  Chris and Ambre were amazing to work with, they made us feel like family! Ambre was there to help me keep my head on straight when it was going in 7 different directions. Very quick to respond back and very flexible! We were able to make changes as needed in order to make our wedding a success!
  We HIGHLY recommend them!

  All I can say is that Chris is amazing!!! So helpful. So willing to make the experience unforgettable and easygoing. It rained on my wedding day and Chris was right there hang the curtains the day OF the wedding. He changed the lighting no problem when I decided to go with different lights. He was just so helpful and kind. I would recommend Gotcha Covered to anyone considering having an outdoor wedding or even just an outdoor party!! Overall amazing experience!!

  Chris and the staff at Gotcha Covered are wonderful. Chris paid attention to every detail of my wedding day to make sure he provided what I needed and wanted. Not to mentioned he helped me stay within my budget. He was there to help set up the tents and tables/chairs. He came back the day of my wedding to make sure the tent was secure. He even called the day after my wedding to wish me a wonderful honeymoon.
  
  I had an outdoor wedding. I was paniced the day before my wedding because there was a 30% chance of rain. I called Chris almost crying because my dream of an outdoor wedding was going to be ruined by rain. Chris calmed me down and assured me that if its raining the morning of my wedding he would be there ASAP with an additional ceremony tent. To me...that service!

  Gotcha Covered provided a large tent with globe lighting and a dance floor for our outdoor wedding. Amber came out to our property and made me feel so at ease, as I was quite nervous to plan an entirely outdoor event. My husband was the primary contact person with Amber and Chris, and he mentioned several times how flexible they are. I LOVED the online planning tool, and it was so handy when planning the layout of the reception.
  The tent was delivered on Thursday, for our Saturday wedding, which was great. However, the set-up crew was missing the center pole for the tent. They came back in the middle of the night on Friday, and by the time we woke up, the tent and globe lights were perfect. It was just a little added stress at what is already a very stressful time. So, while I'd "warn" people about the slightly disorganized set-up, I would also say that I definitely had confidence that things would be ready by go-time on the wedding day.
  Overall, we were very satisfied with Gotcha Covered. They are very affordable, flexible, and easy to work with. We will be using them in the future for events held on our farm and have already recommended them to friends and employers!

  I would love to fully explain all of the issues I had with Gotcha Covered, but that could take awhile. So to make a long story short...
  
  Everything started out great. Chris came out to the property to help us determine what we needed for our outdoor wedding. He was very responsive to calls and emails, and their prices were awesome.
  
  The issues began when it was time for them to deliver the items. All I can say is that these guys have serious communication problems. They showed up early saying I had approved an early drop off, yet no one ever contacted me about it. They said they would come back at a certain time, never showed up. Over and over we had to call Chris and Ambre to find out where they were, because they certainly weren't at my dad's house, and they certainly never called us to say they were going to be late. And over and over someone would say, "be there soon," and then never show up. They had to come by 3 separate times to drop off our items. The last of our items was dropped off in the dead of night, the night before our wedding.
  
  They also did not set up our items like they said they would. We had to set everything up ourselves the day before the wedding, and this added on a ton of stress that we absolutely did not need.
  
  Everything worked out in the final hour, but it was an absolute nightmare coordinating with Gotcha Covered. When I do business with someone, I expect to get what was agreed upon. And when they tell me they are going to do something, I expect them to do it. Unfortunately in this instance, that was not the case.
  
  *In response to the comment from Gotcha Covered below: You might want to check your contracts again, because there is nothing in my contract stating that this does not include set up and break down. Also, we appreciate the excuses, too bad this is our first time hearing about the linens and broken dance floor. Like I said, serious communication problems.

  First, we would like to say how much we enjoyed getting to know the Owings Family!
  
  We are disappointed to hear the dissatisfaction you claim to have had with our company. We set your tent up early to make sure we were able to accommodate your wedding adequately. We had six weddings and one other major event that weekend and did not want to provide rushed service. All of your equipment was delivered on time, minus the linens, which were delivered late at night because we did not receive them from the linen service on time. When we delivered the linens, we also brought a piece of replacement dance floor trim because the one we originally brought was damaged and did not meet our standard of quality. As far as the "set up", the contract specifically states that we do not set up and break down tables, chairs, and linens unless an additional charge is applied...there was no additional charge on this contract for set up or break down, (this was reiterated in our email dated September 17). Any time we provide this service, we request a CAD drawing of where everything is to go.
  
  We do not have regular office hours and most of our business is conducted "on the road". We had a major issue with our trailer that weekend and all of our staff was out setting up events to make up for the half day we lost having it repaired. We apologize we were not able to stay in touch better on that final day.
  
  We are happy to hear the end result was a success!
