I cannot say enough positive things about our photographers Kim and Dan. They were awesome! They were kind and attentive throughout the entire night, We had several children in our wedding and the photographers were so patient and kind. They were able to take many great detailed photos that we will cherish and proudly share with family and friends. We can't wait to show off our wedding pictures for all to see. All the children came out great in the photos. The photographers knew how to talk to them and get them excited about their roles. This was so evident that when they captured the children in the photographs, both my husband and I were amazed. The pictures are filled with such detail. It is so evident that the photographers show their professionalism in their work. I am so happy about how everything went. -

We had our wedding at The Estate on the Halifax, a beautiful and highly regarded venue. They issued a preferred vendors list and DK Phipps was recommended however, I'm extremely picky and overcautious so I had to research every photographer in the surrounding counties. We also had a mid range budget to work with so I was worried that we might have to forgo superb talent... we were mistaken!
After interviewing several top notch photographers, Kimberly of DK Phipps clearly stood out. Her energy is amazing and the work demonstrated by her and her husband was absolutely magical. They are literally an award winning Team! I was afraid to receive the quote because I was certain for their level of experience it would be astronomical... Thankfully it was reasonable, especially once we learned how much time and effort Kimberly and her Team puts in!
Kimberly is very communicative and a quick responder. They also included a "practice" session prior to the wedding; we expected a few lessons in posing but this was an all out full photo shoot! They had us meet at a beautiful location on the beach and shot us in several locations. My new husband and I feel awkward in front of a camera but Kimberly, her husband and assistant all made us feel comfortable and taking their direction was easy. We felt famous! The pictures turned out amazing and they even made a video of it which literally brought us to tears, my then fiance must have watched it a half dozen times the next day...
Kimberly and her Team were very professional on our wedding day, they knew the venue inside and out so everything ran smoothly. In fact she should double as a wedding coordinator! The Phipps team worked really hard and our photos came out beautifully, there were so many! Quick turn around as well, everything was done the week after our honeymoon which I feel is fast for the amount of pictures taken / editing that was done.
If you're a bride to be that must have the very best to capture your perfect day then look no further because DK Phipps is perfection!

Fabulous pictures, fabulous communication, Easiest part of our day
The most unexpected joy of our big day, was having Dan & Kim as a part of it. Their love for each other and their passion for their art put us at ease throughout our entire event. They were funny, engaging and went over the top to get the most impressive shots. They caught every emotion, listened to our expectations and delivered. A month later and I still can't choose my favorites to frame. -

this couple was very attentive to our needs. was at your rehearsal to ensure everything would go smoothly and they wouldnt miss a moment they taught us so much at out engagement shoot of how to capture the most perfect photo. the dedication and love behind all of our photos is indescribable. they were such a great time to be around and treated us like family. we are so blessed to have had them apart of our big day -

From the very beginning they’ve been there every step of the way. We loved Kim & Dan personality. They treated us like the King & Queen models that we’re in Love. Our love story was just beyond beautiful. Definitely need to make time to make the video. Our Wedding pictures out standing. -

I cannot say enough good things about Dan and Kimberly. These two OOZE talent! First off, they made us (camera shy couple) feel super comfortable- we laughed the whole time and Kimberly made sure to reinforce that we looked good even at times when we doubted ourselves. Next, the pictures are STUNNING!! Amazing shots, lighting and editing - and they were open to our requests locations/poses. Kimberly is also super communicative, between text updated on our picture or sending information prepping us to make sure our big day runs smoothly SHE IS ON IT. Lastly, multiple family members/friends we talked to about the wedding mentioned how Dan and Kimberly were so personable and were constantly capturing every moment of our special day. Also, side note, their lighting assistant is even amazing (I cant remember his name and I'm not sure if they always use the same person) but he even helped my wedding coordinator to fix my dress when my bustle broke! I really could go on and on. If your on the fence about booking them, I hope this pushed you over because we are SO HAPPY WE BOOKED THESE TWO they truly go above and beyond!! -

Kimberly and Dan, what a blessing! I am overwhelmed in how amazing our photos turned out to be. This equipment and the three professionals will make your day! This is well worth every cent and more we spent. These folks are beyond passionate and we're glad to have meet them. It was amazing to see folks escape the 9-5 race with such enjoyment. I don't imagine we would have connected with any other photographer as well as them. Our parts were made easy. I know this couple will care for you as clients. They will treat you better than a best friend will. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts! -

I love there personalities they are fun to be around and are very professional at what they do. They are well worth the money I spent. They captured my memories in a way that is beyond my words they captured every moment perfectly I'm so pleased! My, now, wife and I were in need of a photographer for our wedding on short notice after our initial plans got canceled due to COVID. She found GotYaPhoto online and gave them a call. Kimberly responded immediately and was very enthusiastic about wanting to be our photographers. They had a package that included an engagement session for our 'love story' and suggested Washington Oaks Gardens Park, which was really, so very, beautiful. Then about a month later came out on our wedding day and were there from start to finish - helping us every step of the way. Kimberly and her husband Dan were a lot of fun to work with and the pictures came out AMAZING!!! We highly recommend them to anyone who is needing any type of photography done and whenever we decide to do family photos, they will be the ones we call. Please make sure you check these guys out if you need your wedding photographed - they are so knowledgable and their photos are top notch! -

When our original wedding plans got nixed because of COVID, my now husband and I had just over a month to get plan B put together. Plan A was going to be just us on a cruise, but since we couldn’t do that, we wanted to do something nice with our immediate family and a few close friends. This meant we had to find a venue and vendors in a very short time. We reached out to Our Day Wedding Photography and ended up speaking with Kimberly. This woman here was AMAZING!! She spoke with me and was so personable and seemed so knowledgeable and after reviewing their work online, it was just such an easy decision to go with them. We were NOT disappointed!! Our fist in person interaction with Kimberly and Dan was during our ‘love story’ photo session that was included in the package we chose. She suggested Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and this park was so pretty and picturesque! Kimberly and her husband Dan along with their crew really took charge and instructed us exactly how to pose, where to stand and what to do for each shot. They helped out every step of the way during both the wedding AND reception - we didn’t have to worry about much during the wedding as they pretty much handled everything. They are so fun and easy to work with and really helped make our day so special and they stayed the whole time from before the wedding until the twilight session after the wedding. Now to the best part - the photos they took were sooo BEAUTIFUL!!! Between Kimberly taking the actual staged shots and Dan taking the candid shots, we got sooo many pictures and all of them were awesome. This couple really knows what they are doing when it comes to photography and photo editing and you can tell they really love what they do. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your photography needs. Whenever we decide to do any family photos, we will definitely be giving them a call. Thank you so much Kimberly and Dan for EVERYTHING!! -

The Professionalism and expertise you receive is unparalleled to anyone we have dealt with. They have an eye and vision in different settings that capture the perfect picture. The way they work together is wonderful mix with 2 different vision that seem to be combined in one. Take all that and combine the fact that from the first phone call they make you feel like family. That in itself is beautiful. At the end of it all we consider them friends . They are beautiful people with an exceptional eye for photography! -

Kim and Dan are fantastic! I knew I wanted them to shoot our wedding after looking through their portfolio and seeing the way they use lighting and the focus on the couple instead of the surroundings! They were the second vendor we booked (after the venue) and they were my top "splurge" when it came to budget! My now-husband Austin and I had a blast with them during our coaching session (which took some doing, due to COVID and all the shenanigans!) and he LOVED the way those images came out! He couldn't wait until the wedding and the two of us spent much of our micromoon looking at the pictures as Kim edited them! They were so easy to work with and SUPER FAST with editing and getting our collection back to us!
We have found our special occasion photographers for LIFE!!!
( I already booked a photoshoot with them for when my new horse arrives in 2022, that's how much I love them!) -

My husband and I loved Our Wedding Day Photography! Their team was so fun and helped us feel relaxed and comfortable for the wedding shoot. We even asked to have a pre wedding shoot so we could get pictures during the day at St. Augustine and it was an amazing experience with gorgeous shots. Highly recommend!!! -

However, their professionalism, positive energy, humor, and attention to detail made our wedding so much easier. Wedding - Incredible!
From the moment I spoke on the phone for the first time with Kim I knew it would be a great fit for us & our day. Dan & Kim captured our special day 5 years ago this September & they did not disappoint. They left an everlasting impression on us & their incredible work did, too. I fall more & more in love with the memories they captured for us every time I go back & look through our photos.
