are so glad we found Jimmy and his team—they truly made our wedding day even more special! -

GR8 Bartender for weddings!
We hired Jimmy and his team for our wedding and they did a fantastic job! In the months leading up to the wedding, Jimmy was more than happy to answer all of our questions and had multiple calls with us as we figured out what we needed. Their model also made hiring a bartender affordable and flexible! It’s very straightforward and they provide pretty much everything needed to serve drinks. You just purchase everything you want them to serve and mix! The day of, Kasey was on site to bartend and did an excellent job keeping up with our guests and was so personable and nice to everyone. And her cocktails were delicious! We can’t say enough good things about Jimmy and his team. If you want someone who is easy to work with, affordable, and actually does a good job mixing drinks, look no further! -

Noel was the perfect bartender!
Noel showed up early and was setup ready to go! He was well dressed and had a formal manner to him. We had a small hiccup with the venue about what time we were serving drinks. That was no problem for him. When we got the ok, he was serving everyone quickly and professionally. Beer was cold and the pours were strong (not too strong) I’ll be sure to request Noel for our next celebration! -

Absolute perfection!
GR8 Bartender was top notch! Jimmy was very communicative throughout the wedding planning process, and our bartender, Kasey, was outstanding! Every guest that interacted with her absolutely raved about her customer service and we would HIGHLY recommend GR8 Bartender to anyone looking for an amazing bartending service! -

Halloween Wedding
Gr8 Bartender did an amazing job on our day! They were accommodating to people who could not drink that beverages we provided due to allergies etc. Not only did he have a great demeanor for the day but even dressed up for our halloween wedding. We received a lot of compliments from our guest about how amazing he was! Would absolutely recommend to use this company for your big day! -

Jimmy was so great to interact with and was super straightforward! The bartender at our event was so on top of things she had memorized my order and when I walked over my drink was already ready!!! Would definitely recommend! -

Best bartending
GR8 BARTENDING WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! The price was EXTREMELY REASONABLE & They were extremely responsive and always answered all the questions I had within hours! We had 220 people attend our wedding and they were working so well/fast that there was NEVER a wait at the bar!! The drinks were moving and the bartenders were the sweetest and made sure everything ran smoothly! COULDN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH!! -

Wedding Bartender
Awesome communication for planning and helping us know how much alcohol to buy for our guest count. The bartender was great and had everything ready beforehand for our guests. I would highly recommend this company for your wedding if you looking for a stress free and reliable bartender! -

Fantastic service!
GR8 Bartenders was easy to work with and very clear in all their communications. Our bartender, Kasey, was phenomenal! She went above and beyond, pouring out our tea servers, cleaning up the entire bar area, and even suggesting drink variants to our guests. -

Awesome and very flexible!
Jimmy and his team were very flexible and understanding every step of the way. We had to cancel our wedding twice, and it never seemed like we were burdening them whenever we broke the bad news. I would recommend them to any future bridge/groom and hope to work with them in the future!! -

Super Responsive Team and Easy to Work With
Gr8 Bartending and crew were very easy to work with. Jimmy is super responsive, and it rarely took more than 1 business day to get a response from him. When looking for vendors, responsiveness and reliability is what we find most important. His team was punctual and kept their masks on the entire night to help keep our guests safe!
The Gr8 Bartending team also helped with recommending how much alcohol to buy for the event. The sales team is pretty knowledgeable and he recommended a few places that had a generous return policy for unopened alcohol. So you can overbuy then refund what you don't use! -

We learned about this vendor through our venue. Gr8 bartender is one of their preferred vendors for their location! They were quick to respond via email and their bartenders were top notch! Every time we or someone from the wedding party walked up to the bar they made sure we were their priority so we could get right back to celebrating! We will recommend them

Jimmy is a FANTASTIC bartender!!! He did such an awesome job at our 25th High School Reunion. I would recommend to him to all my family and friends. He was VERY professional yet VERY personable with my guests. I received rave reviews from all my attendees throughout the night and even after on our reunion FB page. He kept the drinks flowing and the margarita machines filled without a hitch for 7 straight hours!! If you need a bartender, Jimmy is your guy. -

We used GR8 for our daughter's wedding. We selected Jimmy several months back based on a recommendation from our caterer. From the first contact, he was extremely friendly, knowledgable, responsive and helpful. During the wedding, the bar was always neat and clean and there was never a line. The second bartender was also friendly, efficient and professional. I did not have a single issue with anything. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them! -
